Very OrdinaryReception man staff is very rudeDon’t have AC Control, no stopper on the doorTV was not workingAnd having a trouble to connect WiFi in IPhone.Mainly they will block your passport during your stay period .... Really !That was pathetic 👎

Good location,calm area,advise for bachelor only(this is from my point of view) hotel meal are very affordable and tasty.Room are clean but little small also bathroom.Soap,shampoo and towels available.Fridge is big,Tv available.No card access regular key.No coffe kettle.

Worst place to stay at ever I regret it so badly even tho it was cheap but it’s not worth it at all it’s so bad they have cockroaches in the bathroom no water nor tissues smells like smoke the furniture is so dirty & ruined there’s no view outside the window & on top of all of this no parkings available (had an issue with it personally I called beforehand to ask about the parking they informed me that they have free parking then when I arrived i was informed to pay for it) also rude receptionists!!

One of worst hotel I have ever stayed.... No basic amenities of AC,wifi ,no lift service.Too much of bed bugs found in hotel rooms ,and wardrobes... No hospitality etiquettes found in the hotel staff especially the Receptional staffs. Worst part is that, your Passport to be handed over to them until you check out. There is night dance bar nuisance at the hotel ground floor premises.. So kindly family and couples BEWARE !!!!!!!

Too Small room a/c cant control voice and temperature....i give you 1 star not good....

Nice Room. The only thing which was lacking is slippers. Cleanliness was good and overall nice in budget.

Very pooor hotel. Money vise costly Wifi signal is fully available but you cant use internet because there is only Wi-Fi modem no internet access

Fair two stars! I remember warm water only once for three days. Without exceptional hearing skills, on the fourth floor, I could hear everything from the ground floor club. If you open a window you can enjoy a noise from ventilation 24/7. A/C was good, could blow you away with the lowest speed. Food.. well 2 stars, at least they had fruit salad.Metro is 100 meters away, which is great. The neighbourhood cant be described as nice, but there are some groceries and big shopping mall, Gold and Spices markets are in 15min walk distance.

Very bad hotel ... We stayed for 3 nights there is no house keeping and no service unstable internet no control for AC uncleen no parking .... I dont recommend it

Good and bad.Internet sucks, I never before realised YouTube has an option for streaming 144p! 😲Having the room cleaned may take 2 or 3 days but it is cleaned well.Staff are friendly, but I stayed for a month and the entire time they couldnt change me to a room with a double bed, I had to stay in a tiny single bed feeling like a prisoner wondering where my cell mate is in the empty single bed next to me.All first world problems lol

We checked in before 12mn and left also next morning around 8am. Good thing we stayed for this much time only.The loaction is good, near malls, restaurants, union metro.First thing we didnt like was the hotel dont have any free parking, there was no space also to park near the hotel, so we dont have choice to park in a private parking that i think connected from royalton also. it was 50dirhams i think, and we only stay for less than 8hrs.Me & my husband room was still good & spacious, but the room of my parents was not good, there is no enough space and very small. Things inside hotel are old also and not well maintained.

Room are average. Just okay for stay. Easy access to metro, restaurants, mall etc...

It is the wosrt 2 star hotel you can ask for. Even inns and hostels are better than this. the beds were uncomfortable and dirty. the doors locks didnt work. the breakfast was aweful. we were here for business for 3 nights and the noise of the clubs drove us crazy and when we asked the reception to give us a room on upper floors he claimed there were none empty. but there was! a total waste of money.

Not recommended at all ,no cleaning rooms till u request , bad environment(4 night clubs and bar) in this small building hotel, poor shower and hot water, bed mattress very uncomfortable .th only good thing it is near to union metro station

In the heart of the city. ,,3 night clubs and a bar. Very busy hotel. Tourists come in and out like bees. Very lively place. Very quiet too

Narro and old style rooms. No safe/lockers in rooms. There are cieling fans in rooms instead of powerful air conditioning system. Beds and mattress also not so large and good. Rent these rooms if u just want to save money but have a place to sleep. P.s. wifi is good here and it is still better then some 2 star hotels

I am rating zero star for the surprisingly bad behaviour at the bar. They just dont care to serve well.. Room is just ok..Not too bad..Families, avoid this place at any costs.. I would recommend to stay away..

Management of this hotel consists with bunch of crooks. They always try to do gouging, give miss leading info. If any one talks to the manager it wont do any good. Managers are involved in ililligal practices. They forcibly try to keep ur passports, may be pass on sensitive info of the customer to gangs an criminals.

Its a bit far from metro.. the room is crowded the bathroom is dirty..the bed is not comfortable. the ac is low.. the tv have little channels to choose from.

First time i feel board stay on hotel because of ac.they ask more money even u book .they ask more 120 dirham . No have sleeper no have coffee cattle. No have ac remote .every second feel board

Royalton Is An Ideal Option For Those Who want To stay Closer To Deira Who doesnt Like The Busy And Voice Of A Market But Still Want To Have Some Purposes the Following Day.It is Closer By Union Metro Station Even Make you Closer To Red and Green Lines.
