All normal rooms has a relatively small windows on the side of the wall ( not in the middle of the wall ) . No floor to ceiling height glazed window. External dust and dirt prevent any good view . It could be last windows cleaning done 2 years ago .​Finishes of the hotel noticeably old , the hotel needs refurbishment . ​Furniture is old. However, the mattress itself is very good . ​Lighting fitting design is nothing like hotel lighting system . Lighting is similar to apartment system , with old sockets and switches.​Limited TV channels. ​They provide toiletries ( one shampoo , one shower gel , one shower cap and one soap ) .​House keeping keep on missing something, either big towel, or floor towel or hand towel , or tissue box, or toilet paper roles . You see the complete set only in check in day . Other days you need to call the reception to get the missing and needed items.​Receptionist is kind person and friendly .​The restaurant team are kind persons and helpful .

Very affordable and worth the money, service is on time everyday for the rooms. Reception is understanding and helpful. Only complaint is the thermostats inside the rooms don’t work at all, you’ve got no control within the room. To change it you must call and complain.

Convenient hotel for the price range, I liked the landscape around the hotel and also pool and gym.The location is fine as metro station is 5 minutes walking, they have currency exchange which is helpful.

Very nice place to stay. Nice and clean rooms, very efficient and nice bathrooms. Away from all the noise from the City and close enough to get quick to the great places in Dubai. Metro station Al Jadaf is only 10 minutes away walking. I recommended. 👍

Their hospitality is excellent. And the reception people are also kind besides all this the room service persons are so loyal that your things will not be lost or stolen. I had a great time talking to the staff. Coming to the restaurant food was cheap n best (buffet system). The people serving there were so helpful and its impossible to forget the receptionist in the restaurant I cant tell her name, She is such an excellent person👏 hard worker.On the whole, this hotel is best for its price.

Old hotel, rooms had very unwelcoming tiles on the floor, the cabinets were old, and the toilet/bathroom unkept. Its time for them to do a renovation asap, as the hotel exterior and the calm arena is really refreshing. They allowed a late checkout at 2 as we had a very late check-in.

Unclean room with deceiving cheap price to make you pay for everything like a ‘use and throw’ slippers/flip flops, when they are supposed to provide it themselves in the first place. They also sale Wi-Fi (airline fashion) in the UAE 😂 😡The refrigerator doesn’t work. It was unplugged and stinks 😷Worst of all the breakfast…But the staff tries to accommodate…

Arabian park is the oldest of the Rotana hotels in this location and the building as well as condition of the rooms and washrooms show that. However, the price is also low due to these facts and this makes Arabian Park hotel an ideal spot if you dont want to spend much money on your hotel costs. Bus and metro is nearby so you can get anywhere in Dubai relatively fast and easily.

The apartment rooms are exactly as you see on the internet. Clean and homely. The kitchen is complete making cooking so pleasant. But the set of furniture at the reception look too old and makes the area not welcoming. Im saying this because we arrived at the hotel at 2am from the airport tired and had to relax for the check-in process but the sofa there was so uncomfortable.But fantastic apartment overall.

Rooms are tiny, amenities are poor and theres a sense of overall negligence in terms of property cleanliness. I stayed for a month and to be honest I was just waiting for my time to be over in order to leave.. And oh yeah! Did I mention they provide you with WiFi thats less than mediocre? and if you want faster speed youll have to actually pay for it - I mean, who still does that?

It is budget friendly hotel and you will be charged extra other than towels,soaps and bath gel.It has ample parking space.Roughly 1km walk from nearest metro station.Only one restaurant inside hotel, so better use Talabat or Zomato for various food options.This place would sounds good if you have your own vehicle.Cab would take around 18-25AED to reach Bur Dubai.Staff is quite cooperative and helping as well.

I am certainly staying here again on my next visit. Their room rates a very fair, and for such low rates, they offer free airport pick up and drop off, daily drop off and pick up from the popular malls, beaches etc. Their staff were really nice and helpful. They always gave extras to our baby. The room service was prompt and they cleaned up well. There are swimming pool, gyms, bureau de change and check-in counter for Emirates airline in the hotel.

Nice hotel 🏨 . Good facilities , beautiful room with affordable cost.

I stayed at the hotel for a few day and unfortenatly it was a really bad stay. There was smoke coming from AC from other rooms. The rooms were clean and staff were nice but no one would solve my problem. They said it was a non smoking floor but the smoke is coming from other rooms and the whole floor smelled of smoke. I would not reccomend anyone to stay at this hotel especially if you have breahting problems like Asthma.

Pathetic management,no work ethics,very cheap ppl at operations desk. If you want to extend ur stay and cannot check out 12am sharp they will call u 200times ,if u fail to pay by even 5minutes they will humiliate you .there is no communication between the staffs different ppl wil keep annoying u whole day. I hv never seen a cheap management like this,no respect to customers plus the rooms hv flies,dirty glass very uncomfortable ambience,worst case akmo donot stay here,u will get insulted for 100dirhams every single day.Please request quest to do not consider this hotel it is worst

Dear. Management.I stayed Arabian Park hotel 27th.Feb ~ 10th.Mar.Room Number was #613.First of all, I really too much uncomfortable and terrible when I stayed this hotel.1. I left my laundry in my room with sticker Please take laundry. But nobody did not bring my laundry for 2 days. Reception staff talked me Customer have to write down receipt when I ask to them. But I did not found receipt in my room.Your hotel staff must inform to me when housekeeper saw my laundry in my room if it is without receipt.2. I can remember very well. I required more than 6 times to have new towel. I really annoyed whenever I have to call to reception for new towel even I had cleaning service for the room room. And I can get new towel later 30 minutes after required it.3. When I entered my room, 10th, March.I really shocked it. I saw 1 of finished cigarrete on the floor. Im not smoker. And I heard my room zone is non-smoking area.I really had the most TERRIBLE time at your hotel in my life, I will not use this hotel in my life forever even same branch.

We used to stay here many times in the past but during our recent visit we found that the hotel has turned into a cheap motel. Our past experiences were good, and we were relatively happy with the room and the services. Unfortunately the hotel has deteriorated during the passage of time and due to covid 19.We used to rave about the breakfast here but unfortunately not anymore. The selection was poor, the pancakes tasted like cardboard doused in refined sugar syrup but having said all that we applauded the service staff for being accommodating and for trying their very best to help us pick food. The only think that we liked in the selection was the dhal served with paratha (paratha was cardboardy as well but the curry was good) and the watermelon juice.We wish Arabian Park Hotel all the best. We believe that this is the time that we part ways and perhaps try another hotels out there.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST HOTEL I EVER STAYED AT!!!!! The walls were stained, as well as the bed header, bathroom tiles. Towels were smelling of humidity. The noises from the hallway and the bedrooms next to mine. The balcony was dirty with cigarette buds. The room full of flies. Dust on the furniture and on the floor. I had to called over and over again to get toilet paper and water but staff would constantly call me to ask when I was checking out. I didnt feel comfortable at all! Worst stay ever!

Arabian park hotel in which where I stayed for 45days..they will serve breakfast free every morning which was very Nutritional..Staff were very friendly and polite.i never had a complaint or dissatisfied during my stay.If someone asked me a suggestion regarding hotel/hotel apartment I will surely recommend this..there was free bus shuttle to airports/metro station and they will take you few tours like lamar by meras etc.

Very good hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The room decor is old but comfy enough. Beds comfortable and clean. Bathroom clean and shower easy to use. Air con, tv, safe and fridge in rooms. Great heated pool downstairs and restaurant. My only flaw was with the shower curtain in the shower. It is small and constantly got stuck to our legs while showering so water would fall out onto the floor. There is also no opening window in the bathroom so it always got quite stuffy but other than that a very comfortable stay.

Was a great stay for the short time I was there. Spent Christmas and New Year and although busy staff gave the personal attention. Clean and comfortable venue. The apartments are great when they travelling with family as it has all the amenities. Washing machine for laundry etc

We checked in and checked out 10 minutes later. Corridors were very dirty. Rooms were clean but the beds are so soft like camping beds. I knew we would not be comfortable here so we asked for a refund. Best thing was the friendly staff who agreed to the refund immediately. Location is good but needs attention

The food in general was average. There were variety of salads in the buffet. Very delicious fresh watermelon juice. We didnt like the soups that much or the dishes like penne with white sauce but the breaded fish was good.

We stayed their 5 days in room no. 518 and 519. Rooms were best and staff is very nice. Good food. Attractive,safe and comfortable hotel. We enjoyed realy.

We went thinking its a 3 star hotel and we have stayed in 3 star but the room was extremely dirty then the washrooms were very dirty with torn towels and blackened towels. We called reception no one picked up our call. Frustrated we went to reception they kept blaming us that we stayed for an hour in the room and that they cant do anything however we came back within 20 to 30 mins as we were trying to call them we asked for a refund but they showed us another room and then we did try it but within 5 mins when we opened tap unclean water came and we spoke to them again and said we dont want and we just want refund after wasting 3 hours. it was a very frustrating experience.

Well connected hotel with a van service to beaches, malls and mayor places.Metro station is close to the hotel.

I stayed there for 3 days and experience was not good at all. All construction is ongoing in the near vicinity, they dont allow food delivery guys to come at your room you have to come down to reception Everytime and the reason you will order from outside because the in-house restaurant is unnecessarily too costly. And now the most important thing was their mattresses with spring which makes you feel so uncomfortable that you hardly gets a sound sleep. Would not recommend it to anyone

Nice and quiet place

Good location, free shuttle from airport. I appreciated the gym and a pool. Small but for a one day visit was great. Rooms were clean. There is a convenience store not too far away, but at the reception they didnt know when I asked.The cafe staff and some of the receptionist were really lovely and helpful. For a one night layover good choice.

It was lovely experience. The hotel staff provides 4 star service. Buffet breakfast was Awsome. Full of taste. Can ditch a 5 star for it anytime. Hope the construction is over though. It was blocking the view from balcony nevertheless we were out mostly venturing.

Great colorful hotel with beautiful location, good amenities, well trained staff and reception, spirited bar, restaurant and well designed smoking and non smoking rooms. You can get good variety of Liquor, wines, cocktails and other soft/ hard drinks at their pool side Bar. Hotel is located at a great place in Dubai city, ten minutes walking distance from Al Jadaf Metro station and you can go around the city or nearby tourist destinations easily. Hotel also has an Emirates check-in counter to facilitate your air travel. In addition, the hotel has a tour and travel desk which offers attractive tour packages to facilitate your local site seeings. The hotel also has a complimentary shuttle service to prominent tourist destinations. If you are interested to buy some clothes, electronic or other stuff, you can easily get it from the nearby market or Wafi Mall. There is also a nice coffee shop in the hotel, where you can enjoy a variety of beverages and snacks. Their breakfast is amazing and caters to the requirements of their global customers.
