We stayed in the hotel for one month. The quality of the services are excellent, the food is extraordinary. The staff are all great towards clients. Amna the lady at the restaurant perfectly understood the needs of my old father. Once, I observed her handling an aggressive client skillfully and professionally. And Hanna the new staff is also admirable, she is polite and very attentive to customers needs.The room attendant, Ismael, made my father to feel at home. He calls him uncle and some times papa and papa smiles back. All his manners are professional.Best western hotel! Keep it up!

It was an amazing experience . Very helpful and informative staffs got a lot of patience and highly professional. especially in the reception Mrs Haidee, Mylene and Jimmy did a great service.

Rooms reeks of smoke 🚬 ... after requesting to switch, staff advised me there is no odor and must be something wrong with my nose 👃... so I pointed out multiple cigarette buds laying outside the window... sofa is filthy I wouldnt dare to put my cloth on it... towels full of holes and treads coming apart... speaking of towels you only get one and if you dare to request more the staff will interrogate how many people you have and why you need additional towels and will bring you ONE more in an hour... maybe... that is if you remind them in half an hour... fridge doesnt cool, but overheats... and so far the first hotel in Dubai that I came across that charges for parking... oh and if someone from mngt reading this... plz hire some additional help for the front desk... they are understaffed and overworked. Definitely not coming back 👎

I think this hotel has the best view in the whole of Dubayi.Its like magic when you look out of the window during the night or day.During the day the sight of boats moving through the Abra lake is so lively.During night the star studded buildings will keep your fixed to windows for really really long time.

My stay experience there was very good. room is clean and housekeeping staff are nice. Only the lady restaurant staff on the breakfast buffet is unproffesional. She dont know how to greet guest when i was there every morning and shes also rude. But overall i will come back again to stay for my holiday

A very poor experience.The mini fridge had nerve worked or the management had founded an alternative.Food & Beverage is limited to Asian Cuisine only at all meals.Front and Back of the house try their best to assist whenever they can.However, no genuine hospitality. Needed more training and quality assurance.Room are spacious along with bathroom. Therefore, few facilities are missing- or not replaced.

Visited Haji Ali for a quick bite. The sandwitches were yummy.

Its terrible!14 days hosting and only one time they vacuum my room carpet. No good cleaning. Managers attitude is very bad and he is almost inaccessible.There are only 2 waitress with great attitude: Vani and Anabella. I think that they must be working in a better hotel: V & A, thanks for making me feel good in that worse hotel that I have been staying in my life.

The word of the day is cleanliness. This place is a dump and has roaches. Four stars??? How much did you pay to become a four star hotel?

Overall its a great hotel if you take creek side room. The checkin experience was bad; all other interactions were good with supportive staff.

Its a decent hotel but has alot of small annoying things.the house cleaning kept missing alot used cutlery that was obviously placed for disposal,the bathroom rug was always taken but never replaced,and the door to my room needed alot of force that I had to change rooms cause it was so annoying the second room I got had beds that sunk in the middle and the double bed was actually to mattress put together rather than one whole bed it had its perks but the cons outweighed them I guess 4stars doesnt really mean much these days also the mini fridge kept anything cold and in one of the rooms I changed to I didnt work at all

I stayed here for 7 nights (28th Jan to 5th Feb) with family. We booked two rooms for family.It’s horrible service at the hotel. Don’t expect good response from reception. You will get damaged AC, iron box, refrigerator, etc in the room and reception is not bothered about whatever communication / complaint you make.They have a nice location with extremely bad service.

Buffet here is so good . We have all type of food starting from starters till the desert. Affordable buffet with endless food.

This is the first hotel I have stayed (and I stay in many) where I felt the service was pretty poor. To start with the receptionist pretty much talked us out of paying for hotel parking as she repeatedly advised that it was expensive at aed50 a night. The concierge made comment to my husband that we were paying only a fraction of the cost for a room. Well actually we did not negotiate the cost of the room we paid the advertised price. And we would have spent a great deal more at the hotel had the roof top bar offered to take my cash or at the very least explained I could have the larger bill changed to smaller cash at reception. Rejecting to serve me due to having no change, I just went elsewhere. Then the phone in our room had a button labeled “room service” of which I attempted to order however apparently this is not room service and you need to call a different number. Again I just ate elsewhere. So I’m sorry but all in all the hotel was lovely and clean, well kept and comfortable to sleep in but the service could have been much much better.

The reception staff are completely unhelpful and do not smile. Delay in checking in and checking out. Starting at eleven oclock, the inconvenience begins with calling you and sending staff to leave the room and when it is two hours late they want me to pay fifty dirhams because of the delay and they do not allow you to leave the hotel and they want to quarrel with you And their voices are loud and they also tell you if you want to complain, you can complain, we do not care. Even the hotel manager was not able to do anything with them, I had never seen anything like that before and also they asked you about the passport and you had an Emirati ID card. They gave me a room different from my previously booked room, and when I refused that the reservation data was changed without my consent or my knowledge. A lot of trouble in this hotel, as the most important thing that distinguishes my room and raises its price over the price of a room with the view of the city is the view of the creek and the Khalifa Tower and views of the utmost magnificence and beauty in Dubai, but the window is very small and covered with dust and completely unclear where I lost this feature. I lost a lot of time to be helped by the Response staff. The furniture is old and not at the level of development of Dubai and its first leadership in the world in many fields, the most important of which are tourism and hotels..Wi-fi is very slow and breaks down a lot..Face wash basin is clogged and filled with dirty water and the small refrigerator was also not working .. But the maintenance team had excellent experience, and when they got to the room, they fixed everything well. But I couldnt rest during all that time. Shower equipment and room cleanliness are also excellent. The cleaning workers are very good experience and they are smiling فلق

Hotel overall good , 4star but 3star facility only available, we stayed at 11th floor room 05,with foul smell during AC on , maintenance people cant rectify problem properly, spa not working, breakfast not bad, good creak view, good 3 lifts, gym ok, staff ok

Understanding staff, proximity to commercial center of Deira, the full view of the creek a pool at the roof which is about the 16th floor, the famed breakfast buffet -pre covid 19 all make the hotel stand out.

The hotel is really great for the price, it is in a very convenient location, has a nice pool on the rooftop with very nice panoramas. It has beds with good quality cotton linen, that gives great sleep quality. The one nag was that we got a non-smoking room smelling with cigarette smoke.

It has a great view of the creek and the sea at the far end from the roof top both day and night and also from the high rooms. I highly recommend it. You will not regret making this choice ever :) have fun.

Very good and lively environment, almost 24 hour waterfront life, each time I look through the window late in the night, people are moving up and down the coast. Behind is a very large safe and organised market where you can get any thing you can think of. Never a dull moment. The breakfast and dinner are very rich though I thought it was free, when I complained, I was given 60% discount. A very good place to be.

The hotel requires some TLC. Breakfast is a plus and the restaurant staff are very welcoming. However, the reception staff need training on customer service. They are ride to say the least. The rooms have a never ending musty smell but the night view towrds the Creek is marvelous

This could have been a one star review if it wasnt for the way the manager handled it. Check in took way too long but the manager was very apologetic and offered me an upgrade. Great location, good for crossing the Dubai creek in the Abra, great experience. The rooms need a upgrade. Breakfast gets very busy at times there are no tables available, get a table before you get your breakfast.

I would give this hotel ZERO stars if I could. The service is beyond appalling. The rooms smell. The plates at breakfast all had stains. The shower door wasn’t working on our first night there. The general service at the hotel is very slow.The lady who checked us in named Abby was extremely rude, had no customer service etiquette at all. Parking and the airport shuttle all come with an additional charge. My first and last visit here. Would not recommend this hotel.

The rooms are clean and up-to-date.Insufficient tables on floor M for breakfast. The guests are running around with their places and nowhere to sit. The hotel is 15-floor and only about 30 tables at the restaurant... The staff is friendly, but failed to bring tissues to the table when asked.If you ask advise on how to get somewhere the only answer is TAXI, why not metro if its in 2 minutes walk?And one more minus: musty odour in the room. Had to open windows despite the heat.The Roof: all furniture is stained and wore into holes.. not the best impression

Great value for money. The room was clean and tidy. Basic amenities were provided in the room. The staff was courteous and helpful. The buffet breakfast was great but I found that the restaurant was short of manpower to handle the crowd for breakfast. The WiFi strength and speed was good. The view from the room was good. Good location to access the market near by. Will definitely recommend it as its budget friendly with good standards.

Its an ordinary hotel 🏨 with a high price. The view of the hotel is super but other services are just ok. In the same price range there are other good hotels available with a complimentary breakfast.

Very nice hotel if you want to stay near from Dubai old town and the old souq where you enjoy the old traditions and culture. The atmosphere is nice with Greek views and many floating restaurants taking you around the Greek. There is no parking and you will face some difficulties find a spot for your car.

Booked table for 12 people and requested to keep the table ready from 7pm which they did even though we were late to arrive!! Kebabs very nice, overall good Food, value for money. Suggest to add some soft drinks to the menu. Other wise all good.
