I came to Dubai for 14 days and I am living best place in the city. I am fully satisfied with everything. More I satisfied with good hygiene and sanitized room. specially thanks to Raj who always come for the housekeeping.

Extremely helpful staff, especially Mae at reception and Shiva in the housekeeping department. The restaurant is small yet cozy with lots of great options to choose from. The rooms are complete with kitchenette and washing machine. All in all an exceptional deal at a great price.

Horrible reception lady. Rude women who literally insults hotel guests. She tried to convert foreign money and when we found rate is low. We asked her to return the money she said no we cant then I when i insisted she return back, Out of the space rude attitude told her i want to talk to a manager she said only on Sunday i am the manager and only client here. Told her i am IHG hotel spire elite this is not professional service i am aware about her response i don’t care take my name. Mentioned that I am living here for 10 years she said “only 10 years calm down”. If it wasn’t 2 AM and was dropping my guests to Dubai i would cancel the whole thing !. please any management for this hotel respond to me on this problem.

I have stayed at the Treppan for almost 3 years now and it has been brilliant. Shiva visits twice a week to help keep my apartment looking as good as when I first moved in. Andrews on Reception is always very helpful and Bruno the concierge has a huge smile on his face every time I see him. However, these are just a few of the people who make Treppan such a great place for me to live. The rest of the staff are also very friendly and helpful too. I would certainly recommend staying here.

I have been staying at Treppan Hotel as a full time occupant for over 6 months now. The staff are very friendly and helpful especially Bicram, who is a lovely young man who works very hard, but he always has a big smile and polite conversation.

I stayed for over 9 months and someone to highlight specially, Shiva is an excellent housekeeper! He was very attentive to details and very helpful. F&B team is very good too, the guys in the restaurant and the lady, very helpful!Cannot really comment on the front office team, they seem to be a confused bunch. (Concierge is super good, polite and helpful though)The fire alarms set off very often, very unacceptable. My heart would come out of my body beating in the middle of the night with the alarms at time. And I had to remind the management twice that their Lobby Lifts saftey audits had expired on two different occasions and that they should prioritize on the safety and get it done, that was a bit absurd!All in all its fair product!

My husband and I have been staying at Treppan Hotels since April and we always feel as safe and comfortable as home here. The reception and atmosphere not to omit, the service encompass that out a five star. Our room is very well maintained by Jaher who always goes the extra mile to give us the highest satisfaction. He cleans and tidies each and every corner of our room with so much care. Very hardworking and reliable person. We don’t have to worry about anything in our room. We feel proud to have someone like him to take care of our room!!! Keep it up Jaher you make our stay so much more enjoyable!!! Great job!

Well priced and clean, nice staff and easy parking. I would have given it a five star if the maintenance inside was better. AC units are leaking and the furniture in the rooms are getting old.

The room is good, few structural issues showed up 2 days after my arrival. Couple issues though which I think in 2021 and in Dubai should not be that much of a concern given the size of this hotel. The WIFI connection is terrible. Conducting business calls and meetings was a pain due to the extremely slow connection. Rooms cant get any dimmer than that. I understand that electricity in Dubai can be a expensive, but with an hotel this size, least you can do is provide your visitors with decent lighting.Aside from that, the rest was ok.Was my visit decent? Kinda yes.Would I repeat it? Not really.

The first day I came to Treppan, a year ago I was immediately impressed by the beautiful and comfortable reception area. Light, airy and very spacious ... very welcoming atmosphere. But the thing that makes this place so good is the staff, very friendly and professional. Especially Bikram, who is very helpful, kind, attentive and always does a great job in cleaning my room. Very Poor Service, absolutely nightmare. You have to call all the day for room service or for any thing but no one will come. I have noticed several times guests complaining the service issues at reception but no improvement. It will be bad decision if you choose it for your holidays.

All in all, the hotel is a great place to stay. The room and bathrooms are clean and tidy with a spacious balcony.We had move rooms as we wanted a bigger fridge as our stay was longer than expected. The only problem we face was the internet.during our stay of 2 months there was so many days it did not work well. there were days we just gave up.The pool and gymI would like to highlight the below names as they made are stay extra comfortable with their exceptional service.Bruno from Front Office Department always went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable.He made time to speak to us every time we met at the lobby. his customer service skills are above and beyond. If possible to give 1 star I will...as staff are very rude and very unprofessional, especially one guy who claims he’s the manager (Mr Kamal) I feel the staff are not being paid...maybe working for free because they are miserable to be around. Second point...housekeeping will never come unless you request, seriously this is not a 4 star property; 2 or 3 stars maximum.

We have been living in this hotel for almost 9months and what made our stay comfortable is the excellent service of Vikram from the housekeeping team. He does his work well and with care for the needs of the guests. Same as Lorainne from the Reception Desk and the concierge team👌The housekeeping team is doing great in general by keeping the hotel well maintained especially the lobby and the entrance!

Comfertable apartments and rights priced rooms

The place is beautiful and clean..a bit far but worth of the driving. The security guys were kind .only the front desk lady (Aloa) had attitude. When we reach at the place she didnt want to welcome us . She asked if we need something as if she is not ready to give information. She was not friendly at all . Anyway we managed to ignore her attitude. They got amazing rooms. I gave 3 star because we felt unwelcome.

We loved our stay there , very clean hotels , has many kitchen with all the stuff that you many need for either short or long stays . Prices are very affordable

If you want stay in sport city. I suggest you this hotel. Everything is good and staff is very friendly

Im staying for three days and its ok

Internet is really slow and sometimes it’s just disconnected! I need it for my work, so I have big stress with this problem. I asked manager and stuff of the hotel to do something - nothing changed!

Well its a very nice and cozy loving place, but the toilet feels like its going to collapse everytime I sit and the TV is so small!!

Great hotel for business visits to Dubai, staff very friendly and attentive. Had the chance to meet the housekeeper Madhan, such a wonderful person, was calling me everyday to make sure if I needed anything, (since I quarantined for 2 days until I got my Negative PCR Results), he followed up everyday with me and after that took great care of the room and kept it spotless and fully loaded with bottles of water and coffee. Also, whenever I needed anything, he was one call away and never disappointed to be available promptlyAll in all, this hotel is highly recommended !!.

Pros:Studio Room was nice and clean.Beds and pillows are comfortableGood washer dryers are installed.Decent size TV in the studio (40 inch)Onsite cafe serves nice food.Cons:No traditional oven in the kitchen, only a microwave.The internet is certainly not high speed. It is useable and can stream netflix but dont expect to download games to your new xbox or ps5 as it will take days.Speed per device ranged from 1mbps to 5mbps.

Becareful so you dont pay thousands AED for burnt bed mat . Stayed for 2 months Im not a smoker never used fire but was accused of burning their bed mat. Very laughable. Though a week earlier their staff let the cat out of the bag that they are fond of charging guest 1000Aed and above for frivolous burnt bed mat. So becareful when you visit.

Terrible service, starting with the manager, the cleaning staff do not pick up the garbage in the rooms, having to keep calling the reception daily, the alarm rings at dawn, the staff always have no experience in good education, the hotel manager deals with the residents and hotel guests and ive seen two cases of the police are at the door of the hotel solving terrible problems in everything note 0

Decent hotel apartments in Sports city

A nice hotel in the middle of sports city. You get your value for money, the kitchenware, in-room washing machine all work properly. This is one of the best budget hotel Ive been to. If youre looking at staying in a hotel and apartment in sport city or its environs, this is a great choice.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the apartments are spacious but the living room is not well equipped, the couches are old and small, you cant even lay down on the couch, the management should think of upgrading the sofas...

This is the best hotel In sports city. I would rate it a five if the revenue team would be more consistent with their pricing and not change the prices on a whim.

This is a nice modern and rather new hotel in Sports City. Hence a bit outside.The staff as well as the hotel facilities are good. You will find anything you need here. The apartment style rooms are also equipped with everything needed.Some slight recommendations would be: add small towels at the gym area (the pool towels are not really suitable), and add some power plugs near the bed (my room had one power power at the far away corner from the bed, so no chance to charge your phone near the bed or have a clock there.)

I totally love the experience, the staff was very friendly and helpful, for example one day the internet service stopped working and I called the front desk and they send someone to help me ASAP, I wasnt expecting to come so fast, the hotel is very clean and this little apartment designs make it very convenient with a washing/drying machine, stove and they even include some dishes and a few stuffs to cook, it was just awesome, I could make my own breakfast before hitting the road. There is a beautiful pool in the top floor from where there is a nice view of the skyline of Dubai I love that, as of the view well the hotel is located in an area which is under construction now so there are several buildings been built now lot of construction places and it may not look so appealing but I honestly didnt mind, is close to the Jumeirah road, the Palm tree island and away from the crazy traffic in the downtown, so for me was just convenient and perfect, I will definitely stay there on my next trip.

Great place to stay in Dubai. A home away from home. Clean rooms. Quite and serene environment. Courteous service. Food from the restaurant is rather expensive though. But with well equipped kitchenette, and nearby supermarkets, cooking is a viable and exciting option.

Excellent hotel. Great service. The only thing is that it is at least 20 to 30 minutes away from the hub of activities in Dubai. So you would need to rent a car unless you are visiting the motor city area.

Quite and convenient location. 20 minutes to Marina,to Down Town 20 minutes. Nearby there are Carryfour and pharmacies. A soccer stadium is also nearby, Gym. Downstair at the restaurant make enjoy a delicious breakfast and coffee, Moroccan dishes. The room is cleaned every day- Narsaiah is friendly and always ready to help the guy. I stayed at the hotel for a month and will come again.

I wanted to describe housekeeping engineering and maintanace team as very responsible, they are Suprbly friendly and supportive thanks to Ms. Sara very specific form of team Coordination. She goes a step further and helps the team. Well considerate of all details and caring for each room alike. Excellent and SO convenient! a super comfortable hotel, with nicely furnished rooms, away from busy downtown & marina. Rooms are big clean and with all the comforts, the sleep quality is very good due to the comfortable bed and to the silence in the room. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. It is located on one of the most quite area in Dubai, Sports City. I used to book this hotel for business travels and I have been always satisfied. I definitely chose this hotel in the future. Suggestion: if youre travelling so much due to business ask for a corporate rate. Much more better than booking on third parties web sites!

My check-in was real quick. I like people at reception, amicable people made my experience nice and easy. The rooms look great too.

Staying in this hotel for more than a month now and the reception have been very amazing and friendly but the housekeeping room service is too bad. Also some of the security team are rude and frown at all time . They are not customer friendly and act strange at all time.. The outdoor environment is too noisy and once again the security team are not friendly and frown with everything , even when you ask a question they frown. No football channels except from the Arab football leagues .. The only good service offered is from the Receptionist ..
