We spent one night in Dubai and chose the hotel because of its proximity to the airport.The hotel looks brand new and can be reached by taxi from the T3 terminal in minutes. (We were looking for a hotel shuttle service but could not find it at 1am in the night.) Our reservation was for an executive room, but as it was unavailable, the hotel upgraded us to junior suites at no additional cost.We have to paid the tourist tax on arrival, although upon booking, booking.com informed us that all taxes and fees are included in the price we have already paid. That wasnt correct.The suite is spacious, the bed is huge and comfortable. In-room TV is at least 65 ”,its a pity that apart from a few international TV channels, you can only watch Arabic-language channels.The bathroom is large and well equipped, the suite has a separate toilet also.WiFi works smoothly everywhere, high bandwidth and fast service.The top of the hotel also has a spa and wellness center and rooftop some swimming pools. The lack of a roof over swimming pools is a mistake, you don’t want to step out of the shade of the building because of the unbearable climate, not even to go to the pool. There is sunshade above the sunbeds only. (At midnight, the temperature was 43 degrees Celsius and the humidity was 100%).Breakfast is according to international standards, neither better nor worse than average.There is no transfer from the hotel to the T2 terminal, although the taxi is cheap.The room was about $ 70 a night on booking.com, unbeatable value for money, extremely low price. The service I received, the quality of the hotel is above this price level, it is a pity that I could not swim due to the heat. I would recommend this hotel to all those looking for accommodation around Dubai International Airport.

Greatest stay at a hotel ever.The staff was very professional and nice, also very helpful and friendly.Check in took only a couple of minutes.The cleaning job is very good and the food was delicious.Literally nothing to complain about👍🏻Will be visiting again for sure.

Really clean and state of the art of rooms.Only 2 things I do not like about this place are that the washrooms dont have locks for Privacy and they need a deposit before hand when checking In, which usually hotels dont ask for.

Its not the first time Ive visited the hotel, the rooms are pretty tidy, the A/C is great, the bed is very comfortable, the lobby is big, spacious and clean.You have to wait because of the guest and visitors, the Barking Middle isnt big and I cant say its small, but its okay,the service is medium sometimes theyre late. and sometimes you have to call more than once, I tried the food once it was normal, and I think you have to try the hotell more than once to be able to judge them. I had a very nice stay in Flora inn. Very clean and tidy. Very friendly staff! The best part of it was the coffee bar in the lobby! They have an amazing barista called Nidhin who has masters in making coffee! 10 years of experience! I was very impressed!

Thw check in was fast and simple, The room were spacious especially if you take conjoined room, the rooms were comfortable and cozy.There is a free parking here.I am not aware if there is a free shuttle to the airport.Overall, a good experiance, worth the money.

I had a bit higher expectation from this hotel. Never the less it was good experience but can improve. The b1 parking entrance is so narrow for a SUV so be careful. It was bit weird that washroom didnt have any specific button to turn on and off.Also, they charged 200 deposit which was not mentioned before. I was refunded as soon as I checked out yet it could come as a surprise.Overall, it was good but can be better.

Nice hotel but strange staff. The location is nice because of the proximity to the airport. Then you have to deposit 200 AED during your stay - which feels very old-fashioned and that they dont trust you. For the rest all is good.

Average quality.Had a terrible experience at the beginning. Was given a room different to the one I booked. Sink was clogged. Bathroom door had mold on it. but the worst was finding a used razor blade in the shower.The Nightshift manager upgraded us to a suite for the price of a premium room even when we extended our stay.My wife lost her AirPods.Most of the staff were friendly.

You sometimes hear that people experience something very bad while on vacation.I always thought this is not possible, you are on vacation enjoying.But no, the opposite has been proven. this is the worst experience ever in my life. Due to the bad service from Rahul and Charles they ruined almost 2 days of my holiday !!!so this is really a warning to all of you. Do not book your hotel here. Unless you want to ruin your vacation then feel free to do it.Not to mention the flaws in the room and room service.

Horrible experience. Took time to check in. Asked for a room with bath tub but they said that they don’t have any available room with bath tub. Keep myself calm even I specifically chose this hotel as they have a good bath tub.Humbly asked for spoon, fork and plates but they said that they cannot provide that as there is no one who will deliver. And if we are going to order food better request from that restaurant what we need.Spoke with the receptionist and asked to speak with the Manager. Manager from (I don’t know which Department) just said that they are providing a disposable utensils but they need to buy first from the supermarket and no one will buy. Asked them if we need to pay and they are saying that they are not taking any money from the guest but the problem is that they need to buy in the market first and no one will do. They did not provide and give any help or bother to check if the guest is fine and satisfied. They just let that situation passed without any action or feedback!We are paying right, but Is this the service we are getting from a 4 star Hotel?????

I booked to stay at Flora Inn Hotel Dubai Airport from Wednesday 9th June to Saturday 12th June and I was met with nothing but disappointment.Firstly - when I arrived - it was clear that the room had not been cleaned or sanitised properly.During my first night, I called housekeeping about 10 times to bring me some water however (after staying they would) they did not provide me with any. It was only after I called 5 times the next morning that they finally brought some to me.Their room service selection was awful. I tried ordering plain rice with yoghurt and they told me that it was unavailable. The only thing they had was sandwiches.Finally, I sent my kandura to the laundry for them to clean and after being returned late, it was obvious that all they had done was run an iron over the top of it and had not thoroughly cleaned it.After arguing with the manager about all of these things there was still nothing done to try and improve my stay.I will not be returning here again.

Good pool area. The restaurant was very empty and didnt feel cosy. The room was nice, but the bedcover and sheet was damp and moist. No good to sleep in.

Good rooms, comfortable beds. Though they have very poor customer service and the rooms are not cleaned on a daily basis. The pool closes at 7pm, would be great if it opened till later.They do not have a variety of food for breakfast, it is very basic.

Rooms are new and modern and beds are comfortable. The pool is nice and the gym is big. However, the bathroom sink and shower drain were both clogged which was not acceptable. The breakfast options are very limited with no sausages or hash browns which was disappointing.

Its okey regards to the price. Yes its noice in and around the hotel but I just use earplugs. Nice rooms and clean. Food is not the best

I booked from booking.com. As I wanted to check in early they offered me handicapped room with extra chargers for early check in. They supposed to change my room at my booking time but they didn’t offer me another room.Room were clean.

Prices are okay. Rooms are clean, good personal. Covid19 precautions are weak but acceptable. Specially the care in breakfast, dining room is acceptable but breakfast choices should be improved. Maybe we were in dead Season and there is not too much guests due coronavirus as well. Good hotel, no more words, if you have a plane to catch you are in the right place. I f you want shopping you are far from centers but the metro is there or you call a taxi and you go.

We booked hotel through Booking.com and reservation was cancelled 2 hours before our arrival and we couldnt do anything with that as we were flying at that moment. When we reached the hotel they suggested to pay normal price which was twice more than we were meant to pay. Next 40min we stayed in lobby and heared same story with cancellations 3 times. This is obvious fraud. Avoid this hotel...

We went to a marriage sermon there, ma sha Allah, very clean. Food also good tasty... There was all kind of food chicken, mutton, beef , and vegetarian food also. Perfect place for function with small quantity of people.

Super clean rooms is the 1st thing that you’ll gonna notice in this hotel, 2nd is the hospitable and accommodating staff especially my room attendant mr. Nicholai, im also giving my compliments to the captain in the gym mr. Nawaz for making my stay great every-time that i hit the gym. And lastly the chef who’s making my favorite omelette every morning, i just suggest for the management to at least change the courses of menu every other day.I stayed here for 16 days and it’s very near in the metro making it a good location to tour in dubai.Kudos and thank you.

I had worse experience ever in my life, dont know how they are maintaining 4 star, dont deserve even single star. I would never visit again as it was night mare to spend time there. Room was not properly ready before we arrived no phone was working, no soap or shampoo in the bath room, tried using kettle for tea, it did blow the electricity in the room like ac tv stopped working. Customer service was poor as u had to wait longer once calling reception.

It wasnt as before , they took 100 Aed deposit as the new rule anyways there was nothing in the mini bar so the deposit was for what no idea. The room was not sanitised properly at the entrance on the room the sticker was already cut, no hand wash nor sope , shower area blocked drainage , I use to stay at the property and loved it. But this time is was bad.

Good location but by far the worst place Ive ever stayed in. Very poorly managed extremely disappointing. Was a nightmare from the very beginning. Its very difficult how bad everything about this place is. Hard to believe that this place actually still exists. No room cleaning, had to use the same bed sheet for 6 days in a row. Pretty sure Im going to end up with some sort of rash/disease due to the sanitation conditions. Asked the front desk for a plastic silverware and was told that they dont provide unless I order food from their in-house restaurant which I find very rude and a hassle. You can also hear the next door conversation as well as wake up to their alarm in the morning. On top of everything if you are in a hurry for a meeting Id advise you to leave the room 10 minutes early due for the long wait since they have one elevator working on both side due to cutting costs and will lie to you and say its a maintenance issue. Will never stay at this hotel again and I advise everyone else the same.

This hotel was very good. We stayed for one night on a stop over. I’d recommend organising the shuttle/transport from the airport with the hotel. We didn’t and it was a bit inconvenient to look for a cap late at night. Service was friendly and price was good
