Terrible. cockroaches and bed bugs all over. Broken furniture, missing utilities, and the place is something out of a horror movie... flickering lights in the hallways... eerie sounds from the neighbors... The photo on the website? Was taken 18 years ago... The bank is gone the restaurants closed, the gym mothballed forever! Left in the middle of the night!

Room was smelling, cockroaches were there inside the room. Cupboard were broken. Wifi will not be working always. Bad experience.Not recommended

This is the worst worst hotel we have ever seen in our life.. and the worse staff.. the room was full of coakroaches...everywhere!!!it entered even our food. Inside the toilet, in the bed literally everywher and I’m not even exaggerating!! The hotel was So disgusting !!!there was no bathroom slippers, no wash towel.when We complained about the coakroaches to the staff, their attitude was very rude and arrogant, as if the fault was with us.. their reply was “coakroaches are there in every room”!!! Can u even imagine how a staff can talk like this ??!! There were other customers also near the reception who was complaining about the same and the staffs attitude was very very bad.He was not even ready to apologise.All of us finally decided to call ‘baldiya’ and complain. It was when things heated up the guy at the reception apologised for the sake of not complaining. We made complain and thankfully the police arrived and asked us the problms. And promised us one heavy fine would b given by baldiya.. we had to go from the place as we were late. And it was not even one person, 5-6 customers together complained to police. I hope they got a heavy fine and have learnt a good lesson.. please anyone who sees this, don’t ever don’t ever book your room in this disgusting hotel. It will b the worst experience. I do not even want to give 1 star!!

Very very dirty and lots of pests and bugs i don’t understand why they have a 3 star rating. The staff are very cold and unfriendly,, i was shocked that on agoda has many positive reviews while the whole truth could be found on Booking.com reviews would never recommend to anyone

Quite possibly the worst hotel in Dubai if not the world. Where to begin. Disgusting, the place is full of roaches and hasnt had an upgrade since they first opened. Musty smell all over the place. The staff is the worst, and will give you attitude about the most basic things. TV didnt work in our room, there was no microwave, no utensils, no stove, and the water kettle wasnt working. They replaced the water kettle but the portable electric stove top they brought was over 10 years old and didnt work. Lets not even talk about the bathroom... When I spoke to the manager about refunding our money so we could leave he said so what? about all the things I just mentioned. STAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Believe me its cheap for a reason! The location is also horrible, there are no supermarkets or decent food options around, the area is home to wholesale traders and thats it.

Very bad experience with this hotel. honestly booked this hotel because of its cheap rate. i read also the reviews from agoda that this hotel is just fine. but its just a waste of money. staffs are not accommodating, not clean rooms with unpleasant smell, saw cockroaches. electric wires are not safe for the kids. everything is literally broken.

Not a 3-star. The gym and restaurant are closed and the place is shabby and scary to walk to at night (No lights on the street) The lights in the hallway of the hotel buzz like in the ghost movies of lore and there is a strong stench of industrial bleach. The bleach is not strong enough to get rid of the cockroaches and mildew in the fridge and microwave, the furniture is broken, there are no towels or a hot plate, the utensils were last used by illegal immigrants (aluminium vessels), and the bed had bugs. DO NOT BOOK VIA AGODA. I booked on Agoda for one week and they refused to refund my money even though I checked out on day 1 because apparently the hotel has to agree to refund your money...

They quite simply lie about the rooms amenities.No washing machines and no laundry service! WTF??Full kitchen was a fridge and a broken hotplate.No bath towels, could sometimes wait 2-3 days for a clean bath towel (a single bath towel to share between 2 people!)Shame because its a nice room.

The front desk personnel wasnt helpful to us. On MMT website the check in time for this hotel was showing 2am. We had early morning flight reaching DXB, so when we arrived at the hotel at 8am no room was available. Had to wait till 1 PM to get a room and when they finally gave us a room it was a 5-bed room.And the hotel does not have parking space which was really a bad deal as i didnt check the area before and public parking is full almost all time through the day.

Worst hotel ever...booked for 4 nights and immediately cancelled the last 3 nights. When discussing this with front desk he told me to wait for the manager. When manager arrived, he literally went to spit in a box before dismissing us and refusing in any way to come to some sort of compromise.The room had towels with brewery logos on them as if they had had just got promotional items to use in the room. All dishware was mismatched. Room was in a delapidated state with doors falling off the hinges. Last straw was the tv that it wires just shoved into the plug socket, no plug. I reckon a fire danger! But hell, they dont seem to care about anything.Everyone, do yourselves a big favour and stay far away from Hafez Hotel Apartments!!!

Worst hotel in the world. No parking spaces. Unfriendly and uneducated staff. SMELLY AND FILTHY ROOMS. Since i checked in i am cursing myself and praying time passes quick so i can check hotel. I am a hotelier and believe me i will prefer sleeping on a road then staying in this hotel. There was a bad smell in the whole building, the night receptionist was treating very bad and too rude. He doesnt respect the customers and charged us too much for the currency and VAT. I recommend all of customers dont even try it because you will waste your time and money for nothing. You will wish to go out quickly.

Good implies has proper beds, good kitchen, fridge, hair dryer, iron, TV.. be careful about the type of bed you prefer.. soft or hardRooms are cleaned everydayDrinking water is not provided freeIts near Al Ras Metro Station and near Old Gold Souq Abra stationThe only issue we faced was AC wasnt working properly and unless we were furious, no one cared and later they got it repaired same dayPrefer rooms Canal facing eg. Room No. 308.. its great!do not prefer Room no. 314!

Secondly the staff had a hell lot of attitude of i dont know what!! Nobody speaks even properly!even they dnt know how to speak with customers!thirdly its unchi dukaan feeke pakwan dont go with google pics they are historical they dnt hv parking dont hqve staff to carry ur luggage. I highly DO NOT recommend anyone to book here. They say your credit card is only for confirmation. But then, they charged the full booking price on it of 1638aed. After I had successfully cancelled the booking. I still havent got my money back since the 4th of August. Bloody ripoffs

Very bad experience. Very smelly rooms. Opened my window in 38 C to survive in such a dirty place. I was planing to stay un Dubai for 3 days but very fortunately i booked it for one night. Early morning i switched my hotel and start enjoying my trip. Plz dont even think to stay here.

Hotel was terrible, definitely would not stay again, TV remote doesnt work! The rooms were so dirty its insane! There were bed bugs and cockroches in the bathroom and the beds! IF YOU HAVE KIDS DO NOT STAY HERE ITS SUPER DIRTY! the hotel staff are good for saying hi and bye other than that completely useless, the elevator is smelly and tiny, I dont know if the whole hotel smells like cheap perfume and terrible sweat or if something such as rats died in the elevator and air vents, you get what you pay for though but for 6500 aed for the 15 days were staying in dubai it was well overpriced for what you get!! Definitely moving out this garbage!!
