Our stay was not a vacation but lodging between rentals, me and two teenage sons going to school in the area. This could have been a stressful week as we were sharing the one room for sleep, work and play. But the kindness and helpfulness of the staff made it all easy and comfortable. Everyone was nice, but a few special mentions: Lady and Mustafa in reception who patiently and with a smile helped me with every question. A highlight of the stay was the breakfasts where Judith every morning made me feel cared for and positive that all would work out. The cleaning staff was always ready to clean the room whenever it was convenient for me, working around my irregular hours. The hotel is clean and comfortable with the basic amenities and serving good food, but it is the staff that earned it the stars. Thank you.

Amazing service!! As soon as I walked in, Emma was there to help me at the reception on my first day. They were super sweet and helpful right from the start and made sure my stay was perfect. I would also like to mention Peter who was extremely friendly and always helped me with anything. It was my first time in Dubai and premier inn’s staff made it worth it! They helped me finding locations to places I did not know such as currency exchange, markets, and much more and were down to help at any time . I would definitely recommend to plan ur stay here :)

The hotel rooms are big and very clean and neat. The restaurant is not bad with good variety of food. The reception staff are all good. At the first day for check in, Hamza was of great help. In the next day I had to extend my stay so Zankrit and Peter did a great job. Thr cleaning staff are very friendly as well. I highly recommend this hotel and I recommend you have an account with the hotel online since they give good discounts to members.

JUVYLEN from House Keeping Department, The room was very good with comfortable furniture and the bed was comfortable too. Please fix you air conditioning it’s very BAD. But then it was a good stay.
