Location was good....

Very affordable and accessible location. If you want to roam around the Rigga area this is one of the best choice. It may not be as cozy like other hotels but when you are in a particular budget this hotel suits you. Nice staff and the Filipino bellboy was very helpful.

Good hotel but there is lot of noise due to so many pubs in same building. It is not buisness hotel but good for bachlors. Rooms are spacious and good intercontinental breakfast. If you want to enjoy nightlife, they have so many pubs with different themes. Hotel location is just close to metro station which was best part. Since hotel is on main Street, local transport is easily accessible.

If you ever need a quick and relatively cheap place to sleep for the night, this place is great. It is a little noisy sometimes as there is a music bar. downstairs. There does seem to be a lack of outlets, I had to unplug the TV to use one. It was pleasant overall though

Noisy television in Bar disturbs the ambience. Bar ambience should be made comfortable for all guests alike, not for selected group (watching football in loud voice). We all love Football but not to disturb all guests in a place where all might not be interested.

We went for a buffet, the price is good, the food is average. The place quite nice thou, but still need to improve the maintenance.

You only get what you pay, the location is nice because its very accessible.

As the title says, this is a budget hotel. Staff services are good. Manager is good. Hotel is very close by to metro station. Breakfast is buffet and very good with various options.Room was cleaned everyday neatly.Bed was quite premium quality.Though I stayed many days here and had reserved couple of months ago. They gave a bottle of water only on the first day and then manager refused to give on other days.With the heater on. Hot water usually runs for 10-15 liters which is not enough in the shower(bathtub had no seal valve to try other than shower).The standard room I got had issues with light switches and AC control knob(they were not working).The television hardly had 25 channels and none of them were in a watchable quality.All in all, for the price I paid this is very good choice in Dubai city, especially in AL Rigga road.

Accessible by public transport. Also reachable from most of the places in Dubai. Rooms are good. Cleanliness can be improved. They should make changes in ambiance.

Hotel has multiple clubs expect noisy environments and bath rooms are not in good condition, dont recommends for family stay. But staffs are friendly and helpful.

Given 4 stars for a 2 star budget hotel, because the staff are lovely and the Thailand themed night club has large selection of music and again the staff are lovely. You have to come and experience the fun and joy

Smoke drenched rooms. Rooms have door to next room and if unlucky, you will listen to and smell the next room business all night. Check the mini bar content seals lest you will be told to pay for one that seal is broken

Great location poor service 2 star hotel

DO NOT STAY HERE - WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD.So we checked in and was given floor 7. We dumped our bags and went out. When we returned at night time to sleep, we got into the room and all we could here is the pounding bass of music and people talking. We were right next to their night club it seemed and they didnt even inform us when we checked in.I put my ear plugs in and tried to sleep after an exhausting day. Then I woke up at 2am greeted by the overwhelming smell of smoke and loud music and more talking (yes I still heard it all through my earplugs!) so About 3am I had enough and went to reception and asked to move rooms. After half an hour of waiting they wouldn’t allow it because my friend was still asleep and said the only way I could switch is if we both switched because they’ll lose money if we use two rooms. I pointed out how unreasonable it was to ask me to wake up my friend at 3am for us to pack up our luggage and move. They were only interested in money and not in pleasing their customers.Whilst downstairs complaining around 4am, Some men were fighting at the reception and I was pushed out of the way. Women were getting pushed and hit and a man was attacking another man. I felt endangered and the hotel staff just stood around and did nothing about it and people were recording it.To top it off. The water in the shower was cold!I was awake most of the night and they were only bothered about making money than about their customers. Shocking. DONT STAY HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.The room stank of stale smoke from the club.

Loved the Rocky Cafe in the hotel. The buffet and entertainment was amazing. The food was delicious and reasonably priced.

Located in central arra in Rigga, place offers good and reasonal affordable living. Food tastes good. courteous Staff and has unique bollywood cafe. Must go for Travellers and Girls are too good.

We found the 3 bedroom apartment we saw (and the two other rooms they tried to move us to) to be filthy and roach infested. We didnt feel comfortable spending even one night there!

-The Worst Kind of Service - to our amazement we were told they cannot check in different nationalities even if you are husband and wife unless you provided a marriage certificate!!!! as we had booked out hotel on Gullivers has never happened for the 07 yrs i have been in Dubai Abu dhabai Fujairah no hotel has ever asked that!!! very unfriendly arrogant and rude dont care attitude front desk.- The front desk and the rooms greets you with an awful and overwhelming stench.-The Room was old and no wardrobe and you pay AED10 to have your car parked.Just wouldnt recomed this place to anyone ...
