Its mostly convenient for general traders coming from African countries to Dubai for business and import. You literally feel you are in Africa while at Index. Very homely atmosphere. Staff is very helpful and understanding. Location is very commercial as the area is among the busier ones.

I was at the restaurant, but I didnt like the food, I think they put too much tomatoes paste, in short the food looks yummy but it doesnt taste yummy.

Variety and very affordable meals. Very delicious food and friendly customer care. I can recommend this hotel to everyone any day any time. Salute you.

Its just past sabka station in Deira. There is a buffet restaurant just on the M floor. You just go in take a plate without saying anything, eat as much as your stomach can handle. Drink water and juice, pay 25 aed and go. The food is amazing. Dont expect anything like service, even if you request a spoon no one will give it to you. Its simply Self Service. The name is Index Restaurant.

Hotel Index is such amazing hotel. Have clean rooms and environment is cool to 🦋 room service is good and workers are really helpful to everyone😃 however The only thing I don’t like is there buffet they say it’s a buffet but I don’t like any of the food list they have otherwise best hotel 😃

Pros- Relatively clean bathroom and room.- Beds were adequately comfortable- Service was friendly- Close link to Metro stationCons- WiFi was awful. Could barely get a signal throughout the room- Air conditioning was very noisy- TV had little to no reception- No variety in breakfast. Exactly the same every single day- Showers did not get hot enough at all- Shampoo sachets were ludicrously small. Not nearly enough for hair and body- Most Taxi drivers hadnt heard of the place- Could hear absolutely everything outside- Worst of all, I COULDNT SLEEP. Because of all the noise, and the heat it was impossible to sleep. And at the end of the day what good is a hotel that you cant get to sleep?!

Their service is terrible,i went there with my friends and was even going to recommend to my other friends until they started making trouble with i and my friends for having tasted from her food,it was a terrible experience as i felt violated,the indian staffs were so rude and uncouth and threatened us with the police like we were thieves even at that they made us pay more because my friend wanted to share her meal with another of my friend which later wasted because neither of us could finish the meal out of the annoyance of the situation.Customer relation and communication was really bad
