Nice and secure accommodation in the middle of Deira. Very suitable for window shopping and wholesale shopping as well

Staff was good .Rooms are very avrage and we found insects in the room. and no basic Things provided by Hotel

New Avon Hotel. Is a very nice place to be and they service is very decent. I like it and i love Dubai. Dubai is a great city in the world. I will always visit Dubai.

Well I recommend this place only for person coming on business trips. Not for tourist. However staff was friendly. Very helpful and cooperative.

Not recommended to any one, worst place, very dirty, stainful wall and even bed sheet is dirty, remote of A/C and TV was so sticky, balcony was worst cant stand for a minute,fridge is so dirty and smelly cant put any thing in it, main issue is to much hot water it will burn your skin and yes dirty bathroom also, lift is to scary, noisy, compact and give feeling like it will crash in a minute , and yes hotel surroundings is not good for family especially.dont choice this hotel ever dont waste your money its not cheap you can have a better one in same prize.selecting 1 star to post it otherwise this hotel dont deserve even a single star

Only suitable for thrifty and non-obscene tourists. The hotel is located in the Indian quarter, the color is appropriate. Entrance to the alley. In the room everything is sham-filled, the lock on the balcony door is broken, the telephone and the water in the shower does not go well. There are still cockroaches. During the 7 days of our stay, they never cleaned the room, the bedding and towels were not changed accordingly. From the good there is a bed, hot water and air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Metro 5 minutes walk.
