This place made my Dubai stay more welcoming and pleasant.Hotels interior Ambiance and environment is so pleasant.They have this soft ambiant and uplifting music playing all around the hotel and its just so relaxing.Rooms were nicely presented and all the amenities were provided.Staff including the house keeping staff was nice and friendly.Rooms come with a lobby of city views from one side of the hotel and pool + city views from other side.Has Pool, gym and spa for more leisure and relaxation.Absolutely loved the stay here.Recommended 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

My stay at Time Oak was phenomenal. The rooms are clean and very comfortable...each room has a balcony. Best of all, each room has an assigned housekeeping staff who is just a phone call away. The price, service and facilities was value for money.

During the lunch hours while it was scorching heat outside, the temperature inside The Al Bal Lounge was very comfortably maintained. This added to the superb food offered in the buffet.Lamb shank was excellent, tender and tasty.Covid protocols are also strictly followed. There is a staff standing alert to serve food from the buffet.Not to forget the mouth watering selection of desserts.

Best, budget friendly hotel. The rooms have a balcony, and they are very clean. Every guestroom has an assigned housekeeping person who is just a phone.call away. There is a coffee lounge in reception and a great restaurant there too.The location is also very convenient. I loved every moment of my stay.

70s salon over there is good and had a great sports massage. Masseuse Wico (hope I spelled correctly) was great professionally and friendly. Had a warm welcoming too.

Beautiful hotel, very very very clean, staff super polite, everything is available and it is a green hotel. Love the pool and the walk next to it. I only hope they can fix they gazebo so that its a cafe or a store or just looks better.

Loved the place and atmosphere. Gorgeous pool area and beautiful view from the Pool area. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly and very helpful!

The location of the hotel is good, there are shops nearby. The staff is friendly. The rooms have big balcony, which is nice. However, the rooms are not that clean and well maintained. The room had old smell, and in the corridor was a very loud music during daytime. I like usually, when there is music in hotel corridors, but it should be very low, so it just touches your ear, but not that you hear it from your room. The bathroom was very small. The view from our room was good, but there are rooms with potential bad views. Another important drowback to mention, the pool looks attractive, but it opens from 9 only , and in the afternoon it is so full, that impossible to find a slot. I guess because they are selling groupon vouchers for their pool access, and the hotel gusts are the ones suffering from this. We stayed 2 nights but couldnt go to the pool even once on the sunny time to get tanned. Also the hotel is a dry hotel. There are pubs in the nearby buildings though.So overall, the location is good, and if you are looking for just a place to sleep in, that its ok. But nothing special

Its really nothing special, if you want to go explore JLT in a place thats pretty cheap then this is it.The room isnt all that great, the parking situation is a mess and generally doesnt feel like a proper hotel if you want to stay in for a relaxing time or something like that, its just a good place for a quick shopping stop and then you go back to the grind.

Very clean, well kept and the staff has been extremely helpful and accommodating. We wanted to warm up some left overs from lunch and they brought a microwave to our room. The breakfast was great also. If you can add to your stay you wont be disappointed. I had a basic room and the TV wasnt great but thats not why Im here anyway. So far very satisfied with our stay.

Waves Pool and Welcome DrinkI would definitely recommend staying at Time OAK Hotel. The swimming pool is large there is a lot of space for both children and adults. Jacuzzi, sunbeds and towels and the whole pool area is clean and importantly, I want to be here and the music creates an atmosphere of relaxation. Extra bonus for a hotel with such a great location. The service was good, the room size was great, the hotel was very clean, the rooms are a little dated but all in all I had a great stay. Unfortunately I was there during strict Covid protocol so couldnt use the pool and gym. I had an issue with the fridge which was promptly changed out.

Nice hotel luxury rooms located in the most comfortable and pleasant atmosphere having no traffic no signal close to the three big Road.

Its a suites hotel so the rooms are huge. Spotlessly clean. Good breakfast. Its dry but theres a bar in the Byblos across the road. Id happily go again.

Had been to the Mugs and Munch Cafe . Cozy ambience and good Vibe. The coffee was good but the cake was a little too cold. Good place to spend the time with friends. Also been here for a Friday Brunch at Pranzo restaurant, selected menu bur good food.

It was my day off and needs a spare time to just chill and read some of my poetry book. The place was okay and got a good cup of coffee and pastry. Good place to chill with a friend.

Wonderful hotel and suites. The rooms are very spacious and the amenities are amazing. Fully functional gym and a play place for the whole family to relax and cool off.We had a really good time here so I can say it is definitely a place to visit again and again.The staff are so professional and warm as they make you feel at home and welcome in Dubai.The food is also very tasty - eat breakfast like a king and order lunch and dinner that will make you ask for more.If you are looking for a time away from the rat race and the hustle, Dubai is the place and Time Oak is your home away from home.Enjoy.

Visited a friend here - ambience looked great!! Beautiful for a quiet get-away with that significant other.Only turn off for me was that it seemed far (walk) from the restaurants and fun activities around.

Tried out the carrot cake and pistachio cake at Mugs &Munch and I really liked it. They have a range of teas you could try. I tried the green tea with jasmine flavoring and it was refreshing. They also have a high tea for Aed48 everyday from 3:30pm -5:30pm.

Tried their restaurant Pranzo and I was amazed at how good their food was. Prices are not that expensive plus the interior and services was excellent. Would recommend for a small get together with friends or family.

TIME Oak was our oasis after a bad spell with a nearby property. Theres literally nothing negative to share, it was perfect. We both wished wed spent a day less sightseeing just to enjoy the room!

The spa is great value for money

We recently visited Dubai from Australia over the Christmas and New Year and stayed at the hotel. We were a family of 6, so we stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment which had a lot of rooms ,an a bonus 4th bedroom. During the New Year celebrations, we could see all the fireworks from the balcony, that took place in the major attractions. We felt very at home, because all the staffs were very professional and loving. The buffet was amazing, it had a lot of choices for all ages. The rooms were cleaned everyday. My oldest son loved the gym and the sauna. The children cant wait to be back and well definitely stay in this hotel again, on our next visit, which will be very soon. The pool is good, because its for all ages and there is always a life guard that is very alert and dedicated. There is an grocery shop, that has everything you can think of, that will be useful when cooking in the room, our just heating something up in the microwave. I can go on and on.......good job all of you and thanks for making our stay beautiful.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The check-in took long time about 15 min, but it worth the cheap price.There is free car parking in the basement.My son liked the outdoor and indoor kids playground. The swimming pool is good and there is kids pool and jacuzzi. I tried also the steam room.I liked the room its look new, but the prices of the hotel restaurant are expensive.

I had a great stay. Reception team upgraded my room as I arrived early morning and they did not charge me for early arrival which is very appreciated. The restaurant employees and ***agers are great and would do anything to make you satisfied. The best thing in this hotel the location with easy access to dubai marina. Very good value for money.

Very nice overall stay of 6 weeks at this hotel. Rooms regularly cleaned and fresh towels provided. Decent restaurant downstairs. Food delivery from out side venues needs to be collected from the car park but that’s understandable.Would recommend if working in Tecom.

Definitely a 2 star hotel. Bad breakfast with a really low variation. The staff is very polite. You have to wait at least 10 minutes for the elevator. Since there was only one working. I had to make three phonecalls and wait one hour for the iron.

Staff is great place is great room is excellent but a bit old furniture. Location is excellent and close to everything. Hotel reception needs work. They dont answer quickly and not enough to cater for demand.

This is my second time in this hotel. Hotel is cleaned and sanitized.

I visited them for Mug & Munch Cafe. Overall everything was excellent. Starting from parkings no struggle at all I stopped my car in front of the door exactly. Then to the ambiance was so relaxing & quiet, great place to release all your day tension there. I loved the decor so modern & chic. The tiramisu cake was super excellent. I vote for them they have the best Tiramisu. I loved this cafe. It will be my always first option. Thanks a lot.

Nice hotel with almost all facilities .. from gym, pool to mini shopping bar. Nicely designed rooms are very comfy and the balcony view (if you get a rear side room) is a treat to your eyes, especially if u like high rise buildings. Other key point is regarding breakfast - lot of options there to make sure you are get all full and charged up for the day. Enjoy !!

We had a nice stay at the hotel. The suite was lovely except that it obviously had not been let for a while and was not of a good clean standard. You can get the metro in less than 10 minutes walking distance. Definitely worth for money and what it have to offer.
