Nice hotel, and nice and clean rooms, good thing about this hotel is its nice location, airport is clearly visible, food was OK and so was the staff. nice ambiance inside, please take care of your belongings here as there are many frequent guest.

The staff are unbelievably friendly and helpful. Ajesh went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and was a pleasure! The hotel however is very run down and the bathrooms in the room really need to be refurbished. I hate to complain because the people were so nice (especially ajesh) but there is work to be done on the rooms, I also did not have hot water

First I know for a fact that these reviews are scam.1. The air conditioning in the whole hotel is very bad.2. The entire floor we stayed is smells like smoke.. we have too kids and they refused to change our room.3. The sheets and the comforters and pillows were moist from the humidity.4. We had to run the water for almost 15 min to get warm water.5. I attached the view they gave us.6. The fridge was not working.7. The staff are very unprofessional. I had to ask the maintenance guy to leave the room multiple times!!! But he kept talking.8. On breakfast my kid didnt finish his plate and they refused to let us take it .. I believe they prefer to waste this food instead.9. The room was dirty.. specially the bathroom it was filthy.10. At night the lights are very low and very depressing.11.The bedsheets were dirty as you can see in the picture.So this was the worst hotel we stayed in. And cant believe it is a 4 star !!!!!Our 2 days vacation was absolutely ruined because of your misleading pictures and reviews.

We have been in this hotel for 12 nights. Staff members are welcoming and helpful. Mr Ramesh is kind and happy to help and specially Mr Selva at the front door is very helpful that predicts your needs.The reception people were also welcoming and they printed some papers for us for free.Our room was clean with a daily good room service. Also, the pool and gym are well equipped.The hotel sight is near to metro, day to day and city center.The only thing that I think can be improved is the room light which is a little dark at night.

The worse experience I have had in Dubai. Many unfortunate things happened in my accommodation:The room refrigerator didnt work, I called the service room after a long period the technical man came with the dirtiest suit and shoes (you can see the feet track on the photos). He presented to fix it. I put my foods and everything get rotten because technically it didnt fix. When I made a complaint, they said you cant keep food there cause it is a mini bar, While my friend bought the same items and kept them in the same hotel!For breakfast you only have few options and for dinner you have maximum 4 options.Regarding the hospitality it is worse than 2 stars hotel. For every request in the restaurant or wherever you have to wait or call a lot till find someone! What ever stars it has, this hotel doesnt deserve 4 stars! Dont waste your money.

My stay in Copthorne hotel Dubai Deira City Centre was amazing. The staff was incredibly helpful. The rooms were very clean. Thanks to narsa . The food was sooo delicious. It has perfect location - the metro station is in 3 minutes on foot, the supermarket in across the street.You won’t be wrong if you choose it for your stay in Dubai. I strongly recommend it!!!

I had the best of experience, I met Adam and Renuka a front line manager who also was helpful. The hotel is near the city centre and I made shopping. The hotel is also close to the airport.

I stayed at the Copthorne hotel for work in May 2021. Each morning I went for breakfast Ramesh went out of his way to be very polite and courteous. He helped my father in law who was on crutches get breakfast each morning.The hotel is very clean, the rooms are large, excellent view creek side and the pool and gym facilities are fantastic. All of the staff are very polite and attentive.

Service : fantastic. Thanks to the front desk and the entire hotel service men and women. My parents are staying there for two weeks. The ppl at the hotel have been so supportive to all requests.Couple of problems :A. The rooms are dark. The lights are not sufficient and that influence on what impact the room might have on you. In a simple word, its stressful.B. The shower/bathtub is not safe for old ppl like my parents. Any incident would be unforgettable. Shower, plus bath tub is probably a better option.C. The hotel is too far from tourist attractions. There are metro lines and buses which you can use, but the distance is too long.I would recommend staying in this hotel, to younger ppl, not older ones

This is one of the humble hotel I would definitely come back too in the near future. The food is marvelous and the service is undeniable. Overall experience was good. As per my booking I was provided a standard non-smoking room, however upon the hotel room had a strong smell of cigarettes. Upon request I was given another room. The door lock for this room malfunctioned and had to call maintenance to gain access to this room.The management was cooperative and understood the inconvenience and upgraded my room to a full suit for the remainder of my stay. Initially this was a great inconvenience as I was travelling for about 4 hours to get to my destination.The hotel restaurant called the Crystal Restaurant had great customer service. Ramesh who is one of the waiters who works here is a hardworking and a proactive individual. He provided great services and went over and beyond his duty to satisfy the customer.
