Too much cockroach in the room especially in the washroom and on the bed. Its old and not maintained so many things were broken. There was no tissue and too much dirty washroom. AC was not working well, lights were dim and poor customer service. Since there was no tissue in our room so we informed to the receptionist like more then 3 times personally still we didnt get the tissue.I dont recommended this hotel to anyone better pay little more and stay in better hotel. NEED TO RENOVATE and improve the customer service.

I booked hotel for one night when I go to check in the reception lady was talking so rude I told her I have my renewed EID on my mobile as I don’t received still original hard copy and she is not accepting that and talking very rude I asked her to call manager on duty n she rply she is only one in charge of full hotel. When I asked her name she mention as SHEELA but I dnt think it’s her correct name as she was philipnes nationality. Because of this type of staff hotel must be losing business. Very poor service. 0/10. Please teach the staff first how to talk.Thank you

Its is zero star hotel. 6 years I had stay in different hotels but its my bad experience about this hotels never seen like this dirty hotel. I booked king bad I got 3 twin bad noise room environment. reception person feeling I am so clever handsome about booking low grade to upgrade my room king bed to 3 twin bed very bed rooms. want me foolish I request for water and I want to pay water price I received my water after one hour 3 times call on shouting. Bed experience poor service. Management

A 2 star hotel, my guest who were travelling to Kuwait were staying here, they were booked therr by the agent who duped them by saying its a 4star property. Bad services, and locationwise not easily accessible aswell. Took 45 mins to locate the building.

Last week i visit the bar called taxi bar ,staff found always using mobile and not polite ,also toilet very dirty smelling like heal ,not good place to have drink .like us.

Very average ambience. The only reason we stay here is proximity to market ,metro/ Bus stations and eating joints. This is the best location ever and due to this reason , everytime we visit Dubai, 95% of the time we end up choosing this hotel.

Two days I have happened to be at New Peninsula hotel,I was very happy with the front desk way of attendance to their visitors ,very happy and they create friendly environment to their guests. At New peninsula, you can feel at home.

A friend booked this place when a group of us stayed at Dubai. Nothing significant, really, except perhaps proximity to the Bur Dubai bus stand (It is right opposite the bus stand.).Cleanliness: The rooms were quite clean.Amenities: Extremely unreliable; the geyser will not work in one room. The AC did not stop even when switched off in another.Service: The staff are polite. However, the hotel policies and operations do not reflect customer friendliness. We had to pay 50 dhs to replace a lost key. Room service comes knocking even if we say Do Not Disturb.Safety for women traveling alone: I wouldnt feel safe staying here if I were traveling alone.Food: Bad. The breakfast options for vegetarians and Indians (or worse, if you are both) are very limited, unless you love bread.To conclude, an option to consider if you want to spend less on accommodation, spend less time indoors, and just want a place to crash for the night.

Budget hotel but I wish they had changed the prehistoric furnitures.I havent seen such an old furnitures and equipments in a hotel that charges 150 Dhm. All the rugs, bed sheet, sofa fabric , curtains.... where ever I look I see stains. Toilet fixtures are old and corroded here and there. Stay at this hotel is only worth if it charges anything less than 100 Dhm.Breakfast is Ok (comparing other things in this hotel). But very few options. No fresh juice served instead processed juice of two option.There are nightclubs and pubs in this hotel and the music from them leaks to the guest rooms adjacent and top floors which is disturbing for many people considering it last till early morning.The only thing good here is the location of the hotel aswell as the staff.And a small cafe right near the entrance to the hotel.

Price is ok. Location is better if you are planning for few days work around the market of bur dubai. Market is nearby & even bus station in the frontside of the hotel. If you want to go shopping, City Mall is also in a minutes walking distance.

Was on an official trip for 1 week and I found the hotel very reasonable and cozy place. A very old one in town, but has all facilities, staffs are very welcoming. Connectivity is perfect. Just opposit to BurDubai bus station and beside Al Gubaiba Metro. I recommend to all.

Its not clean 5 bars maybe nice for others but to say the lest not classy what so ever internet drops my door wont open at times and a lot of false advertising it says on the menu that they set up shopping trips and airport pick up and drop of but all they will say sorry that was before we dont do that any more and smile there understanding of hospitality is non existing I had to iron my clothes my self in a public iron if it was a hostel I understand but a hotel....

Its situated in Good location of dubai city and to be specific its in bur dubai next to inter district bus station of uae, city Center carrefour is 5-10 minutes walking distance, there is so many food stall i.e indian Pakistani bangladeshi shop for lunch and dinner, also can find kebab shop and a mosque adjacent to hotel. Moreover hotel conditions is better but little expensive, still you can try out of it, happy stay at hotel peninsula!!!
