Book a 2 week stay with the hotel and the staff was really kind and very helpful when it came to room hygiene and food deliveries.The restaurant was a cool place for work and food is good. The chef can customize the menu for you according to your demands.It is really close to the Mall of the Emirates.The hotel is very reasonable in terms of prices and our stay was very comfortable.Make sure to visit them while traveling on business to Dubai.

Cozy hotel with comfortable rooms. Great kitchen. For active people there is a gym with techno gym equipment. On the top floor there is a swimming pool which makes for a great atmosphere. You can relax. Hotel staff discreet and very polite. Great location. Close to the metro station. I recommend.

The hotel is in the center of Dubai, location is great and close to lots of facilities and restaurants, the staff are very friendly and the whole atmosphere is good.The room is cozy and very comfortable and relaxing, all the room facilities are working as expected, prices also are very affordable.Ive enjoyed my stay there and would come back again.

This hotel is in a good location, just blocks from the Mall of the Emirates. The staff personnel are excellent. The breakfast and lunch deliveries were quick and the food is tasty.

We had a great stay and their reservations team was very friendly (Ms. Glanis) and helpful. Check-In was a bit tedious (Maybe as it was my first time in Centro), post that our stay was great, the rooms were quite spacious and the utilities were great at the price point, the room very well sanitized.Thank you guys for making feel comfy.

Well the hotel is nice. But definitely giving and posting false advertisements! Who would want something like that? We took a membership for the gym and pool saying its 24 hours. But definitely not. Plus they advertise some drinks in a promo, but when we asked. No its there anymore. For 2 weeks now same ads im seeing. When i asked why dont they take it off. Simply answered us, because we wanted to attract more customers!!! OMG. WRONG. VERY WRONG.🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

The decoration and the style of the hotel is fantastic , even the room is to clean and arranged, the service from the staff was fantastic and much welcoming

Rooms very good, clean. Smaller than other rooms. and now they are very strict with covid rules, they are not allowing tourists to enter the bar because of not vaccinated, even if you said you are covid negative.Slow in service in term of room service.but hotel very quiet and peaceful for staycation.Valet parking is not available

Great hotel, but the breakfast variety lacks slightly. Theyre management messed up a little bit but it happens. Room cleaning was great but the timing could be better.

PROS: Awesome location (10 min on walk from mall of Emirates and all department stores and food joints around), nice cosy and well managed good looking rooms and a very cooperative staff, especially Mr Adnan. Value for money and highly recommend.CONS: Not really any cons as such, just that in house food items are pretty costly for those who wants to manage on budget. For them there are pretty good food joints around.

The worst management and customer treatment that youll ever have on the entire world...all what they care about is the money regardless what so Ever is the problem.Tonight 1st of May, at 00h45... the majesty of the Duty manager as per policy made our life much more complicated, after having a 13 hours of exhausting shooting day, we asked for a spoon to eat my yogurt meal before i had to sleep and wake up the second day early call.He created the drama of not surviving us a spoon, just because of the policy.But if i order their discussing Pasta for 75 AED they will serve it with plate and spoon and whatever i want just because of the policy.Duty manager is not qualified to be on the front office, he should resign or find another job something far so Farrrr from hospitality.Dear Travelers, make sure to find a better place when it comes to Barsha.Good night :)

Been to this hotel many times, the place is clean, the room is very comfy, complete with all the stuff we need. We also love their themed buffet, my husband and I truly enjoyed our stay here most of the time. Its one of the best hotel on our list. Couldn’t wait for another staycation at this hotel, planning to spend our Holidays here again.

Places I have been, never one like this. Basics were missing. Toiletries, were in quarantine I believe. We could not find any. Good thing is the bed. Nice and comfy. They could do much better.

Great small hotel in Al Barsha, walking distance to MOE. Nice clean rooms. Roof top pool to relax and enjoy your time. I had a room with inside hotel view, didnt mind as it was very quiet. Underground parking available.

Location is great for the tourists coz near metro.So the tourists who want to spend less on accommodation & more on the fun, this place is advisable for them.

Hotel is nice and clean. Excellent location. Staff however are not great, when booking, I requested an early check in. They replied and said they would try and accommodate me and charged me early due to request (they were not supposed to charge until I checked in) when I got to the hotel, they said, they cant give me a room because they are full. According to bookings.com , they had rooms. Guy at reception was exceptionally rude. Theres also not enough parking as basement gets full . Other than the staff, hotel is goodEDIT: No parking service were offered. Actually the receptionist (Filipino female) asked me (in a polite way) to move my car from the top parking even though there were a few other cars parked here. And the receptionist at check in (Adnaan?) was extra rude in telling me they just said that they will try and accommodate me earlier but they wont be able to anything for me before 2. And to be honest, dealing with Adnaan was possibly the worst experience during my whole trip to Dubai

Very good experience. Good quality for the price. The staff is very professional and helpful. Rooms are very clean and ready every day like a five star hotel. Thanks to Emanuela the lovely housekeeper. Ice is available and delivered to the room. Housekeeping was available and responsive everytime we call. Decent size for short stay with a nice chair and footstool to work from and watch tv. Pool has sun most of the day. 10 min walk to the mall. Plenty of shops around like pharmacy, restaurants and supermarkets. Very safe. Underground parking with enough space. ATM inside hotel. Taxis easy to find in the streets.Feedbacks: ask for room with street view as the other ones have no natural lighting. Bring your own hairdryer. The hotel one is very small. No ceramic mugs to make coffee. Paper ones only. Restaurant food is pretty average. So we ordered Deliveroo or bought lovely arab food from restaurants nearby. A few famous local restaurants nearby with no alcohol licence but amazing vibe and food. Gym is pretty basic.

You get fined if you spill a drink, some of the cheapest cleaning products, Never going back.

Very close to Dubai Metro station with affordable room rate. Room is ok, but the breakfast is always the same. Lack of variation. I stayed there for 2 weeks with the same breakfast every day.

It was my worst ever experience in this hotel.I had a plan to stay here 16 night but i could stay here only 3 nights you know why, room service was 0% i called 6 time on the concierge and i said send a guy to change my bed sheet bht he didnt come and from the washroom water was coming in room. At the end i planned to move from there.. i ll never ever come in this hotel and am not gonna suggest anyone...

This 5 star rating is for Mr. Mohammad (Swimming Coach). I really appreciate him for coaching me Swimming lessons. In just 7 out of 9 lessons, I could learn Free style swimming . Many thanks to him at 1 point of time I realized that it would take me some months to learn Swimming but Mohammad proved my belief to be wrong. It was Mohammad’s Coaching+ Practice+ YouTube (Total Immersion).

Nice hotel with good value of money.Location is good, 5-7 mins walk from metro.Staff are so friendly and helpful.The only downside is that the neighborhood doesnt seem very decent and its quite scary to walk alone on the street especially in the evening.

The best experience so far. Staff behavior was amazing. The room ambience so calming.The way they decorated room is outstanding.The architecture of the whole building is eye catchy. Amazing experience. The food we ordered was scrumptious. We tried 3 different draughts. All are tastes exactly what it is. Appreciated.

Extra clean and v good service. Breakfast isn’t bad but needs more items for people with different tastes.I had two rooms connected for 2 adults and 3 kids and the space was excellent.Nice showers. Worth every penny

For the rate of the rooms, you get a good deal. The rooms are small. Only the bathroom is actually a partition rather than a room. On the other side, the breakfast is amazing, the staff is very friendly and the hotel is few minutes from Emirates Mall.

I have stayed there for 2weeks straight due to the movement restriction in AUH,Enjoyed my stay there easy access to everything MOR is around the block with a walking distance.Price was very responsible and also the staff is very nice and helping too.

Had a small stop and a short stay with them on my way back. Really good rooms, food quality is really nice. They have a 24 hour cafe inside the hotel. Excellent staff service and theyre very helpful. Always this place will be in my top ten list on my trip to Dubai.

Nice place to stay in, location is good specially for tourists. The walls are thin tho you can hear things around you, and the room service is like a takeaway. But over all the room is modern and nice place to stay

The food is good. The staff is courteous. Good hispitality. They dont provide a holder for tooth brush, razor, etc.
