Studio room here is highly recommended for long-stay. Really enjoyed my stay.

The room cleaning starts at 5pm and they take all your towels also the unused ones. Then you have to wait until 9pm until they bring you fresh towels.When you let them do your laundry you will have to wait minimum 3 days and remind them several times to bring it to your room. In my case i called 5 times that they should bring the laundy to my room. They always said that somebody will bring it but nobody came. After several calls i went to the reception and told them i will stay there until somebody will bring my laundry. Then after 15 minutes finally the laundry came.Never had such a bad experience in a 4 star Hotel!!!

Curtains are dusty, Good space nice stuff. Just the room is little old furnitures are old and little smelly.

Great hotel and a great service! We booked a two bedroom apartment however there was only one issue the rooms don’t have any locks! Which would mean no privacy from other guests in the room! This is something which they would need to fix otherwise great hotel!

Very near to Mall of the Emirates and Lulu Hypermarket. Taxis always available. All types of eateries in the surrounding. Small corner shops and mini marts in all directions. Walkable distance from AlBarsha lake park. MOE bus station and metro station is very convenient for moving around.

One of the first and worst experience ever with my daughters ..Almost kept waiting for 4 hours..The staff is so casual as if it doesn’t matters to them.we had Pre booked the room ..will never come again.

This is my 8th Day here, despite of reporting several times to front desk, AC seems to be out of order. Surely AC as some issue. They send the personnel to fix it, they randomly check things, but they already know, the problem is been there. AC seems to be not going down below 23 degree celcius. Minimum twice a day, or perhaps more, I have reported it to front desk. Inside story is, master control or centrally ROOM AC is controlled. Despite leaving it on 20 degree since last 8 days it has not gone below 23 degree celcius. Debai is Hot, and walking and staying in such uncomfortable 1 bedroom apartment, it is not acceptable. I will wisely choose another hotel next time. Room service is so so. Linens are often out dated, sounds like I would not even use it at my home, how can HILTON allow it!!! Service is so so when it comes to room service. Twice I had to report that they did not clean the bathroom, you can tell, there are hairs laying down in bathroom. All linens are not changed every day. It depends, if they have it enough in stock, whether they think if it is time for them to change it or not. Who would like to sleep on, after a sweaty day, on the same pillow cover you have had precious day, and same mattress cover? There is a tremendous construction noise from surrounding area which is another issue here at this location. It goes on forever and ever, even at random time, even early morning sometimes.

Rooms are outdated and not clean, the sofa..Im short of words! Is this Hilton actually? My kids and wife had to wait 4 hours to check-in outside because I was not there with my passport, but I paid in full the previous day for a month just to ensure everything goes well, during which time payment was received merrily without any prejudices or documents...sub standard staffs especially Mr. Mauricio who totally mishandled it and made my family wait for 4 hours after having paid and Ashley, shadek didnt even bother to answer their phones not to mention Mr. Wael the GM totally unavailable!

This is our third stay at the Double Tree in Al barsha. WE will be checking out at 4am tomorrow.The staff are so accommodating. They are very strict with covid guidelines which ensure guest safety.BIBEK and JOANNA...are so attentive in the dinning room at breakfast. Thank for another excellent stay. Great hotel! The staff is very professional and went out of there way to make our stay comfortable. Rhose was particularly very nice and made sure we were taken care of for our dining needs.

Been here a while now on a long stay. Staff are very helpful, particularly people at the reception - Gullianda, Daisy, Jenniffer and Sophie . Have also been treated very well by the Sales Folks like Mauricio and Karthik. The bell boys are also very caring and take utmost effort to ensure a flawless service. Engineering has been great in finding quick resolution to any issues that came up during my stay. Hope the good service continues.

Have been going there last 5 years. Decent hotel with friendly stuff. Seems that they were battered with pandemic low tourist influx. Kudo to dining captain Issaku and team for still keeping it real breakfast buffet style !

Generally speaking, it is difficult to eat bad in Dubai but Hilton somehow managed to pull this one off.It was a terrible meal! The spring rolls were the frozen type, deep fried, usually found at the Carrefour. They were priced at 59.50dh for six mini rolls. The Lean Angus steak was full of fat, tough and very oily. It left a bad aftertaste. The ambiance went very well with the meal, It reminded me of my university canteen. The only nice thing was the boiled rice. At 205Dh, it must rank as possibly the worst meal ever! Just a word of warning. The restaurant is planning an exclusive menu for the Groupon deal with reduced items. Good luck!

Engineer Anand came to orient us about the functions of the equipment in our room viz-a-viz outlet, WiFi, hot water, internet connections etc. He was very knowledgeable, and patient. He has a very personable character and does his work with smiles and pride. I rate him 10/10 for service.

This is the worst hotel in Dubai. The employee named Michel had a very poor service attitude and was rude. I booked the room in advance, but he refused me when I checked in at 1am, and tell me to go to sleep on the road. I wanted to make a complaint and asked him to provide a complaint channel. He told me that all complaints would go to him. Remind everyone not to book this hotel. Terrible hotel, terrible Michel!

All Hotel staff were very COVID-19 precautious and doing all required Sanitization/cleaning process in the room to provide safety, avoid COViD-19 spread to the guests staying in the Hotel. All staff were very careful in maintaining social distancing and wearing required PPE always.

This was not the first time l have stayed in the DoubleTree hotel so I had very high expectations coming here, unfortunately this time it was not up to standard. I was told that the breakfast was not included even though it was in my reservation and I contacted booking.com and they said it would be complimentary but the reciption denied it and said it was miscommunication from booking. Also the quality of some of the furniture is extremely bad. And the cleaning services is also not up to par.Best regards,

Very good location but its old and not clean

Highly dissatisfied!!! Checked in 9th July and checked out in 10th July 2021.. The stay was with my friends... the service is so poor. Expected some standard as it is Hilton but it was so uncomfortable never visiting it again.

Amazing stay for my parents started with upgrade of room for my mum birthday by Shady. It was best room with balcony on high floor with great view on MOE, construction noise was not noticed by parents. Nice birthday complimentary chocolate cake arranged by Bizek from RD. All team were smiley and welcoming. Cleanliness was not always perfect and daily cleaning sometimes was very late. For me it was felt that there is shortage of staff in hotel, but still they stayed professional and tried to accommodate our requests on time. Thank you for our lovely stay.

Make sure that when u book the pool from the reception, the book attendant knows ur appointment, otherwise, pool attendant will stand by the door,ready to kick u out!

I wouldnt go back there. Phone didnt work, wed call housekeeping for water and/or towels and either they just never came or it would be hours later. The room wasnt that clean, the couch and rug had so many stains. And the bath towels were falling apart, like they cant afford to purchase new ones. Just a mess

Room is spacious and in good condition. Location is fine, walking distance to Mall of Emirates. Lots of nice restaurants and minimarts. Wifi is stable. Easy check-in and out.The best part of my stay is the staffs at breakfast, Mr.Bibek, Mr.Ahmed and everyone (I forgot to ask their names) were super outstanding.I normally do not have breakfast, but I enjoyed seeing them so I woke up every morning, not to miss the breakfast there. Highly recommended.

The hotel was good but to provide accommodation for the transit people for Kuwait and Saudi via Dubai for 14 days hotel has lowered they facilities. If this Hotel is 4 star Hotel than they have to provide the facilities of 4 star hotel by charging there standard rate. But to accommodate more people they had lowered there facilities in collaboration with local agents.

Not what you expect from a 4 star hotel. I Booked using Hotels.com which showed me the rates that I have to pay at the property but ithey were arguing with me that I have to pay about 22% more which is inaccurate. Also booked for a 2 bedroom apartment where the master bedroom with the bathroom has two single beds while the other room has the king size bed where there is no bathroom. I asked them if they have the opposite layout or if they can switch the beds. They were inflexible at all. More like a 2.5 star hotel

Not what you expect from a 4 star hotel. Hilton is one of the well-known upscale companies in the United Arab Emirates. It is bad when the hotel is rated 4 stars, but it does not deserve that

Expensive Hotel with tired rooms and worn out appliances/stained furniture. Gym allows only three people and is always booked. Pool gets little to no sunlight during the day. Much better hotels in Dubai for the same or less price.

I normally stay at the Hilton Garden Inn a few minutes walk away from the Double Tree but I thought Id try this hotel for a change of scenery. I was massively disappointed. Rooms are very dark and dated and feel grubby, the corridors are just dirty and have bags of rubbish stacked up in them everyday. Housekeeping didnt show up a few days and when they did turn up they always forgot to restock something (amenities, water, tea, clean cups) Definitely wont be staying here again.

Front desk staff is friendly and efficient. Service is a bit slow though, house keeping were only here at 330pm to have the room cleaned, amenities were not complete and we waited for quite a while to get filled. The floor we checked in is like a labor camp with many guests have their room doors open and rubbish and plastic bottles were all outside their door... Whats happened to Hilton?? Receptionist was helpful to check but thats not what I expect from Hilton...huge disappointment. The cookies is a plus though🍪🍪🍪

Its a fairly old looking hotel, definitely not the DoubleTree by Hilton normal standard.Also just FYI its a DRY hotel so no bar, no alcohol. This information is not visible anywhere when you make a reservation through Hilton honors app. Very disappointing.

DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Al Barsha is a good quality hotel located just at 5mins walk from the Mall of Emirates. They have hotel rooms, studios and hotel apartments. Good size rooms, nice decor, clean with friendly and professional staff. Definitely a good place to be in Dubai for a short or long stay.

The hotel and room was kept in excellent condition and in well organised manner, it comes with all the required amenities. Which includes a gym, and a pool. The in-keepers are respectful and were there if any service was required as per the customer staying in the hotel. I recommend this hotel by giving it a 5/5 rating as the prices are also well reasonably priced.

Rooms are slightly old and dated inside. Particularly the apartments. Hilton need to modernise this hotel. By far the most friendly staff I have come across in any Hilton hotel. They were exceptionally friendly and courteous. Location is also really good right infront of the Emirates Mall. Shame about the building work however

Stayed in a 2 bhk apartment. Very clean and comfortable rooms and good service. Didnt get to try much of the food as they were not serving their full menu due to the ongoing pandemic. The pasta and chicken burger was very good though. A good place to stay !

Beautiful rooms. Really nice breakfast. Great Indian restaurant attached too. Nice pool area. Lovely public areas. Staff really helpful and excellent service. Danish (not sure of spelling)on reception went above and beyond in helping us. Right next to the mall of the emerates. Easy transit via metro to airport as metro is in the mall 5 minutes from the hotel. Not very pretty surroundings but for a few days, you can live without a view!!

Poor coordination. We booked a 2 BR with breakfast included and upon check in, we were told that the breakfast was not included in the booking. We needed to present our email confirmation with full details as a proof then they checked and gave us finally. Pool was unavailable. Also, we felt unsafe during our one night stay last week. There was a stranger who was knocking and banging the door nonstop trying to come inside at around 3 AM and all of us were disturbed and not able to get back to sleep. Doesn’t the security/reception check the visitors/guests coming in the hotel?! Will not choose this hotel ever again.

Our room had sink/kitchen area as well as a washing machine! Amazing! Location is nice as well since it is near the mall. Great service from concierge, front desk and housekeeping. Rooms were clean and although the bathroom was a bit small, it wasn’t an issue for us.

A nice hotel in the Barsha area. As a Hilton Gold Member I got a nice upgrade to a King Bedroom Suite. Its a pretty nice room, includes all you need, much space and looks modern. But its a bit dated. The Staff is very friendly and the food from the Inroom Dining ist aswell fine. Right now, breakfast is served into the room. It was pretty nice aswell.Sadly theres 2 construction sites next to the hotel so it can get pretty noisy even in the night. For me it was not a problem but who knows.For the pretty good price I paid, theres nothing to say against this hotel.The Windows could be cleaned soon. :D4,5/5 Points

Best hotel undoubtedly

Nothing wrong with the hotel in particular besides the shabby pool and facilities. But the worst thing here is definitely the night management. The so called manager at night was extremely rude an uncooperative. Really puts shame to the name of Hilton and I suggest they do a full revamp of the management as there is plenty of competition and I will never come back to this hotel.

I stay 2 nights at the hotel with my husband for the Dubai watch week event.One of the best hotels I stayed in DubaiThere are to double tree hotels and both are amazing!!Loved how the greet you with cookies ooh how tasty they are.Breakfast needs more variety was good but needs more.The staff were very helpful but the concierge doesn’t have a lot of information he needs improvement I asked him about IMG world he doesn’t know what was it !The rooms were very big with amazing view.Bathrooms were clean.Rooms by the room service were clean everyday.They also have a shuttle that takes you to Dubai mall.Outside of the hotel there is a supermarket.In the hotel they service Starbucks.Will definitely come back again !!

Had an amazing time stay at double tree Dubai. From the lovely room to efficient and courteous staff members to the delightful breakfast it was perfect for our small family of three. Staying there only added to the great time we had in Dubai. Highly recommended to all

It’s a pleasant hotel to stay in - I particularly enjoyed the junior one bedroom suite. They had some major issues in their normal rooms, not enough pressure from shower, no hot water etc.Currently, walking from hotel to Mall of Emirates is very difficult as there is a construction happening close to this hotel. I hope once this construction is concluded walking to the mall will be an option.Overall, clean and a good impression to the hotel.

The management is very supportive, professional cordial staff, good clean facility, good location and reasonable price. I feel at home in DoubleTree by Hilton. The Housekeeping department with its head and individuals as Glory and others doing good job , all the receptionists are great and the security lady and gents are fantastic . the whole team are really making you feel at home and caring. it is hard to leave this place, there is no better standard somewhere else .

Stayed in 1BHK Room # 518 with a 4 year oldChecked out before two days, as was not satisfied with housekeeping, cleanliness, Sanitization. Have to call the housekeeping everyday, despite calling them they did not clean properly and twice they did not bother to clean the room. No Hot Water. Bo Proper SOP to prevent Covid-19. Zero Customer SupportThe worst part was the night when we checked out, we arrived at hotel at 11pm to have our dinner as of covid, avoid eating outside, when we reached the hotel the reception was full of more then 50 people (a tourist group have arrived without having the Covid Test Result), as soon as we entered our room it was not cleaned (bedsheets weren’t change, no fresh towel, washroom was not cleaned, dishes weren’t done) and when I went to Reception to complain the reply was “SORRY SIR, LET ME DEAL WITH THE GUESTS FIRST THEN WILL GET BACK TO YOU” Worst customer service ever.This was not the first time they did not clean our room.

So bad service not take care of guest if talk about break fast only name is break fast inn side is nothing only 2 🍞 and one Jame and some upma if you ask room service nothing even they not give you towel also not any kind of room service really I am feeling bad experience there.

The staff at the hotel literally couldnt be any nicer. Every single staff person you encounter has a genuine and yet exceptional service. They make you feel like family. They get to know you and really care. Im living in the hotel for 6 months and it feels like home away from home because the staff are so caring and attentive in every aspect. Definitely the place to stay if you are in Dubai and want a personal touch away from all the glitz and glam.

I enjoyed myself and got value of my money... most especially the views ( emirate mall) it’s was fantastic, also met a African who was very nice to me Oyafo. Next time I’ll give him a tip 😊 Good job guys

My 2nd day started. I love this hotel. Everything. Starting from people who works here, location, its classy and looks very modern. Rooms are amazing. Clean. Very well equipped. Gym is still closed but according to photos its amazing as well. See you in the gym guys. Your personal trainer, Srdjan 💪

Nice clean hotel with large rooms. The downside was a 27% service charge and tax added to your bill. Also, no free breakfast included like other hotels in the area. We check out early and booked into another location that was less money and included a buffet breakfast for free. We will not return the next time we visit due to the high service fee.
