The service was exceptional. Made our honeymoon stay super relaxed and enjoyable. May and the team in the spa provided us with excellent massages. This was our first overseas trip for 20 months. It was a joy to welcomed so warmly at just after midnight and shown to our suite. Everything was perfect, the room the food the pool. This was only made possible by the kindnessof the staff. All of whom were outstanding in making sure that we enjoyed ourselves. A big shout out to Sumahyia, Siam and Ayoub in the Horizon Club who could not have been more helpful or kind and to Gede who was always checking on us at breafast.

All in all, I would describe the hotel stay as very successful. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I found it particularly great that I was allowed to have breakfast free of charge when I arrived early at 8:30 a.m. And after the breakfast, at about 9:30 a.m. my room was ready to move in. So it have been a great start at the Hotel. The view of the room was great and the room itself was very spacious and clean. I only found the pool area too small.What was really great, the pool had a pool bar, but unfortunately this was not served.Too bad.What should also be mentioned, the lounge access with coffee & tea was very tasty. Very sweet snacks were also served. Delicious.Thank you very much for the nice stay!

I love Shangri-La Hotels. Everywhere in the hotel, with every person who worked there, I feel that they all love taking care of people. There actions certainly always make you feel well cared for but it is more than that. There enthusiasm with a cheerful good morning or hello. The fact that after just a day the doorman and restaurant hosts knew my name, make you feel very welcome. Finally, as I was checking out I saw (erroneously as it happens) on a website that I would need a face shield for my flight out due to Covid. I was extremely stressed because I had no idea where I was going to buy a face shield at 5am. The front desk person asked me if there was anything else and I told him my problem. He very calmly told me he would see what he could do. Less than 10 minutes later I had a face shield in my hand and my luggage was being lifted into the car to the airport. That is amazing service even as was leaving the hotel and another example that tells me everyone at Shangri-La truly wants their guests lives to be more pleasant, easier and luxurious.

Im a regular guest at your hotel , I feel very comfortable and all staff is well trained , in my last stay I rented a meeting room for my business and had excellent working environment, nevertheless I have 2 observations for your kind consideration;1- the meeting to lakes modern visual screen , I was surprised to see screen & projector still being used !!! Suggest to replace it with a large digital screen .2- the rooms TV channels selection was really great , yet couldnt follow major events such as Euro football championship or English premier league, not Im the room only but no where in the hotel bar or lobby is available , one TV has the channels at really inappropriate location at the pool !!! tried to mention this remark to the in charge manager and he brushed me off !!!!😳😳

We booked the room for 3 people but the toiletries, towels, slippers are good for 2 people only but the room service is quick to provide us upon our request.

A five star hotel that still offers great atmosphere to its guest despite fierce competition from many of the new hotels situated almost next to each other. The building is elegant, location is convenient with a bit of access issues due to road expansion but offers a good deal of comfort and luxury to its guests. The banquet halls and meetings room are spacious an equipped with good sound and lighting system. Food quality is one area where they look struggling despite having a nice variety in their menus. Slight attention to food quality, taste, consistency and customer service can lead this hotel to its lost glory

We stayed in the 41st floor, the view was great! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Delicious food in the executive lounge.The valet parking is free of charge.Only the pool is a little bit small, you have to be early to get a free space.

My experience with Shangri-La Hotel was absolutely fantastic. Everything from A to Z was perfect. Huge shout out to the valet guys for giving me a VIP spot without even asking for it. I was traveling for a visa interview and Archel and Moustafa Oraby made sure everything ran smoothly by both helping me with making the documents ready and helping me get to the location of the interview on the chosen date. They made sure we had everything we needed and they made my experience top-notch. Besides, Nazifa was extremely helpful at the breakfast. She had very nice behavior, frequently checked up on us, and asked for our feedback every day. Last but not least, the room dining was extraordinary. We ate at the hotel every single day because the food was so mouth-watering and of good quality. Definitely coming back very soon.

A perfect experience in Dubai !The hotel is very centrally located , in close reach to Dubai mall, old Dubai, the marina etc. the rooms are spacious and well decorated. The gym is HUGE and has all machines for both aerobic exercise and muscle pumping. The spa has Jacuzzi, wet and dry sauna , all without extra payment. The breakfast is simply delicious. The view is amazing- ask about the observatory deck in the 42nd floor. But the best thing in this hotel is the staff. So courteous kind and friendly and in the same time helpful and efficient. The breakfast hostess ( from Kyrgyzstan) is so friendly and gives you a feeling of being at home. And the concierges are amazing. We forgot a bag in the room after checkout and found out about it only after arriving to the airport (Dec 22 at 2pm). We called the concierge and in five minutes he arranged to find the bag and put it in a reliable, English speaking taxi driver that brought it to us in no time. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience- we would definitely stay again when we are back in Dubai

A solid one for staying in Dubai. The pool at 4th floor has got a great view but the one on 42 is the true star (only for suite guest).The hotel has its years but still the value for money and the location nails.Staff was very friendly and helpful. My Wife & I stayed in Shangri La between 3rd to 13th July. We had a lovely room with great view of Burj Khalifa on 32nd Floor. We were upgraded to Club Room on arrival which was a nice surprise.Location of hotel is good, 5 min walk to nearest Metro Station,The Staff in the Hotel were Fantastic, from Check In Desk, to Concierge, Doorman, Breakfast, Executive Lounge, Spa & Gym Staff were so helpful and nice, always greeted with a warm smile. a few names for Special mention are Nazhifa, who greeted us every morning on arrival for Breakfast, Nadia, who looked after the Cold Plate Section at Breakfast, Ayoub & Sumahiya both in Executive Lounge who spoiled us every evening.

I took the deluxe king room. The room decorations was ok. The view to the city is amazing. I gave them 5 stars because they have the best guest service. They have one of the best biryani and an ok spaghetti bolognese.

Look, this Hotel exceeded in customer service. We called the Hotel at 08h30 to have a room before 10h00. The person at the desk, said not a problem and off we went. We arrived at 09h30, the room was made ready. Not charging any extras, what a nice offer. At first I didnt expect too much, it was a the opposite part of Sheikh Zayed road and I knew the Hotel was a bit older. But the rooms and the hotel were in top notch condition. So once youre in, you enter a whole different mindset. Then it must be said, that this hotel really runs on its staff. Ive been in many 5 star hotels. But this was really among the very best experiences Ive ever had. The staff was so helpful, so attentive, so calm, so friendly, so fast. What else could I have asked for to make this visit more worthful. Well, it was the fish buffet, with the helpful Nazifa and Mohamed. That was insane. I had the best time enjoying at least 10 different sorts of fish, from oysters to grilled lobster...Thanks, this concept and your hospitality, it will make us come back.

This was my second time staying at this hotel, I absolutely love this hotel, from checkin to the room, to the breakfast everything was amazing. The only two issues I had such 1 had to deduct two stars for was the lounge and the pool. Lets start with the lounge, whenever we arrived to the lounge either they run out of food, or we were told that you came the wrong time as happy hour was over, sad we couldnt utilize the lounge. The 2nd issue was the pool, out of the 4 nights we stayed at the Shangri La we used the pool once, the 4th outdoor pool the stuff was not attentive at all, when we sat at our sun chair they Totally ignored us in asking if we would like towels which was observe that we did and the when had to call and ask them to provide us some towels their reaction was as if we had asked Them a very difficult task, when they brought the towel over they just threw it on our chair and left. I observed them serving other people with great compassion. I think the pool person was either racist or picked and choosed whom they wanted to service.

Visited Holan restaurant and it was amazing. The hotel is beautiful. Nice Deco. Service was good from all the staff.Food was amazing in quality and quantity. It is located in downtown Sheikh Zayed road.

The hotel itself is amazing and most of the staff are great. However there is real lack of cominication and i have received conflicting information numerous times. The pool coctails were awful and nobody knew what was going on. The Shisha and the breakfast were pretty solid and the views from the hotel spectacular!
