I have been searching for healthy bread options for a long time! And this was the most perfect place i could find. They have all kinds and options. Gluten free, wheat free, oat bread, rye bread and so much more.The ambient is cozy and comfortable. The owner is very friendly and came by to say hello and check on us. Shoutout to Mr. Sven.I recommend this place.

Ohh great place,since it is in prime location and the clients are mostly westerns this place costs bit high for economical cases but for the location this is one of the better place for good deals.

Beautifully furnished apartment with absolutely stunning views of the marina, however the kitchen doesnt have enough dishes and utensils for 6 people, let alone 8.

Highly recommend Dusit Princess for large groups. Nice spacious 3 bedroom apartment with absolutely stunning views. Two balconies accessible from three doors. Views covering two sides of the building which was a bonus.5-7min walk to the Metro/Tram line so other areas of Dubai are easily accessible. Great for walks around the Marina.Housekeeping is also good, done every 3 days but towels and trash changes daily if needed.There is a small pool with limited seating area on one of the lower floors. Fresh towels are available to use.There is also a supermarket just outside the entrance which makes it so convenient. Youll need to buy water regular which are only 5aed each for a 5l drum. Prices of most items are good, same as other supermarkets in Dubai.Kitchen is a good size, with some cutlery and crockery provided. (We only had one mug). Large fridge/freezer, cooking hob, oven, grill, microwave, kettle and dishwasher.The apartment also has washing machine, dryer, ironing room with an ironing board which makes life so much easier if youre staying for a long duration.Weve never stayed in this sort of area in the past due to the incorrect assumption that prices and general living costs will be much higher but we were pleasantly surprised that it was ok.Thanks to many delivery apps available, getting food delivered straight to your door is easy, most deliveries (even large orders) arrived within 30mins or so.All in all, a memorable stay, highly recommended, looking forward to future trips as long as the price stays down and affordable ☺️

I had a good time with my family in our room, we stayed in the three-room apartment which was spacious, the room had great views from all the windows, and the furniture was very comfortable. Plus there was a carrefour market next door to the hotel if there are things you need to get for the room.

Its surely a home away from home which is much much prettier and amazing with scenic views of the river and the Dubai city. With the marina bay nearby u can go for a stroll and have a nice time. Cook your own food and live lavishly in these wonderfully kept clean homes. It feels so comfortable u wouldn’t like to leave from here.

Great for kids, you just have to remember to book a week before to get a space close to the kids area. Yummy food and keto friendly

Be aware. They do not refund the deposit if you cancel the booking. I have paid at the reception desk 1000 AED deposit for a 2bd apartment booking. I have called 3 days before check-in day and canceled my booking. They confirmed that the deposit will be refunded to my card. I called 10 times since then and they said that it will take 16 days for the refund to process. There are 30 days now and there is no refund. I also sent 3 emails that they completely ignore.

Great location, level of the cleaning is low and I had allergy from the dust, the floor need to be clean more and washing machine need cleaning and check for the filters, also the AC need to clean from inside .. I had bad experience and its annoying

Great and affordable stay with lovely Marina/SZR views from all apartments. Harshi at the check-in counter was very helpful! Call them directly for the best rates. Good amenities and very spacious apartments. Basement parking available too which is helpful.

Nice place, we visited only yo have breakfast at a restaurant there.The parking is small though, and some cars are allowed to park in wrong spots.

We rented this apartment for 3 months,They don’t clean the apartment everyday. The cleaning schedule they gave us are all messed up. The internet connection is extremely poor. Theres cracked walls in the bathroom. The management is not responsive, the early morning receptionist is not helpful at all. He’ll never consider anything from a tenant and he will always say “NO” the only nicest thing is theres nice cafe downstairs.

I have stayed there for 1 week with my brother and i do not recommend this place.We were on the 2nd floor and the appartement was very noisy. It is just next to the trash chute and so when people throw there garbage from the 30th floor i let you imagine the noise, even at night.The appartement is not clean everyday, just 2 times in a week, what kind of hotel is that !And the best was that there was some cockroach in the kitchen...We have asked many time to change our appartement but nothing was done.Don t go there, there are some much better places in dubai.

Excellent location in the Marina, however a bit old building that currently is going through a major refurbishment. In this point of time (Aug 2019) is the standard not at a great level. The planning and execution of the work surely has a room for improvement. Restaurant and Bakery in the building is an asset with excellent quality bread, created with first class raw materials and passion.When renovation is done the grading has a potential to be improved.

THE WIFI IS SO SLOW, I HAD TO BUY 100 GB OF DATA SO I CAN DO MY HOMEWORK AND STUDY BECAUSE THE WIFI IS UNRELIABLE EVERY SINGLE DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (the people who cleaned the room was nice, thank you cleaners!) ALSO, THE CONSTRUCTION NOICE WAS SO LOUD IN THE VIST, I COULD NOT CONCENTRATE ON WORK AND COULD NOT DO ONLINE WORK THAT WELL. I WISH YOU CAN HAVE BETTER WIFI OR I WILL BUY MYSELF ONE THAT IS BETTER. ALSO AS SOON AS I CHECKED IN, THE WATER THAT I WAS SHOWERING IN WAS SMELLING LIKE POOL WATER, AND THERE ARE SOME PEOPLE THAT ARE PARTYING AT LITERALLY 11:00 AM AND I WANTED TO SUE THEM BUT DIDNT. THERE IS ANOTHER TIME WHEN ELECTRICITY SHUT DOWN. I AM A DISSAPOINTED ABOUT HOW MUCH MONEY WAS WASTED.

Very nice place to stay on holiday, the rate is also cheap considering its location. Our room has nice view, spacious kitchen and living area. Carrefour is 1 minute away from the building. The pool’s location is very good, we enjoyed it a lot. Staff are great too! I spoke to Imran and a Filipino guy.Things to improve:Wifi - it’s quite slow.TV - No Netflix / YouTube (forgive my pettiness)Tap water - very hot even when you turn the knob to Cool.Overall, it was a great experience and I will return for sure

An excellent hotel with highly furnished apartments located at a walking distance from JBR and a few seconds away from marina walk. Excellent interior with great house keeping and highly kept apartments. A 4 star hotel with affordable rates in one of the most elite and beautiful locality of Dubai in Dubai marina. I remember my late night marina walks, marina cruise which was at a walking distance from hotel, late night jbr walk and dining there were all my life time experiences. You can have access to most elite cafes, marina mall, marina yacht club within seconds. In short all luxuries of Dubai can be accessed from here within seconds. Highly recommended 🤗🤗

Very noisy. No sound isolation at all. Literally you will hear your neighbor next to you at night and won’t be able to sleep. Building management do nothing to solve this problem. An advise Dont consider renting here at any cost.

Bakers kitchen is awesome

Positioned so as to overlook the Marina. Has all sorts of facilities including gym and play grounds for children with a state of the art conference facilities in the 97th floor and very efficient lifts. It is the second tallest building as well as the tallest residential tower in the world.

Bakers KitchenBy far the best German bread in UAE, now they have their own location that features a open bakery, cozy seating in and outdoor (stunning Dubai Marina views) and a great space for children.Amazing coffee and food! Also free parking! A must visit place in Dubai. Very enthusiastic and passionate owners!

Good residence tower

This place is amazing...great location. Excellent staff. Wide selection of restaurants but the rooms are so big and spacious. staff will do everything possible to ensure your stay is perfect. His staff is world class top notch. I have stayed here on my last 5 trips to Dubai and will continue into the future. The Observatory is perfect to grab a drink and watch the sunset. The Croft is excellent for curry or burgers and beer. The CCC has an amazing breakfast every morning. The rooms are perfect

They cancelled my booking for no reason. They claimed that my credit card was invalid, which I changed again, and within 24h they cancelled again.I guess they just wanted to get rid of my reservation done ahead of time for a good price and put the room again available at a higher price.

We booked a two bedroom apartment on the top floor with lake view. The apartment was fantastic, spacious with modern interiors. Balcony view was spectacular. Breakfast was decent scope for improvement I must say. But overall it was a really good stay, the location is perfect right in the middle of the most happening place in Dubai.

Its amazing place for living

Great location in the Marina. Apartment was a good size and facilities were as expected. However only after I had booked my stay was I informed that there were renovation works underway and that the pool was not accessable. When I got to the room it appeared to be clean apart from the bathroom which has unpleasant marks on the wall near the toilet, when I mentioned this to staff it was cleaned almost immediately. There also had to be sockets worked on in the apartment during my stay where 2 workers were in the apartment for about 2 hours. On my last night I went to use the lift which was out of order for hours . I had to climb 11 stories with staff being quite unhelpful. The broadband was also down for a long time along along with the A/C not working. I would not recommend staying here, perhaps things will improve after the renovation works finish.

A very unique edifice with state of the art facilities that provide maximum comfort for guests. Its serene and unique location affords guests beautiful view of the marina and waterways. The staff are very friendly,diligent professionals who are alive to their duties. I sincerely recommend Dusit Residence to any tourist,visitor or would be permanent resident.

Being there up and on because going to the special restaurant and bakery - Bakers kitchen UAE ! But overall a complete renovated place inside and outside - parking available in the basement or even outside next the building ! Super view over the start of the Dubai Marina !!

Excellent hotel. Excellent location. The staff are brilliant. Gave us an upgrade to a two bed, as works are going on. They also gave us a free breakfast when we had a water problem. Exactly what I expect from a hotel like this. Theyre beds are so comfortable and the pillows are lovely! Thank you!

Nice spacious rental apartment. However corridor had damp smell. No access for pushchairs or wheelchair until you climbed 3 stairs then there was a ramp.

It is right now under maintainance and few people are staying in the hotel at the present moment. The staff is very helpful and well mannered. Hopefully it will become fully operation in next few months.

Nice hotel, apartment type rooms. Hotel staff is so so. Not so co-operative. The pool is very very small. The gym is good as well as the location of the hotel. The rooms are airy and well furnished except the electric switches, which wouldnt work. They are so sophisticated and the bathroom heater-which wouldnt heat the water even if you switch it on 30 minutes prior to your bath.

There are lot of construction happening around the hotel & thus might not be a great sight, but trust me it’s located in the heart of Marina Bay. I reached on Saturday evening with negligible traffic and I reached in about 30 mins and with a fare of AED 101. The metro station is around a 10-15 mins walk and not recommended if you have luggage and it would have also taken an hour including the walk.The check in was fast and I was informed that I was upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment from a 1 bed room which I booked. The rooms were spacious & cozy and had a very nice ambiance. The fridge was empty & I wished it had at least some juice inside which could have been charged. Nevertheless the bed was nice & I had a good sleep. The bathroom was nice & spacious too.My wifi did not work for quite some time. Inspite of repeated calling nobody answered. Thus I went down & informed the front office. Eventually they realised that my email ID was incorrectly entered by their staff resulting in the problem. While it was corrected I wished that it could have been done right in the first instance to avoid me coming down all the way.Also the swimming pool closes at 7 PM which i guess is a bit too early. After a long flight I wished for a good swim which could not happened as I checked in around 1845 hrs. I sincerely recommend the management to consider keeping it open at least till 2100 hrs.The AC was not very comfortable. It was set at an Eco mode at 25 C & i could not manually intervene resulting in feeling a bit hot in the night.At about 100 metres there is a promenade where you can spot a lot of yachts parked and might be good for a romantic walk during the night. It also have quite a few eateries.The staff was good and polite but the overall experience was not close to the price I paid.

What a mistake to rent a long-term apartment here. Construction work going on (don’t trust if they tell you that is about to finish, it’s the same story since 1 year). I haven’t seen the pool available in the last year. The management (not the staff) is not professional at all. They are scammers and they treat the staff very badly, taking advantage of people in need. The prices of the units are above the average in Marina for the same type of unit with same facilities (facilities that in this building you’ll not find available any time soon). All the long-term guests are leaving for the same reason.

Reception was excellent, food service too was eyeing good. Everyone always willing to help and support. I am willing to come back again.

Comfortable rooms and furnitures, but the lights are unsatisfactory. Evenings the rooms are too dark, one cannot read a book or newspaper. Even the reading lights ín the bedroom like nothing. There are no power receptacles at the nightstand, one cannot complete the lights or ide for charging the phone, powerbank or tablet etc. There is only one existing power connector that fits to European and local plugs as well. Personnel is very polite and helpful, they provided us with a power adapter.Unfortunately the windows can be just slightly opened, as far as we were told this is due to the local law.

Five star hotels distinguish themselves by the level of service and attention given to guests. Unfortunately, Dusit has fallen short as the level of service have been mediocre.

The apartment was very spacious and clean . Lovely helpful staff . Rooms cleaned regularly, only gave 4 stars due to building work going on around the hotel .
