This is a difficult review to write because words cannot express how much we enjoyed our stay at the Ritz-Carlton, DIFC– and yet, here I am trying. Let me start by saying I have a soft spot for Art Deco and Ritz-Carlton, DIFC is an extraordinary example of Art Deco design. What I appreciate most of all is the consistency in design language. From the facade, to every aspect of the interiors including the lobby, the restaurants and the rooms are gorgeously designed and luxuriously furnished.I can write pages upon pages of platitudes regarding the design alone but thats just one of the many things that makes the Ritz-Carlton, DIFC a fine place to stay. Its an excellent example of old-world charm. Theres no garishness and the focus is more on comfort and elegance and comfort is something the Ritz does better than perhaps any other hotel Ive been to. After a long day of work or play, I cant think of a better room to arrive at. The bed is comfortable beyond belief, the curtains can block out even the fiercest Dubai sun. The bathtub was more than big enough for me and Im around 64.The food at the Ritz-Carlton DIFC is delicious as well. Café Belge is a standout amongst standouts. You really dont ever have to leave the building for anything but if you choose to, you are surrounded by everything Dubai has to offer within minutes away. Centrally located doesnt even begin to cover it.But, as is true for all great hotels Ive been to, its the service that makes the place. Michelle at the Check-in had us in the room so quickly and offered us all the information we would need over the course of our stay. Bishoy and Hannegil at the Club Lounge are always alert and available to make your stay as comfortable as they possibly can. Ajit and Geetika who hosted us at Le Cirque for breakfast were a wonderful addition to our mornings. And finally, Prizell was the most gracious when we were checking out. These are of course, a few of the many members of staff that make up the Ritz Carlton DIFC. My hat goes off to every one in Staff. Ive been to Dubai quite a few times but the Ritz Carlton DIFC is one of the best hotels I have stayed at in the city. Ill have a hard time staying anywhere else next time Im back in Dubai. A very easy recommendation.

As we arrived to the hotel, we were welcomed by Ali. Ali made us feel welcomed and took care of our luggage and guided as to the room wishing us a good stay. Thank you so much Ali! Also the lady which helped us check-in was very welcoming too. So overal,excellent customer service :)The room is very nice with garden view.The hotel is nice, the breakfast experience was okay but could be enhanced.Overal, recommended!

Ritz Carlton is a great hotel conveniently located in the Dubai International Financial Center and very close to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. Our room was spacious with city view. Staff were extremely helpful and very polite. I highly recommend staying in Ritz Carlton if you are visiting for business reasons and want to stay in the area

Sunken Garden is such a nice place and actually my favorite spot in Dubai for Shisha. Unfortunately as many other places being under a bad management, it got spoiled. I have been a loyal customer and always returning as I enjoy the quality of service and shisha. Now they have introduced a minimum spend policy which is in my opinion unnecessary and rather inconsistent. Sometimes they insist on the minimum charge, sometimes they dont. If they insist, I share that its not always being charged and there is no clear policy. I had several discussions with the manager, who is quite hostile and made me seem like I would lie and make up stuff. Apart from the horrendous manager, I feel that the minimum charge is out of greed and will make loyal customers including me look for other alternatives. Other than that the hotel itself has to work on how to get rid of girls roaming around the lobby offering special room service and on the speed of the valet service.

This hotel is an example of the nonserious relationship between the customer, their guest, and just a simple request. I am very upset That a reception could not make a simple request and could not assist however we relied on them due to the enormous huge cost, we were fooled by the situation that if the hotel is high price tagged then it will provide a reliable service. My personal opinion and I am not inviting people to support it, but this is the truth from my vision this is the most unreliable hotel in Dubai specifically in need of a simple request from the guest. The gentleman who did huge harm towards my side didnt even bother to provide me with a simple apology. Thats how they treat people.

One of the worst Ritz fo sure, couldn’t fulfill my early bookings basic request such as a balcony (all of them out), high floor and so although it was an off season. Had to upgrade to a suite were I found the furniture was really old and over used for double the charge!! Add to that found they have added over AED4000 on my bill upon check out by counting both room and suite as if can be at two places at once!!

It was awesome place, its in heart of the city. The view is awesome. Its very close to all the places. Its located in shk Zayed road.

Such a decent location and great service

Its already almost two months past from the time the Ritz Carlton in DIFC set me up. I am still in the same problem because of them for 2 months already. Because the hotel can not make a simple request. My Personal point of view but if you are willing to pay $200 - $300+ for a nice hotel and a good service you are in the wrong place based not only on my experience. This is a 0 service hotel. I am facing huge problems because of the unprofessionalism from their side in simple things. They dont care about anything from my point of view they dont even bother to reply to my comments, the same way they didnt bother to help me in my small query I am saying theyre replying only to positive comments and it seems that they dont care in which situations are people got because of their 0 services. I am not forcing anyone not to stop in this hotel I am just sharing my awful and very very very bad experience by the end of the day the call is yours, But if you will ask me they didnt bother to reply to me here, why they will bother to provide you a service.

Didnt feel like a Ritz, we arrived and asked about a restaurant location, The Ritz I know would welcome you, accompany you to the place you want to go and make you feel really welcome, but tow ladies behind the reception with no one in the lobby just said go straight its the restaurant opposite to us.Food was good, but when we asked to pay for separate items in the bill cause part of our group was leaving, we had to wait for a while to find out that the waiter repeated the items again as a new order then we had to wait for the manager to rectify which he did, then the rest of our group was asked to pay and had to explain again that they are still setting not leaving. Hope everything goes back to normal soon cause I was really disappointed to face this in Ritz

Cafe Beige is a great late night spot

Very nice hotel with large and clean rooms. Has several restaurants and bars /cafés, so variety is definitely there. Its located in the DIFC which everything easier for business travelers with a connection to the DIFC

We stayed at the Ritz at the DIFC during Christmas for a couple of days before our trip to Maldives. We usually stay at this Ritz in Dubai because they have the best service, spacious and clean room and its central location. During Christmas delicious chocolates and sweets were placed in a Christmas stocking in the room. As well, this time that we visited the hotel it was even more special. Prizell from the front desk, welcomed us in the most professional, welcoming and kind manner. She knew that it was my husbands birthday so she made sure that he was satisfied with the room. Every time we walked by the lobby she would greet us with a smile. And if we had any questions regarding directions or services, she instructed us and assisted us. Cant wait to go back!

Awful service, Couldnt done a simple request, Couldnt answer on a simple review dropped in Google, I am very upset, It was the Worst Experience in my life, My personal recommendation if you want to get a service where they will forget to do what they promise, which is actually a simplest request this is the spot.A person who did a huge problem to me even didnt bothered to give me a call and apologies, However A manager as a professional apologises and did his best to comfort me and calm me down but I am very disappointed in the service!!!!!

Great quality restaurant in great quality hotel at prime location DIFC Dubai

This is a luxury hotel right in the heart of the financial district. It boasts many different restaurants with indoor & outdoor seating, a good size gym (24 hours), a womens only gym on the top floor and a spa. It also has a rooftop pool which if you visit it at night, has stunning views of the DIFC area.

I had the opportunity to stay in a beautiful suite. Gorgeous room in a great location. Pool on roof is a bit small so not necessarily a resort hotel, but if you are in town for business, it is a great place to be.

Nice staff, always smiling and very good service. It was great time in sunken and coming back here after a long time. I’d like to thanks Geetika(for great service) and Adnan(for shisha).

Good coffee garden but very bad shisha

A disappointingly low quality Ritz, which resembles a Sheraton more than a St Regis. Rooms are dated, our sinks clogged and shower head spraying in multiple directions. There is no option to play Netflix from your device (something even the aLoft hotel has!) and the night stands have docks that feature 16 pin Apple devices, which expired in like 2008. What is worst, is there are close to no benefits at all as a Platinum or Titanium guest... it makes it pretty much pointless to stay at the hotel. Lounge access and cocktail hours are all chargeable, as well as breakfast unless your rate explicitly states it. In a city like Dubai that is quick to tout its luxury hotels, this property falls massively short. Disappointing. Not Ritz level.

Vile; awful - had a table organised for some friends. Checked the side of the rooftop bar and was told I could not do that and was forcefully removed from the area 🤣. I almost laughed, considering I had spent hundreds of dirhams and hours - most of which spent alone - to endure what like spending time at some rank club in London 😅.

Of course! This is such an amazing place known for its luxury. The concierge team is exceptional especially I met Mr prakash from the lobby and he was a smart proactive chapter to help me!!!Visit the executive lounge quite beautiful and attractive. Try the in room dining continental breakfast which is great!!! Highly recommend to everyone!!!

Undoubtedly the best trained staff all across this hotel, effective what asked for the unusual assist. The hotel has I think the best and most helpful staff of of its 5 star equals. The various food sectors are well managed and are happy to deliver most any dish on their menus promptly with courteous friendly, attentive service. The bedrooms are well configured, good beds and bedding, independent air conditioning.Internet WIFI service is solid everywhere in public or private areas.

The overall stay was fantastic. From the reception staff to the houskeeping crew. A Special thanks to all the staff at the CARA resturant. Every moring we had breakfast there and they took great care of us including a special take for 16 of us as we had a early start and they made us a special breakfat to go. They are the ones that mede the stay fantastic.

This hotel has fantastic rooms with really nice and large both rooms. High tech room with remote controlled curtains. The quality of the bed is amazing with great pillows. The executive lounge services is superb and the food quality is amazing. The staff in the lounge is very friendly and helpful.The lobby is small and doesnt do service to the quality of the hotel rooms and service. Location is close to Metro station.

The Ritz Carlton was great and exclusive. The staff is ever so friendly and the Club fantastic. Especially Chen who just wants you want to stay lo get takes so good care of one that it is really hard to leave.Rhe rooms are nice with a lot of marble in the wet zones.The only thing I would say that was not perfect, that during turn down service, the curtains were closed but not in the bathroom. Since the bathroom had a glass door and the light shined in into the bed room from the bath room, it would have been nice that it was done by the turn down service.Other that that it was perfect and I would happily stay here again.

Rooms are very nice. Huge bathroom with rain shower and regular shower. Housekeeping does a great job of cleaning and replenishing items. They are also not cheap like other hotels about leaving “one bottle of water.”Outdoor pool is a little underwhelming but that’s about it. Thought it would have been livelier.The staff are really on point at this hotel. Would definitely stay again.Breakfast buffet is terrific. Really top quality hotel and the service to back it.

Had a wonderful quick 3 day vacation spent at the Ritz Carlton. The club level is really the way to go when visiting any Ritz in any city, amazing service and an incredible value. The room was clean and spacious, might need a few more USB or universal plugs, the bathroom was also wonderful. I definitely recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking to stay in Dubai for work or pleasure.

Amazing place

My stay was simply amazing! From the moment I stepped out of the car, I was treated like royalty. Everyone at the hotel was extremely nice. The atmosphere was amazing. I would totally return. There was an amazing waiter who really stood out. I think his name was GT we would see him at breakfast. He went above the call of duty to make our experience nice. We were unsure of our nee year plans and he suggested Flair. We had a beautiful time. Oh wait at Flair our waitress Regina was also amazing. Because I am naming these 2 individuals do not think the entire staff at the hotel was not nice because that isnt true. These 2 individuals simply made a night that we were stressing out about much better. One of our LAST evening out as we returned to the hotel, our taxi driver hit cash as he asked us how we were paying. However, we had spend all of the cash. We only had a credit card. He CLAIMED that he could not switch back to the card option. After debating about 3 minutes we entered the hotel seeking an ATM machine. The hotel was SOOOO nice and helpful. As soon as I told the hotel clerk about my situation he calmly said No problem I can take care of everything. He asked me to get the receipt from the cab driver and he then gave me cash and allowed me to pay the hotel with my card. This was incredibly helpful! I cant thank you enough for how helpful your staff is. It makes a difference when you are traveling from a different continent. Amazing experience

We spent our Christmas vacations as well as our 10th anniversary. Everything was great. Though there was only one vegetarian option per meal.Also, there was a cake placed in our suite for our anniversary though that was the only thing. No mention of the same by any one of the executives nor anything special was done. I was expecting a little more than just a cake as it was our 10th. Other than this everything was great

The Hotel location in the financial center is convenient, the hotel itself is quite beautiful with a modern and practical design, the venue options are quite abundant for a hotel its size. The service is discreet and first-class.The Club has constant food and beverage presentations throughout the day with local food offerings. The staff is phenomenal not only tending to the guests, but also ready to provide guidance on activities and things to do while always making you feel at home at all times. Marcel made our take home Jallab drink with a tag of Cancun to remember our honeymoon in Ritz Carlton Cancun. Thank you all for being a memorable part of the Dubai experience.

Most probably one of the finest places to stay in Dubai. The personal is super friendly and not the played kind, you really feel sincere commitment to the job.Rooms are amazing and equipped with super comfortable beds and a huge badroom with spa feeling to it.Very well positioned it the center of financial district.Ah BTW the food is also really tasteful and certainly not overpriced for the service and quality you get!
