Amazing hotel with excellent service and incredible views. Clean and fresh with lovely products from Byredo. The pool is lovely and you also have a private beach that is huge. The SPA and gym area feel like a wonderful oasis. Stayed here for a week and truly enjoyed being able to work and enjoy from this hotel.

Contemporary biz hotel, excellent services, and polite friendly staff. Facilities good all round including nearby beach via free daily Hotel shuttles. Nice size rooms and a cool lounge to relax in and watch world go by.

The hotel staff is extremely dedicated and service oriented. Additionally usage of the Marriott app to communicate with the front desk made life very simple in a foreign country. Special thank you to Front Desk Manager Richell Catalan for making sure everything was totally taken care and arranged for. Additionally, the gym was very well maintained and staffed ! Felt very COVID safe !

I was impressed by the beauty of the Hotel. You breathe the air of luxury. Working in Hospitality, I notice the particularities starting from the welcome.

We were lucky to spend around 5 days here during our last trip to Dubai recently. This is a spectacular hotel in every possible way. The location is perfect on the Marina. There is a great choice of restaurants in the property including the famous Buddha Bar and the associated Siddhartha Lounge. The room was luxurious and beautifully equipped. Most of all I have to commend the exceptional service from all the staff, across departments. Every interaction with the restaurant, housekeeping, reception & bell desk was a real pleasure. I must especially mention the concierge who were able to make almost all arrangements we requested. The staff in this hotel are the greatest asset of the property.It is clear to me that this hotel is being run very professionally. Many hotels and groups may aspire to this but very few actually manage it. This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in anywhere in the world. Hope to visit again soon.

Pleasant reception at the hotel. Quick check in. Could have provided in the beginning even a glass of water or juice. Very Good room, clean, stay 3 nights, very good cleaning !!! In the room good cosmetic , water, Tea/ coffee. Good if have coffee machine. At breakfast the whole staff is really friendly and makes sure that the customer is satisfied. The bus to the beach and back worked really well. On the beach in the morning all sunbeds are reserved. Well, but if you give money to the beach staff the place is immediately found. They themselves reserve san beds. I could say that the price per night is a little expensive, maybe like 30%. By the way, I liked the hotel and the staff. I think I will come back soon!!!

Twin tower and amazingly maintained. The security guy was very helpful as we were waiting for the guest but they were outside in mall so he took us to lobby area. Sent all the luggage’s to guest rooms as per our advise and make us feel comfortable. Beautiful architecture inside and outside

We do stay at the Marriott hotels from time to time and most recently the grosvenor house in Dubai and it was definitely a five star operation.This hotel consists of 2 towers. The hotel itself is situated in a growing portion the city, in the marina and the marina is a beautiful as well as a very popular part of the city. You can walk around the marina along the boardwalk or within a few minutes time make your way down to the beach. There are also markets nearby as well as pharmacies and they do have extensive hours.The front staff greet you at the doors and immediately escort you to comfortable seating in the lobby while they get you checked in. The interior of the hotel is very well updated elegantly with large bouquets of fresh flowers spread throughout. Your bags will follow you to your room without hesitation, I advise to have AED available to provide a tip upon delivery.There are many restaurants and shops located off of the lobby areas, as well as off of the pool area. There are spas located in each tower with workout rooms extending off of the spa area. The hotel amenities are extensive, the staff are very attentive to all of your needs and there is a concierge in the lobby to assist you with anything you may need.The rooms are very well kept and updated, there are apartments available also. The apartments are spacious and come with a large living room and dining room, large foyer as well as a powder room. The master beds are absolutely wonderful, the rooms are very spacious, floor to ceiling windows to provide exceptional light and views. The master bathroom will impress you in terms of size and elegance, the tubs are very large, floors look and feel like marble and the showers are huge. Best yet the toilet is neighbor to a bidet, very nice.The breakfast will be something they offer unless your status guarantees it, it is well worth the price, the offerings of eggs, waffles, pancakes or anything you could imagine are made available to you, they also provide made to order omelets and pancakes. The rooftop restaurant was a favorite place to eat at for lunch, they are accommodating and the food is wonderful. In the evening you may want to enjoy a drink or tea while sitting at one of the outdoor tables which provide oversized chairs and a very nice view.This hotel and its staff are exceptional in every way, five star hotel hand down!!

Grosvenor Hotel takes hospitality VERY seriously. Im so impressed by how smooth and attentive the operation is here. Every single person in the staff greets you with a smile wherever you.Rooms are spotless and very well maintained. Housekeeping is also very thorough. 2 Gyms and both are fully equipped with topnotch equipment.Staff is one step ahead of your needs everywhere you go - restaurants, pool, etc. When you go to the pool, theyll rush 2 bottles of cold water with glasses right when you sit on the sun lounger. A much appreciated perk in the Dubai heat and not typical to all hotels in Dubai. We stayed at another 5 star hotel, and had to ask for water to be sent over and typically always wait 20 mins+.We booked an in-room COVID test prior to flying (via the concierge), and the next morning they sent us printed results - this has never happened at any of the prior hotels we stayed at, usually you have to ask.Super impressed with everything here. Would stay again!

Had an amazing time at Buddha Bar! It was my and hubbys first time there and we were celebrating our anniversary and my bday! To start of with a big thankyou and appreciation to Anif who was our server for the evening! Absolutely loved his service from his recommendation to the way he provided excellent customer service. Was an absolute delight! Coming to the food my favourite was thier signature chicken salad which was nothing like any other salads i have had! Loved it and would def wanna go back to have it again! We ordered the nasi goreng and mi goreng which was full of flavor! Hubby got them to surprise me for our anniversary and was served the most amazing and not sickeningly sweet chocolate cake..could just not stop eating it! Overall loved the experience and would love to go back!

Our favourite hotel on Dubai! From the first visit in 2011 and until now. There are many good hotels in Dubai but GH is something very very special: always great experience and impeccable customer service. We stayed there on different occasions: just with two of us, with kids, with grandparents - all ages were super happy. The only disadvantage - you keep comparing other hotels to GH 😁 we had a very remarkable stay in GH this spring. Thank you all so much for making our trip so special!

Horrible service. They purposely rejected a speaker when they moved me to the room that was lower in value as my actual room. Horrible hotel. Changed ALOT! I am shocked! And disappointed. Please dont even waste your time here. And Ahmad the Egyptian manager was so rude. He misled us with the whole room change from 44 floor to 22. And then he just refused to bring a speaker up. Complete fraud. A few years back they had a proper management trained staff. And now really disappointed. I actually booked an apartment for a year, but I asked her how ahmed the manager treated us hang up on my face and told me do whatever you want to do this was it. Guys friends please if u want to have a nice time in dubai go tp Address Hotel ( any chain)Because I went to address hotel and they gave me the service over the roof! Hope my review helps 🤗❤️

It’s always a pleasure when arriving at the Hotel. The team of valet parking are so professional and caring.When stepping at the lobby the concierge and the hosts always male sure to be available and approachable.

Just like any other Grosvenor House in other countries, this hotel stands out from other hotels in Marina and has its own supreme presence with very much fancy clubs and restaurants inside. Siddharth Lounge is undoubtedly really entertaining and there are so many other restaurants which offer exquisite dishes. The hotel and apartment rates are pretty much expensive but you can enjoy the atmosphere here even just by visiting here for a meal!

5 star Hotel and way beyond facilities with Marina view

We have stayed here in the past and it used to represent the ultimate luxury experience.Marriott now owns them and its really run down. This is not the sad part. The attitude of the staff went from amazing and caring to arrogant. This is the opposite of what the tourist expects.The fact that it was far from the beach was mitigated by the coach and the brilliant amazing service. The coach still runs but without the attentive staff.

We were lucky to have chosen the Grosvenor Hotel for a short holiday trip together with another family and our teenagers. The staff is absolutely amazing. Kudos to the hotel, the training, the HR department, the people working there. There is so much to say.Rooms are great, good size, great mattresses, balconies.Breakfast is varied and fresh.Sthefania from guest services was an absolute pleasure, always smiling and friendly, on the look-out for us, greeting us and asking if she could help with reservations.We had a great view, easy access to the Marina for evening strolls. The hotel has plenty of dining choices, Buddha Bar, Siddharta, Italian, Indian.The shuttle to the Le Meridien (beach) was a bonus!My husband even found a great jacket in the menswear lobby shop at the Grosvenor!Even better, as an added bonus, we got back safe and sound despite the Covid season.I highly recommend the Grosvenor!

He is very friendly makes sure guests are well looked after. Freddy - pool/towel/lifeguard tower one pool always makes sure guests are well looked after and says where the best place to sit for the sun etc.•All the pool and bar staff at tower one were very helpful and accommodating and made sure we were made very comfortable. •Michelle - club lounge reception always helpful and friendly books meals and advise on places to go etc. very helpful professional and just lovely. •Marriffe -club lounge always quick and efficient to serve drinks very professional lovely personality.Shan - very friendly chatty always serving drinks fast.Pradeep - very chatty and friendly serves drinks quickly. •Food and drink we had at Bellevista was delicious wonderful service as well always made to feel special.•Food and drink at Siddharta lounge was always delicious especially the chocolate foundant it was amazing. Having spent well over 200 nights at Marriott properties in 2019 alone, I can vouch for the fact that Grosvenor House, Dubai, remains one of the finest addresses in Dubai and the UAE at large. The property as such is sleek and modern, the rooms (and especially the suites) feature beautiful interiors with stunning views of the Marina, and the service continues to be excellent -- from the doormen and concierge, to the front desk, housekeeping, and room service. Thanks to a large number of outlets, there also is a wide range of cuisine too be sampled, presented without any memorable flaws. While the beach might not be as exquisite as that of the St. Regis Abu Dhabi, it is still worth a visit. In short, whether you are in Dubai for business or leisure, you really cannot go wrong with Grosvenor House, Dubai, and would, in my view, be missing out by not checking in. A place to stay at and return to!

I loved this hotel. It was fabulous! The service was impeccable, the hotel staff were kind and polite and The food was amazing. The apartment we booked was plush. Everything was just a pleasant experience. Can’t wait to go back!

From the moment you step in to the Grosvenor you are greeted will all the warmth and hospitality. Every few steps around the property there is someone smiling and read to help. The rooms are super luxury and very comfortable beds and pillows. Amenities are superb. Location is in the heart of the Marina, and you do not need to go out of the property at night, best clubs and restaurants are in this hotel.

Had yet another wonderful stay at the Grosvenor. Staff go above and beyond to ensure you have a great stay and the facilities are great. The suite was spacious, comfortable and stylish. The hotel itself is impressive with amazing on site facilities I.e. exec lounge, spa and pool table as well as an abundance of restaurants. Close by to local amenities i.e. pharmacy and convenience stores which are on site too. Highly reccomend and will stay again. My go to place in Dubai always.

The Grosvenor House is a lovely and comfortable place to stay in Dubai. Its located in the marina which provides shops and restaurants with nice views. GH is beautiful inside and the staff was excellent, helpful and friendly throughout. The rooms are comfortable and with several restaurant choices, you can easily enjoy a night in for excellent food or visit a nearby restaurant. The Le Royal Meridian is a sister-hotel to GH and offers equally enjoyable restaurants, friendly and attentive staff and access to a nice beach. You should definitely take advantage of visiting both properties.

Very professionally run, great location

We went for Christmas brunch. Staff could not have been more helpful, table layout was fabulous and do not have enough superlatives for the food, both quality and selection. Really made our Christmas.

Amazing place to be!

We cannot say enough about our recent stay at The Grosvenor House and the spectacular city of Dubai. After a hiccup with our reservation through Marriott, the staff at The Grosvenor made up for the glitch immediately. Our room was upgraded to a spacious apartment with a spectacular 270 degree view and wrap around balcony. Bed fantastic, fixtures, tile beautiful, decor could use updating. Each of our requests (for example ice, converter, extra water) were handled immediately and with a smile. The concierge made several fantastic recommendations for things to do which all happened without a glitch. Siddharta Lounge by Buddha Bar was a spectacular space, would highly recommend for drinks and people watching. (We did not eat here) Breakfast at Sloane’s excellent (advise stronger coffee), food at Indego excellent but pricey. Pool at tower 1 lovely, excellent service. Pool/beach at Le Meridian Royal fabulous, service average. The Dubai Marina area is a wonderful place to stay and would definitely stay in this area when we return. The service at Grosvenor sets this property apart from others. Will happily return and highly recommend this property.

Second time I stayed at the Grosvenor House and an amazing stay. Staff treated me very well and this added to my relaxing break in Dubai. Room was excellent and a stunning view of the beach and the palm and marina. The bed is super comfortable and I would highly recommend this hotel as you get access to the royal meridian private beach on JBR.

The Grosvernor Residences in Tower Two are excellent - beautifully decorated, lots of space and light, and feel brand new. The tower is extremely quiet, and direct access to the Spa and Gym (which are some of the best in the world with their hamam pools, etc.) is ideal. The only downfalls are that there is not direct beach access (the hotel provides a shuttle), and the pool in Tower Two does not get sun during the winter months (which are ideal time to travel to Dubai). Service at the hotel is top notch -- from the hotel staff to restaurants to the onsite rental car company. The area is a bit far from downtown Dubai and many attractions, just as an FYI. But if that is not an issue I strongly recommend staying here, especially for a longer stay if you want the benefits of an apartment.

The hotel was wonderful, all the facilities were great and very well kept. The room was spacious, clean and had everything you would need - if it wasnt there, you could just call! In room dining was delivered quickly and was delicious. All staff were incredibly customer focused and nothing was too much. Highly recommend and will definitely return.

I spent a long time looking at hotels in Dubai particularly under the Marriott Group (as a platinum elite member with points to use) and hadn’t even really considered the Grosvenor House until I overheard some colleagues talking about it - I’m glad I did! The stay surpassed all our expectations, we were very well recognised and rewarded for being platinum and the hotel and staff in general are all amazing. Would highly recommend staying here.
