The food was not at all good, however, the rooms were better but the TV only had domestic channels.It was not a bad experience but not even as good as I expected

Never booked to this horrible hotel. Receptionist is not making any sense adding a guest that you already paid online they will asked for another payment. Very hassle and bad experience to have never ever booked!!

Poor service. If only we could rate it 0 we would. The receptionist assigned during our stay is very rude and just wanted to fraud guest to pay extra. There are no toiletries, toilet is clogged, AC is broken, it smelled bad. Hotel stay is cheap but not worth it. Will definitely NOT coming back.

They are cheaters, never book this hotel or use any of their services. Their staff steal money from wallet and when I spoke with the manager he said you go out now otherwise ambulance will come to pick you. It was well planned drama they all played together. I literally cried there and beg them to give back as I didn’t have anything left on pocket. None of them shown mercy and they were laughing while I was going out. Met the manager at the reception and he was easily saying no point in calling police as you don’t have any proof. Don’t take a chance 🙏🏻

It was a very bad hotel they are charging us 400 for the stain of the bed sheet which is removable and they are holding the id and refuse to give because u must to pay. Very bad hotel bad service wont comeback again please who ever will stay in this hotel be careful better not use there bed if u dont like to extra. I hope this hotel will improve there service.

Not good to plan your vacation strongly not recommended this hotel,hotel receptionist is very rude with visiter and guest , they show lots of rules and regulation if you complain , your friend can’t enter in in ur room hotel manager said , need to give extra charge if you want your friend or relative need to meet you for some time , make sure before booking this hotel

The only positive thing about the hotel is that its near to AL Rigga metro. The staff was forgetting things every time. Not cleaning on time and the equipments used seem to be too old. I had a dryer that took more than 30 minutes to dry my hair. And there is a loud music every night so forget rest till late night. The TV wont work, never. No toiletries in the bathroom. No tea or coffee kettle. I had to follow the staff if I had to get something done. And we heard from the local people that 4 night clubs were running in this hotel. And not good for single ladies to roam around. Even if I discard the roumurs, the place has not proven to be good customer service provider. The price is cheaper so people prefer this hotel for stay.

This hotel is very good .I stay there may times in 5 years.They renew the restaurant and lobby.And I think as well some rooms.Staff very friendly .Near metro station less that 5 mn walk.Just make sure you get a room in up floors.Because the night club is open until 3 am.....I will definitely be go back again

I hate this hotel.It is good for Indian and Pakistanis people. Because of their culture.Always hotel smells Oud and it is good for Indian and Pakistanis peoples culture. The toilet accessories like dental and shaving kit were not available.Comode drainage was not proper.Breakfast menu was very disappointing...All in comparason with other 3 star hotels.Premesis was very neat and clean and services were good.Employees were very cooperative...

The level of customer service is wanting as the front office was not really helpful. In the case of queries, they took too long to respond to queries made through phone calls from my room, I had to call back thrice! In one case, one friend forgot her shopping in an RTA cab that dropped her right at the front of the hotel. The staff couldnt help citing that their CCTV wasnt working and we had to follow it up by ourselves with no assistance from them. The stay was definitely not worth it.

Near AlRiqqa Metro Station 5 minutes walk.Delicious varieties of food in the restaurant.However the bathrooms are substandard and needs improvement.Remember if you book online they will charge 100 to 200 AED extra depending on how much is your stay while paying the amount shown on line at the property.So it is better not to book online and just go and find the room and negotiate. If no room nothing to worry you can go few meters to find another hotel.Another problem in some rooms is that the AC temperature can be controlled and I have to switch off the main power line to get rid of very cold temperature.No refrigerators in the rooms.No electric tea maker provided. Hair dryers are there in the bathrooms .Room Service is good and good staff to maintain cleanliness.Breakfast Timings end at 10 am which may not be convenient for some people coming at 10.30 am. So hurry up and better do it at 9am or you may loose 30 AED as price of breakfast for being late.

So old and dirty.There is no tea bag or electric kettle in rooms. There is not even refrigrator in rooms!Also problem with safe box and it dosent work.Whenever you want to take shower its so cold.The breakfast is not good too.Downstars are too niosy because of club so if you are not still convinced, take rooms at top floor.

Hi, Enjoyed staying here, its ideal for youngsters or couples, do not advise for children with family. Music blasting away very loud in the night impossible to sleep.Mathew who lookafter 3rd floor is a brilliant-brilliant worker very respectful worker, and well educated as well he deserves more.

We are very disappointed when we reach in the reception along way from abudhabi they will say our booking is canceled yes u send an email but u have to call us and update thats why we leave our mobile no.we are not checking our email time to time suddenly in a few hours u will cancelled our booking we choose your hotel in a thousand hotel here in dubai to spend our holliday for 2 nights we didnt expect this from u i also send an email to u to update what time we are coming we also call to rolando a receptionist guy to confirm that we are coming that time he said no problem he is in the reception until 8pm..i cannot accept and i cannot recommend this kind of behavior or policy and even the receptionist staff or Manager(other nationality)just staring at us .

I have stayed 7 days for holiday tour in Hotel Orchid Vue , Dubai. The hotel is not 4( four) star standard as claimed. The standard twin bed rooms are not as big as shown in the website.Room carpet is not at all clean & old. Bathroom is so small. We have availed morning breakfast, which are mainly Indian foods.It is mainly Indian hotel, so that foods are Indian. There are flies in the restaurant.Room service is good.The bellboys Mr. Prakash & Narayan are co-operative. Staffs are good.Before staying at this hotel don`t rely on the website view of the hotel.

Room was fine, location was fine but i have one complaint. Food mentioned in menu was not available specially veg.. we stayed 4 days and each time we called to order food it wasnt available except veg sandwich. Plus the price they mentioned in menu was higher which they confirmed on called mentioning that price has changed but that wasnt updated.

We are booked tonight 6th December 2017 at room 202. First impression was so disappointed due to when we entered to our room it was too smelly, then we have to request for a refrigerator as its not in the room and also no kettle as well as complimentary water, coffee sachets and tea bags. Which we have to ask many times and they bringing it one by one. Also they clearly mentioned that their room are soundproof but its not true as the music from the club on the groundfloor can be heard loudly. Also staff from the recieving area including the reception all lazy and no proper coordination as we ordered food outside and they not allowed the delivery person to bring our order to our room, they took it and they mentioned to the delivery guy they will bring it to our room, the delivery guy called us immediately to inform us that the food we ordered been given to the staff person at the main entrance 30 mins been past nobody bringing our food to our room so we called to the reception and check with them our food delivery but they had given us answer that there is no food for us then again we called the delivery guy to check again where is our food then he mentioned he had given it to the doorman, after that we decided to goes down and look for our food delivery, we found out that our food was just kept somewhere and the person ( office boy ) they requested to bring the food to our room didnt do it.This Orchid Hotel here in Al Rigga is not recomendable for a stay.

It wasnt a great place to stay with your family, the twin beds are like bunk beds. The toilet is outdated, towels are worn out, no complimentary tea in the room. The security staffs are professional.

The worst experience i have ever had by booking this hotel. The way i was greeted at first was unpleasant, girl at the reception was so frustrated by the work load and in reply she was dealing with the guest that she has been doing some kind of favour to the person who booked the room by paying their listed rates. The room which was given was totally different with the one showed for viewing, i checked the satelite channels and found some of them of my liking but on the contarary, the room which was given no such channels were there or results were so bad as compared to the one i checked before checking in.!! I would have given them 0 stars if there would ne that option. Not recommended at all. You can find better hotels under the same budget with staff having more courtesy and manner..!!

Interior is tacky and like some of the bars in the area, the barman hawk over you pushing you to buy another drink before youve even finished. Business must be tough if you doing that to expats. Sort it out.
