I stay ascot hotel for 15 days. Wifi is not working in room 203 properly.I had to come in lobby for work. It’s too bad for me.I complained about this problem but their IT department did not response.We had including breakfast package.First 4-5 days breakfast quality and variety was good but after 4-5 days hotel was feed up with travellers then breakfast was same every day. No variety in food all day same food.

Old ambience, Old furniture and interior.Had water problem in bathroom on two days. Front desk just saying that maintenance ppl. are on the job.One maintenance worker even suggested to take shower after filling the bath tub and wait for sometime to let the water cool down.Overall bad experience.Does not deserve 4 start as it claim to have

I stayed in Ascot . Tow connected hotels.Room size is good , you feel comfortable moving in it . However , bed size is small 140 cm only which is not sufficient for tow .Hotel is old , old style, old lifts , old finishes , old furniture , old fittings and accessories, old duvet and pillows .The worst part is the view of the room towards outside. It views opposite building , equipments and services . You keep the curtain closed better .Lighting in the room is less, cant make up on good lighting , too dark.Gym closes at 7 pm , cant work out after your return . Not suitable timing for Gym .

Very good hotel to stay with family. Complimentary breakfast is available which have wide variety of options to have. Roof top pool and spa is available. Spa will be on paid basis. Bar facility is also available. Lunch and dinner is available but expensive.

Royal Ascot hotel is one of best hotel in dubai UAE. That is not very expensive or not very economical they charge reasonable price to stay there. Also all hotel in dubai they charge 15AED as a tourism fees per room per night. Parking space is very huge in this hotel than others.

Pathetic hotel in the whole of dubai ! No doubt it has good rooms and good interiors but the staff is way too horrible and plus they will never co operate with you what so ever ! We had a 12 hr long flight and they purposely kept us waiting for long for the check in time ! No attention from the manager ! They dont care for their customers! Would never recommend it to anyone ! Even u get a free stay avoid this hotel!

I had excellent stay in this hotel, staff are very courteous and helpful. Self service not allowed at buffet area. Theres in house Rajnikanth Restaurant which serve awesome food at very reasonable price. Hotel room are quite big, neat and tidy.The very interesting point is this property is best in location, 200mtr close by buisness bay metro station and Al Ghubaiba Bus terminal and if you cross the road theres huge small markets with all kinds of Shop and restaurants. Famous Meena bazar is 200mtr away from ans 100mtr close to Aster clinic.

Excellent location for visitors to stay. Theres a rooftop pool, several restaurants to love if you are a foodie. Massage centre etc. Theres a Rajnikanth restaurant for South Indian foods. Absolutely loved the Ambur Biriyani. So much to say. There is a liquor shop opposite to Acot Hotel. Visit to enjoy

Wednesday and Saturday live music an absolute delight. Chinese starters are better then indian starters, especially vegetarian is better than non veg. Sisha especially the pan flavors are fantastic.

Nice Hotel for a pleasant stay with swimming pool and spa. Good place to be with family. Spa will be on chargeable basis. Food is excellent but expensive.

Nice & cool arrangement on the rooftop for the summers but with the enclosed structure, the music needs to be tuned down.. I asked to put the music down as we were shouting our lungs out to speak to each other but they said it cant be done. Even the drinks are slightly overpriced for the quantity.. Good service & tasty food

Very poor hospitality, the room was big but the mattress was damaged and the mattress springs was bulged out and disturbs your calm sleep.Washroom was untidy and the basin was leaking too.

The hotel location is very good near to DG Sharaf metro station and a lot of restaurants in the vicinity specially the Indian restaurants. The staff are extremely polite and i even got the free upgrade to a superior room with a lounge and kitchen. The ensuite was clean with good amenities kit.I would like to appreciate the receptionist Sahil Rajput who was very friendly and helped me through the check-in process

Look at the AC remote has cockroaches.Staff shortage is not understood by the top level management people. For house keeping only 2 people and for Dianing only 4people were available.This hotel can do much much batter but the staff rude and arrogant attitude is in cloud 9! As soon as they see you are from Asian countries and not white skin they behave too bad.The receptionist talks to you on anything that you request as if you owe something from them. Mr. Imran was so amazingly rude that if you dont listen to him he would hang up the call on your face.Filipinos have different attitude on the other side. They would say yes for everything but wouldnt help much as they behave pricey too.Thank you for the wonderful non hygienic rude, arrogance, lazy, snobbish attitude throughout our journey.I genuinely wish to thank a guy who attends guests in the evening his from South India. He was quite helpful in making us understand how things works there rest were worst!!If you are from any of the south east Asians countries my request is not to visit this good looking unhygienic hotel.The two starts are given only that we had no option but to stay and the guy who gave us directions.It is difficult for the NRIs to handle such attitude!!! Do not visit this place

Manager and receptionist both were very rude and unprofessional and not helpful at all.No cooperation at all and zero hospitality.I booked for 4 people 2 room and just because one person doesnt have id they didnt allow me to go inside and they just took money for no reason.No refund policy.Whearas i have stayed in that hotel before for many times and many birthday party in rooftop but zero respect for the regular customer.Very very unprofessional and i will never come again.Visit 8th april 2021 evening 7.30pm

A very old property located in the busy commercial Bur Dubai area. The old wing can be avoided. The rooms are old and dated and Interiors are bit cramped. Some rooms have no view at all. Location is great though as key shopping hubs and food joints are around. Meena Bazaar and Computer market are a walk away. Burjuman shopping centre is a 15 min walk too. The hotel houses some shady old restaurants not popular for families.

Room is big , food better than nothing, only the worse thing that I experience is while I’m sleeping is someone is making noise, like drilling and fixing the wall, we call a lots in the reception regarding this but , they cannot do some action, just always put in your remind, you need to give your best customer service ,your guest will not satisfy if your service is like this.

Nice property located in central Dubai. They serve all type food. Rooftop is a good lunch and restaurant on the top floor of the property to hang around.

I am giving it a 3 star only for its infrastructure and location only. The hotel could have been the best hotel in its reach, however my experiences ruined with its service.1. Doesnt have basic in-room amenities.2. V.v few b/f options.3. The staff is like if you want anything pls ask altogether not seperately, I mean I need dessert after main course only, so why would I ask for it before.4. In-room dining food was stale when ordered.5. I informed them at the time of check out that I wasnt happy and gave a written review, however nobody even cared to ask what were the problems I faced.

Value for money hotel. It’s well maintained and the lobby is awesome.. Room size was small but good for a short stay..Metro station, ATM, Bank, Restaurant & Supermarket everything at walkable distance...

This hotel interior is truly amazing.The rooms are very spacious and comfortable.The staff is very helpful and polite.I have stayed there with my cousins for 6 days with all comforts.We used to go grand lobby for breakfast.Breakfast is good and lot of choice of food are there.Exact location just a 2 min walk to the Meena bazaar.Cab facility is available just outside the Hotel.Indian food outlets also available nearby.Dance bar are also there in this Hotel which is banned in India but in Dubai you can easily find such Dance Bar in 5 Star Property.Definitely recommendable.

Its a good hotel. But for the price I paid, I think I shouldve got a better room. The reception is good except for 1 girl, I dont remember her name. The location of the hotel is very good. You will find a lot of Indian Restaurants nearby. Also, the Rajnikant restaurant inside the hotel is great and the waiters are super courteous.

I stayed here for 3 days but I was disappointed by many things like breakfast, I found a hair strand wrapped around a sausage, the bathroom faucet didn’t have a proper flow, the rooftop bar/club’s music noise is unbearable during the night I couldn’t sleep because of that and also I changed my room which had a street view because of the honking noises the windows aren’t sound proof so I won’t suggest any of you to take the street view rooms. I’m giving two stars just for the staff and their quick service.

Its a nice hotel in the middle of the city. Close to all Shopping areas and tourist attractions. Public transport is available 24 hrs. 600meters from Metro station. Difficult to walk from Metro during peak summer temperatures. It is decently priced if booked well in advance. Stayed here for two weeks on a family holiday. The rooms are of good size and the quality of furniture is excellent. We did have to wait for a while for our rooms to be made up before checking in, however we didn´t mind as the lobby is so comfortable. The staff is really friendly. There is no tea making facilities available, however you can call and ask for some and they will bring it to you for free! Everyone is so polite and the location is ideal. In the middle of everything however it is not noisy.

The location of the hotel is really good. You can access the Dubai metro and the mini India market within 100-150 metres. The hotel is very well made. Did not try the lunch and dinner, as it wasnt complimentary. But, the breakfast was really good. They did not boast too many dishes, but whatever the limited dishes were there were very well prepared. The rooms are clean and the staff is really friendly. Overall, the hotel is really good.

I am writing it after visiting this place for 5 times. Its conveniently located, has a nice vibe, massive property and a tons of entertainment options within. Right from the Famous Rajnikanth restaurant to Bandstand pub on the ground floor to Mehfil on the mezzanine to the vibrant and musical rooftop with desi food, drinks and Sheesha. This place has it all. .

Stayed at its sister hotel the Ascot Hotel nextdoor. We were given a room right under a disco restaurant in the hotel, the noise was too much so we asked the staff if they can accommodate us somewhere quiet which they did and we were pleased with the new room. Had a bit if a problem with the WiFi even though the staff tried their best to solve it but couldnt. The television could have done with a few international English channels. The staff were polite and courteous. The hotel is centrally located within walking distance of of shopping areas as well as the Metro station.

Good service. Its my second visit to the same hotel. Morning breakfast is royal menu - true to the name of the hotel. House keeping in charge of 7th floor, Mr Daryll, was always attentive to the smallest need of the room. He was always warm, welcoming & kind . I wish him all the very best for future.

Old property. Rooms are not well maintained. Property is over booked in season. However standards of 4 star not maintainedBreakfast is reasonably good. Wifi though provided free works only in the room. Lobby another code. However cant use it for calls. Neither botim nor whats app calls possible. Signals are not too goodWe booked five rooms. 3 were good one not good and was too small that what is mentioned in their site.We checked in it 7.30 PM. Rooms were not ready even at that time. Check-in time was 2.30 PM. Property is oversold and hence such situation.At the time of booking we requested all five rooms on same floor and preferably upper floor because lower floors have lot of disturbances. However they did not cared for that.

My third time in this hotel. This time it wasnt so pleasant. My room was located on the 7th floor, few floors above is a rooftop bar/club that plays music until 3am, my room was literally shaking from the bass. To the credit of the staff I was accommodated in the middle of the night to the 5th floor. My original room also had some problems with hot water as it was barely lukewarm.

Best location, old but well kept rooms. Friendly staff. The disco in the same building might make the nights a bit noisy and bad. Depending on the room that you are in.Coming to the breakfast, I wont say that its great. Its just OK and some items are just average. The restaurant where the breakfast is served becomes extremely crowded around 8 everyday and some time people end up waiting for a table to get vacated. The staff try their best to still manage.The place appeared as mainly popular amongst the Indian crowd as 95%of the guests were Indians.Rooms are cleaned, beds are done and tea tray is refilled every day promptly and neatly. The drop off area is a bit narrow and that makes it a bit difficult at times for people to get in to tour buses and cabs.Overall, I would always suggest this for someone who is looking for budget accommodation in Dubai.

Room: Clean and spacious. Spacious means it was huge for the comparable location in US.Service: Manager Peter was very helpful. He was enquiring frequently anything else we needed. All the staff were really helpful. When we were leaving one of them really helped us to get all our bags in taxi as it was really hard to manage to get everything in.Food: Average, but there were lot of options.Location: We were using taxi or planned tour operators. There are no issues getting a taxi and there is a metro station nearby and bus stand is probably a mile+ away.All in all it was a pleasant stay.

I along with my family stayed in this royal ascot hotel for 5 days two weeks ago. This is a hotel with very bad standards. Staff are rude and no eye contact with guests. Almost all staff are busy with their mobile phones and chatting among themselves. No care for guests. The key card for door locks does not work well. This is a very old hotel falling apart with bad standards. Breakfast is a disaster, items running out, dirty tables, crockery cutlery chipped and stained. I requested to meet the general manager to rise my issues but he never made an attempt. I wrote a letter before leaving to the general manager but till date no reply or apology. This alone shows that no one really cares. Dirty water leaking from AC vents on to guest plates while having breakfast is a health hazard. No attention to detail in anything in this hotel. Me and family were very disappointed with this hotel.. We will never ever go back there again and will inform others not to book this hotel and make a mistake. Pool staff rude and always on mobile phone or chatting with spa staff next door.. Spa staff too always on mobile phones and never make an attempt to sell spa services.. Whole hotel language is philipino. No professionalism.. I am still waiting to hear from this hotel management an apology for bad standards thus a bad stay during my holidays. I had to go daily 3 times to reception to activate my room door key. Reception staff said this hotel has a serious problem with key cards but management does nothing about it.. In my view this hotel must be closed for for sometime and carry out a maintenance, repair the breakfast restaurant and train the staff then get back to business..

Hotel location very good. Room are excellent. Breakfast good.Biggest problem is very rude staff attitude which I read from other guest also. Receptionist dont even wants to listen but to continue her point.I asked for Internet password but they gave me wrong password. Second day I asked again for the same but again wrong password. Upon complain to them I got no reply. Just wondering whats the big deal to provide the service they promised.I found other guests have also complained the same in the past about something similar issue.Those guys are spoiling the hotel reputation. If given a chance I will fire receptionist followed by IT person.They are big shame for the excellent Hotel.

I come very often the to this hotel and there are a bit of improvement in the hotel maintenance. its greatvto see the old faces who recognize their regular though now there are many new faces not much to know to keep the relationship. Good training will help improve .

I stayed for a month and rooms are good with all facility and have dance bars on every floor. The whole hotel staff is very friendly and specially the workers named Danish Ali & Faisal both helped to provide any local needs and in hotel their service is very fast.

Rooms on the lower floors are having the smoke smell but rooms on the 5th floor are fine. We changed our room from 3rd to 5th.Not a bad place to live but in this cost one can get better rooms too. Complimentary Breakfast is tasty and Staff is also friendly.

Foxys Club : No doubt the club looks good. Lots of space, good dancing floor. But no crowd at all, and the DJ is not good too. They need to change the way they get drinks to the table. Glasses are not at all classy, they give a feel of a cheap bar. The table is very costly interms of the services provided. Wont recommend it.

It was a beautiful hotel with a brilliant breakfast. It was kind of repetitive but it is in a good location. Jumbo electronics and Communication mart are almost at a walking distance. Meena Bazar too is just few minutes away. 2 departmental stores were nearby I too with a brilliant Pizza place just around the corner. This hotel has a great location. The hotel itself I had a pretty good swimming pool to chill out in the evening at the top floor. The gym was decent too. All in all, its a great package for the price to stay here.

Nice hotel and it is close to many important places. Stayed here just for a couple of days during the hot month of August. ROOMS were a bit congested but breakfast was pretty good.

Paid them cash and they still charged the amount of an extra day to my card,had to carry my bags up to my not ready room myself upon arrival and to my surprise a tiny room cupboard for a room and theyre charging more than neighbouring hotels that were cheaper at the time. It gets really noisy as night as they have a nightclub on the ground floor and one on the top floor, you really cant win with this place, the pool they say they have is a lie its actually on the roof of the sister hotel thats next to it,you cant say you have a pool if it isnt on your property. Just thought Id try something new, you live and you learn. Learn fromy experience and stay away from this place if you value comfort and your hard earned cash. Youd be better off staying on one of those air conditioned bus stops.
