It was a very nice and comfortable stay. I and my family stayed for 7 days. The rooms are big enough and always clean. The reception staff were friendly especially Samuel who is so helpful. The breakfast was tasty and has so many options. The two Filipina ladies Melanie and Espee were so social and helpful and offered us 7 star treatment. Thank you all. I will come back again. If it was possible to give 0 stars that’s what I’d give this place. An absolute shambolic excuse of an establishment. Not only with the customer service ridiculous but the manager managed to make an already terrible stay even worse by his uselessness. After being mid sold a terrible and spending an hour going back and forth with receptionists and manager, I was told there’s nothing that can be done about the terrible rooms and we would just have to stay there. Regardless of allergies, regardless of miscommunication, regardless of customer well being. For this hotel to have been rated 4 stars is a joke. You’re literally better off staying at premier inn. I’d never recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. I personally would never be visiting there again. After paying 30 aed for parking even after checking in as a hotel guest. If you hate peace of mind, comfort and good customer service then this is the perfect place for your trip.

We spent 8 days there the hotel is old need renew but the room space is good also furniture, the breakfast was good too, the bathrooms smell like cigarettes especially when I use the hair dryer

Staff are very unapproachable, in their timing 8am pool are open but when we ask the receptionist he said between 10-10:30am so we waited, 10am we call and they said 10:30.. again we call at 10:30 but the receptionist is very rude to answer.. they didn’t respect us knowing we are a customer. We waited for their call but its 11am and they didn’t even bother to call us. Knowing that we need to check out at 12noon I didnt hesitate to check out and confront the receptionist..i ask the manager but see how manager answer me? “I understand you Ma’am, pool is open you can use it now”. For that they said Manager of that hotel, actually its fine if we cant swim.. we just want you to be prank and honest to us.. if u dont want us to used the pool telp us, you didn’t respect our time waiting for nothing.. and for the operator of phone who always answer us, maybe we are annoying but still we are customer.. how can we recommend your hotel to our circle of friends if we have bad experience.. sorry respect my comment. I regret booking this hotel. Very poor service from the staff. Actually it is not a hotel it is like a massage centre. Very noisy, rooms are not good(dirty), most of the equipments are damaged. The receptionist, his name was Nikunj Vali. He was very rude and behave like they dont need guest anymore. They have parking and we need to pay extra to access the parking. Never ever go with families to this hotel. Very bad service. I have stayed in many hotels in dubai so far, but i never experienced such a behavior from anywhere else.

The hotel was very good, and the room was clean and comfortable, and even the receptionist was helpful and greeted me upon my arrival, but the other receptionist (Subhan) was dealing with me in a rude manner at the time of checkout, and even threatened that he would prevent me from booking again in The hotel and that they will put a note in my name so that they will charge a large amount of credit when booking again.

I started to read reviews only after that I book the hotel then I got shocked (*_*). 😆🤣because before booking my 1st preference was its metro location (direct from dubai terminal 1 and 3) and low budget and easy access to all shops.Because of good and bad comments i understand something about the hotel and customer mindset.I reached in hotel 15min before my booking time but I am happy with their warm welcome and front office finished all documentation with in 5min .Same time I informed him about my preference like that I need non smoking room with good WiFi and room away from all night clubs.He give me perfect room and one senior person helped me to carry my luggage 🧳to room and he well explained all about room.Even I didnt give any tips he behaves me very well. (Just for checking i didnt give anything but he deserve it. ❤💙💜)In my experience Just remember few things to avoid confusion 😕1.All Dubai hotel charge tourism fee per day (15aed like that)that not included in online booking.2. Parking available means its not a free parking.If its free parking all hotel will mention as free parking available 3. Dont treat anyone as a slave and dont fight for simple things because they are all so human being.4. Dont compare the prices of items that you buy from all hotel they will charged according to the star*****eg :tea water etc..Room you may be booked with affordable prices. So to avoid such a conflict buy items from outside.5. Once you booking most of the hotel login time 1 or 2pm and log out 12pm. So dont go 11am to login and 8pm for log out theyrenotallowing. We have to follow the rules .The room that I got was big enough even not that much new i am happy with it.The service boy he comes for room service today (my 2nd day) he also very good. He done everything without any hesitation.Additionally I used swimming pool and gym. Have to follow dressing guidelines.So dont prejudices to anything and any one. The rooms were terrible. Poor service. The balconies were dirty. No view from the balcony. They charged 5 times extra for the water bottles. We booked a room on the top floor and couldnt sleep for a single night due to the loud noise from the club. There are 3 clubs in the same hotel.Also, our bathtub was broken and when stepped on it, it just leaked some sewage dirt. They also charge for parking. 30 aed per day. In short, not the best place to visit.

Worst place to stay. The room was poorly lit. The ceiling bulb was fused. Theres no free parking for the guests.They charge around 30 AED for 1 day parking. The balcony provided wasnt clean and had dirt layers. They give two small complementary water bottles which is never enough. For an extra bottle they charged 10 AED, which is like five times the market price. The bedsheets werent changed even after room service. All of these during the New Years, 31st Dec & 1st Jan to be precise, when we pay a lot more than the normal days.

DO NOT STAY HERE. This place has three clubs in it- you will not be able to sleep because of the noise. The rooms are dirty, the plumbing is awful so we couldn’t even use our sink and there is little electricity. Staff are rude. The atmosphere in the hotel is so eerie and strange- there are half naked women walking around with strange men- the staff are aware of this but it all seems to be very hush hush. This is the absolute worst place you could stay in. We had a 5 day stay booked but we stayed for 12 hours and then cancelled our remaining days. Awful place.

WiFi + AC control barely worked; shower head was broken. Asked to have it fixed but they moved me to a different room that had the same WiFi and AC issues; had to resort to using portable WiFi/hotspot my entire stay and be under multiple layers of clothes and blankets to avoid shivering. I said to him ok , I just wait far from the door and I saw all the new guest going inside ,And then he keep laughing to me with the security .I think now your team they know me good ,Really so bad service not all the guest same , I just come to enjoy my drink with the music alone ,Not everyone coming to the bar that mean he want pickup a girls or he look for blue Job ,I hope you teach your team how to respect .And I will keep give my feedback in everywhere

We booked 2 rooms as the price was great.As what everybody knows in the world wide, that if you booked a room means 2 person or 1 person.Once we reach at reception there was guy called zuber.He said that our booking is confirmed but its only for 3 person for 2 rooms. He said try to modify your booking or else you need to pay 100dh for an additional person. I try to go back to my booking to modify but I cannot as its confirmed and it wont be modify because I booked 1 day back.They guy start to ask for an extra money which is 100dh and during that hotel is going to be busy so they want to get a value either you cancel your booking or pay 100dh extra.I went back to my booking and I saw that 2 room and each room 2 guest. I went back to the reception and he told me its okay this time but next time dont do it again...(dont do it again)...During that time I asked for some of the management to speak. Mr. Zuber called a gentleman and this gentleman pretend that he is the manager and I found out that he is not and he was asking to cancel the booking and kick me outside the hotel.Anyhow After all they fixed up everything and they told us to wait. We waited more than 30mints with our luggage at the end we took a 2 rooms in the same floor and this 2 rooms was the worst 2 rooms in the hotel.One of the room was (okay) but no WiFi and we waited more than 1 hour for the WiFi.The stuff at the morning shift they are super nice.Checking out, they apologised of what happened during our check in.So we waiting for the stuff to check the rooms if its okay for us to checkout but finally again they are asking for a 100dh due the bedsheet was dirty.(Hundred for them in all matter) and they said we can give you a discount till 90dh)I said I wont pay any single money cause this is a normal and as a 4 star hotel for sure they got a laundry facility at the hotel and it should be very okay for them to find out a dirty bedsheet after a guest checkout.At the end. Am sorry but the truth should say.I feel bad during my stay on my weekend.And I accept all the apologise from this hotel and the management...

I got a last minute deal to reserve the room as usually the rates are not low so I reserved. It doesnt really look like a four stars hotel. Checking in and out wasnt really bad. Even I expected more clean room. Payed parking of the hotel 30 AED per night is a very crazy thing. Toilet was fine with hot water all the time. Front desk people are helpful and friendly. The room is bigger than most in Dubai. But the bed doesnt meet the 4 stars hotels standards. The room considered dark as well.

I spent 5 days waiting for my flight in this hotel. At first I was very mad as its was not the same location I had on google maps I was walking in a totally different direction, however after calling them I arrived after a couple of minutes and they are very friendly and helpful. Their breakfast was suhor during Ramadan and it was very good. The only downside actually was the beds they didnt have a king size so they gave me a 2 twin beds and put them together but the mattresses were not the best and not that comfortable. But 5 star because the staff is the best.P.S I ordered food every day from outside the hotel and it was not a problem.

Medium grade, not like a real 4-star hotel. Very good for Indian or phillipinian nation due to types of foods, breakfast, clubs and staffs.Near to metro station and ancient part of Dubai.A lot of voices and noises from night clubs and next doors.

The hotel was not children friendly, the TV stations were not clear enough and nothing for children, the house keepers seldom did a thorough job. The swimming pool wasnt so cool. But their staff were very polite and accommodating.

We had buffet lunch here. The spread was mainly of Indian cuisine. Tasty and hot.

My experience with the place and staff was too good. Sufyan, zuber, Samuel and jawed were very helpful and cooperative.Location is also ideal as it is hardly 5 min away from Al rigga metro station and numerous restaurants. We used to have meals at peshawar star pakistani restaurant which was very reasonable and with good taste too.Place is not on main road thats why it is very peaceful as well

Electric kettle was broken. It was attached with hot glue, still I couldnt fill it with water at all. Hotel should replace it with a new one or get rid of it and provide upon request.The hose of the shower was cut halfways. It kept pumping out water.Facility is old in general. Its definitely not for families or leisure. I stayed here for a night only for the transit. The rate was pretty low and its not far from the Dubai metro. Only four stops away from Dubai intl airport.I wonder if i would come to this hotel again for the next transit.

I stayed in this hotel for almost Three days & everything is fine except their rate card.They give you best quality rooms with on the go service.Fooding is amazing I loved the breakfast like anything.As an Indian you want to eat something which suits your taste buds & trust me they give you that taste. Staffs are really helpful. I forgot my GoPro camera in the hotel & I was having no hope to get it back. Thanks to the management they kept it safely & returned it back to me.

They have only paid parking available. Rooms and hotel ambiances are good. But surrounding areas are too locally crowded. But good access to locations. No space for temporary parking either as the street is with floating crowded and busy.

A very shady place offering services to pleasure seekers primarily. The hotel offers four clubs with women, wine and what not for all kinds of customers. Additionally a massage parlor is located at the top floor right outside the rooms offering all kinds of servicesThe service is quite pathetic with below par level of food, restaurant staff and room services. Dont expect to get any courtesy right from the reception staff to the senior managers/supervisors. The daily breakfast is better left uneaten as the food quality, variety and quantity is pathetic as compared to regular Dubai standards.Not at all a family place and neither a business traveller paradise. The location is good but cleanliness of the room is terrible. Even I told the housekeeper this issue nothing had changed when I came back to my room at the evening. The breakfast is nice but cheese option is less. Smoke from the place where the omelet was made covered the breakfast area. I wont stay again and I am not recommending.

We stayed for a night because we have our rooms serviced for pest control.The room was big. Some of the staff were friendly enough to greet you in the hallway. The heater and air conditioning were working properly and with built-in hairdryer. Location was great - 3 to 5 min walk from the metro station.However:The room provided to us stunk with cigarette smell (though we specify upon booking of no smoking room) and was not well lit. There was not enough socket to charge our mobiles. The wifi connection was not good - it was slow and it disrupted twice; it took them 30mins to 2 hrs to fix the connection. The toilet was not that clean; there were urine stains in the toilet bowl, dirts on the wall and on the tub. We cleaned the toilet before using it to make sure it was properly cleaned. The receptionist was not that friendly nor courteous - seemed she was not in the mood to accomodate us; she did not even smile for a second. The way they answer our calls was not in a professional manner - no greetings. The place was noisy till 4:00 am - club music and from the neighborhood. The breakfast was average - taste okay and not much option/variety of food to eat.Passable for emergency stay but not good for leisure nor business
