Staff was really helpful. I have arrived very early as my flight landed at 5 in the morning, but the staff managed to get us checked-in very early with a nice room (paid for an early check in) Amazing stay overall! A bit noisy at times, from the next room if I am to by really picky. The pool requires renovation as it is small and does not feel worthy of a 5* hotel. I’d rate the pool a more of a 3 star feel, but other than that, really good, no complaints.

The room was the best thing about this hotel. The breakfast bar didnt have many options. The room I stayed in 508 had construction above it, imagine hearing drilling and banging noises that start around 1 PM. This continued throughout my entire stay (7 nights). I went to Dubai to relax and get a chance to disconnect from the world but the hotel was not comfortable. The pool is also not so much as shown in the pictures. The pool is extremely small and not deep.

Best Spa experience. Therapists were very well trained and professional. Manager was very polite and accommodating. Ambience was excellent and very clean and hygienic.

I recently completed my third stay at The Canvas and it was great. Looking forward to my next stay. I would like to make mention of one staff member out of everyone that caused my stay to be the best ever. Aminah was one that impressed me highly. Aminah not only worked and provided great guest services at the pool area, but also every morning for breakfast. A very hard working younglady whom I was pleased to see daily either at Breakfast or relaxing in the evening with sheesha and a beverage. Great hotel , location, price, comfortable rooms.

The staff is very accommodating. From dining to concierge to the cleaning staff.. Paul in dining is the man! He was my go-to for anything dining related. He explained the different types of cuisines and made excellent recommendations. Mimi kept our room spotless for the 2 weeks we were there and was so sweet. The entire front desk was always willing and able to assist with any & everything we needed to make our stay more pleasurable. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to have a safe, accommodating, inexpensive stay in Dubai.

I am yet to stay there, and if I can get my entire money back at this moment, I will do just that and go to a hotel that appreciates their customers.My daughter found the hotel and we got really excited and booked 2 executive suites. One for 1 week and the other for 2 weeks. I then realized we were arriving the next day and not the travel start date. I contacted them immediately to see if they can give us hotel credit that we can use towards hotel services. They totally refused to do it. I contacted the head in the US, and they said they dont see the reason why they wont give us hotel credit, but I guess the headquarters were also wrong for being reasonable. I hope a decision maker can see this because I really dont want to stay at that hotel anymore. I am a business owner, and each client is appreciated beyond words. This hotel just shows that they do not care about their customers and really dont care for repeat business. This whole thing just spoils my excitement about going to Dubai and staying at that hotel.As a wedding planner, I do business with so many hotels, but I have never had such a horrible experience like this before.

The best hotel we have ever had. It offers a lot of luxury, large rooms and good food. The Melia is not in the center, but thanks to the cheap cab fares this is not a problem. You can also get around quickly on foot.The rooms were very clean and the service every day was more than good.The breakfast buffet could be a bit more varied, but thats complaining on a high level.Dubai is and remains a great country. Either you love it or you hate it. The hotel is definitely recommendable. Have already been there twice.

This is the actual view at the top of the hotel and the same view i get to see through my room window. And its is stunning i love the luxury and the ambiance of the room. I went here last july and i might cone for the second time. It is a little bit far from the city . But trust me this place is peaceful and no city noises when at the pool area.

Central location to the market, good rooms, services given on time. The breakfast spread was also good enough. However there is no live entertainment and inbuilt restaurants are quiet pricey for the ambience.

Worth staying there, value for money.As one of the platinum members of Accor ,I was upgraded to an executive suite with lounge access, Ive been to many 5* hotels but I was impressed with the room. Its massive with a comfortable bed and modern, I recommend and will definitely come back.

I’m a regular customer of the Canvas. I’ve found the entire management staff extremely kind courteous and helping. The hotel extremely nice environment. Cleaning staff with Gaurav and Bimal are doing wonderful job to maintain and keep the stay comfortable

Rooms have good design, breakfast was better than expected. But though we mentioned our family size, they missed to allot ample sized room. Else rest was good. Accor membership will help with this hotel.

Everything was very good, staff very helpful polite and available for anything.Definitely recommend this hotel with a rooftop pool with view in the BurjKalifah tower.Just the breakfast buffet was less of different varieties of fruits.Sure if I come back to dubai I will stay here again.

The hotel lobby is wonderful to look and stay at. The room is nice and clean with a big and clean bathtub for people who enjoy drawing baths. Much thanks to Anish who helped during my stay. Positives first: the room was gorgeous, well above the average 5 star hotel room! The staff is also very responsive on trip advisor which is great. Breakfast buffet was okay, not great. Hotel pool is very dodgy and dirty, doesn’t match the beautiful lobby and rooms. Unfortunately we had to call for a room change for 4 hours straight, calling more than 10 times in that time frame as not all rooms are equipped with a Bidet and I assumed that’s a given in Arab countries. Handing that matter proved to be almost impossible for the staff to deal with as they seemed to ignore the concern completely, always saying they would call back but unfortunately did not, leaving it entirely to us to deal with. The rooms also smelled like fresh paint which can cause headaches. If the problem solving skills improve and the hotel pool facility becomes cleaner, the hotel would be near perfect.

Prices for rooms are suitable , but unfortunately the cleanliness and sanitation of the rooms need huge improvement, from the first looks its clean but there are several spots that are dirty.There are Indian clubs in the hotel so it might bother some people.Breakfast was very good.

Love this place. Simply amazing.bful terrace and room..Spacious bathroom with separate shower area, shaving/ brushing area, bathing tub and toilet. All these areas are separated by glass doors. The bathtub area has a clear view of bedroom and TV.There are no doors for the bathroom.

The hotel is too bad, their attitude with the customer too rude, they never respect or even listen to you. I arrived to the property with my family at around 4:00 pm and until this moment they gave us one room of the four that I booked and paid already for, and now it is 7:00pm. They never cooperate with you or try to fix their fault. Even the people at the reception they have bad attitude. The rooms are not ready until this moment. Even this one star they done deserve it but to write this review I need to give a star. THIS IS BAD HOTEL, NOT GOOD ATTITUDE, THEY DO NOT RESPECT YOU OR TRY TO HELP YOU 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌

When I arrived the first room I got was dirty in the bathroom, and I asked for a room with 2 beds but I got a room with one bed. I asked to change my room and my request was granted 13pm the next day would my new room be ready. I went down to the reception at 13pm and noone had heard about my request so I hade to what until 18pm for a new room. Got into the new room and it was very dusty I couldnt breath.Upon arrival I had to pay tourist tax which I did for the week Id be staying and upon checking out the payment I made had disappeared somehow and I had to pay it going because it wasnt in the system. So I had to pay twice for the tourist taxes. I find it very unprofessional and I felt tricked.
