We have stayed in this hotel apartment for 18 nights. Breakfast was an excellent (served in the room) with good portion and varieties. Staff is very helpful and hotel addressed if any query or request immediately. All India restaurants, grocery stores are in walking distance. Highly recommended and value for the money.

Perfect hotel for the money they ask.On June 2019 I stayed there for around 3 weeks and it was even cheaper than my apartment on JBR.There is everything you need in a room: kitchen, washing machine, comfortable bed, TV, balcony, nice wardrobe... Very close to the metro, few minutes by car to downtown.But dont expect a new furniture or anything like that in a room. Overall it is excellent.By the way staff is very helpful.

Awesome experience. Loved the stay. We felt comfortable as at home. The room was well furnished and well lit.The breakfast at 6:30am was fantastic as though they knew what their visitors would like. They had Indian, English, Lebanese dishes served and for all age groups. My kid enjoyed having breakfast here.We would love to stay here when we visit Dubai again.

Comfortable place. Rooms and appliances are such that you can live here comfortably like you are at home (microwave, washing machine, electric stove, drying lines, iron with board, tv, a.c., etc). A big disappointment however is on cleanliness.

The hotel is in the city center and quite near to the shopping centers such as meena Bazaar, gold suoq and other electronic shops. Service is good and waiters are also helpful. I dont know why but almost all 4 stars hotel doesnt provide water to their customers, they just provide one bottle during check in. If you want additional water bottle, you have to buy it from the shop across the street.

Hotel is good, staff is good, room is clean. Area is good. Only one problem - swimming pool is closed on Friday.

The most life threatening experience . The room ceiling fell off in their washroom and my dad got hurt . His head was swollen for the whole day . The manager of the staff there took no responsibility for it they wanted to get away with a sorry. The heaters didn’t work, no electricity in the room from time to time , the cleaning of room also wasn’t proper . I had spoilt my blanket a little and they just arranged it in a neat way instead of replacing it. The Filipino lady at the reception also needed to learn a bit of etiquette she spoke to everyone with a lot of attitude . No respect or regard for anyone. The ceilings in my room also keep moving often I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay at this pathetic place .

A decent place to come with Family, Its a plush new property. I stayed here for 11 days.. staff is friendly.. Room size could be bigger.. but all in all its a pleasent stay with my group here..

Rolla residence is a very good hotel in Rolla road Burj Dubai well maintained good restaurant friendly staff the best restaurant for south Indians this hotel is very near to gold souk,meenabazar, many departmental stores and also medical stores. 20 minutes drive to Dubai international airport

Everything is costly.. compare to near hotels.. even the break-fast. Go and check the near hotels you will get best quality and affordable also.

Amazing rooms with attached kitchen. Awsome Bur Dubai view from balcony. You can find swimming pool and gym in hotel along with multicuisine breakfast, lunch and dinner. Location of hotel in very near to many places you could visit including dubai frame, street shoppings, Burj-Al-Arab , Al-Jumerah Beach and many more.

Good.. decent hotel to stay. Complimentary breakfast with tasty indian dishes. We enjoyed the stay there with tasty foods. Clean rooms. Cooktop,microwave oven, basic cooking utensils provided in the room. Also washing machine and cloth stand for drying cloths too provided. Only 2 water bottles given for as complimentary for whole stay of 5 nights. They didnt cleaned the utensils which we kept in sink. We dont know the reason and we didnt enquired about it .

Good hotel Appartment in bur DubaiThe hotel is at right location , near to Meena bazar , and all the sight seing places .There is super market if you want to buy grocery and essential I case you prefer to cook and eat . To add , the hotel is equipped with kitchen to all rooms . Also with washing machine, fridge , oven and vessels.The breakfast spread is good also. However if you prefer to eat out there are Indian hotels at walking distance with wide options. The house keeping is good too.Our trip was organised by vikram travel India and prapthy travels Dubai and well crafted by Rupesh and Prasad Shetty of the same. The driver Zakir also played a important role in making the trip complete .

Spacious rooms, good room service, friendly staff, & decent breakfast. The hotel is in Bur dubai with access to the local supermarkets, and good indian veg restaurants at a walking distance. Amenities provided by hotel is good and thumbs up to Rolla Residence for providing us the room 4 hours before the check-in time. View from the room is not that breathtaking. Hotel is also family friendly and staff understands the hindi so thats a plus for indian tourists.

Hopeless and terrific levels of customer service by the so called 4-star hotel appartment. The rooms are not cleaned properly. Also the cleaning happens in the evening. Any service would require minimum two phone calls. Hotel will provide kitchennet but does not provide liquid dish cleaner or the brush to clean the utensils. Inspite of specific instructions w.r.t. food, the same are not taken care off. I have come across the first 4 star rated hotel who provides complimentary water bottles inly on the arrival of the guest and not on any other day.Please avoid checking in this hotel. There are other better options available in Dubai.
