It is an amazing hotel, the staff is really friendly, and does everything to make your stay more enjoyable. We had a view of a Dubai Ain through the loop of an interesting building, and we could also enjoy the view both the marina and the sea. The breakfast is delicious, a lot of things to choose from. They have organized buses to the nearest beach, mall and metro station. The pool has relatively cool water which is quite rare here. 5/5!

Good Breakfast and bar on first floor.Drop in and pick up service to and from Beach , Marina Mall and Metro four times a day. Smoking and non-smoking rooms floor are separate. 80% of guests are beach lovers hence dress code is very casual and relaxed. Enjoy.

After parking my car, Christian spotted us before I could even notice. He walked up asking to assist us with our luggage. I loved how observant he was and readybto help without me even paying attention. He was super friendly and helpful. Vitalis was also very friendly and great as well. Two awesome gentlemen at this establishment.During my check in, I received great service and was able to get a room on a higher floor with a view. One thing I love about this hotel is their customer service. The restaurants also have great food as well as good brunch deals.

Our stay was good we really love the Riva beach access that’s included in our hotel stay. Breakfast was good and love the cooking station which prepare your eggs in any way you like it. But the staff aren’t so accommodating and friendly. When we check in there was only one person in the reception and he was busy on the phone. And staffs rarely acknowledge or greets you when you bump into them.We got 2 connected rooms with one room having a horrible view of the factory nearby and the other has the view of the building in front and just little view of the Marina. I would recommend it just for the Riva beach access and early check in and late check out offer. But if your looking for great hospitality this is not the place. One of the staff in the swimming pool asked my mom to get out of the pool just because her swim wear is not made out of “sport/swimming material”.

We stayed in this hotel in mid August 2021, family with one child. The location is excellent, walking distance to JBR and Dubai Marina, the views are nice, our first room had sea view and the upgraded room that we asked had view of the Marina. The staff is kind and professional and the overall appearance of the hotel is pretty good. Plenty of elevators, there is hardly any wait, even with the limited capacity measures. During our stay, the beach shuttle and tickets for Wild Wadi water-park were included in the price. Parking is sufficient, inside the hotel premises. The restaurants are good and very reasonably priced. There is a big supermarket and a pharmacy beside the hotel. Overall, we believe that Wyndham Dubai Marina hotel has a very good value for money and we highly recommend it.

Where do I start from? The service here is awesome!! Everyone is really polite and helpful. The place is really clean. The hotel suite has a beautiful contemporary decor. From your balcony and bedroom you have an exquisite view of the marina 🥰 Just imagine waking up to the beauty of the skyscrapers and the marina all in one. Just really beautiful. There’s a pool 🏊‍♀️ on the 3rd floor. Restaurant Aloco had really good service. I enjoyed breakfast 🥞 it was just really awesome!! I loved my stay here. Very good hotel.

Really good experience overall. Ok food and enough. They did have some alcohol which was good. And we had 4 shows in total. Just be careful of the guys at the front they will charge you for pictures and videos etc. Also the guy at the bar tried to charge me double for a vodka but as soon as I noticed he quickly reversed it. Just be vigilant.

So first of the staff isn’t very friendly. They barely greet you or open the door. The receptionist Louise was nice and maybe one other concierge person. My first day here I was woken up from someone downstairs asking me to come down the following day at noon. The next day comes I get another call to come downstairs and no one knows who called me. It was very frustrating. There’s a restaurant inside the hotel that I tried to grab food at. I got there, they all was starring at each other trying to figure out what to do just to tell me they were “fully booked” and there was no one in there. I checked the reservations on the website and they also had open slots so I’m not sure what that was about but I didn’t attempt to eat there the rest of my stay. Even after putting the DND button on housekeeping woke us up at least three times each day trying to clean our room. The breakfast was 25% off but there wasn’t a wide variety of selections. Also the floors leading up to the hotel are very slippery I almost fell many times. Definitely won’t be staying here again.

Okay hotel, with friendly staff and conveniently located at Dubai Marina. Bellhops are really nice. However, tiles and bathroom in rooms are a bit dated. No airport shuttle as listed on the website though and free shuttle buses to destinations always leave late.

We didnt get the room that weve booked with the Marina view as we requested.Only after complaining we received the room at 6pm.This was subject to availability. You have to book 24 hours in advance for the Riva beach. The pool was on limited time due to health and safety but ok.

We had a great stay at Wyndham Marina. Our suite had a balcony overlooking the Marina, the interior of the room was very elegant.The shuttle bus to the JBR beach and Marina Mall is a great option. The location of the hotel is great, Dhow cruises and Marina Walk are only a short walk from the hotel. The staff was very helpful, the water in the room is complementary. The breakfast was tasty and diverse. We also enjoyed the pool. We will definitely come back.

Clean, comfortable hotel with great view of the marina. I couldnt get breakfast brought to my room though and when I went down to the restaurant had to eat next to some used plates as they were not getting removed all that time I was having breakfast. But all in all enjoyed my staycation with my family

We stayed in wyndham marina for 6nights and the hotel is nice room and have amazing sea view. They follow safety protocols and if they will spotted someone roaming around the hotel without mask they will come and give the mask and they made us feek safe.But the service is more amazing. We check in smoothly the bellman is very helpful as we arrived in the hotel and get off to the taxi cab Christian came to assist our luggage. Thanks to jinky for being so kind to call us to follow up if we got our request most especially thank you for the super service from the duty manager Ashleyhe is very kind, professional and helpful to us. Grate place to stay in. Has Marina View, comfortable clean rooms with everything u need. The hotel has it’s own small pool zone. Also there is a good breakfast!! It takes about 15 min to get to the nearest beach and about 40 min (by metro) to the Burj Khalifa. It is very close to nearby building, so I could make new friends with neighbors )

It was the worst welcome of my life in a hotel, and we were welcomed by a person named Ahmed.He starts by giving us a room that didnt match the booking, he then tried to bill us at night at 100drh/night to have the room we had booked.A very bad behavior.Lunch was the same for 14 days, couldnt even have the quantity choices we wanted to eat (2 strawberries, 1 apple) were we in a 4-star hotel?Only positive point is the woman of the reception Noura who has been understandable and we as facilitate in the change of room and the one who cleans the rooms.

The pictures upon booking are very misleading. Even after the confirmation they will just give whatever room is available. Were even told it is sea view but almost lil of it can be seen which is terrible. The room was so small but clean and smells good. No one answers the reception for any inquiries. Pool is small and crowded, good thing is that they give access to riva beach resort for 25dhs/person, plus they’re giving 20% discount for food and drinks applicable with normal price only. No restaurants around the area. In short will never book on this hotel again.

We had a staycation at Wyndham Dubai marina along with one of our family friends. Since we went there on Eid holidays, it was crowded right from reception. But the receptionist was very helpful and eventhough busy , she tried to provide us the room which were according to our requirements. Its a hotel with around 30+ rooms but the elevators and all have access card services , so that only the guests can check in. The rooms and corridors were very neat and a 5 star can be given for this. As for the pool, its actually a small and deep pool in the third floor. We felt that the staff at the poolside were a bit rude in explaining the rules, which we all know. Coming to the breakfast , it was pretty nice and had a variety of options.When I asked the person who served us, if there are any options for Indian food, he guided me to a catering staff who was very quick to inform the kitchen and they provided us with 2 masala dosas and 2 ghee roasts. I very much appreciate this service. There are mini supermarkets and other restaurants and shops nearby, so its not an issue if you would require something. My suggestion to the hotel would be to enhance the queueing system at reception at busy times. People should not be waiting at each of the 4 reception counters. I am mentioning this because we were waiting in one reception counter for around 30 minutes as the person and his relatives in front of us has some issues with ids and that took time for everyone in our queue. But people who came very later than us checked in already at other counters. So my suggestion would be to follow the queuing system as in airports where in even though there are many counters, people who come first are sent first to the reception counter which is free and subsequently the following people are sent to counters which are free accordingly.

I have had very bad experiences at this hotel and can therefore only advise against booking.the room wasnt ready even 4 hours after guaranteed check-in, I had to wait in the lobby. I was not offered anything except water as an excuse. my room was also not available for the period booked. I was only informed of this after the late check-in when the entire amount was debited from my credit card. so that I finally got the money back I had to wait 14 days and urge a few times.To be honest, I am also glad that I had to leave the hotel early because it really does not correspond to the description. it is old, worn and the staff is extremely rude and very arrogant.

Got to enjoy a wonderful time at Wyndham Dubai Marina. Completely worth the trust! Thanks to Nour the receptionist who went far and beyond to satisfy our numerous requests and demands, I loved the way we got on quick chitchat, very approachable it makes the guest very comfortable. The hotel rooms are clean and tidy, sanitized as mentioned on the door at check in. The hotel adhered to the safety measures, we were given masks for free each time we were passing by not wearing one, we were also given a welcome gift with some candies and a Wyndham mask, I found the initiative really encouraging especially in the current circumstances. The pool is quite small and not really sunny but wasn’t an issue as we were mostly going to the beach using the shuttle bus or walking as it’s only approximately 15 minutes walking distance. The gym is great, limited people inside and material was adequate for my daily trainings. We got our next vacations already booked in the same hotel, the service makes a whole difference and the fact of feeling special and considerate definitely gives a huge plus to the property.

We just checked in in the hotel, amazing service from Nour very helpful and compassionate she noticed that we had two small kids so she offered us an early check free of charge, she accommodated our requests and made sure we wont miss anything. Ok place but the locationis not ideal. Get hotel on the outside of the marina. All the action and restaurants is on that side. The hotel is clean but I have seen much better hotels at the same price. The breakfast is so not good. But its possible to order and that helps. Information is lacing so ask them. I have used ear plugs to sleep because of the noice from highway. Look for another place. The staff is amazing they are really great.

A great place for reasonable price if you would like to stay close to Dubai Marina and the beach and meanwhile to enjoy a silent environment. It might be not so attractive for you the view for the power plants nearby, but you can choose the city view also :)

Poor and loud location. By the very southern end of the Marina, but with limited marina views. Right next to the highway, which is really loud. Poor selection of food on half board. Pool only has sun for 2 hours per day, as it is between two high-rise buildings.

Nour is the best, gave us a nice room and assisted us all the way. Service is great, worth the money. We recommend!!

UPD: Although we were given another better room after complaining to the manager, housekeeping could be better. Almost all towels are really in bad condition. There is no system in cleaning rooms. One day we got three towels, the other day only two for three persons.How can your manager check in a family with a kid to the room near the factory? I literally can’t sleep there because of constant noise. Hope to change this place soon. Otherwise it will be our worst experience in Dubai.

This visit was on Wyndhams restaurant called TERRAZZA. such a good ambiance and those unlimited pizza 🍕 are so good! Darwin and team are accomodating and friendly.

Stayed for the first time. Value for money 5/5. Food 5/5. Service 4/5. Location 5/5Room 4/5 -it was good, but view could be better considering the multiple requests I made even before arrival. However upon arrival we were told that the request could not be met. Secondly, despite booking a king bed we were given a convertible bed which had the joint between the beds showing and a bit uneasy for the child.Other than the above concerns everything else was smooth. Short walk to the beach.

WOW!! I had an amazing stay for 5 nights here, from the check-in throughout the entire stay, it has been amazing. Karim from the front desk gave me a room on the highest floor, the view is great. The room is good, very clean. During the stay, there has been an issue about the emergency light in the room that switched on twice, once at 3am in the morning and once at 10am. Ashley quickly resolved the problem and offer me a late checkout. The hospitality in this hotel was AMAZING. Also want to special shout out to Richard from housekeeping, he showed me some of the room and explain the room type to me when I was just looking arounf. Each time i saw him, he always greets me so politely and smiles (even he has the mask on). Definitely will be back soon

A good place to stay near Marina and JBR

We stayed in room 1906. Overall stay was remarkable. Due to waiting time needed for the results of corona test done at the airport, we were quarantined in our room for the first day. We lost our first day in Dubai. Other then that staff was very friendly; amenities were awesome; 5 feet deep pool, complimentary breakfast, gym, concierge, bellman svc specially Mr. QADIR were undeniably excellent. I enjoyed my stay and I would definitely recommend it to others.TV remote didnt work as planned. Maintenance guy fixed the volume by replacing the remote but new remote wouldnt turn on/off bedroom tv. Grout in between bathroom tiles and along the edges needed to be cleaned/bleached.

I decided to choose this hotel for my vacation because the price was quite reasonable, however, i was not sure about the service.I was delighted to see that it was worth the price and the service exceeded expectations. Nour was very much helpful during the whole stay, assisted us to do the PCR test, went above and beyond for our small baby, and satisfied my wifes request during the whole week. Tried their new venue Terraza which was nice and the prices were good, i hope they will keep it the same afterward. Overall, it was very good !

Staff was excellent and very helpful. The room had everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable. Yasir did a excellent job with room service , and always brought us waters and towels. Vitalis ( I believe that was his name ) was also very helpful with our Covid paperwork and help us print everything else. Overall very happy with my experience at this hotel

Samir was fantastic helping us extend the hotel reservation. Made the process simple and easy for us. I have it 4 stars because of thing thought, the location of the hotel is in a spot where there is only one road that loops around the hotel. The entire neighborhood takes that road plus all of the visitors. The area is giant traffic trap. You can spend one hour everyday to leave your hotel if it’s rush hour. When coming back to the hotel between 6-9pm, you will also spend one hour to get into to your hotel parking due to the same traffic that loops around the hotel. It should be called the one « road hotel ». Either way, it’s not their fault, but it’s def something I would’ve loved to know before booking.

By the end of dubai Marina plenty of hotels and restaurants around. Free hotel parking , easy access to main Highway. Walking distance for Dubai tram and dubai metro, walking distance for dubai marina walk , walking distance for the dubai marina beach. Fun for family and solo outings, will definitely recommend

Dubai marina is beautiful places I like

Positive: Hotel looked nice. Mostly clean and had good service Negative: The location was terrible. It’s a 20min walk to the beach, metro, and mall. No real food options nearby. Traffic is the worst! Leaving or returning to the hotel between 4pm and midnight is torture. Add 1hr to your trip or just walk.

The worst 4 star hotel that I ever stayed! Internet is bugging, AC is dirty my parter had an allergy to that, personal in SPA rude that prefer to check FC than to work. Swimming pool small with limited space of sunny spots. Bar’s kitchen close at 10:30 pm, not enough spots to charge your phone laptop if you are 2 people - and even not all of them work! I can clearly hear what is going on in the hallway! Anyways ,every single concierge was super helpful, can’t say the same about the reception. Cleaning is very good, everyday even after their official working hours. Generally the service for 4 star hotel is very poor, hamam and sauna too - there are no pics , cause it is a shame.

I spent 4 days last week in this property and I had a wonderful stay. Ive been checked in by Ms.Nour, she was very welcoming, helpful and available during the whole stay for my requests. Unfortunately we only checked in by 7pm though we came at 4pm and she couldnt make it for a room with a nice view, but she kept apologizing so much the whole time that I personally would have felt bad complaint about anything. The hotel seemed full but at least the service was up to expectations. Food at the blacksmith was nice and the atmosphere was great! The hotel respects the social distancing measures and its very important in these hard times. Ill comeback soon!

Good hotel but not enough space at the swimming pool

To travel in COVID-times is HARD, but we are so happy we did it in a responsible way and found a hotel that takes responsibility to keep their guests safe and where the staff is super polite and always at your service. Luggage gets disinfected upon arrival, check-in goes fast and smooth and the rooms are immaculately cleaned and sanitized every day. The beds are just incredible, we had the best night sleep in ages. The manager had ice delivered to our room when I hurt my foot after a day of exploring the city and advised us on doctors in case we needed them. Hanok, one of the concierges, was extremely helpful in retrieving our PCR-test results from the hospital and a special thank you to hygiene hero Moses for reminding people to wear a mask and keeping us all safe, you are an angel and we appreciate you so much! Thank you Wyndham for the unforgettable time spent! We hope to be back soon

I’m staying here since January. The hotel is amazingly clean and great atmosphere. Wyndham Marina is probably one of the best hotels I’ve been into. Staff is always on top of their game and every minor issue i had was resolved in no time. Qadir is the nicest and most friendly guy I’ve ever scene in any hotel, Afaq at reception is doing a fantastic job, theyre all so nice. Great housekeeping staff too especially mukaesh. Facilities are just exactly what you need. They send a cake on my birthday.Jumeirah Beach Walk is about 10-15 minutes walk from the property.Highly recommended especially for a long-stay.

Their hygiene level is quite impressive👏. Very commendable but their service is slow. I requested for a toothbrush and it never got to me until I left the hotel🤣 but thats okay. Seems they totally forgot about me. The throw-pillows didnt do justice to the room. I actually didnt stay there for long, not because the hotel wasnt good but for personal reasons. I also didnt visit their restaurants or try the food so I wont say they are bad. Pass Mark for me. Until I visit again.

Usually people write review when the leave but we still have another day until we leave but had to write this review because of the Wonderfull Staff. Let me start with Mr. Vitalis at the front desk. Me and my family can’t thank him enough for helping us. We have booked a Bedroom Suite, but after arriving at the room we were not that comfortable, the was not that great as well. So, we spoke to Vitalis and he was so kind shift us into a much nicer room with a beautiful view of the Marina. Even the other staff Mr. Henok and Mr. Prem were there to help us out.The whole reason for giving five 5 to this Hotel is because of the Staff, so if you are planing to Stay in Dubai Marina Wyndham, please see Vitalis.The Hotel it self is good as well, it does need some upgrades, in the Bathrooms, they are a bit dated.So thank you Vitalis, Henok and Prem for the making a stay comfortable.

We had a very nice stay at the hotel. Staff was very friendly and prepared. The room was very good; we even received a free upgrade.
