Sleek, classy, & modern. Beds are very comfortable. Rooms are well kept, smells great IF NOT on the smoking floor and your neighbor is smoking. I didnt think to request non-smoking floor since Im not accustom to it any longer in the U.S. Great views, delicious restaurants, great bathrooms with luxury Armani hair & body care products.

Excellent would be an understatement for the beautiful Armani Hotel, I had an leg injury and I couldn’t walk that particular night but from the entrance to exit everything they did for me. I got the best hospitality I could imagine.We had booked a table for me and my wife for atmosphere lounge on her bday eve and the entrance is through Armani Hotel. I had seen a few pics but trust me the pics is nothing compared to the real view of this hotel. Loved everything from the huge chandeliers to exuberant decors in the hallway.Maybe I’ll book their rooms next time for a staycation.Highly recommend this place for everyone.

Wonderful experience but they cut a lot of the value added services from the room I guess to cut cost /: too bad.The suites are starting to age a bit, most noticeable in the bathroom.

This place is incredible. Very sleek modern European design for the rooms and everything is perfect. Cannot explain how great it is here! I wish I was able to upload videos because their 7/8th floor rooms with balconies are amazing! The view to the fountain is way better from up here 😉 worth the money!

Armani Hotel has changed to the worst! Rooms aren’t clean like used to be three years ago. I was shocked since this is my second time staying at Armani. Don’t get me wrong still staff could be nice, but the services are so bad. Also the breakfast place staff are super rude and unhappy to serve your food. I would not recommend people to stay at Armani unless their company paying for it. Do not waste your money at this hotel, until they Improve their services. The only benefits you could have from this hotel is that close to Dubai mall with 2-5 minutes walk. Also some of their staff looking down to some host based on nationality.

Here are some glimpses-Its a 5 star hotel located next to The Dubai Mall at the world’s tallest building Burj Khalifa… stay was excellent beautiful interior so welcoming beautiful view so well maintained standards ver particular about the guests … we had taken a connecting room for kids which was also amazing … they have swimming pool which is small but good for kids it’s clean and attended… morning breakfast was amazing with buffet and also menu was provided…Felt like bit over priced but it’s good to enjoy the luxury and relaxed staycationFor more videos follow my instagram @munch_freak

Came over for a coffee with some friends and Id like to especially highlight the friendly welcome by Vida who gave us some orientation about the hotel while walking us to the lobby lounge.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with this hotel. I guess the only good thing in this hotel is the location. We booked what was to be considered one of the best rooms with a huge balcony and sadly the bedroom had a strong smell of cigars and the walls were all stained with splash of alcohol or some kind of weird liquid which looks pretty bad for the room, and it looks like it hadn’t been cleaned properly… The service is bad too, when we checked out we complained to the front desk expecting that the manager would at least come and apologize or speak to us. He was extremely rude to the front desk lady when she went back to speak with him, which she felt very uncomfortable.

Went to Armani Amal. Nice food. Good view. Lovely staff and good ambience. Looking forward for next time.

The hotel was extremely good the staff are amazing the concierge helps a lot so u can get recommendations in general it’s too class hotel and we had our suite on the 7th floor look directly to the fountain show and we had a huge balcony

I had lunch at the Armani Restaurant and the food was delicious with excellent service. The Golden Cappuccino covered with eedible gold was superb.

I enjoyed my stay. The food is amazing and the view, beautiful. I will love to come back. Excellent customer care.

What I like about the hotel:🟡 A location of the hotel is amazing; you get a different card to enter the Dubai mall directly (pretty unique experience, feels like you are a superstar 😀)🟡 hotel is super stylish, the best I’ve visited in Dubai (I went to Address Sky, One&Only Palm); hotel looks like from some sci-fi movie;🟡 nice room with a tablet to control everything in the room;🟡 if you book a hotel room from the official website, you get free tickets to the burj khalifa 124 level, water zoo and vr park(🟡 from the lobby restaurant a good view to the fountains;What I don’t like:🥵 it’s super misleading - easy to get lost on the way to the swimming pool, and especially to the Dubai mall/to find the way from the Dubai mall, it was super confusing , please add more transparency there, to navigate easily, first evening we had to ask 10 times different people how to get to the lobby of the hotel;🥵 service is ok nothing extra;🥵 swimming pool is so tiny and on the 3d floor only;🥵 check your belongings when you check out! They put 3 pieces of baggage in the taxi, the 3d piece wasn’t mine! Good that I checked that and told to remove it from the taxi; that made me feel unsafe and concerned

Visited Armani Lounge for Afternoon tea. Great service and nice ambiance. Sandwiches were ok, desserts were good. Wish they provided more savory items versus desserts- chicken sandwiches and some more veggie options would have been great.

A lavish hotel that was neat and clean. The staff was extremely friendly to me and my family and they greeted us well. A perfect location that is next to the tallest building in the world, Burj Khalifa, and the biggest mall in the world, The Dubai Mall. You can see the fountain out from your balcony and it is a wonderful hotel. Again, the view from the hotel is stunning.

Im sorry but I didnt like it. Its weird. The ambience and the colors are repulsive to me. The rooms are wired too. The location is great. It cant get any better. Inside Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. Also next to the Dubai Opera House. A walk on the neighborhood is also very nice. The restaurant in the lobby is really nice. The coffee shop is a little weird and not fun. The toilets are also weird. Sorry, but thats my honest opinion. Ill enjoy earring at the restaurant but I wont stay in the hotel.

Review for Suhour at Armani Pavilion. Amazing view, amazing quality of food, appreciated that I was given the table number that I requested. However, the food too little for 7 guests. The table was split into two sides with 3 or 4 guests sharing one small serving of humour/moutabel/baba ganoush etc. It was enough for us to be full but food didn’t appear particularly plentiful or generous. In this regard, was quite lacking. It should have been one bowl of each starter between 2, not a group of 4 sharing one small bowl of humous. Felt stingy. Atmosphere fabulous. Service was friendly, but asked for table to be cleaned between courses and it was cleaned with a dry tissue, leaving streaks of food across the table. Expected more from Armani but overall didn’t regret hosting here.

Dissatisfied, the food was not all that great , would not recommend . Would we go again NEVER.

The location, the aestetic, the service standard- everything was as they wished it to have it there.Also the restaurant selection, each one with a great view on the Fountain show, offers a diverse range of flavours.But my personal highlight in the background as an organizer was the service from Vida Rose from the Lifestyle Team. Her service was highly professional, committed from the heart and extremely fast and guest-oriented in the implementation. She always understood special requests and was happy to solve and care for them, sustainably.Also, my boss really appreciated the service from Lilian Liyuan Wang aka Lilian. First time and last time to book this hotel I’m stay in 814 this is hotel for one star it’s possible to be 5 star I spend more than one hour just to tray to go top of Burj Khalifa but no one help finally after one they give me tickets Shame on the armani hotel

This place is amazing if you’re looking to stay in one of the best hotels in Dubai. If you actually STAY all day at the hotel during your Dubai visit, I recommend it. If you plan to go sight seeing all day I think it’s not worth it. The money we spent here we could have spend doing more fun things as we were at the hotel to just sleep.

Very bad customer service.. I came to the lobby lounge to have the golden coffee and I requested to sit next to the window the waiter told me to wait just for 15 min then I will move you but it never happend after many reminders they made excuses its all reserved but many tables were not occupied in the end I just received the answer ohh its cause of covid this is not acceptable even I requested to talk to the manager nothing happend this is not acceptable at all for Armani Hotel!!

I really enjoyed my stay! I was concerned that it would be luxurious beyond practicality but it wasnt! Farook was my check in staff and he went above and beyond each time I spoke with him. He really made my stay even more enjoyable. Right now the hotel has a 200dhms spa credit with your stay. Do yourself a favour and use it! Very relaxing and conveniently located on floor 3 next to the gym. The gym was small considering the size of the building, but the equipment met my needs. Theres a separate lift to access Dubai Mall but its quite a walk.There are many walkways and there is not enough signage once you get off the lifts. However, there is always a staff member available to give you directions or escort you to what youre looking for. Very pleasant experience!

Armani Hotel is something i cant explain in words, I have been there more then 15 times i think if i remember correctly, most of my clients who are staying in Armani they are coming for Horse Race in Dubai, last time i have been visited one of my very regular Indian Pal each time Armani surprises me with best environment, facilities, and so much more. the furniture is killing i loved it and the view OMG obviously its top notch! and this time my Indian Pal became crazy i was watching the view continuously 20 mins cuz he wasnt about to come in an end :p loved the play and view both. if incase you want need a masseuse to have fun and the view together write me on my whatsapp +447452250135 i would love to visit Armani hotel and you. Great service, good food. Rooms where not what we ordered, but the rest were full. Great views as well, but when we arrived there was a rock concert so we couldn’t get enough sleep. We were late to the airport because the hotel driver took us the busy way, other wise this hotel is great!

Living here as a resident is a bit of a pain as the building is old by Dubai standards, but overall experience is 5 star.

Horrible place, it is very noisy cause of the events downstairs. It smells bad and it’s very very dirty. The gym is small and pool has no sun. I was very disappointed, only beautiful from the outside!

Booked 1-night stay, had to wait 40 mins before we got our room. The first room wasn’t cleaned properly and one of the light panel covers dropped. So we moved to the other room with the fountain view.The hotel room was very clean but slightly older and the one who assisted us was friendly.After all, it was an “OK” stay for us but I would only recommend if you want to experience a stay in burj khalifa.
