Nice and Clean room. Felt safe. Sports bar at ground floor offer varieties of drinks at reasonable Dubai rates. Didnt visit the pool, so no comments. TV remained plugged out when we entered the room and trouble shooting assistance arrived late. House keeping was quicker when we asked for spoon and additional sachets of tea and coffee. Checked in took longer than expected with only us waiting at front office. Checked out was smooth. Had good shower with plenty of warm water available. Parking was free at facilities but in and out were tricky and nightmare. One need to be very cautious, else a possibility of getting struck or damaging your vehicle. At one point of exit, I felt we were struck, thank god we however managed. No good restaurants available near to this facility. No idea if theres any in-house restaurant. In short, a fair and economical hotel recommended for short stays 👌

I would not recommend this place to anyone. The staff was VERY rude. The attitude was very bad. This is not how you should treat your guests. We had to wait for a long time to go to the room even though we made our booking long back. They kept telling they didn’t receive the reservation. The room is okay but untidy washrooms. Location is good. Nothing else about this hotel is good.

The hotel is good with decent rooms yet a little bit small and bathroom is also small.The hotel is clean and staff are very cooperative as I ordered special breakfast and they agreed to do it specifically for me.Hotel is in a very quiet area which is very good and still near Al Rigga street and metro station, also there is a bus station near to the hotel so transportation is not a problem here.

I would recommend this hotel. Staff were friendly and nice, accommodating, clean, neat and food is variety to choose from. It is your moneys worth and more.

Me and my friend stayed at this hotel during this Eid Holidays (12 May - 14 May 2 Nights) Their service was very disappointing and worst, Initially we requested slippers but there were no proper response by the team, we called 3 times and then only we got the same.second thing is regarding hot water at bathroom. it was not working only cold water was available. this also we informed them and then only it was rectified.Third, we are staying 2 person in the room but there were only one drinking glass available in the room. we requested extra drinking glass at reception/Room service team. no proper response (they told they will bring, but even several reminder call to them they didint do anything for us)It was so disappointing by these.. on the same day we informed reception staff regarding these issues.. but even their service was not good.. This Hotel is Not recommended..

I supposed to stay with my family 9/nights .I called tht hotel last Friday to check with him if the room connecting .He answer to me so so so bad.I ask him why you tension .he cut the line .I tried to called him again he and answer twice he said dont call again and he cute the line .I am not recommend this hotel to any one . If the start happen in the phone how I will stay in the hotel with my family . Personally I will not recommend this hotel. The 2 stars are for the room and location. Its nicely situated and the room is Okay. However for the service, its a big zero. No customer service at all. I guess the dont care about giving a good service to their client. When u need to call the houseKeeping or reception its unreachable always. As for the parking, its really in bad shape.

I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Service n housekeeping is worsted. Bathrobe is smelling so bad, you cannot use it. Not proper maintenance. In one call to reception nothing issue will be solved you must call more than 5 times may be sometimes your issue will be solved in evening. Better to avoid this hotel.

I had stayed many hotels but this is one of the worst. Bad staffs and management ruin the mood. Staffs are not trained properly and the manager doesnt have respect to talk to the customers. I would not recommend anyone to stay here, not even for free. Even the nearby restaurants and shop keepers say to tourists to avoid this hotel. We stayed there for 2 days out of our 10 day trip, and we moved to a different hotel for the rest of our stays.

Poor serviceWe did Check in @ 5 PM ,we requested her to check out little late at 2 PM and the hotel receptionist ( Hindi speaking lady)promised the same.but she rejected our request while we doing the check out confirmation two hour before and our full plans on the day totally collapsed .I think no level of control from top level in order to maintain the hotel staff as professional way And I never recommend this hotel to any one even you are getting free of cost.

Where to start with this place? Avoid at all costs If you are a westerner.Hot water is non existent. Pool was closed. Smells of dirty cigarettes and old curry. Came back to my room to all my gear and passports missing as room service decided to remove and then only replaced when threatened with police. Charge 28dhm for automat coffee when they are 2dhm at the cafe next door. Rude day time manager. 8am phone calls. Room service is a plastic tray like hospital food. Beds are uncomfortable, and bar is closed. Restaurant dark and dingy. I am an easy going kiwi, just would never come back to this place. Had a good laugh with the locals at Pakistani restaurant (excellent currys!!) About experience here. Stay at the Carlton down the road! Is a 5 star

Worst hotel management and staff I have ever meet or experience. No respect for guests at all. Specially a lady manager in night shift she needs loads of training how to treat guest. When we checked in hotel our friend was come to visit us and the lady manger stopped and started telling us about 3 peoples are not allowed in room because of COVID-19 situation etc etc ... and immediately after that she was asking us to pay AED 75 if our friend want to stay with us.. Very bad experience, the fridge was not working, teliphone was off and importantly the AC was not working most of the night time, me and my friend checked in the hotel and we called one of our guest for couple of hours for a drink and dinner but the receptionist didnt allow saying due to covid not allowed but if u want him to come you have to pay 75dhs extra bed for the person nd den he can enter. This hotel is only good for unmarried couples as der r no restrictions on 2 different nationalities, families pls dont stay in this hotel.

This is the worst I had even been in, from very unprofessional female manager around the front desk... She was very rude even to staffs at my front and rude to me, very unfriendly... I will never recommend this place even to my enemy.

The underground parking is something horrible, plus no single kind of welcome tea or coffee in the room. they collect the tourism charges twice. Although a do not disturb sign was placed the staff keeps knocking the room door 😏

The best hotel you can get in Deira. Amazing staff, awesome breakfast (you get Indian food like chhole paratha, upma, pav bhaji for breakfast) and tea which you will never forget.Close to the airport (might cost AED 35-40 by airport taxi) or just about AED 2 if you have the nol card and take the bus.Clean and beautiful rooms to make your visit to Dubai a very memorable experience.

Iam in this hotel for last 15 days.Let me start with pros1 Good location (metro on 10 min walk, bus on Three minutes walk2 super market, money exchange, laundry, hotels( Lebanon, Turkish, indian, Philippines, Pakistani) near by3 shopping centre like( carrefour, city centre , gold market) easily accessible.Now cons1 very very unprofessional staff, no proper communication, they promise for cleaning your room n doesn’t do that for 2-3 days n every time u call they will say already informed n will b with u shortly.2 They always delay the request n ask u to come n ask the next shift employee.3 i have water stagnated for 2 days n then cleaned. n from then i had to manage it my using washroom like in a _____4 when requested to clean room they said their priority is new guests n the guest already in hotel will b taken care in second half. I request for making room n clearing the garbage at 10 in morning n it is getting cleared now when iam writing this at 6 pm.5 they started doing maintain work at 8 in the morning by hammering the wall. People come here to spend nights n have peaceful sleep.Iam staying here as i have paid for 14 days already to an agent. Hotels around can b considered.

We stayed here for 5 nights and were so satisfied with the overall service. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. There was a free buffet breakfast though the foods served did not change throughout our whole stay. But still we appreciated it. The duty manager Pramod was so helpful and approachable that he helped us to track my lost cellphone.The concierge named Henry was also nice and helped me talk to the manager to not charge us for the parking fee. We enjoyed our stay and we will recommend this hotel to our friends.

The hotel and staff operate as expected. Professional and polite. The restaurant is a little small. Breakfast is a well stocked and rounded affair. Their is a pool on the rooftop with a little hot tub right beside it. Makes for a great place to hangout. Hotel is centrally located with Deira city center mall few minutes walk away.

This is hotel is the worst one....Staff are terrible....front desk guys were worst and indifferent..i went with colleague and they did not care about that...rooms are worst quality...AC not working properly and bedsheet are so dirty...gloomy ambience...only reason to book is its suggests by travel agent.Otherwise Im do not book this hotel ...even the wifi and breakfast quality is very worst.

Pros: Clean facility, rooms and bed is hygienic. Very good Indian breakfast. Services and amenities are good. Good for family.Cons: Staff look disinterested sometimes but assist when asked for, (Sometimes good). 600 m walk from metro and has to be planned for if necessary.

I usually go to Dublin Arms late in the afternoon, or sometimes early in the evening. Its close enough to my workplace and generally well-priced, especially with the happy hour discounts. So far, ALL the bar-staff Ive come across have been pleasant and welcoming. And up for a bit of conversation. They serve good olives with lemon and salt. And I also greatly enjoy some of the food, including the finger sandwiches (tuna or chicken). Mozzarella sticks are also excellent, but I tend to prefer fish fingers with my beer and whiskey. Its not really a fancy bar. But for me, its a good place to sit quietly for a while, reading, eating, and drinking! Good life.

The place is ok. The butlers are really nice and helpful. The 2 customer service guys are welcoming. Breakfast is amazing... you eat until you are full for the day. There is a one particular lady who seats at the front...not so friendly and doesnt easily respond to queries. House keeping is terrible. They did it x2 during our stay and its only after we had to run after them. There was one foreigner who just kept moving in and out and didnt seem to have good intentions. Our stay therefore turned from safe to unsecure.

An amazing place. A good weekend getaway hotel, love the swimming pool here. The Irish pub is amazing as well, such a trendy place. A quiet place, but a good place to relax. The staff is also very sweet and friendly of the hotel.

I had a good time at Golden tulip hotel, everything was so good except their shampoo and shower gel 🙄 both was the same thing, i had no idea it was shower gel which i used to wash my hair or it was shampoo which i used to wash my body 🤣 btw thankfully i had my own shower gel lol

Nihal restaurant has excellent food. We love going there. Staff is really friendly. Always greets us. We try different dishes every time. Love it.

On Christmas Day iwas with my kids aged 20 years and the other one is POD which is 12 years..when i made a book online my daughter is consider as children which i belioeve stays for free but to my horror that Indian guy which maybe acting manager was too rude to tell me that i had to pay an extra120 aed extra for my 12 year old kids regardless that i tell him that online booking state shes free and we are not even asking for extra bed..its not about the money but ill guess by the way he behaves and tell me that make me sad and dissappointed of their service.no specia about this hotel by the way
