The bestest hotel experience I ever had...No words to describe how beautifully they managed their guests. Its very sad that this branch is getting closed and we need to leave this with heavy heart. Stayed there for 135 days and each day I had better experience than the previous day..And at last special mention Mr. Ahmed (mostly doing night shift), Ms. Asma, Ms. Amora from the front desk and the maintenance team for there continues efforts and friendly behavior.

I started in this plce for the past 4years so sad to leave now but trust me it’s been home to me the staff is fantastic, service is top and amazing comfort

Rooms are clean, Reception is very accommodating and always prompt in answering queries especially Ms. Asma and Ms. Amor. They are lovely! Housekeeping and maintenance/engineering team are so polite and kind too! It was a delightful stay all in all.

This place is awesome! They really understand and make sure that you are pampered and made to feel that you are the MOST important person there. We had 2 nights stay at time crystal hotel and were very satisfied with every aspects of the hotel.The hotel is very clean throughout and our room was spacious with everything we needed .its near to supermarkets and numerous restaurants.Finally I must comment on your receptionist asmaa, I had a small problem and she handled with grace,charm and professionalism ,she is a credit to your organisation. Thanks asmaa and time crystal staff I would surely visit again.

I thought the rooms were beautiful. Room was much larger than expected. The hotel comes with free wifi. A nice modest flat screen TV with cable is made available. There is Internet. The rooms have washing machine too so traveling light is possible. Fully recommended for short or long term stay.

Staff, rooms and service are good, but 24 hours housekeeping is really touching your nerves. You wanna rest and sleep at night, but THEY DONT GIVE you QUITE NIGHT. All nightMOVING FURNITURES, 1 am , 2 am or 3 or 5 they dont care. 🤕

The Hotel is well located amidst the heart of the night life in Dubai. The walls, the floors, even the appliances are so dirty to make you feel disgusted. The hotel rooms were kept very clean. The room was definitely a great value. I wouldnt hesitate to stay again.

Excellent place; very well placed; near to Barsha Heights and Internet City Metro station (10 mins walk); Clean apartment; it was like our home for one whole week. People / Staff are very friendly and helpful. There is no restaurant within the property but there are plenty nearby. So not an issue. Easily approachable by taxi, metro etc. Near to Emirates mall (about 30 AED by taxi) and other attractions.

Very accurate to find and very peaceful and nice place

The location is very good near all amenities, supermarkets, cafes.The staff are friendly and the apartments are well equipped.Having said that, the room service is horrible. Cleaning is not really clean at all and I had bad allergy when we entered. If they take good care of cleaning I would say its perfect but untill then its not bad

I have been here a little over a week and for a person that makes their living traveling I must say that it is really a very nice to call home. Hotel location is ideal near to SZR. Great value for unit offered. The security guys were always ready to help.

I like the location of the hotel. Transportation was offered to areas of interest. Front desk always willing to help. Having a washing machine was a godsend. The butlers were excellent as always. We were impressed by the services. All the staff were very friendly and courteous at the hotel.

Stayed here for 3 nights with friends. What a great place. The apartments you can trust!! 2 big rooms one self contained. Customers service are helpful in case you want to make room adjustments according with your needs. Makes feels like home. If your in a group of 2 couples or 4 folks this is a place to stay with amazing deal.

Very nice place to stay, we booked 2 bedrooms appartment, found it very cheap than other hotels. Staffs were very friendly. Ms Cath was very welcoming and hospitable. 5 on 5 ! 👍We will book here again.

Although reviewed place year ago 5* now cannot.Location great, staff very friendly, service good BUT UNFORTUNATELY HOUSEKEEPING 🤦‍♂️While cleaning going on room doors are kept always open and imagine, your left hand neighbours room then right side then next one and as a result you live in noisy environment.Although I personally several time requested to Housekeeping to keep door closing while cleaning going on but BIG NO NO NO NEVER.If it is in hotel rules then you should change as it is annoying your guests.

We stayed here for 2nights/3days with friends.. in a 3Bedroom apartment, it was quiet a wonderful experienced. Apartment is way to big and spacious than we expected. Rooms and facilities, services overall is good. Staffs are very helpful and kind, especially Mr Rimas who managed our booking and all the concern was done completely, even the swimmingpool itself in this property is under renovation they managed to arranged something for us to enjoy our stay and feel relaxed!We will definitely comeback here and refer this hotel apartment with our friends.Thank you again!

Stayed at Time Crystal and it was a surprisingly pleasant hotel. The location is simply perfect to where we want to be as per our itinerary. The room we were assigned to was just perfect for our stay. Id definitely recommend a stay to anyone in the area looking to stay in this vicinity.

The rooms are very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room housekeeping are Swift and clean the room to a high standard. The morning desk Cath is friendly and makes you feel at home and well looked after. The night security and desk staff assist with baggages, as often as you need and staff are always there for your beck and call. Afternoon staff are friendly. There is never a que and the maintenance of the car park and eco grounds are made to a high standard.I recommend anyone to stay there in the hotel appartment. They are linked to supermarkets for grocery assistance and enquires. Amenities are in walking distance and the residences have a steam room and excellent weight and cardio gym. Thumbs up definitely.

Staying 10 days from UK. Spacious rooms, however smells from other rooms come through the vents : smoke farts; very unpleasant. Ok location , great to go and swim at their partner hotel Time Oak as the swimming pool here is dysfunctional. Basically the whole place is just running down. The gym treadmill now doesnt work properly. The cooker didnt work so they changed it but the next one was badly over heating. Entertainment ie TV is rubbish only 2 English speaking channels: showing 1980s films hence the children were especially very bored in the evenings. Leaks in the bathroom so the floor was always wet. The cleaning staff tidy very nicely. Good supermarkets close by. So ok if on low budget otherwise try to find a better place

The location is superb. Centre to reach out anywhere in the city. The staff is cooperative. Cozy atmosphere. Bedding washrooms etc everything was very clean. I remained in a 2 bed suit and charges were remarkable. 5 star 🌟 for all things. Stayed at height. Ya the only thing it lacks is a view from the apartment. Rest all perfect.I was not dependent on food and beverages on the apartments. As full fledge kitchen with all crockery remained there.Laundry services are available.Recommended for family 👪 and bachelors. They are so kind and always welcoming us .The appartemnet is good for big family or for friends who wants to stay together instead of taking hotel rooms . Some apartments has good views . Gym and coffee shop needs to updated, Gym is too small with hardly any equipment. overall pleasant stay and would stay again with time hotel.

Its such a place to be. Good rates, clean apartments, serene neighbourhood and pleasant staff.

There is no seperate elevator for service so you can find yourself sharing an elevator with a cleaner holding his vacuum.The apartment was so noisy cuz of the workers nearby at the time of my visit..The gym is a joke ..It was not so clean .. lots of hair from the previous guest.. I even found a condom near the bed.The furniture is a bit old .

Apart from the poor wifi everything else is pretty good.

Time crystal hotel was a big disappointment. The pictures shown in the website were such a. Exaggerated version of the real place..The service was below average. Cleanliness was also an issue. The upholstery of the furniture was dirty and smelly. Overall a below average experience.
