Worst hotel service ever. First they put me in disabled room. Which Im not disabled. Then they changed my room three times. Then the AC wasnt cold and I woke up in the middle of my sleep sweating a lot. The lift doesnt have AC as well. Poor service..

The room was very good. The place is so closer to the mall. Perfect place to stay. The only thing i dont like about this hotel, it was Check-in. The check-in procedure was very slow. overall The place is very comfortable to stay.

Spotless clean comfortable rooms. Very close to mall of the Emirates and a no of restaurants and supermarkets.I recommend for business trips or long stays as their rates are excellent.They should improve the interior decor of their Egyptian restaurant though.

Beddings must always clean properly, I found some hair on the pillow case, however I requested to change and they change it immediately.

Everything was fine, staff, place but the King size bed they provide me was divided on 2 matress & 2 blankets from the middle which was totally uncomfortable for me & I spend all my night on one side of bed with half one blanket.

Stayed for 9nights. The hotel and allocated room was clean. Housekeeping staffs are always nice whenever we need something for the room. Front office staff were also accommodating. Cheers to Samandar for allowing us late check out as our flight changed. Overall experience was great and we were very satisfied with the rates. The only service we did not like was the breakfast. It’s understandable that they cannot do buffet for now. However they do not have cycle for their menu. And the waitstaff always served the wrong items. And this is for all the days we had breakfast (included in our package). Service for the restaurant (Foul W Hummus) can be improved. But also want to share that their hummus and shawarma was one of the best in the area.

Good place to stay for anight

I will not give even single star on this property me and my wife book on this hotel then when we arrived in reception they ask our Emirates ID my wife ID was expired and still on process they said its not allowed to stay and receptionist told us he will give us free cancellation they didnt even ask if my wife have other ID or passport directly offer for cancellation we are so shame to other guest but luckily city max hotel is near we stay in there not arrogant receptionist.

This was my 4 th visit along with my friends and the last 2 times as well we had the same issue.But the last timeThe sink was full and sinkingThe bed sheets were not changedThe balcony was like centuries no one cleaned itI mean guys common this is a hotel we are paying for it and are recomneding frineds to visit while coming to office weekly from Ras al khaimahWill never recommend anyone this hotel👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

New hotel ~ 1.5-2 years old, still fresh decoration and new furniture, which is a pleasant rarity in this area. Clean, comfortable, cozy, small, for a relaxing stay, without contact with guests. The beds are of medium height, the mattresses are firm, the pillows are large. Linen and towels are snow-white, of good quality. Wi-Fi is so-so, internet is limited. Visitors are not allowed. Pool by appointment (due to covid restrictions) and small as the building itself is small, suitable for children. The staff is friendly, the service is unobtrusive, if necessary, you can change the number without any problems. Nearby the mall of emirates, cafes and shops, there is an underground parking. Delivery from restaurants is possible to your room, no need to go down to the lobby. Breakfast is offered for 25aed, in the buffet. Have not tried.The hotel is suitable for calm couples, girlfriends or single tourists for budget accommodation in a harmonious and peaceful atmosphere, who value transport accessibility and proximity to a shopping center.

The location is excellent and close to the shops, Mall of the Emirates, Carrefour, the post office, public transport stops and the metro .... all services in Al Barsha area..the room price is great ....... the reception staff is of the highest standard and smiling ... Quick and easy check-in and check-out ..... and they ask you about your satisfaction with the service and they care that you are satisfied with your stay ... the rooms are very clean and have a good size..and there is a small office ... And there is a balcony overlooking the city and this is very special for smokers compared to other hotels in which there is no window even inside the room .... The rooms furniture and decor are in a modern style ..... and the lighting control system, the main door and the air conditioner, a modern system And very comfortable ..... there are electrical outlets everywhere in the room .... The bathroom is a large area and there is a large and very special bathtub .... In addition to the shower tools ... the attention to detail is noted in everything even TV channels It is arranged in an easy way and there is a channel to explain the hotel’s features and facilities .. There is a restaurant inside the hotel… A wonderful swimming pool..and also a gym and a sauna ..... The hotel cares about sterilization, prevention and health guidelines to stop the Covid 19 virus .. But there is one drawback, if your room is on the first or second floor, the street and cars will sound loud and reach the room even after all windows are closed..may cause some inconvenience ... I recommend it to families, businessmen and young people as well.

Close to the Mall of the Emirates, very small room, clean

Our stay at the end of December went very well in this hotel, despite a disagreement on arrival on the reservation of our room, which was resolved quickly, the hotel is very clean, the breakfast is good, the hotel is located only a 3 minute walk from the mall of the emirates. Very practical, good little restaurants very correct nearby, on the other hand the swimming pool is very small .. We will come back!

The rooms are correct the buffet is the highlight at only 25 dirhams we feast ...
