J5 Hotels has been awesome in my first visit to Dubai on Business. Amazing staff and so respectful! Close to the airport and very accommodating. I extended my stay just because of this!

Excellent place to stay for long term. Great hospitality. I stayed there for around 5 months. Highly recommended.Special mention of Gym floor manager lady, Arlene, who has a very positive and pleasant attitude. Front desk and housekeeping staff was also extremely helpful.

Many hotels have the equipment and well situated. What makes the difference is the service.Have stayed in J5 hotel from 1st to 17th July 21. The service was excellent from the security guard at the door to the cleaning lady, through the reception and restaurant. They are very customer oriented. What ever you need, just asked and they will handle with smile.I strongly recommend the J5 hotel in Dubai. Thanks to the whole team.

J5 Hotels Port Saeed is very well located. The hotel is spotless, cozy, with an amazing atmosphere. Rooms are large, equipped with nice forniture, TV with satellite channels as well as kitchen ware.Staff at reception, including those who help guests with the luggage and housekeepers are highly professional, friendly and helpfull.I really spent ahret time at the J5 Hotels Port Saeed.

Perfect staff...clean..neat...well equipped

The room was quite spacious and neat, with a small kitchenette and utensils for quick-cooking if not in the mood to go out for food. The front desk staff was friendly and the concierge was very helpful in handling my luggage. Also, Concierge helped me get a taxi anytime I needed one.The Buffet breakfast was also okay.

I’m quickly finding this place to be the best hotel in Dubai. I hopped around to 4 hotels, and this one always stuck out. Great rooftop pool that serves alcohol. Kind staff. Good internet. Rooms with kitchen setup. Comfy beds.

Rooms are very clean and spacious, Sheets are well pressed, Housekeepers are very friendly esp Ester, Zeeshan, Amrita, Fola, Grace, jovelyn and Babatunde. Breakfast was amazing and they are following protocols, Jessiber makes the delcious coffee while being welcomed by Eunices smile, Kiran and Shamshers sweet greetings, and Freds professional Service.Kumara was very helpful on assisting luggages as well as the Good vibes brought by Kolade. to Farouk, who is very accomodating to my needs and always giving professional service in the reception. Also, Savito and the duty manager Ibrahim.Desmond in the pool bar has an amazing customer service, very friendly. and Aisa in the Gym as well.I only didnt like when no one is answering my calls in the morning and my requests for amenites are always delayed or sometimes forgotten. But it was the best experience in dubai.

It is a very pleasant experience for us to have 2 weeks without any annoying things.The staff are always friendly and helpful, my coming vacation definitely will be in J5.The rate for the night is more than reasonable.Thanks for all the staff again........

I used to be a regular customer with membership at the gym as well. But unfortunately I had a bad experience with front desk. Its your loss for not retaining a very regular customer.

Breakfast is ok, facility is ok and the shower is fantastic specially the water temperature m, but you have to ask for many things like toothbrush, personal tools ect,The Luby is normal

The location is ideal to get around Dubai. The hotel is 6-minute walk from the mall and metro station. The hotel rooms and bathrooms are spacious, clean and in excellent condition. One can also enjoy the hotels pool with perect temperature and well-equipped gym. The rooms have plenty of space to store your things. The hotel has excellent customer service. Edward, Farouk and John of front desk are friendly, reliable and accomodating. They provided quick services to our needs. The service of housekeeping team is commendable as well. The housekeeping team attended to our requests without delay.

I LOVE this hotel. I really love this hotel, very clean, no foreign smells, the reception is very fast, quick check-in, always friendly and ready to help. Rooms are cleaned daily or at will. Everything is given, changed, on demand if you need something extra.

Stayed there early 2019, the hotel were great its clean, tidy, comfortable, has kitchen and cooking ware. close to mall and public transportation.

Staffs are friendly, helpful and caring. Most especially Mr. john, Mr. Savito, from receptions and Mr. kulade are very accommodating. My husband and I stayed very comfy and relaxed.

I arrived at the hotel to check in well after midnight and was happy to find the reception still open being manned by Farouk. The check in process was seamless and I was given a number of rooms to select for my preference.No issues with the room and was as I had expected.Next day i had to complete some paperwork and the day reception staff Helen and Savito were extremely helpful and even made a few calls on my behalf.An issue with the TV was also resolved without much hassle.At the time of my stay there was construction/redecoration at the main reception and cafe so this had been moved to the Mezzanine floor. No work being done at night but also couldnt hear any noise during the day so that didnt bother me.I had the in room American breakfast and it was sufficient. Havent tried the dinner yet but will give it a go at some point.

Amazing hotel with a kitchenette and washing machine and spacious luxury rooms . Great breakfast and friendly and supportive staff ! Good for families with a baby so that you can cook for them . Supermarket and mini mart is nearby so shopping is easy. The rooms are exactly as in the pictures !

Its a nice place and it should have been 5 stars, the only problem was the the repairs that theyre doing on the other rooms during my 7 day stay. From 10am-4pm youll hear a knock out tool wacking on the cieling.

Clean rooms, very helpful staff, quite generous and help you get anything you need. One best feature is you get washing machine within your room so no laundry expenses.

Nice hotel with views overlooking the airport. The windows were not clean though, do totally ruined it. Love the design of the rooms. Very classic and warm. Theres also a kitchenette complete with two stoves and a sink. You can also find a washing machine in the bathroom

We (my husband, 2 year old son and myself) stayed at J5 Port Saeed for almost a month. The service of the hotel staff from the folks at the reception to housekeeping and room service was really great. They cater to almost all the requests you have. The location of the hotel is really good and peaceful.

We stayed in J5 port saeed for 12 nights, and our stay was amazing, the location is great as it is near DCC. As for the hotel itself the place is clean, the housekeeping team ensures that common areas are well maintained and the rooms are throughly cleaned by paola and anthony (2 staffs assigned on our floor). I think this is because of their manager MR. John who we’ve met during our stay, it definitely shows how he takes care of his staffs. Frontdesk are also very friendly, Farouk always greets us (even with the mask you can see is genuine smile), in the cafe eunice and jessieber are very polite and service is swift and lastly Kolade surely made our first impression excellent for this place his customer service skills are at high standards. Also, thanks to Mr. Ahmed for accommodating our booking.J5 is home away from home. Keep it up for the management team as your team and staffs are at its best.Because of this WE WILL DEFINITELY BOOK WITH J5 AGAIN 😊👍🏻This place is Highly Recommended

Ok Ive been here for about three days now and I can say its a lovely hotel with extra facilities at relatively lower cost. The rooms have kitchenette and are big enough with big beds either single or double. The breakfast is great and the cafe staff are very nice especially one slim Chinese guy. The receptionists are great too. The hotel is just about 6 minutes walking distance to the Deira City Centre.

I stayed here back in February 2019, really enjoyed it. It was a nice chill hotel with great facilities and amazing staff. I had one of the best hotel breakfast meals right here, nice comfortable room with a sofa, was really quick to get to from the airport and is actually walkable to the Deira City Centre and Metro station for days when I didn’t want to drive. Highly recommend !

Will start with the good things, staff is welcoming, helpful and accommodating. Value for money for the services you receive in terms of room size, breakfast and facilities like washing machine microwave, small kitchen, TV channels etcThe worst thing is the smell in the rooms, it is really bad we tried the non smoking as well it was even worse. Although the room was freshened it started smelling in 2 hours or so. All our clothes smelled of the same scent even after we left.Bathroom is compact also because the washing machine is fitted in it. You cannot open windows for long as well because the fire alarm goes off due to humidity but not the cigarette smoke.The hotel is next to the busy junction and airport, the sound proofing is really bad you hear the traffic all night.I wont be coming back again.If you can live with all this then it is reasonable priced.
