No sanity no hygiene. There were cockroach and bed bug. The room was too smelly. And is it congested. Couldnt even stand in washroom because of smell. Not Recommended at all. Pay a little bit more and get a better hotel.

Omg😱this hotel really so horrible. The housekeeping can enter our room easly without knocking the door. And the room so dirty, the bedsheet is was lot of hair, and the blanket is so dirty. No towel.no landline.i call so many time no one answers to me from the customer services. Even I speak to the manager regarding about housekeeping enter to my room. He just say it was mistake. How come?is really unbelievable.

Is this a hotel at all? I dont think so. Heres what I found:-The room that we had is too dirty.-AC is not working properly.-The balcony will make you decide to just stay inside. Spoiler: The balcony is twice as dirty as the inside.-The pillowcases & bedsheets are too smelly.Me and my wife just managed to stay there for almost an hour before we checked out. This is the worst hotel I have ever been so far. Hope I can have my refund though.Just to be fair, the only good thing about this hotel is the location. Nothing more than that.

I’ve been here for two days no one even came and clean the room.Insects EVERYWHERE, in the bathroom in my bed in the table! The worst hotel is UAE1- parking is not free and you have to pay AED 30 per day.2- the furniture is bad even i found bad smell in fridge3- AC not working fine4- i found roach in bathroom5- they are not providing tea or coffee or sugar. They will provide only two water bottles in the first only.6- The music of the night club is so loud.7- No Iron8- the only good point that it is near from the metro station.

Dear customersPlease be careful to book in this bad hotel!After I booked online and went to check-in the receptionist informed me that cant continue reservation due to my Emirate ID expired, I told him I can send u copy of my passport and he keep arguing and finally start to shout at me and treat me badly! When I ask him to call his manager he said he is at pray time and it was 2pm and there is no pray time at all.When the manager back I talked to him nicely but he worse than the fisrt one.Both of them are Pakistans nationalistsI called agoda to cancel, so agoda called them but suddenly they start to shout at them as well and said will not cancel and will not refund the money and do wt ever u want!!

All rooms are full of insects , the management behavior with customers are very poor the management didn’t know that how they must speak with a customer room service management is also down.

Decent hotel! It has couple of different bars so you might hear a bit of music. Rooms are pretty good, average size and above average hygiene. Perfect for a night or two looking at the price. Check in is overly slow.

We have opted your hotel as you have promoted a 3 star quality service at a lowest price. But it turned out as a disaster and a worst stay experience. The room is exactly what any traveller will avoid...for we havent had a good and relaxing sleep. I myself have to cover my pillow with my extra shirt and sprayed with perfume and worst, i slept with my hoodie on to avoid smelling the linen. The linen has that kind of moss-like smell. And worst comes to worst, that moss like smell does not end with the linen. The bathtub does give us the actual experience of those moss...it has a crack that whenever you stepped on it, the moss comes out with the running water!!! Check the room 208 and you will know what I am talking about. These are just some of those unforgettable experience that we had...and it just so happened a day ago, fresh from the oven! And for sure, this hotel will be on our 1st slot of blacklisted hotel for our next travel experience. 👎👎👎

The nightmare hotel i ever had. Location & price is good but not worth for the trust, peace and the things u will lost.!5am in the morning bellboy will wake up you to ask me if i call the reception, for iron. I said no. But the moment that i check mine, it was lost. Small things, u will lost in your room if u left. How about if u dont check your things? U will lost w/o your knowledge. And i ask my room to fix when i comeback they fix only the room but they didnt even change the towel. Even my 1st night 2am until 5am they are fixing other room. You cannot have peace in this hotel. Not deserve to have star.

The hotel is nice and clean. However the light in the room was not enough and in the night it was way too dark. Also friends cannot come to your room during night, even if they just want to help you carry your things for 5 minutes.

Water bottles are complementary only on first day. Found ciggeret buds with an ash tray from previous guests in one of the drawers, dust all over appliances, toilets are dirtier than a public place, so cleanliness is out of the discussion. Worst possible staff for a hotel with worst atitude and disrespect towards customers you wonder why you even want to stay a min.Worst ever hotel I have been to, not worth the money at all, spend the same amount and you will find a much better hotel with faar better service near by.

Very poor hotel, booked it in advance and then checking in took us for 1hr they are panicking and all. We book for a breakfast also but they only give us paratha and egg for breakfast what kind of hotel is this? They said it will be continental we wait for our food expecting that it will look good and yummy but when it came they just packed it in a plastic and foil. The rooms are dirty, chairs are rocking almost fell. Not good service keep on calling in the reception they dont answer!!!!!!

This place is a gem! Very accessible, located within 400meters from Al Rigga Metro Station. Theres a supermarket fronting the hotel & lots of food shops & money changer near the area.The hotel is clean & well maintained. I am very satisfied with my stay!

We arrive on Jan. 17, 2019 at 4:15 pm. To the receptionist who entertained us, you have the worst customer service in the world!!!! You know how rude and mannerless you are, you know who you are. Don’t book in this hotel, the lobby smells like athlete’s foot and the receptionist is the worst in the world!!! This hotel don’t even deserve a star!!! Zero star from me!!!!

Not good for families, you wont get things like drinking water , tea bags , kettle , extra towel .. Non smoking rooms have smoke smell , the whole hotel has smoke tint. Loud noise from club keeps you up the whole night.

I had a last minute booking 8th December 2019 and arrived around 1.15pm. During the check in process, I was asked by Receptionist (Ali - as what he said since no name badge on them) a Pakistani guy (I assume) with reading glasses, about the 2nd PERSON under my booking. I was told to wait for my friend since were different nationality. As I too was a hotelier in a five-star hotel in Sheikh Zayed Road, his approach was very rude, just putting my ID on the desk along with Toursm Fee with a serous face. So, when we finally checking in, he just stared with Blank Face. Again after sometime, he just placed the Room key on the desk WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHING... NOT EVEN LETTTING US KNOW THE ROOM NUMBER (WE JUST FOLLOWED WHATS WRITTEN IM KEY CARD). NOT EVENING RE-CONFIRMING THE BOOKING. EVEN DIRECTING TO THE LIFT. IN SHORT, HE DOES NOT HAVE HOSPITALITY CHARACTERISTIC. SERVICE WISE, DONT EXPECT ANYTHING FROM THIS HOTEL (FRONT OFFICE). His action towards us was TOO UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!!!

Nice area. No free parking. Paid parking is available for 30UAD per night. Clean room but the bathroom was so dirty. Insects and choccrack was there.

The Hotel has pubs and dance bar in it which makes heavy noise through out the weekend. Hence, it is very inconvenient.

Bed was too high. The carpet was absolutely dirty and might be bed bugs infected. Soap provided was okay as it didnt dried up my hands when I used it. But horrible, dirty, - staff looked like they havent received any salary in the last 3 years. They dont smile at all. Not a good experience here.

Staffs were impolite. Room was extremely dirty. Cover of the pillow had red/black spots, on the middle part of the bed there was a big yellow spot (urine?!). During my stay at room the maintenance guy came into the room and drilled the wall which caused noise and dust. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.They gave us only one key card. The noise of night club was disturbing us till 4am. I ordered chicken wraps for launch, it contains onion, onion and onion, I didn’t find anything like chicken among that much onion.All in all it was DISAPPOINTING!!!

Very nice location, close to airport. Very cheap price. Metro station almost 300 meters away only. Rooms size is big enough. Washroom area also big enough.Staff is very friendly and polite.2 Indian dance bars are there. Massage center also there with a lot of philipina and thai ladies.Negative points :- Swimming is very small and old. Hotel is little old.In washroom, there was no hand shower.
