One of the cheapest Hotels in Dubai. But there service is not so bad. There rooms are huge and well decorated. Its very popular among the visitors in Dubai who want to save their cost. Some people use this as quarantine for 14 days. After all its a good place. Though it has some disadvantages also. Internet isnt good there. But you also have to remember that its a cheap hotel.

The rooms are simple and clean, nothing fancy. The corridor smells amazing. The hotel is located in a good place unless you have your own car. Public transport is pretty accessible. Stayed for 2 days and liked it, there is some work going on in the hotel most probably they are building a restaurant now.

Worst hotel iv ever stayed in and iv stayed in over 100, very dirty, smells weird, noisy, insects, wifi dosnt work.

The place wasnt bad. Definitely not luxurious or so special, but nothing terrible to complain about. Simple and perhaps old furniture, but in working condition. The place was generally clean. Fridge and television included, but I did not find an iron. Location isnt that classy, but it seems perfectly safe. A few mosques nearby and many stores. Something that seemed particularly odd was that visitors are not allowed to visit the guests rooms. Only registered guests can go inside. Overall, not a bad choice if you need a cheap place with a private bed and bathroom.

I have traveled to more than a 300 cities in my life time, never seen worse that this hotel. I spent the the new year night there due to the high pricing of other hotels, I paid 250 $ for 3 beds as we were 3 guests. The future is old, the bathroom ground and the seat as well need fixing, there was only one class, I asked for 2 more, they bring me one that are used with a thick milk layer, he told me to clean it, I asked where is the fridge? It was missing without their knowledge, but I know it just lies. There were 2 people who did not have money so the slept at the only 2 seats in the entrance of the hotel it is not even a lobby. No parking, but there is a paid parking next door. Area are not safe at night.

The hotel is situated in fish Roundabout area, deira. Located among the small shops. From baniyas square metro station, its about 600m. The hotel looks not bad when you go inside. The room looks clean too but when night time, youll be surprised by how many roommates you have. Cockroaches, hundreds of them in the room, especially in the toilet. I advise people to get other hotel instead of this one.

Its in a good location, and 8 minutes walk from the nearest metro. Also comes at a reasonable price. The reason Im not giving it a higher rating is:1. Basic amenities-commode broken, washroom not usable in restaurant, etc.2. Poor service- breakfast served in room in the morning was not changed till night, toilet papers and stuffs are not served in time3. Staffs are totally careless about what I needAnd many more

The place is not so clean, insect everywhere. There is Wifi and its near to metro but still the reality is not like in pictures and the price is expansive comparing to the service

Worse place Ive ever stayed! Checked out after 1 night even though booked for 3. Non-refundable - didnt even care, just wanted to leave! Cockroaches, bed bugs, stains and hairs on the bedding. Noisy corridor throughout the night, can hear people in the other rooms and someone trying to open your door in the middle of the night... Not even worth the cheap price!

Decent room at a very reasonable price. The staff were very courteous. But rooms were not cleaned often enough after the check in.

Cheap but the location is not so good. If you stay here I recommend to move trough the city by metro. (And bring your own towells because they dont provide)

Unhygienic and filled with bad smell. Entered the room on M floor and saw cockroaches running around. Apparently the staff is fine with that and tried to convenience me by saying sir its a 1 star hotel. What do you expect amazing isnt it?

I paid for a cheap hotel discounted offcouse but I didnt expect it to 5th world place. I took a shower and the whole floor was drenched in water..The shower curtain was short.. i called room service for an extra towel to wipe the floor or have then clean it and they refused. The bed was very poor and the box springs was poking my body.. I will never go back to the hotel... this was one night stop over ... Thus hotel us for people who dont care if the room or bathroom is is faulty...Try York Hotel..same price but much better..

The hotel is good if you have a budget. If you have car, not advisable to book here since the area is quite congested and there are no parking space except for the Paid Parking space next to hotel which cost aed 5/hr.The room is clean and the ac was cool, wifi is good. The reception is fair enough to assist us but hair dryer and flat iron is not available.Towels are not ready when we are inside the room, although after i called them they were able to provide it but it took time. If you need a spoon or glass is also not available.The location of the hotel is inside naif area, no taxi available. If you are not open for adventure you will find the place scary but for adventurer and photographers, its a good spot for subject.

Ok for price but dont go there if you expect exceptional customer service. The bed are clean, chairs are broken, there was no water coming in showers one morning lol. Too many stories to tell.

Staffs are not very coordial and interested to give best customer service. Breakfast was not so good. The toilet comode in our room was broken. We were 3 people in 3 beds room but no mouth care kits given. The washroom, basin in breakfast room was so dirty that you will prefer to run away instantly.

Budget accomodation at its best...located at the middle of Deira...nearest to airport and dubai gold souk...friendly staff and the owner...Decent room...good food nearby...cheap and best! We got the triple room for around 130 AED per day via online which is perhaps the cheapest possible rent for a certified one star budget hotel in Dubai! You can get a bus by walking 100 meters and metro is around 500 meters.
