We had taken a 2 br apartment, facility was great. rooms were neat and clean. hall and rooms were spacious. kitchen had all amenities and beyond. but only one bathroom was there.no valet parking for the apartment, but parking was nearby . car parking space is open. air conditioner had control only in the hall. second bedroom was not cooling properly. breakfast was good. but instead of self service buffet they were serving upon request which caused some delay. apartment is connected to the hotel and mall. hence supermarket and all other shopping facility was available. ice rink is also there in the complex. altogether stay was pleasant, reception was helpful.

Recently hosted an event here. The hall was extremely spacious… the projector screens were perfectly placed… overall a great venue… The staffs are amazingly friendly and cooperative. They were willing to assist and help us all through the event. The buffet arranged post event was average.. the appetizers were good.. the main course was comparatively ok.. but the desserts were amazing…Overall a great place… much recommended.

Known to be one of the most famous internationally branded hotel located in Deira. You can find the huge ice skate link which is the signature and highlight of this hotel on the ground floor. And as being Japanese, I cannot help but recommending Kyo the Japanese restaurant inside. It is genuinely tasty!

This hotel is just amazing! Conveniently located in Old Dubai and only 20 minutes drive from the airport. It is my second time staying there and I love it! The staff is wonderful, the buffet breakfast is also great! If you want to see a different place in Dubai stay there! I also love it because I can do my plane spotting while enjoying a cocktail by the swimming pool. Five stars

Hyatt Regency has both the apartments and the hotel. I would have rated the hotel alone five star but for the residence which lacks some few things I expected them to have considering their five star nature.My over all stay was great. The staff were very nice. The place is well equipped when it comes to an apartment... theres an electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, plates, glasses and cutlery. There was however no blender, a key component when it comes to cooking. I believe most people will chose an apartment over a hotel so they can cook when needed. I wonder how management expects all meals to be cooked without a blender. When I enquired before I got to the country they asked me to improvise, meaning I should come along with my blender which I had to do cos I needed it badly.Also one of the things that put me off was the fact that one of my sofas and chair had a hole in their fabric. This is really not acceptable and I expect the hotel to change it for the next customer not to feel the way I felt. We pay so much to be comfortable and in a great place so that should be demanded.Aside all these setbacks I loved the whole hotel ambience, was totally neat, good housekeeping services (they cleaned very well I must say). Food was great and the staff were generally nice.Another thing worth noting is the fact that the hotel has a number of shops within its premises. Theres a convenient store for all grocery shopping, theres a pharmacy, a saloon, clothing store, jewellery shop and then a cold place you can skate!! I did enjoy my stay in Hyatt actually aside my few issues mentioned.

Very nice comfy hotel..friendly staff..interleaving in a mall..nice spacious room..not too thrilled with the bathroom though. Shower cubicle is really small an toilet an shower a bit conjusted.lotsa construction atm around the area but no sound in the rooms.stunning views of the Harbour.

Space wise very nice. Reasonable clean. But soundproof is awful… I can hear the sounds of trash cars activities from the ground floor… at 1:30am and people shouting outside…Well, pick higher floors or quieter place if you also feel quietness is important factor for you.

Great on their dine in, I loved the happy hour that serves both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. They go an extra mile to ensure customer comfort and satisfaction.

A beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. Do ask for a room on the higher floors when you check in, a room with a view of the abra or the sea. I loved my room on the 12th floor. Food is good. The Galleria Mall is attached to the hotel and has an ice rink..kids would love it.

Great staycation deal all summer... Half board with drinks in the evening at the lounge for 385 aed for a couple and one child. Went with a bunch of friends and had a great time.

Nice hotel I visited a friend who was staying there and the hotel apartment side was really busy a bit too crowded for my teste but the hotel side was lovely.

It was a convenient location and always had Taxis ready at the door. The rooms were clean and spacious. Good customer service overall. However, the food was not that good. We had breakfast a couple of times there and decided to eat else where.

Has shopping mall, ice skating rink , great pool , Aldawar rotating restaurant, the kitchen restaurant, helios Greek restaurant.. all have spectacular food.. Great service!!!

HiI had a worst anniversary ever thanks to hyatt, Im wondering that this hotel is 5 star hotel, i will make sure to write my review to make it correct to everyone, first of all the room is so small the shower i cant fit in, AC controller not working, coffee machine has no Capsules, the view not in sea view as requested its for construction view. No pool because under repairing only have pool which my compound pool is much cleaner than this pool, and even when i went there they told us we have to get our own towel, I was planning to have something special with my wife and it was really special. But in a very bad way, the room doesnt have even tissue box

A famous place to stay in Dubai, if you want to see the Sea-sight from your room then it is excellent to stay this hotel. If you want to live with your family then the galleria has a home arrangement with a reasonable price. A nice kitchen with all equipment including a washing machine is available in the apartment. I recommend this place for everyone.

I paid for an “ocean view”, it is not! It’s a commercial port with construction going on. It’s not on the beach and the website pictures are very misleading. I checked out of my other place Tryp Hotel thinking I would get a better room/view, but mistake. It’s not a nice area. I do not recommend it!

Currently staying at Hyatt Regency Deira Hotel, Dubai for a total of 3 weeks and as a frequent visitor to the Hyatt Group Hotels we have always experienced amazing services. While being a Globalist with the Hyatt Group and visited many Hyatt Hotels, the quality of services at this property has really been standing out as of late. Everytime we come to Dubai, we stay at this hotel or appartment complex. Although its an older complex, the rooms are very clean, they have a great Club Lounge with a greater offer than most Club Lounges I have been to, it’s a walking distance to the metro station, there is an Spa, Tenniscourt and Gym available.They have outstanding staff members who have been providing us with an unforgettable and amazing experience. In this matter we would like to thank Mr. Chiman, Ms. Maria, Ms. Carol, Ms Ayesha of the Regency Club, Mr. Balam of the Food & Beverage Department, Mr. Ram and Mr. Ramesh of Housekeeping and Ms. Adulna & Mr. Josef of the Bar.

I cant comment on the hotel rooms but the Al Dawar revolving restaurant is still a unique place to view that corner of dubai, and the buffet is pretty good too.

The review is on the Hyatt galleria hotel apartments. We lived in the 2 bedroom hotel apartment for 4 days.Facilities:Wifi: Our booking through agoda was wifi inclusive! But initially they asked us to pay for wifi! On questioning over the issue the receptionist checked on our booking and agreed. In this era even the cheapest hotel gives you free wifi and this is Hyatt!!!Apartment: the rooms were good and cozy! With good view! they have managed to give most of the facilities when it comes to an apartment, which includes dishwasher, Washing machine, microwave, griller, refrigerator and all the decent stuff u need. But for every extra need you have request the House keeping.We found a cockroach in the kitchen!!Parking: They dont have an underground parking! The cars are to be parked outside in the hot Sun! Everytime You ll have to walk to car for nearly 5-7 mins!Staff: Most of the staff are uncooperative and arrogant!The house keeping department is pathetic! They have no courtesy to talk! The most unwelcoming staff I have ever encountered!They back answer and straight forwardly tell that they cant change the bedspreads even when requested.They are very miserable when it comes to toiletries and towels!The waiter at the breakfast buffet screamed at a little girl to be quiet!Swimming pool: A very small pool and overly crowded!Ambience: Good .Overall the place is good! But the staff needs to work on their hospitality! Would definitely not recommend this place! Its quite overpriced for all that they offer!

Stayed for a week in the hotel with family & the experience was outstanding. Staff was really helpful & food was mind blowing. Location is quite convenient & cabs can be arranged quickly. Well connected to metro if you want to explore using public transport. If you are Gold lover then Gold Sukh is around 1 km from this place. Recommend to anyone visiting Dubai for first time.

Probably the worst hotel I ever stayed at as far as cleanliness and service provided specially the duty manager Emad Ramadan. Very rude when he received feedback he started to scream that no one can raise there voice at him and he is manager so I need to know how to speak with him. I’m a quality environment and safety director for a major company in the country of Jordan and always carry my self respectfully and I’m being yelled at by the hotel that I paid money to stay at and enjoy my trip. It is disheartening the level of service compare to the service we get at the Minneapolis Hyatt. My wife is pregnant and we waited 2 hours for food and was also wrong order so we decided to cancel reservation and leave but hotel staff insisted that because we were in the room waiting for food because their restaurant close before it’s time to close they charged us for a full night stay. DON’T GO THERE WAST OF YOUR MONEY

They exchange upgrades for reviews in Trip Advisor... sounds a good deal... but .. u need to do the review during the check-in before u see anything in the hotel... for the price and location is very basic hotel, very very packed breakfast room. I dont really recomend even with the upgrade scheme.

The property is really good in terms of Room (Price wise) . Though Buffet breakfast was not up to the mark .Real bad .Pool side Bar is really nice .This property is near to Bur n Diera , so easy access to local market and Indian restaurants. Staff was courteous and really helpful.

Galleria Residence is a great place for family with spacious apartment with washing machine and kitchen. The only thing is wrong that they advertise under Hyatt 5 stars which is not really true. The room service and other amenities are limited unlike the hotel part. However you can access to the health club and pool and other part of the hotel easily.

Excellent service, excellent staff specially the restaurant ,It has very wide variety of breakfast buffet with good quality and large quantity, The stuff was very helpful.We liked the tea time it was sufficient and variable. The hotel has many free activities to do sauna, jacuzzi and steam room. Even the swimming pool isnt so large but we enjoyed our time there. generally we liked our experience there.

Made a reservation for a colleague on MakeMyTrip and had the booking confirmation. But to our surprise, our colleague when contacted the hotel they said the booking is pending and the rates were wrong. Isn’t that your job to make sure the rates are updated in the booking websites? So we had to cancel it.So when we cancelled, one Tyson Machado from Hyatt contacted saying booking is canceled. So of there was no confirmed booking, why on earth would you say it’s cancelled now?That’s an extremely low quality of professionalism right there. Now wonder why the number 1 star reviews are increasing. Keep it up, once no customers there, you can close down the hotel and stop worrying about it totally right?

We booked an apartment for 6 nights the night before. When we arrived on time , we had to wait one and half hour to check in even though it wasnt that busy. Once we got to our apartment, the apartment was missing a lot of essential things. We had to call the reception for every single item. When i asked the reception why there are things missing, the receptionist said, that they forgot to put the essential stuff in the room. Me calling for the water, tissues, etc.. continued till i left. I would leave this hotel but they had no refund policy. so once you pay, you cant get your money. Hyatt Regency is a famous hotel and them NOT HAVING FREE WIFI WAS RIDICULOUS!!!!

Last time found nice outdoor area on a level 2.Indoor GYM and outdoor running track, some equipment for workout, pool, cafeteria.Just remind for the Ice-rink with an amazing and experienced trainer Vladimir (English, Russian), shopping options and the Hotel itself:) Close to the sea (fresh air). Beach is a subject to check as its in a port area
