Enjoyed my stay here. The room was comfortable, especially for 1 person. The breakfast is great, definitely get that included, they do great omelettes. And I was also very presently surprised to get someone to come say happy birthday and offer me a delicious desert during my stay. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location, clean, very good breakfast in terms of variety and taste. The VYP lounge is great for business travelers who need a quite place to work with the necessary facilities. The rooms are neat and well maintained. Amenities are good. Opt for the upper floors for a great city view. Very good proximity to restaurants, supermarkets etc...Recommended

Stylish hotel! That’s the first impression I have got. Not only because of its design but also the concept that it has coworking space inside and also very much sophisticated Spanish restaurant. We may even be able to find much more than that. We would definitely would like to stay here not only visiting!

Nice property with lots of pros when visiting Dubai. Friendly staff who were very accommodating and willing to assist when necessary. Beautiful decor and rooms with several restaurants on-site. Supermarket nearby to get local delicacies. Had an nice massage at the spa and also used the VIP room to check emails and print out documents. I also rented the board room to do our COVID test as we were a group of 20.Cons: this hotel doesnt have rooms with walk in showers unless you reserve the two bathroom suite. Each regular room has a very high bathtub. If youre short or have mobility issues you will have a hard time getting into the tub. They do have handicap room but its a single room with a twin bed and sleeps only one person. My mom who is elderly couldnt get into the tub so I had no choice but to upgrade her to the 2 bathroom suite as there were no other option. I appreciated the discount they gave me but if your traveling with elderly people then weigh your options.They offer free shuttle to the beach and a local mall. The large Dubai Mall is about 60 AED from this property.

I celebrated my birthday here last Sept. 2020. We booked the One Bedroom Suite. The staff were friendly, attentive and accommodating. The dinner and the breakfast were good. The rate was worth it. Although the location was not that accessible if you’re commuting, but it’s still a highly recommended hotel for its service and facilities.

The hotel is very neat. The rooms are nice and clean with nice views. The lobby is awesome and very original. Love it in general and will visit again for sure. An extra note is that the occupancy of the hotel is very high. You can tell from people gathering in the lobby and outside. This is an additional sign that TRYP is good. Staff are very friendly as well. A must try in my opinion.

Nice place where to stay in Dubai! The high quality of the service is visible in all the guys working there, from the guys cleaning the rooms, to those working at the reception, the concierge, etc. Everybody willing to help when necessary. The guy making the omlette for the breakfast is a super hero! Thanks also to Wondu and Mohamed, working as concierge.

Come to Local Restaurant. We had really good service from Quennie. I suggest to come before 9 am for breakfast because it will be busy after that. Thank you as well to the Manager Aldin.

It was a pleasant stay. Rooms are clean with a nice view on the city, location is great and very close to the subway, also hotel has huge discounts for its guests for Riva Beach 😊Breakfasts are delicious (guy who makes omlets is truly a superhero 🦾). All staff was friendly, helpful and SO hospitable, especially want to thank Wondu and Mohamed :) 🤗

I can’t speak for other people, just myself. I felt at home here for the 8 days I spent. The concierge helped me order food for delivery, they helped me to get a taxi every day. Rooms service cleaned my room spotless everyday, the front desk agent upgraded my room to a VYP room with no hassle. The breakfast buffet servers were helpful, kind and gave fast service. Everyone was professional and kind. I wonder if the manager grew the workers on a farm or made them in a lab because they seem too good to be true. Everyone was nice. Everyone every single day. From the top of the chain to the bottom, everyone made me feel welcome and important. I will definitely go back. I actually cried during check out because I didn’t want to leave.

A last minute plan that worked out beautifully! Loved this place and all its facilities. Centrally located and very close to everything good!

They invite us in knowing we are a group of 4, and kick us out at the reception when they realise their rules says 3 visitors max, we would have stayed 30 minutes after a long night out at 3 AM to see our friends but they demand we stay in the lobby at that late time. I also wanna add on that the receptionist insisted not to let us in because the room is standard, where we actually need to book a suite to welcome more than 3 visitors. These facts show how poor is the service and visitors hospitality.

Disappointed in the reception we received from there Restaurant LOCAL. If I knew what awaited us I would have had lunch at Soluna, which was much more welcoming but LOCAL had a more versatile menu. Again, if I knew our order would take 45 minutes to arrive or that the Hostess would botch it, I wouldve gone elsewhere. Food was good, not memorable enough for a second return. Non-alcoholic drink options are slim.

Ive stayed in 3 star to 5 star hotels and I dont feel like this is a 4 star hotel in dubai. I stayed here for 3 nights on HB basis. Staff could use some training on problem solving/ polite communication.Anyway the hotel is beautiful and the food tasted great !

Delightful experience at Spanish Restaurant Lola at Tryp by Wyndham. Business lunch is at 69 pp with one main course, appetizer and dessert. The place has relaxing vibes, comfortable seating and attentive staff. Would appreciate if they speed up the serving time. Overall excellent experience.

We stayed at TRYP for one week with wonderful experience. The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere with very attentive staff. They were all very professional. The hotel offers alot of amenities and the price is reasonable. Will definitely come back again, highly recommended.

Nice hotel, great location, rooms are spacious, good and clean. The people are professional and helpout in anyway they can.But the hotel is not what it used 2 be anymore like when it was new and the Covid restrictions did not do any hotel good.Like most of the hotels in Dubai when they are new (this one 4 years ago ) it was a complete other experience then this time.

I had the best stay here!! The rooms are modern and clean and house keeping does an excellent job everyday going the extra mile to make you feel at home! The restaurants are also fab, great food and great service. And the staff are always willing to help in any way they can they are excellent!! Especially Igan he was always so friendly and smiley! Definitely recommend staying here short term or long term. Ill be back for sure!

The bathroom was my biggest issue with this hotel. For starters they provide recycled toilet paper. In all the places we went to in Dubai and Abu Dhabi this Wyndham hotel was the only place that provided recycled/brown toilet paper. There’s no shower curtain, it was a glass barrier that only covered half the tub, when showering half the water was on the outside floor, splaying everywhere. It always took about 10 minutes for the hot water to come out, I had to run the sink water to make it come out faster. It was very hard to have a conversation with more than half of the staff in this hotel because of the language barrier. When ordering drinks the downstairs bar would said they didn’t have certain drinks when we had ordered them the previous night at the bar on the second floor. The hotel is located in between downtown area and the marina area. Lots of places to eat around the hotel but they all serve almost the same type of food. One of the guys that stood out to me was one of the valet attendants. I cannot remember his name but he only work nights. Very attentive and would always speak to us when we came in or out and asked about our day in Dubai. Yea the hotel was not expensive but Wyndham can certainly do better. During night time at about 4-5:30 AM; some religious chant came over some speakers that woke us up. It also came on at certain times during the day, so beware if you’re looking to stay somewhere quiet. Lots of “young ladies” walk the area at night

Below expectations, booked on double occupancy with specific requirements of king-size bed, however got twin beds. Upon raising the issue to hotel had to call 4 times. And then they gave me room move, which can be offer earlier. Breakfast was also below expectations, only thing to eat was eggs for that had to wait in que for minimum 15 mins. Was expecting much from this brand

The room was quite smaller to other hotels no exceptional services provided.. the major disappointment was the lifeguard and the manager on duty who was not educated or aware enough to understand their own policy of swimming clothes as well as unable to differentiate between the materials.. spoilt our day totally

Nice stay, ambience was good. Infact the water bottles provided were very good and most liked features there is the eco friendly products and more of reuse and bio degradable products.The only area to work was, that day the reception area was way too crowded.

Don’t believe these high reviews trust me. I thought ok cheap rate good reviews must be okay. But no, staff are useless and unbothered. Unknown insect bites from the rooms, extraordinary charges for phone calls from the room. Hotel is run by some cheapskates, grab another room in the area but avoid this hotel. Street women and weird characters hanging outside the hotel too lol

Disappointed by this hotel. Rooms are small and not very clean. Swimming pool is small. The hotel is right next to a mosque and the speaker sound is very loud. Bed was comfy tho.

Hello. I got a good experience in Dubai. The hotel has a convenient location not far to a metro station. You may choose stay with breakfast, which is very helpful especially first morning. There are some aminites as a gym, pool, bar etc. Fridge, safe, kattle in a room. Every day cleaning. Staff is friendly. Thank you.

I will definitely be back in the future. Lydia, Pamela and Maya in the bar were very warm and friendly. Shisha was pretty tasty too. Couldnt recommend this place high enough. A true gem of a hotel

Really comfy beds and super friendly staff but really disappointing breakfast. You have to order sausage, bacon, mushroom and tomato at the table, which takes about 15 mins to come. By that time, your toast is cold. Or gone!

I booked the hotel while picking up my luggage at the airport and after reaching the hotel, was happy that i made the right choice. Staff is amazing, very friendly and co-operative. Provides all the necessary information. The cleaning staff was wonderful. The facilities were good including the gym, swimming pool and spa. Location is also good with metro station nearby and easy accessibility around. Only concern for me being a vegetarian was limited food options which is understandable as food is catered to guests who are non vegetarians. But would appreciate if they could have some more options for vegetarian food or snacks.

Nice and modern. Well maintained and really clean. The room was a little small but perfectly comfortable with great beds. The facilities were good and the outdoor eating area was spacious. Breakfast was fair, though with a limited range on offer - maybe down to covid-19 restrictions, and you were served by the kitchen staff manning the various stations. Plenty of local amenities around you with the added bonus of a really nice Mosque around 4 minutes walk away. Would definitely recommend the hotel.

The room was great, spacious and complete. Bathroom was clean. The television is worth mentioning, its smart tv. You can use your own Netflix account or watch YouTube which is rare. Customer service was good too. Worth the money.... Worth the 5 star rating..

Hotel room was fine. Good location, 15minutes walk from metro. Same breakfast everyday. I stayed for 5 days. Ask the waiters for a different choice, they will give it. Bad experience with room cleaning & room supplies. Cleaned room once only in 5 days though we put tidy room sign twice. 2 nd day asked water and dental kit twice, and got it. 3rd day asked for water 3 times and got it after 3 hours. Very small pool.

Older but still beautiful hotel with excellent staff. The breakfast was a nightmare though with long queues and poorly organised options. The location is fabulous though. The rooms were spotless and theres a pool and gym, shisha lounge, restaurants as well as a business lounge serving coffee. We loved our stay.

Went for Iftaar Buffet after it was recommended by someone. I have to say the atmosphere is beautiful and the ambiance for the evening was suited to an iftaar dinner. They offered welcome drinks and the buffet was lusciously delicious. We first the Soup and was very much required after a fast and easy on the stomach. The rest buffet was amazing and the roasted lamb was the main the highlight the taste was full flavour if the meat on its own I dont think any spices would justify the aroma and flavour. I hope your mouth is watering as much as ours was when eating.

The Hotel is very nice and clean! Some minor things where not perfect - for example the bathroom is flooding wet after a shower as there’s no proper ventilation for steam. Also the staff in the Restaurants is not well trained but they try their best and where very helpful. Overall I would recommend the hotel and come back anytime! Great prices too ☺️

Had a stay in TRYP by Wyndham-BARSHA HEIGHTS, we chose this hotel as it is recommended by our friend but we regret that we stayed in this hotel. actually this hotel is the worst hotel we stayed among all hotels in UAE. I want to highlight the some points that we never expect this is service.We approached one of the receptionist, SAGAR since the KEY card is not working, I easily offended how he response to my request,he answered like he blame us why it is not working. And HE IS RACIST. He didn’t even ask first my room number and asked me if I AM STAFF?!!!!!His interest and facial reaction is not very professional. We are guests I SAID, not because we are FILIPINOS we’ll received that such attitude from the staff. Yes, we haven’t book the expensive room, it doesn’t matter bout money but EVERY EXPERIENCE matters TO US. It is our trial to stay at TRYP BUT I THINK THIS IS FIRST & LAST leisure in this hotel.In addition, wifi is very very bad, the tv remote isn’t working and bathtub is not clean.And I didn’t expect that this is the service of TRYP as I have read so many good feedback but in reality ITS NOT.WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE IN DUBAI!😤😤😤😤Room 920.

This hotel is quite nice the location is good just a walking distance from Dubai internet City metro station that is only 2 stations away from mall of Emirates. Nice lobby ,had lots of people waiting on the queue maintaining social distance and they do an amazing and fast service. Several lifts and rooms are not as spacious but clean and have a beautiful view outside , great lighting from the sun outside you can work on Your computer and study during the day.I enjoyed, thank you

Not as expected. The room had some noise from AC, and I ask for another one. Second room was not clean and smelled Tabaco even after asking for a non smoking one. Restaurants and other facilities very nice. Mention to Mohamed for taking care of my bags and taxy

Early check in was fast and ready early in the morning , room was clean and the view was beautiful , the only issue was we weren’t allow to get breakfast because the covid test we did in dubai airport at the time we arrived wasn’t ready.

Very bad front officers!!Their job not to make you rest but to hassle your money, specially from 1am-6am. Rather than their attitude and teaming up against the customers.Why do i have to pay 200+ for a room To visit another room with a maximum allowance of 3 and I’m the 3rd one!!Basically at 5 am 17thof July, i met Mr. Ali at the reception when i asked to go to the room number 815 but he replied there’s already 2 resident and 1 guest, so wait till the guest leaves or upgrade to room 814 and pay 120 then discounted to 100. I was like not fair but okay.While doing registration the guest decided to leave but he and Mr. Hany the SM decided according to DTCM he cannot remove the guest who is leaving and put me as a guest although the capacity will still be the same.Later Mr. Ali denied what he said to me after I requested Mr. Hany who stood by his side and i took my luggage back to my car and waited for my friend to leave.P.s. keep the money and check out the room.I PAY FOR A ROOM AND VISIT THEM TO BE OVERCAPACITY IS OKAY!BUT EXCHANGE VISITORS NOT OKAY!!!Seriously!!Thank you Hany and Ali for the awful welcoming. And keeping those who were waiting for me leave after i did.TRYP by Wyndham, you just lost so many guests.Dr. Mohaned koko

40 mins wait in line just to check in,The customer service lady name Youmne is so rude to talk doesnt respect at all. She made the first impression so bad,I was with my family.Pool is too small & hight is just approx 3 feet only.No soft shoes in the washroom.

I decided to make a last minute reservations for two nights from 01st September till 03rs September.Bright room in a contemporary settings. Perfect location and the overall hotel looks vibrant. Recommendable cleanliness level and hygiene standards.Excellent service. Ensi was always there to accommodate every possible request with a great enthusiasm. She is one of the best person who makes the entire stay immaculate. Perfect breakfast during the time of pandemic. Good service from Joan, Prabita and Moonyen.Wonderful team all together right from concierge, engineering and IT. Had troubles with A/C and WiFi during my stay which was beyond anyone’s control. Thanks to Oliver from IT and they engineering colleague to fix things quickly. Amazed with the follow up as well.Overall a good hotel with a dedicated staff.

I went to Soluna with a friend for ladies night and I really liked the ambience of the beautiful spot. We had some starters and really liked them. The service staff was friendly but unfortunately really slow. I hope the next time we don’t need to wait for all the drinks and additional food that long. Except of that it was nice.

I have stayed at dozen of hotels around the world. This was on the top of the list of best experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. And a very big thank you to Asanka whom I first met at the hotel, he has really been good with us during our stay in Tryp by Wyndham Thank you so much.

Having an exclusive wonderful Iftar on the 3rd day of Ramadan at TRYP is indeed spectacular of its kind.A multi choice buffet including all traditional dishes with superb tastes remain unprecedented to me hitherto.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff, but the coffee for breakfast is really bad (tasted like instant coffee) no choice of normal coffees (capucino, late,...) also they told us that diner is from 18:30 - 22:30 but when we came at 21:00 they told us that they are taking the buffets away so we can take whatever we want. Also part of the meals were missing. When you have a tour, sometimes you are back after 21:00. Not a staff fault... But we did not enjoyed the 5 days stay because of that. Not what I expected from 4 stars hotel.+ for the pool area

I havent visited the pool and gym, but the breakfast was really poor and even plates were not organised, in all the service was good - the check in and check out was fast and thanks for that, the concierge was polite and helped when needed
