Decent hotel in a good location. Centrally located yet easy to get to without much traffic.Staff was very warm and welcoming from the start, especially the staff at the Marketplace for the breakfast buffet. Strange thing that no one came to make up the room or left note that they had came by.Room is clean and spacious. Not much light with a moderate window. Have to keep it shaded most of the time because it faces the construction site. It was fairly soundproof though. Cant hear the construction din though it was just next door.Self parking is available and quite easy to access.Poolside was dismal. Very small and more a rectangle decorative water feature by the rooftop bar.Gym is well equipped. Better to burn calories there than swimming.

Great Seafood night on Thu. Night. As per Covid new rules you are not allowed to serve yourself but they put only one waiter on 3 stations trying to serve all guests in one go. You have to wait..and you are not allowed to help yourself. Chef Adel was so fast and good in prepare food Hana the Egyptian Waiterss were so professional and friendly. Staff overall helpful and nice but quantities and variety much less after Covid time. Also sweet items getting less and drinks varieties are less than before. No fresh juices all canned and soda drinks. Quality of grill lobster and shrimp was good.

Its a well maintained, hotel that provides cosy apartments with tasteful ambience. Negligible slack in providing full hosting as was earlier in pre covid era, but perhaps due covid protocols n staff reduction sometimes inconvenient. Otherwise very good service offered.

Can be called as Second Home as all the staff were very generous and helpful. Stayed there for a pretty long time I felt that this is one of the best property in Business Bay silently placed and serving in a amble location. Breakfast was just awesome and with full of mouth watering delicacies from around the world be it English, Continental, Arabic, and I am so surprised seeing the real South Indian dishes which reveals their care for people checking in. Rooms were exceptionally clean and room service and maintenance guys are on call as i faced a situation which was very diplomatically handled. Must try place 👍

My company guests have been staying at this hotel for over 6 years. and we had been happy with the service and the previous team. but this time it was DISAPPOINTING!!!!Between 9th Sept and 12 Sept i had the President, VP sales and Director sales of our company staying here and it was extremely disappointing for the service during this period. It started with the check in of our guests which took over 30 minutes in the evening around 7:30 pm - only one front desk person and that person very slow - another front desk guy standing there but says he cannot check in only can revalidate cards plus some there staff moving around but no one for front desk.. every guest standing there was angry and complaining .next was the restaurant - the service was POOR. even if you ask any of the servers for anything they will say yes and everyone forgets to come and give it. happened for dinner / breakfast etc. even when the restaurant was not busy.One of my colleagues was not informed in advance about the IPL team / bubble in the section he was staying - when he returned after dinner he was not allowed to go to his room and after much discussion was allowed to go to pick his luggage and change room - Poor coordination and information sharingAs a company we have decided to look at other properties as the new staff in this hotel dont have the culture of service now.

This 5 star hotel deserves 5 star rating for their immaculate service. Special thanks to Chandi, Ricky and Hamedo who made our experience amazing. They are in the right industry. They have limited spread of food which is sensible but taste wise very good. Just one improvement comment… need a little more light. Too dark for a all day dining. Keep up the good work Marriott.

I have been staying here since 28th of March 2021, until now I dont have a stable internet connection in my room. From then on, I have already reported this to the reception. It was escalated to the technical support however, they cant help me with my problem, as they always said the issue is with my laptop. In fact, I can use my laptop without any connection problem whenever I stayed in my friends rooms. Mid of July they planned to move me to another room for the reason that they will do deep cleaning, and room renovation for a month. Only to find out that they will open it for new guests. I was wondering if Im not a guest anymore. lol! I was hoping that i will have a better internet connection to my room since I have online classes to attend during my day offs and after work, unfortunately the issue is the same.We have a lot of issues with lost laundry items. the cockroaches inside the coffee machine, serving expired yogurt and so much more. well, they might think that we are staying here for free because we are not paying from our own pocket. we are staying here because its part of our contract packages and weve worked hard for it, and I believed we deserve to be treated fairly.

While I called up the number to order for a cake, Mr. Osama picked up the called and went out of his way to check in kitchen for the cake availability. Later on when I went to pick up cake the Staff Noel & Hanah was so friendly was so friendly.

This is by far one of the very comfortable places to stay in Dubai. The staff is always helpful and the food is great too. It has all the conveniences and facilities of a * hotel.

I stayed here for more than a month and the services are good. Especially the housekeeping service by Jeffrey and Nityanand was perfect. I never had to mention anything. Breakfast has good variety including Indian food. It is a serene place except that its at outskirts so you need to take cab for everything. However, through Careems, life became easier, we could easily get cabs within 2-5 min.I stayed in a suite and it was spacious with good ventilation and ample of direct sunlight.Thank you for making my stay good. Seafood night, the food was excellent and delicious, but mostly was cold even the soup, the staff were friendly & professional but theres an obvious shortage of staff.We enjoyed this night and spend a lovely time.Overall experience was good.

On 11 th june 2021 i went to koyla rooftop ( L8 lounge ) Marriott al jaddaf as they told food we serve here is from marriot jaddaf so we thought it would be super good i order 5 shisha and one bbq plater worth (250 aed ) i was shoked from service they brought shisha with no flavour taste and food after 1 hour 20 min we was super hungry u wont belive once i recive the bbq plater it was to smelly and even not cooked properly once i had a bite of it was discusting zero service and zero quilty of food i will not recomend any one plz dont go there once we make complain they took it casually and start excusing i got charged full bill of 600 AED i would rather go to street cafeteria rather then going Koyla rooftop ( L 8 lounge )

The free shuttle on the local area is cancelled, and that means you have to rely on taxi / uber only, Taxi to Dubai Mall 15$. There are no sidewalks around the hotel if you were planning to go for a walk nearby. Hotel restaurants are WAY over-priced, budget 50$ for a meal. Nearby Wendys is the only budget friendly option but be prepared to go down a sand hill. Inconsistent housekeeping manager, who is to proud to accept they made a mistake not coming to clean a room instead made up an excuse that group rate rooms dont get clean everyday, I though I was at a Marriot hotel, and if that is true then be mindful some room rates dont get the room clean daily There are only highways all around, no local attractions, the entire 2 blocks are being built so lots of constructions. 1 grocery store one block away. Hotel pool with view of Dubai skyline is a must visit, gym has some equipment and is large with good spa next to it. Business center consist of 2 computers and one xerox multi-functional from which the scanner does NOT work. Hotel is new, shiny, rooms are comfortable, smart TV with plenty of channels in multiple languages, bathroom has separate tub / shower. All rooms have tea / coffee and kettler, iron, hair drier, iron, mini-fridge. Breakfast buffet is plentiful of options and a great value for the money. In a nutshell if you want a comfortable hotel and were planning to pay $15 taxis each way, then this is the place for you. If you were planning to use the METRO (about 1 US$ eachway) then better go to any of the multiple options in Downtown, or better in the JBR area, where you can walk to the free beacha nd enjoy the Marina.

We arrived 8 am and the wonderful Receptionist checked us in directly and we asked her for rooms with the skyline view asked us to check in and rest and once the rooms with a view are available they will move us and thats what they did, I will definitely return to the Marriott Jaddaf, their location is very convenient, within 20 minutes to any destination I needed to head to within Dubai, also their staff definitely understand the term hospitality.

Amazing interiors. Great breakfast. Lawn area for the polo match is kept at pristine condition, such perfection even during the summer months. Room sanitation and cleanliness is superb and unparalleled. Attention to detail with regards to the design and equestrian theme is world-class. Pool area is nice and cozy with equally great outdoor furniture. Great place to visit if u want a serene and private setting. Villas are great too for private parties. Will definitely come back soon.

We stayed at this property for three nights after staying 5 nights downtown. It’s definitely in a more quiet area and is surrounded by a decent amount of construction, but still close enough to the city center, mall, and attractions. They offer a shuttle (times are rather limited) that will take you to the mall and airport, which helps.The hotel is a sizable, full service property - a little dated as far as decor and furnishings, but otherwise very nice. I am a Platinum member so I was able to receive access to the executive lounge for breakfast and cocktail hour. The meals here were very well put together and the staff who served us were all excellent. Special shoutout to Renique, one of the chefs who made sure we were well looked after in the lounge. She was very warm and friendly to us. The Food there was served hot, fresh and very delicious. Making use of this provision did very much to enhance our stay. Thank you Cham as well for making us feel welcome and ensuring we had everything we needed.Our suite was quite large and ample enough for two adults to share and still have their own space. Housekeeping was thorough and attentive. The sundries shop in the lobby was super convenient and made it so we did not have to leave the hotel (to buy miscellaneous items like a phone charger and toothpaste).Pool and fitness area were clean and well kept. They also have a spa, but we did not have the opportunity to book a service here.Everyone we encountered from Concierge to Reception staff was courteous and always eager to help us. I would definitely recommend this property to those who does not need or want the extreme bustle of downtown, but still prefer nice accommodations where one will be well looked after.My only complaint (which is admittedly nitpicky) is that there was only one USB port in the room. We could’ve used one more to help with charging multiple devices, but this is a first world problem that we adapted to easily enough. The other thing is that our keys stopped working each day (sometimes multiple times per day) which necessitated a trip to the front desk each time for reprogramming. Very aggravating, but not much could be done about it.Other than that, we wholeheartedly thank Marriott Al Jadaf for all they did to make our stay exceptional!

Big and good service

The staff are very friendly. Location is good - 15 minutes from airport, 15 minutes from Burj Khalifa, and 15 minutes to downtown (without traffic). They offer shuttles to different locations, like Burj Khalifa, Mall of Emirates, metro station, etc. Very friendly drivers. Great exec lounge good service and food. Awesome gym (lots of equipment even a rowing machine) and spa - highly recommend! Pool has great view. You can also store the luggage there if youre transiting in Dubai taking a trip to somewhere else in the area and coming back. This is very helpful to us.

Great place to stay for business travelers, couples and groups.The hotel is located close to the International Airport and close to the city centers. Please keep in mind, thats not a beach hotel!They have a small and very nice pool area and a very good gym!Unfortunately, there isnt any jogging path yet in front of the hotel ;-)Around the hotel is almost nothing you could do there!The service is great and the employees are always very nice and helpful.There is very good food in the Executive Lounge, I would only have liked more variety.

The new koyla rooftop grill is the place to be this winter! The ambiance is so chilled and relaxed you will definitely take away the stress out! The sisha is actually pretty awesome and the reasonable price is the cherry on top! The veiw,customer service and food will make you wanna come back for more. Candy vanilla sisha is something you should try for all sisha lovers.

I absolutely loved my 3 night stay at Hotel Majestic. I most definitely will be back. Justin helped me with my booking. From my experience, he was very helpful. He wasnt there when I stayed, but the front desk and other employees were super friendly. I totally get how the butterfly lounge got its name. The wonderful displays on the wall were very impressive. I went down to try the signature cocktails and dinner. The bartender was very nice and his recommendations on food was great. Im very pleased with my experience and look forward to coming back. Also, a short walk away was a restaurant called Sweet Maple.... their breakfast was the bomb!!!!

This hotel is amazing, the staff is super helpful and kind, the location is perfect with a breathtaking view and very close to the Dubai Mall and downtown.We arrived at 7 am totally exhausted after zero sleep on our night flight and we could do an early check in and get some rest and refresh.Also loved the great variety at the breakfast.Marriott never disappoints! An absolute unforgettable first time in Dubai!

The food was not that great. The main coarse n soup was not even hot. The sea food was removed and we were not even told while we made the reservation. The spread was poor. Only the deserts were good.

People often dont notice how attentive staff can be, but I did and lavished in the attention and the desire for people to make, brings and remove things from the table. From Anup and Manish at the specialty cart with wonderful dishes being made in front with fresh and wonderful items. Try it! Ricky, Armin and Yeseem who what every you asked would bring and or get rid of from your table. Jaison whom work the grill with attention to your eggs or waffles to make it to your specification and done wonderfully. Finally Leah, a perfect addition to the place, with a smile and attention to you that would be amazing she con anticipate my desire prior and would always great you with a smile. The location is close to the Important landmarks can easily be reached by taxi.The standard of the hotel is excellent, clean & welcoming.The staff were exemplary in making our stay special. We were well looked after from the moment we stepped into hotel until the day we checked out. Javed - he was one of the managers in the ground floor restaurant. He made our stay extremely special & was always there to welcome us, speak to us. Our stay would not be the same without his presence & he is a credit to Marriott! Most of the attractions in Dubai was not too far from the hotel.If there was anything that got my attention and felt the hotel can improve it was the condition of the vase kept in the room. The stay at Al jadaf Dubai was beyond special for us. My wife and I went for our honeymoon and the staff at the hotel Went far and beyond to make it a Special stay for us. Hasan is an amazing guy. He decorated the room us and always maintained a pleasant smile whenever you see him. Reception team was great who upgraded our room to city view and the restaurant staff was amazing as well. Overall it was one if the best Marriott experiences Ive ever had.

Bad quality of iftar food in market place restaurant and unprofessional service

Ambiance was very good, staffs are very friendly and accommodating, desserts were very yummy esp the banana cake but the main course was not so tasty.

The hotel is ideally situated being 15 mins taxi from the airport. The hotel is beautifully appointed and pristine. From the moment you arrive as a guest nothing is too much trouble and you are spoilt in every way. Check in was seamless and the room was beautifully comfortable. I loved being able to have a bath and falling into the wonderful Marriott bed !The bar staff and Chef were very professional as were the Breakfast. Team.I will definitely be back.

Very good location and friendly staff

I Enjoyed my stay at this property. The food and drink offerings in the executive lounge together with the service were all top notch. The pool area was well maintained also.The negatives were that despite suites being available for sale as I arrived at the property, no suite upgrade was offered. This seems to be the norm with Bonvoy today which is not a way to reward loyalty. The hotel is located a distance from SZ road and feels a little isolated. Whilst there are schedules a few times each day to local malls, the areaWill improve given the strong construction around the hotel now.

This hotel is perfectly located 10 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes to down town. But most of all the Staff in this hotel are incredibly friendly and professional in every aspect of their activities. You will not find a better executive level facility anywhere and the staff especially Janice, Cham and Jackie go way above the level to satisfy the customers. Incredible people and the sole reason we return to the hotel time after time.10/10 hotel for us.

The hotel is beautiful inside and out. It’s modern and very updated. Unfortunately, there is a lot of construction surrounding the hotel so nothing is really in walking distance;however, taxis, Uber’s, and shuttles are readily available. Rooftop pool was a plus!! Excellent service from staff! Definitely 5 star!! Concerns and requests were addressed with kindness and professionalism. The bathroom had a large soaking tub with separate shower which was great. Also, a bidet and toilet with a private door for privacy. There’s a travel agent stationed at the hotel that was a great help with tours. I didn’t like that smoking was allowed in the bar lounge as I am non smoker. Also, no one offered to get our luggage from our room on checkout day.
