Stayed here for a night as a couple for a last minute get away.Hotel is OK, clean and the staff are friendly and helpful.Pool side food, cocktails and other beverages were good and delivered quickly.Poolside towels were old , threadbare and definitely need replacing.Dinner in the restaurant was OK, staff struggled with the request for gluten free due to allergies.Room was OK but definitely needs updating and refreshing. Roof in the bathroom had seen better days. Curtains were torn and worn.Good view of the pool and lake though.Breakfast for me was good, but the staff again struggled with food allergies.Used Mobile app checkout, received my marriott points but never received my portfolio.

My stay was extremely comfortable. A quiet hotel surrounded by wonderful staff (Subhash & Raj) in a great location. Situated near to numerous restaurants, and a mall within easy walking distance. We would highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

Very clean and nice hotel. I use it for business meetings. No parking issues, no COVID-19 issues. Just perfect for business meetings!

Impressed by the service of Chef Amrit and Chef Jamil. They were very polite and active. Food were wonderful.

It needs some renovation as it is now little old, but still cool place for quick meetings.

The lagoon needs to be cleaned. The curtains are torn. Tired and old look and feel.

Always love this place. Its a bit out of the way but the surrounding water and venicien architecture give a special vibe. Food, drinks and service are great!

Excellent place to conduct events and special occasions. Good for people who live close by to this area.Last night had our sons wedding in the ball room.Food was amazingly 😋 tasty.Staff were very courteous, service was wonderful.Prices for the ball room were very reasonable. This review is not about staying at the hotel but the food in the Neighbourhood bar, we and our friends came for lunch today 28/08/21 with our kids and the food served was disgraceful, fish that was horrible, chicken that did not resemble anything like chicken and my friends steak sandwich that was a joke, do not waste your money eating here there are many better places close at hand !!

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in my life and it happened just because of the employees. It was a calm and quiet area away from city with a mall in the same premises. It is adjacent to Lake and I got lake view room. This is the best part of Dubai

Horrible experience. They charge me with things I didn’t consume, they refused to give me an invoice (therefore having to spend a lot of time to fix it with my company), the rooms were not cleaned properly, bad staff,…

Excellent for breakfast. Cucina is a lovely restaurant and the views are beautiful. Buffet breakfast was fresh and tasty and they even made tea to our liking. Had the pleasure to stay here for two weeks and was very comfortable. The staff is friendly and amazing, the rooms were great. Highly recommend this place if you are not worried about being in downtown Dubai, since it is about a 20 min taxi ride to get to downtown.

Pros: good service, good breakfast. Convenient location close to the small mall where you can buy all the stuff you need for the stay (grocery, pharmacy, electronics)Cons: tiny pool outside. Because of the hotel lake the humidity outside is very high. Not a very good cleaning service: found some old pieces of tape from previous guests + found a forgotten dirty dust cloth one day.

Had dinner at the Neighbourhood restaurant. The food was not great, honestly it was one of the most tasteless meals Ive had in any restaurant. The rissoto porcini was a drab affair of crunchy rice drowning in mushroom sauce with bits of parmesan thrown in. A very chill hotel! If you want a place to relax and enjoy you time in the sun this is the hotel for you. Its about 20 mins out side of the city but overall not a bad drive.

A 2 week September business trip to Dubai made enjoyable by the attentive professionalism of the Marriot staff. From the helpful and polite front door security, to the warmth of front desk staff and senior management combined with, a faultless restaurant experience. I am looking forward to my next Dubai trip and another chance to stay at the Marriot courtyard DIP

The Neighbourhood bar is really nice and the pool area looks lovely and clean. Supermarket and shops in a little mall as you make your way through to the hotel. Wish I lived somewhere like this on my doorstep!

The room is very spacious and clean. It also has a nice view on the pool and lake.In the morning you can enjoy a tastefull and very generous breakfast. For dinner the Italian kitchen is definitely worth a try.The staff is friendly.

One of the few non-beach-front suburban Dubai hotel getaways. Clean, airy lobby. Great rooms. Courteous staff. The adjoining mini-mall with eateries, supermarket, pharmacies, book shops etc is really nice and convenient as is the ample onsite parking. Proximity to the Green Community lake and lawns makes going out for a stroll pleasurable. Internet was speedy enough, so getting business done is not a problem.Highly recommended.

My overall review was basically that things were OK, however there are many hotels that I have stayed in Dubai over the last 25 years which are far superior to this hotel.I thought the breakfast was way overpriced & noticed that when I had an evening meal which was fish & chips, it was tasteless freezer fish which was not good enough for the money I paid.I think that on breakfast a cheaper option which for example could be a coffee & a muffin or an egg on toast or equivalent would be an option as paying 120Dhs for a buffet would not be considered by myself.The hotel was clean & the staff were pleasant & helpful.I just think that it could be better as there is something missing which makes it average.

Good hotel for families. Nice pool and outside bar and playground. We stayed for a weekend and the outside bar and pool was lively in the evening. We also enjoyed walking along the small lake and the mall and restaurants next to the hotel.Breakfast buffet is ok.Rooms are a little dated but clean. Our room had a balcony, which we enjoyed in the evening.

We stayed in Courtyard Dubai for the New Year 2017 Holidays. Staff was very helpful and nice! They got me the earliest check-in ever! The pool with the lake view is amazing! Its a good 30 min drive to the main CBD but if youre looking for a quiet and chill area to spend a weekend or so, this is the place! :)

Its friendly staff, great choice of restaurants and pleasant location on the green community lake make it and ideal place to hang out with family and friends.Cucina offers a great value for money Italian buffet which is one of the best hidden gems in the city. Buffet is served from 12-3pm daily. Please go enjoy this scrumptious feast with family and friends.

One if best hotels in the Dubai Investment park 1.Good for weekend and for kids too.So close to Choithrams 2 minutes walk.So quite no noise.But fare away from Ibn Battota Mall 20 minutes Driving.

It was an amazing experience in the courtyard at the green community.There is kids playing area and fitness club also availabe. A very nice view of a water frond relaxing area. Lobby have enough space to sit and brouse for your convenience. Thankyou team Marriott.

Really enjoyed our stay here. We live in Dubai but wanted a one night getaway for our anniversary. that had pool, nice restaurants, etc. All great. The staff of the hotel itself and the attached Italian food place and bar upstairs were all so nice. Food was great, room was spacious and had a nice character to it and an amazing view. Would recommend. Great for couples and seems great for families as well although we didnt have our kids with us on this trip.

What makes a hotel is not the building or the facilities but the staff. From the moment Sunita checked me in every single person who works at your hotel always had time for a smile, a good morning a how are you - every time without fail. The team would do anything to accommodate my needs and it appeared that they genuinely enjoy pleasing and delighting guests. The gentlemen behind the Starbucks counter, the team who work out side organising the cars and the restaurant and bar staff, absolutely amazing. Sunita also checked me out and it was a great way to complete my stay. The hotel itself was clean, breakfast and lunch was fantastic, in terms of food quality and choice and the bar upstairs had the football on! The room was spacious and well equipped also.
