I have stayed here for 6 nights.Reception staff was so friendly.Room was little small (512)View was horrible 🤦🏻‍♂️Room was clean and bathroom was very good 👍🏻Bed comfortable and pillows were amazing .Breakfast was good with limited options (don’t expect fresh Juices or nice desserts 🍮)In general its a good hotel if you dont want to spend too much in DubaiLocation is very good (so near to mall of the Emirates )

If anyone is to stay at this hotel the best and most efficient employees are yaseen and jociell. Hands down they are the best. Thank you very much. But I have to say other employees in the hotel dont honer their words and ask other employees to change their promises. So if you stay at this hotel try to speak to yaseen or jociell. They will take good care of you during your stay

We booked a stay for end of October at the start of October 2020. The hotel close without any communication whatsoever. We only found out because one day before the stay I called and nobody answered.It has been 3 months and hotel is still not opened. They promise they are going to reimburse me because of my Marriott Elite status check in guarantee benefit. Well, that never happened.

The Courtyard Hotel is very new and staff was excellent and very helpful. Hotel is within a short walking distance to the Mall of the Emirates. Our stay was a short one, so didnt have a chance to sample a lot of the facilities & amenities at the hotel. Rooms were clean and appeared to be relatively new. Nice large screen TV. Room was comfortably sized. Maybe an odd note, but the room thermostat didnt have a heat setting, only cool and vent. Granted that 90% of the year, you need the AC on, but our stay was in February/March and was one of those nights in which we would have appreciated a heat setting that night. Overall experience was very pleasant. The porter staff were very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff was friendly and pleasant and were very helpful to arrange for transportation to the airport early in the morning.

Hello Reader, When you stay at the CourtYard by Marriott, please on check-in ask for Mr Shafe (hes a personable and humble individual), at the Reception. Its the genuineness of his interaction that makes him such an attractive personality.Breakfast can be better and though the servers arent very engaging, they wear a smile. I would recommend a more personable experience at the breakfast area. The rooms are well laid out and the sheets to the bed are fresh. The TV is exceptional and so is the internet service. The concept of the lighting with one switch controlling the mains will take some getting used to. But once you get the hang of it, youd understand the concept behind it.The Hotel is very proximal to the Marina Mall, which makes it so nicer to stay. Its an Hotel I would recommend.

Courtyard Al Barsha is my go-to hotel in Dubai for my frequent weekend stays. It is brand new, stylish, comfortable, and feels more expensive than the very competitive rates paid for it. The breakfast is quite basic but adequate. The staff are helpful and welcoming, and the location next to Mall of the Emirates and close to the metro station is excellent.

Room is super clean, staffs are super great. Got starbucks in the lobby so for early morning departure when no time for bfast then you can grab quick coffee downstairs. Lobby not fancy at all but serve its purpose. Swimming pool and fitness center is great. Food selection for breakfast is good.

I haven’t had a chance to stay at Courtyard before, I was lucky to try it this time though. The hotel is located near resturants and different facilities including mall of the emirates. Staff were great, room was spacious and cozy. It was a great experience and it will be my first choice when I visit Dubai again.

I had travelled to Dubai to run the marathon. The room I was first given had an adjoining room (door locked). Children/teenagers were staying next door and the noise could be heard too clearly, potentially enough to prevent me getting a good nights sleep. I contacted reception who offered to move me to another room. Within 10 minutes of the phone call I had been (upgraded) to a different room. Both the person I spoke to on the phone and the people who helped me move rooms could not have been more helpful and obliging. The same person (I believe) who organised the room move also offered me a complimentary late check-out (until 14.00) when he discovered I was in Dubai to run the marathon as I would need a shower and to change clothes afterwards and I would not have been able to do this before 12.00. The same service was provided for my travelling companion. Before leaving on the Saturday I went to eat in Flavours restaurant. There wasnt really anything on the menu I wanted. The waitress offered me the Oak Bar menu as well. I could order from that menu but remain seated where I was. I chose the club sandwich but didnt want the beef bacon. She said it was no problem for me to substitute that for avocado. Again, she could not have been more polite or obliging. The food was delicious. I also had a very tasty pasta meal on the Friday night as well. Check-out was very smooth and straightforward. When checking out I remembered I had probably left a water bottle behind me somewhere in reception that morning. It was of course waiting there for me when I enquired about it. I dont think I have ever had a stay in any hotel in the world where the staff were more courteous and obliging than the staff in this hotel were, every staff member I encountered could not have done more to be of assistance. Free underground parking was provided and the hotel is in a good location and is excellent value for money, made all the more so by the lengths the staff went to to accommodate my wishes during my stay. A sincere thank you to all the staff at Courtyard Al Barsha for your wonderful efforts.

Marriott provides always and everywhere great service which i found the same in this lavish and well decorated hotel, check in very smooth. Which was done by Maria front office manager. She was very kind in the terms of explaining the things. One thing i noticed the bar was a bit hidden for the hotel guest. Overall my stay was amazing. Thanks alot.

Strategically located in the business diatrict of dubai. Walking distance to Mall of Emirates. Easy access to metro. Wonderful hotel in a reasonable price. All staff are very courteous, friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay for 7D,6N. Thank you to Peter of front desk who welcome us during check-in with a big smile and made us feel welcome. Thank you to all staff of Flavours were we had our breakfast for 6 mornings, giving us appreciation during our last breakfast in the property made us want to come back again in the future. The location is amazing with close proximity to the metro and Mall of Emirates. The staff is friendly. Flavors Restaurant has decent food with a nice ambience. The highlight is the rooftop bar and pool. Basement parking is available too.

Very pleasant stay. Good customer service. Peter at the reception desk was brilliant and helpful though he looks tired most of the time I see him at night. Breakfast was okay, can be improved and the rooms have fault though it did not affcet my stay.

I recently stayed at the courtyard my Marriott in Al Barsha. My stay was a mixture of business and leisure and picked this hotel due to price and location to nearby mall and short journey to Dubai Marina where I was working. The room was clean and modern. As silver Marriott reward member I have stayed in many Marriott hotels and brands and was expecting more from this new hotel based on the price. The overall experience wasn’t what was expected for the price. I wasn’t wow’d but would consider staying here again should the price be favourable

People were smiling. The hotel was so clean. I loved the structures, design and layout. They have an excellent breakfast with different selections of food. Inroom service was fantastic too. I will never forget the rooftop pool, it was beautiful! Everything was a topnotch!!!

The staff at courtyard was very friendly and resolved any queries I had immediately. The interior/exterior of the Hotel was perfect , clean and very up to date. The only thing that I felt was not up to the mark was the breakfast, They need to improve on their breakfast experience.

New hotel at the corner of the Mall of the Emirates. Very attentive staff. Very stylish but not overpowering interior. The hotel was not very busy, so no crowds for breakfast. Very quiet. Has everything you need, even a small shop downstairs for necessities and a very cozy starbucks. Would recommend for a business trip, shopping trip or a combination of shopping / sightseeing. You can walk from the hotel to the Mall in 3-5 min (crossing a busy road by the mall may take time). Taxis are readily available if you need to go somewhere else. Overall, everything is new, nice, cost, very functional

The staff were very professional. Peter from reception is very friendly and helpful. Rose in the restaurant is smiling all round. The only issue we faced was the toilet as it leaks however the room looks great for a short stay.

Overall an amazing hotel, with excellent staff always helping you and willing to step a mile to bring a smile. just a minor issue with the washroom, which i believe was only with 1 particular room which i stayed at, but i am sure its not a one in all. the location is too good.

Location is excellent, as it is walking distance away from Emirates mall. Unfortunately the hotel has no compound. The swimming pool is on the roof and it has a depth of 1.7m. Room service is excellent. Amar has been great cleaning my room. He is a very descent man and kind as well; but he could improve his English.

Marriot Courtyard Albarsha is a great combination of top quality service and infrastructure. It provided me vibes as I am relaxed like in home with state of the art gym and pool facilities. I had my time well spent and I count this as my top staying destinations now.

Everything is up to standard, the rooms are excellent and the staff will definitely assist you in anyway they can. I’ve been frequently visiting the hotel and staff like Peter who always remembers me proves that Marriott gives importance to their guest.

I avoid giving me credit card for reservation gurantees, is hotel extra charges’ blocks, etc. When booking thru Marriott’s online system this is unavoidable. And disaster looms. When you have clueless staff at the front desk it is only a matter of time before disaster strikes. A week after checkout I received a new charge on my credit card totaling the cost of the stay, plus a bit extra. I had already settled my bill on checkout. Using my credit card with the amount immediately being debited from my card (verified online). Days later, and after spending 30min on the phone with the front desk, they remain clueless. The front desk officer could not answer to how the charge was made, but he DID find that there was still a block on my card (a week after checkout) for some random amount. Of course he could not tell me why the block was still there. Again, clueless.Days later the issue is still not pending. Nobody from the hotel has contacted me with any follow up, and given the level of management that I experienced at the front desk, I doubt that anyone will. ...rest assured that I am just getting started with this. Oh yes. If they give you 601, run. The room is literally wall-to-wall with the central chiller unit on the roof of the building and since the concept of noise insulation doesn’t exist in the contractors vocabullary, it’s basically like having a constantly running hair dryer above your bed.

I was disappointed for this hotel, even if I just stayed here overnight I was not satisfied. Overall ambience was good, from check in, chk out and room services. Breakfast has very few options. The amenities inside the room it was poor, you can hear noise from outside corridor people talking and walking. The bathroom was very poor, toilet was high the bathrobe provided was too big and long, no cold water in the faucet even the climate is hot outside still they should have cold option for water, no glass nor curtain to divide shower from toilet thats why the floor is getting wet all the time. No space to put toiletries. No toothbrush provided. I hope thru this review they will try to improve.

Had a good and comfortable stay here. Location helped as there is a mall nearby and some small food outlets too. For me, the rooftop bar was a plus. The only thing i could say which needs improvement is the spread at Breakfast as most items were repeated on alternate days and it got boring for me

It was a very comfortable and great experience, my daughter is celiac and should be on gluten free diet, I provided the staff with this information before my arrival, the executive chef was very knowledgeable and helpful and provided us with a variety of gluten free options in the breakfast buffet, they even made pamcakes gluten free and home made jam. It was an overall nice expriemce, my only concern was the housekeeping as they did not perfectly clean the room, they did not vaccuum clean the floors, and there were some mussing amenities that I should call them back to re supply.

Good hotel, pleasant experience, excellent value for money. Only sad issue is the smoking in the pub in a closed environment, bad smell reaching the lobby area. This should not be allowed.

I loved the hotel over all, i stayed in room #407 i beleive. check in was smooth, very calm place room and bed was awsome, cleanliness was topnoch. Totally i loved this hotel.

We stayed her over are honey the service and manager are so nice. To use we arrived very early in the morning that place us into a temporary room so we can get some rest before we moved into are suit room. Highly recommend. But traveling into dudai Burj you have to walk to the closes tram line or to the mall 15-20min walk

Really enjoyed my stay here. Checkin was easy. There was an unusually large among of Chinese here. The guy at the bar with the blonde hair (sorry I forgot his name already) was great. He was talkative and interesting. Great suggestions on drinks. The rooftop bar was not completed for my late Nov/early Dec stay but the pool was. It is super cozy and a great view of the local area. Enjoyed the hotel and the location. Easy food choices and many bars can easily be walked to.

New hotel, rooms are clean and modern, but:Small parking area doesnt match hotel guest capacity, few untrained front desk staff especiallyin night shift (not all of them), rooms rate dont match the value comparingto similar hotels in the area, extremely small rooms.Considered as one night hotel, similar to airport hotels and Express chains.Not recommended unless the rate is good.

What can I say...! I have stayed in this amazing place 22 days. Great, helpful and very friendly staff and receptionists. The open buffet break fast opens earlier from 6:30 to 10:30 am. The staff and chefs are just great. Nice swimming pool at the roof floor next to the bar and Shisha place. Gym also existing at H floor. The mall of Emirates is jusy walking distance about 5-10 mins. It is highly recommended.

Had a perfect stay at courtyard Al Barsha. The rooms are very clean and nice with big smart TV. Breakfast is amazing have all the choices.

Very disappointing, the hotel is not up to the standards you would expect from Courtyard (im staying now at another one in AD that is older but a lot better..). Many things didnt work properly, staff was quite hopeless.. Quite disappointing

Stayed in this hotel few times and the location is good however they dont answer calls i have to go down every time and when i complained to the reciption manager he offered me free breakfast but that didnt help to fix the issue. also i waited to long for the check out as there was no-one at the desk. also they have to clean the rooms in a better way, i have to be with them every time to show them where they should clean.Marc M

I stay 605 room. Housekeeping Niraj and Tapin was very good and Smiley face. Cleaning was very good.

I haven been in more than 8 Dubai hotels for the last two months and can see them fighting over customers trying to keep them. Courtyard was exactly the opposite. Worst customer service ever especially front desk. I remember only two who stood out, Mousa and Princess. I left last night to another hotel with no plan to return. I gave it one star for the location.

A home away from home... Checked in very late but hassle-free.. thanks to Mr Mansour from the reception, very accomodating and ready to help. Super clean environment, hotel smell is fresh.. excellent breakfast buffet. All are superb except for the lady in reception which didnt allow us initially to check out late from the cut off period since our flight is still at 9pm.. Thanks to Mr Mansour and Mr Seth who allowed us stay until 3pm.. will recommend to my friends when they visit Dubai! thabks for the wonderful experience!
