We had breakfast and spent the day in the pool.They offered us fresh water and a ice cream during the day and that was a very nice plus because normally everything is added to the bill. As you would except the service and people was 5 stars and very helpful. I passed a very wonderful day

I stayed at the hotel shortly before lockdown and experienced an absolute 5 star experience. Situated in a good location, close to some good restaurants and short walking distance to the beach. Large pool, and well kept huge gardens. Loads of tucked away chill zones within the hotel. Rooms are spacious and modern with excellent views of the beach from the balconies. Bathrooms are huge and room service is on time everytime and they do an awesome job. The staff are so friendly throughout the hotel from front desk to garden staff. The in house restaurant does a huge and fantastic breakfast buffet with a large selection of dishes from around the world. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend to anyone planning a trip to Dubai.

Location:The location of the hotel is very great, it’s in JBR and there is a multi shops, restaurants, and coffee shop surrounding the hotel.Staff:The staff’s are very friendly and helpful, they are very professional and considering any occasions of their guest for free of charge, they do the need full arrangement to make them happy.Room:The are clean and the size is very good with an amazing view, they provide a good room service twice a day, they provide any extra service’s when ever the gust need in fast way, they need only to consider the mattress of the bed and pillow comfortably.

Afternoon tea is amazing here! I went for a baby shower, the set up was lovely and the hotel did all of the confetti appropriate decor on the tables, the customer service was very good and the best part: unlimited food and beverages! Honestly, it was fantastic value! I will definitely be going again. I love afternoon teas and this was the best value in my opinion and a lovely experience.

Visited Ritz Carlton for a meeting, like the place in general.Unfortunately left the hotel with bad feelings as my car was crashed in the Guest parking area by a taxi. Hotel staff should not allow taxis to park next to guest cars. This is not a five star hotel standard where cheap taxis park next to S class Mercedeses and Roll Royces...

An amazing hotel for luxury lovers. Food is great. Although it was at the bottom of the sea, we got out as soon as we entered the sea because it was extremely hot 😂 The pool was really nice and clean. If you guys planning to go to Dubai and stay in such a hotel Ritz can be considered as a good option.

Staff was arrogant and not willing to provide services. I would never stay here again and would not recommend to others. The hotel it self is outdated. There are better options in Dubai. More recent resorts with better service.

Our stay was more than excellent. I really couldnt have asked for a more perfect stay. My review will be somewhat of a ramble as I have so much to comment on!The rooms were well appointed and clean. Housekeeping added special touches to both of our rooms each day even drawing pictures and writing notes for our two daughters. Each night for turndown our rooms were cleaned and picked up again. As it was my birthday, housekeeping also did extras for me as well and Acep was especially tentative bringing me a bouquet of flowers both on my birthday and the day after. He also made me the sweetest frame with a picture frame saying Happy Birthday along with a box of chocolates. He and Rajesh both above and beyond and I was great appreciative of everything they did.The kids club...... amazing. Nene was awesome! She too helped in celebrating my birthday and made lots of paper flower bouquets for me. The girls also made lots of bracelets and rings with her and made it a point to see her each day that she and we were there. Her personality was infectious and she really brings something sure we were well taken care of with whatever we needed as well as the other servers and the lifeguards kept our chairs and towels clean. We really enjoyed being poolside and were comfortable and relaxed.Now the gym. I typically use the gym at hotels and once in a while will take a class but the latter not often. I saw a class for the spin / pump and thought Id go ahead and try it. I had such a great time with the instructor Indira that I took her class for yoga the next day and then took another class the following with another instructor who also gave a great spin class. I highly recommend!We went to the restaurant Blue Jade. Not only is the food very good but they too made my birthday a special one. Each of the servers and hostesses signed a card for me and gave me a beautiful rose along with a nicely decorated table. They sang and gave a really beautiful and delicious dessert. La Baie was very tasty and again everyone was well attentive and same with the buffet which was also clean and obviously took health precautions. Everyone made sure that everything was just right and more. I so appreciated each and every one and I really look forward to being back. This has become one of my favorite places in Dubai. Thank you so very much for a special time!

Beautiful hotel with a lovely stretch of beach. Its located in JBR so actually in a prime location with plenty to do. The lobby lounge is an amazing place to catch up with friends over a cup of coffee and the rest of the place is also worth exploring with a wide array of restaurants to choose from! An amazing hotel, love the architecture and the finishes! 👍

Such a nice classy hotel, it’s in prime location but it feels like a hidden getaway. A break from the big city dubai. Also mani left a beautiful towel dog on my bed which was so cute and some flowers ❤️ The ritz is so special

We came here for a two day daughter (3 years) father weekend; it was a great stay, spacious room & nice ambience overall.Cons: The breakfast “Carnival Restaurant” was not impressive for a AED 260 breakfast & station workers/chefs were so rude.Services at the pool is rather slow and you have to hunt for workers to assist you with something.In a single day you can expect a visit from housing keeping, mini-bar team & again house keeping; its good; but sometimes its annoying. Maybe others like this type of attention, but it annyos me. I mean If I need something, I will just dial zero :)The reception was so lovely; they came to our room to celebrate my daughter’s birthday with a cake, balloons & a cute banner.Overall recommended.

The grounds and location are absolutely fantastic. Sprawling greenery and pools, private beach, loads of space and privacy, yet all literally just on the JBR.Yet, the rooms are very dated and frankly just not up to scratch—especially at this price level. The faucets in my bathroom are falling apart. The electrical work appears to have been done by an amateur. The room service options are insulting for any 5 star hotel in 2021, yet alone the Ritz-Carlton in Dubai. Many of the common areas seem to be from 1995.In short, this is a 5-star location, just not a 5-star hotel.

Hotel and rooms are very much a ritz hotel standard but the service and staff seem to have been hired from outside the industry and nil experience. Is not the first time in Dubai at a luxury brand hotel I have seen very poor service must be related to the local environment..

I went to play tennis at Ritz-Carlton. The staff was very helpful and professional, from Valet, to Door man, to Reception ... The tennis courts look well taken care of, there is a bench, a parasol, umpire chairs (Altough I didnt see one in Court #1 where I was playing), and an outdoor restroom. The passage from JBR until main entrance is also nice and clean. Will plan dining there and see.

It seems google and booking and all the hotel booking apps just show the positive or fake reviews . We had a sad experience at ritz the grounds were under renovation and no one advised . There was sewage smells at the pool area and the landscaped area was totally boarded . Unethical

Amazing experience at this top notch property. The rooms are beautiful and location is perfect, close to everything. The pool is incredible and the beach area is super nice. Breakfast buffet is vary good with a lot of food options from different countries.The best this hotel offers is the service, they have an impeccable team willing to assist every time with a smile, they are all hoteliers at heart it’s incredible how all of them are synchronized to give you a warm welcome and a great smile always looking out for you ( Rosa at the front desk) is this person super attentive and reflects that she truly loves her work and what she does, she made us feel welcome everyday she made us feel like family, she always called us by the last name never forgot our names, this is a top notch employee a truly gem for this hotel.Others employees that stands out were Míl and Arthur at the concierge always patiently helping us with a smile. Charles (who always remembered out names) and Ariel at the bell desk out side were amazing. Husain our room attendant was super sweet with his towels creations and flowers made us feel like home everyday and the room was impeccable.Letizia and Virginia at the front desk were amazing and very attentive to our needs.Emmanuel and Pascar at the BBQ restaurant treated us like royalty, Pascar has impecable service and very attentive.We also would like to mention the general manager Jeroem Elmendorp because all this good service is the reflection of excellent management. Thank you for all your attention and amenities you truly made our honeymoon super special and totally unforgettable, we will recommend always and will be back!!!!!

Wanted to enter hotel from the beach, we stayed in the next property at Royal Meridien.Security guy said that we have to go around.Never seen sooooo unfriendly guys. Specially in Marriott properties for all years i am loyal to them.Shame on GM and all RC team

Had the pleasure of spending a day pool/beachside at and I must say the hospitality and service was top shelf. From a complimentary bottle of water at the bar, the service was detailed, informative, efficient and with taste

We booked through booking.com unfortunately both Ritz and booking.com hide information from us . The landscaped area is undergoing major works . Had we known we would not have stayed there . The grounds are covered with hoarding , you can’t see the sea from the pool , you need to walk in between hoarding for 10-15 minutes to get to the beach . There was Jack hammer noise at times and yesterday afternoon there was sewage smell at the pool and the same happened today morning . It was really bad . There needs to be transparency , one would think there is standards staying at the Ritz . Unfortunately we were deceived .

Ritz Carlton is known world wide for their excellent hospitality but sometimes they go an extra mile which makes you wanna review them! We have a flat tyre at the JBR Ritz Carlton. Charles, helped us with tyre. Most of the hotels wouldn’t care would just call a mechanic for us. But Charles & Fawad along with 2 more people were so so helpful.

It is quite rare to find a low rise with expansive beach front ground in Dubai. Ritz JBR has a great good location although from time to time it is quite loud as the sky diving airport is just next to it. The suites are huge w a bathroom the size of a regular London hotel room. The pools are lovely. However the spa is too dated, dark and small. The deco, furnishing of the hotel are grand old style, may not be to everyone‘s taste. The buffet breakfast seems too impersonal and generic. Again, pls be more environmentally sustainable, too much plastic waste in this hotel, plastic bottled water, shampoo, bath gel, individual towel bag... I was quite shocked to find so much plastic here after visiting the Maldives where my hotel was super environmentally friendly w no plastic in sight.

Hotel is in a great location, and has fantastic beach and pool area. The staff in every part of the hotel are amazing and the service throughout our 10-day stay was perfect. Club lounge is one of the best in Dubai, and a great selection of restaurants to choose from. Rooms are immaculate, and the housekeeping team faultless. The hotel remains my favourite place to stay in Dubai. Thank you to all the staff for making it such a special location.

The Ritz needs to decide whether they want to be a high end hotel or a noisy, open air sheesha bar. It’s almost 11 pm Dubai time, I have an early morning flight first thing tomorrow morning, and music is blaring out from the lounge. Incredible!

This hotel is not as good as The Ritz Carlton should be. Such a low quality for the money you pay is very disappointing. Pools are dirty and the water temperature is so warm when it’s so hot outside, my pool at my residence is way better and cooler. Called them prior and asked if the pool bar is open and in the end found out that it’s closed. Waiters are very unprofessional, keep forgetting orders. Our bill in the end had some extra items which we didn’t ordered. Drinks and food are only till 17:30 and the pool is closed at 19:00.The facilities are looking old and average.After Four Seasons feels like you moved to 3 stars hotel. Bird poop everywhere on the sun beds.don’t stay here!!!!

Excellent hotel with impeccable service.The staff goes above and beyond.After a red-eye flight, the friendly staff welcomed us with smiles and professionalism and made it possible to check-in very early, which made our holiday start so much more relaxed.Our room was spacious with a wonderful sea view.The overall excellent service was maintained during the whole stay. Any wish was made possible to the highest standards.Great variety of food and drinks, but I want to mention the outstanding breakfast, which and made every day start excellent. The service was impeccable everywhere in the hotel, as well as at the beach, the different lounges and restaurants.We enjoyed a wonderful and relaxing stay.Or as my wife said - it was perfect.

My family loves this place especially my son ! He loves the kids club area and of course the pool and beach.This place is a good drive for us around 30 to 45mins but trust me its worth it totally.

We just had the most amazing week at the Ritz Carlton Dubai on the Marina. Stayed at Club Level, everything was Perfection. Albert at the front private desk , & Ramesh & Mousah in house keeping were just amazing. We felt really spoilt . Bedrooms are lovely & big and have every amenity you require, the bed is so comfortable. At the pool they being you bottled water in little ice buckets & keep it topped up during the day. They provide suncream by the pools. Plenty of sunbeams so we never felt on top of anyone. The food is amazing, great chefs all was delicious & great variety. The Hotel is in a great location & easy to walk around the Marina. I couldnt fault this hotel in any way. Cant wait to go back again & we would highly recommend it. Thank you Ritz Carlton Dubai for leaving us with many special memories. Your staff are amazing & so kind

At the time of booking the table, wrong timings were mentioned and we ended up waiting for 1.5hours for the buffet. Lighting is hottible on certain tables. Too dark. Food selection was very limited. Way too high prices. Beef kabab had smell. Staff is friendly. Not going again. Not recommending either.

Aside from a reservation issue where wrong room type was booked and in order to remedy the mistake I was asked to pay a 25% increase to have the room I booked, the staff and the hotel is welcoming. I will highly recommend that you triple check and voice confirm your reservations because Marriott web booking failed miserably for me.

The entire hotel and its beautiful lawns are a place to enjoy and relax. I was amazed how close to JBR walk the hotel is located while maintaining a very peaceful atmosphere inside. Also great offers like the Yoga on the Gulf lawn. Enjoyed that a lot!

Excellent wedding venue

We had lunch at AMASEENA to celebrate UAE National day and we could have not done a worst choice. Food was terrible, it come out cold from the kitchen, the service was even worst. No one apologized for the terrible services. It’s really a pity to get such a service in a 5 star hotel.

Fantastic location, really pleasant and clean rooms. The garden- and pool area is like an oasis, we must have taken a thousand pictures! It’s like the eyes can’t get enough of the sight! 1 week stay - the sea view room was just perfect with the most comfortable bed ever! The staff were attentive, friendly and very aware of who you were. A very good choice of restaurants, the best of which we found to be the Blue Jade (almost perfect!) and Amaseena (such a variety of wonderful flavours and variety).The beach was very good, loungers set back slightly from the sea which gave some privacy. Staff on the beach were first class and couldnt do enough for you.We would recommend this hotel unreservedly and we will undoubtedly be returning. Thank you to the R-C Dubai Beachfront!

My only complaints is they dont allow for swimming after dark

Dont recommend it at all, apart from many other problems, they never informed the breakfast was not included , the man at the reception never gave my husband and i any information of the hotel facilities, and about the breakfast they just charged us for that without asking us if we wanted to add it or not, the man only informed us the breakfast timing.Completely spoiled my honeymoon! Front office team really needs to improve, i worked in a hotel and i know how it should be managed and what the procedures are.Please, save your time and money and chose another hotel, because even though after my husbands review we did not received even one call or msg for apology.Only thing good about the hotel is Ariel who took our luggage to the room. Wish the front office had the same attitude as Ariel.

Good for time out but food was not as expected or not value for money

The staff and service of this hotel are so amazing which added to the great location on The Walk made our stay incredibly unforgettable. Travelling extensively with our little daughter (18-month old) can sometimes be challenging, but at the Ritz-Carlton Dubai, the staff is so professional and nice that it has been a very relaxing moment for us.At the lounge, the staff was always proactive and nice with our daughter (calling her by her first name every time we entered the lounge). At the beach, the staff was also always present to make sure we could relax and have our daughter protected from the sun. In addition to the staff and great service, we really enjoyed the food quality, room and hotel equipment.We will definitely come back in the coming months!!
