It was a good hotel located just 1.5km away from train station. You can walk down to the station or take bus which is just outside the hotel.The hotel staff is good. They do not follow you for tips.

I dont know where to start from..i will make an easy to understand list:-I got the most noisiest room ever:-The elevator makes a horrible noise the whole time.- The balcony door the broken it doesnt close correctly so i felt like sleeping between the cars.- Woke up 5 am on loud music from a neighboor room and it took the staff 20 minutes to solve my problem.-The telephone is not working so i had to call the hotel from my phone each time.-The coffee mugs and the spoon are only RINSED each time i come back to check the (Should be)clean room.-The EXIT sign inside the room casts a horrible green powerful light all over the room which is so annoying at night.This was my experience and i dont wanna stay more here before i remember more about this worst experience ever.Thank you

Very dirty place. Bad WiFi.Dont know what is wrong with people who write that its clean. Dust and dirt is everywhere.the person at the front desk is very rude. Hes rasist and sexist. If youre a woman dont even think about this place, they care only about man.

This hotel has a good rate and an excellent location. Their food and especially their barbecue is superb. Honestly. Next to them is a Yemeni restaurant that serves very delicious food and is reasonably priced. Im sure youll like this hotel as long as you dont have a car to park. Im saying this because their parking is a punishment. If you can drive in and out of their underground parking without scratching anything or crying then youve got a job to be my driver. Ill make it easy for you and exclude large SUVs like a Land Cruiser, etc. Even I cant dear try that. Just focus on enjoying the nice food there and leave your car with your cousin. It maybe better for everyone. Peace!

The staff is friendly but the hotel is too dirty. There are a lot of dirty things on the wall, on the quilt and bed sheets. There are ants on the wall and the entrance of the bathroom. Even the ants moved to the table in the room and the bathroom which caused us 30mins everyday to manually kill the ants.And the road in the parking lot is very narrow. You should be careful when you drive your car to the garage. Otherwise it is very easy to scratch your car. Definitely not recommended

The room service was average . But the rooms werent as good as the pictures on the website. Wifi connections were weak during the 2nd night of our stay and they didnt fix it even though we contacted the receptionist twice . Didnt live up to the expectations considering it was a 4 star hotel.

Stayed for 5 days. Booked 2 rooms with breakfast included. Unfortunately the food was far below average. First day there was no food and he mad some sandwiches which were awful. Remaining days they arranged buffet break fast but none of the dishes was good. They have a bread toaster kept but it doesnt work. The juice kept was 90% water and colored added to make it look like juice. I would recommend this hotel only if u plan for overnight sleeping. Not good for family stay.

It is a nice budget hotel. In terms of room set up and amenities I liked it. We have our own balcony.

Stayed there for two nights in double room 26 to 28 October and found the staff very helpful they even let us book in at 3am in the morning . The Hotel is close to the station and the taxis are plentiful right in front of Hotel. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed.

Very nice hotel with all latest aminities nd at very prime location nd very near to al rigga metro station. Staff is very cooperative especially saleem nd muklas nd always ready to serve at its best level. Room are very clean nd twin joints rooms r also for family nd pool at the top with very clean water nd will help u for booking of tours like desert safari , cruise dinner , adv booking of tickets , etc.

This is a good place to stay. Too bad, there are no European sports tv channels.

Although it was old, it reflects the service and the requests. This part was okay, and the location is rather close to the airport and it is surprisingly close to the bourgeois califa. It is surprisingly close to the subway station but it is not bad. There are many places to seeBut the time of the pool or the spa is not kept as it is written, and if there is no person, the door is closed.
