Absolutely love Raffles! It is has such a beautiful Egyptian theme and I’m obsessed with the giant waterfall in the lobby. The pool is our favorite on Dubai…it’s the perfect spot for a Saturday relax before the week ahead. Also have had the best poolside service from Fitrah!! He’s so kind and makes the best drinks.

I had fun. There were numerous services that allowed me to enjoy my stay. The service was also amazing! I would recommend visiting this hotel!

Raffles is one of those rare hotels that make you feel right at home. The ancient-Egypt-themed hotel excels in both services and location; connected directly to Wafi mall on the lobby floor. The hotel is spacious and large, it’s rooms clean and tidy. I guarantee you an excellent night’s sleep at this hotel, with its serene ambiance and comfortable beds. Most importantly the staff working there from reception, concierge, housekeeping to room service are the ones that truly make this place even more special; ready to accommodate your every wish. It is my first hotel choice whenever visiting Dubai.

The customer service at Raffles was absolutely incredible. From the valet to the concierge, receptionist, waiters and managers, its without a doubt the best we have experienced in Dubai. There is a very warm, friendly and helpful culture in the hotel that makes it incredibly unique. When I asked one of the staff why their service is so good, they explained that they felt they were part of a supportive family in the hotel. Really setting the standard for how customer service should be done. Thank you for an incredible stay.

Raffles Dubai, part of renowned and exclusive Raffles Hotels brand. Located between the old and new Dubai and connected to fully Egyptian themed WAFI City / WAFI Mall. Pyramid shaped exterior is one of the most distinguishable hotel buildings in Dubai. Even the smallest roomIn this hotel is much bigger than the suites in most other hotels. All of the room and suites have balconies to enjoy Dubai city views. Just amazing, true classic luxury.

My husband and I had our honeymoon at Raffles, we had a great experience all throughout our honeymoon stay there. The rooms and services are great and the food is top notch! Loved everything about this hotel. Service was amazing, from answering my emails and accommodating my requests to the hospitality of the staff. Great job on maintaining the cleanliness of the room/hotel overall.We will recommend this to our family and friends!

I have been interested in trying Raffles Dubai for a while because it’s been an iconic hotel in the city for quite. Based on my stay I can say there is a lot to like about this hotel however some of the little details are missing to keep up with top 5-star newly built hotels.The entry level rooms are very spacious at 70 sqm and as Accor Diamond I was upgraded to the skyline version of those rooms, but otherwise same room size. The room was almost as big as the suite upgrades I receive like clockwork at Hyatt or Marriott properties in Dubai.The room was not new and modern but it was clearly built to a high standard to withstand the test of time which we can notice as soon as we enter because the entrance door was very thick, heavy and sturdy. The room was Egyptian-style to match with the pyramid shape of the building and had charming local touches. The bathroom was all marble, there were shutters above the bathtub which we could open to see through the bedroom and the city view. I also liked the electric curtains controlled via the wall panel besides the bed and there was a proper desk and a quality comfortable leather working chair which has become exceedingly hard to find in hotels nowadays. While the outdoor terrace looked nice, the hotel was right in front of a busy boulevard so the traffic noise was constant if sitting outdoors and the same issue applied to guests at the hotel swimming pool which I could see below my room.I liked the bathroom toiletries but they were from an unknown brand; a hotel of the level of Raffles would probably be better served by offering a recognizable luxury brand name instead. Also there was no mouthwash and the slippers were cheap and unmarked. In my opinion the hotel has room for improvement in terms of amenities.Unfortunately the club lounge was closed due to covid which I would question given the numerous hotels in Dubai which currently have their lounge fully operational; anyway they provided lounge benefits near the lobby for Diamond guests. However happy hour was a letdown: they served a tray pretty similar to the one from afternoon tea which felt less appropriate for the evening and was a far cry from what we can get at many other hotels in Dubai. The drinks menu also left to be desired for a hotel of this caliber, the wines were nothing to write home about and the cocktails were limited to Mojito, Pina Colada, and Gin & Tonic.In the absence of a lounge, breakfast was available in the restaurant and it was a staff-served buffet. The food quality was good, however once again for a top end brand like Raffles I would have expected some luxury dishes but there is not a whole lot that stood out except a couple of Indian and Asian dishes. If I compare to Raffles Istanbul for example, they have an extensive a la carte breakfast menu but at Raffles Dubai nothing was a la carte – a clear miss in my opinion.Service in the hotel was generally quite good, but sometimes they tried to do too much and lacked coordination. In the restaurant I was asked several times by different staff if I wanted something else when I had already responded to someone else moments prior, and also I received two times my drink order from two different servers within minutes of each other.Overall I enjoyed my stay mostly because of the beautiful room and it’s a hotel where we do not need to worry about suite upgrades because all rooms so very spacious. Raffles used to be one of the top luxury options in Dubai and it’s not the case anymore, but the price also reflects that so in a way it is fair. So I would not say Raffles is overpriced in fact I thought I ended up with very good value for my stay, the main issue is simply that Raffles is supposed to be a top luxury brand but some details here are there are missing to achieve the top end for example the amenities, breakfast, and the lounge offerings which could be improved.

I had the pleasure of staying in this iconic hotel for 5 nights in June. From arrival to check out, the experience was nothing less of impressive. The room, amenities, cuisine are just remarkable...but more importantly the staff i encountered conspired to provide an incredibly consistent wonderful hospitality. I felt welcome and ‘at home’ in this elegant hotel. There is this famous Raffles reputation that has become a standard and an expectation - this one in particular definitely lives up to it.

It always feels like coming home here, very comfortable and spacious rooms; I love the understated luxury feel without being stuffy or over the top. Staff are very welcoming and accommodating to requests. A nice quiet refuge from the hustle and bustle of the city, but still conveniently located near top attractions. The pool area has some wear-and-tear and could use some updating, and a kids club or some children’s activities would be appreciated for our family vacations. A great city landmark!

We went to Soul restaurant and it was an awesome experience. The family of 4 menu was too good plenty to share and the kids even enjoyed each food... And if your a mom you know thats a win...

Elegant and classy, conveniently located for the airport and downtown Dubai. Adjacent to Wafi city with shopping mall and souk. Spacious and well appointed rooms. Afternoon tea is a must! Served by the lovely crew of Sofia, Sidd, Windy and others. Swimming pool has a relaxing atmosphere even though its a city hotel. We kept extending our stay and truly enjoyed it!

Raffles is amazing. The spa and the pool staff are very accommodating. I felt really relaxed enjoying the sun in the pool.

Yet I have found service most satisfactory. The hotel staff are very diligent and friendly. The staff cleaning my room, especially Giri, are so efficient and meticulous. I would like to commend them. Hospitality by far the best, cozy hotel. Soul soothing Spa, high tea at lobby lounge wasnt what I quite expected but much more than that. Special mention of courteous & caring staff. Fresh scones to varieties of stuff served to us was insta perfect plus endorsed generous food culture of Arab world, we couldnt eat it all but yes the staff ensured we come back to devour next time with their warmth.... We originally booked to stay for two nights and are now here for seven nights as the hotel is wonderful.The rooms are very spacious with a large outside balcony (relatively hard to find in Dubai).The service is exceptional the moment that you arrive. The Concierge team are very knowledgeable and helpful if you need to find out about places to visit in Dubai.Special mention to the Room service staff who remember our breakfast orders and deliver with a friendly smile each morning.I’ve eaten thousands of room service breakfasts and I have to say that this is probably one of the best that I’ve had and consistently excellent. Compliments to the chefs and F&B team!The rooms come with all of the amenities that you would require and the attention to cleanliness detail is second to none. Our room attendant Giri is very polite and ensures that we have everything that we need.Well done to all of the staff and management team you’re doing a fantastic job and I can understand why you’re number 1 on TripAdvisor!

This place is beautiful reminds me of the Luxor in Vegas. The pool is beautiful and the staff are warm and friendly. The gym is small but has everything you need. The waiters were accommodating when I wanted to add extra check etc to my salad which was delicious.

Attended a surgical congress at Raffles Dubai. It was my first time to be there. Great venue, friendly and professional staff, great food selection offered by the hotel restaurant, good Covid 19 measures but it could be better as I had to ask multiple times for hygiene and sanitizer to be available around our booth and work stations. But at least I got what I need after asking.

***The Architecture Elevates the Experience***Raffles is known for its architectural designs and it does not disappoint, even in Dubai, this building stands out with not only the pyramid shape, but also the attention to detail on the walls, pillars and interior patterns.The staff are extremely helpful and quick to serve plus clear the tables. There are a few platter choices for afternoon tea and a standard range of teas/coffees. The food itself was nothing noteworthy for high end dining, but the venue is worth a visit; especially during Christmas (see pictures).

Great chilled vibe. attentive staff and amazing value for the pool brunch at just 200aed with 150aed back in food and beverages.I would highly recommend the bento boxes, theyre delicious and so filling.

My experience staying here was great - the room is lovely and the service is really good. The housekeeping staff is really great and detailed - especially Giri and babu, who were always very enthusiastic and diligent.

Amazing ambience great service. The food was delightful and the tea spot on. My croi was soft and warm lightly crisped on the outside.The cheesecake was not overly sweet but balanced. The convenience of valet parking helps I will be back again.

Upon arrival we were happily greeted by the staff outside and by reception.They checked us in quickly and took us to our rooms.The rooms were clean, good sized, nicely decorated with very good facilities included.The location was very good and the hotel is connected to a shopping mall.Breakfast buffet was very good with a good wide variety of healthy options.Very nice outdoor swimming pool area with bar near the gym and spa area.Overall we very much enjoyed our stay especially with all the polite, professional, experienced, helpful and knowledgeable staff.I would recommend this hotel and would stay again!I would also like to thank in particular Yasseu (general manager), Ayyub, Alan, Woulstain, Shammi, Henry, Givi, Thiha, Charith, Dinan and Jobberto. You all did your jobs very well and made our stay enjoyable.

We visited Raffles Hotel basically bcoz we missed hm, sadly they do not hv any Sporean dishes like Hainanese Chicken Rice, etc..Claudio, the mgr was extremely understanding & kind, he suggested some of the Asian dishes he can get the chef to whip up for us. Kudos to Claudio 🙏❤️Pls note they serve Arabian food.

Staff were friendly, the swimming pool was very clean and the staff were clean to disinfect all the areas which is recommended with current pandemic of covid 19.

Its an old property but well loved by many. Great outlets especially Tomo. For business lunches and romantic dinners. Presidential suit is a bomb.

It is not my first time at Raffles, but this visit was different and Thanks to my friend I got a view from one of the executive rooms. So beautifully spaced and designed to attract local and international crowds.

It was very awesome moment for me to such a nice looking place . And I love to go back for another visit

One of the BEST hotels in dubai .Coming here for almost 4-5 years now.I booked a signature room .Best room design ever !Good view at the garden or the pool .Breakfast taste good and great service in solo restaurant.Dinner also very goodBathroom is big and looks fabulous.No noise from the outside or the other rooms.Access to wafi mall from the hotel.Easy to self park or use velvet service.Close to downtown , dubai mall, airport.And Id like to mention Amina from the reception and Gigi from house keeping for making me feel welcome every time i stay here.
