We booked room for our family, at a very affordable price and the room was more spacious than normal. We were given a high floor room with a wonderful view thanks to Ms. Vilma and Ms. Frances at the reception! All of the staff were extremely amazing and friendly. The housekeeping staff are all so attentive to our needs, whether we request for something through phone. The restaurant staff were also so very helpful as we were a group of 4 and most tables were full or only for 2, they were so polite when they asked us to wait, and we only waited for 3 minutes to be seated. Great deal, clean room, and affordable too. Will stay again, hopefully!

I had come to stay for a week, later due to good service and excellent price I have extended my stay for a total of one and half month.Not only this but also recommended my friend Mr.Nazer who also came and stayed for 3 days in the same hotel.Warm reception by Ms.Winfreda , The Tanzanian 👧 , she was very supportive. The location of the hotel is perfect. Metro, bustop and malls are walkable distance. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Parking is available free of charge. The price is affordable. The restaurant serve mostly Indian food and ve few choices only. Staff are very friendly, professional, welcoming and helpful. Mrs Francesca, Mrs Vilma, Mrs Winfrid made my longterm stay great. They were vey supportive and coorperative. Even the security staff and the housekeeping staff were at their best.

Worst hotel I ever stayed. I stayed in hotel for a month ( 30 days) , service is very slow. Only got my room linen changed once in 30 days. First time when I asked to clean my room, it took them 3 hours to come and clean. Because of my busy schedule I asked them to clean room once a week, that also the could not do well. I booked through Airbnb, where it’s mentioned free water, but hotel refused to give water. Very disappointed. First hotel I have seen who treats their long stay guest like this. Won’t recommend this hotel.

Outstanding quality and excellent service! Clean and sterile rooms makes you feel safe during pandemic. Restaurant is quite clean and nice .

Nice location but bad service. Their TV channels are terrible. Only 4 or 5 channels work. The rest are useless. I complained, but the maintenance guys are helpless. They say the problem is in the disk itself. The parking downstairs is dirty and unorganized. Used for storage and not nice. The price is good, but they should clean up and fix a few things including the windows, TV and electric plugs.

The worst experience I have faced ever , Staff not honest, did not accept to return the money and blamed agent , agent team was very gentle and cooperative even sent an official accpetence to refund, hotel team lied to waste time and at the end refused to return back the money. Very disappointing experience I am highly not recommending this hotel to any one.

For 4 star hotel I did not get what I wanted. Rooms are old and need maintenance especially bathrooms. Slow service. First day I got the worst room but I was too tired. At night I asked for another room but they said to wait for next day. Next room was better. But still not 4 star experience. There are clubs. Some are open to everyone. Others are exclusive and expensive. Food is good but I was sad when I was asked to choose from the limited menu in breakfast.

Peaceful and clean hotel. All accessible bank metro , shopping center restaurants and the parking is in the basement. Love this place. I used to stay when i visit dubai. And affordable price also.

I use room service a lot as Im working from my room. Initially there were a few problems being understood but one day Asangla was sent with my breakfast. There were a few things missing that she attended to immediately and since then they have mainly sent her and she has taken great care to make sure my orders are correct and quickly responded to. She tries very hard is cheerful and a credit to the hotel.

I had a wonderful experience at the ARAVI HOTEL. Had spent 11days and observed thatThe staff are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable regarding places to visit in Dubai. The hotel is very clean throughout, and our room was spacious with everything that we needed. Had meals delivered to my room and it was absolutely fabulous. Meals was substantial, and suited all tastes.Asangla is superb :-).she is delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!

Worst experience. I requested early check in by the time of booking and reservation was confirmed. Then I arrived early and they asked me to pay for one more day worth for early check in. When I refused, they kept me with my family waiting for hours. Front desk staff was rude. The place smell bad. The furniture is scratched and dirty. 3 stars hotels is much better than this hotel. I strongly don’t recommend this hotel.

My husband and I stayed at Aravi hotel for 3 weeks. The rooms were nice and clean and the location was a really great. Alomgir was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. His friendly nature was very refreshing. Room service was a little slow at the hotel and they called quite a few times in the morning with breakfast and lunch deals which was annoying because it woke us from our sleep. Otherwise, we had a good stay here. Would recommend to friends.

Worst hotel. Mr sampath rude behaviour. Talking abt hotel policy but dont know how to handle customer. Agree if he care for hotel policy but if he dont know how to talk to guest then sorry I feel pity for him.

In the beginning we were not satisfied with the room service staff. We often called the manager to notify the room service staff so that they would clean the room. We placed a card please make up my room and yet our room was not clean. Luckily that was later sorted out with the help of Mr Sampath and Mr Samiradh. If our room was not clean Mr Dheeraj was always ready to keep our room as clean as possible. Also Mr Shohag and Alamgir were very friendly. They were just like our family. From booking a taxi to arranging our (tour) tickets. They were very humble. Last but not the least Mr Samiradh made sure the service was good.

This is a very nice place to stay, be it alone or with family and friends. However, there are a few areas where they can improve but I do understand that due to the pandemic, they are short staffed and are doing their best to manage. Room service is one area where they can improve greatly, as being a 4 star hotel it is important.The rooms are spacious and very clean, great quality all around and very nice ambience. For Indians, Pakistanis and Bangladeshis, this area does not have as many desi restaurants as compared to other places though so that is one thing some may find worth noting.

We are staying in your hotel for almost two months now and we were enjoying the peaceful environment. However, everything changed when the staff dealt with us in a very unprofessional way. I’ve had two visitors that was literally kicked out of the hotel just by not providing the emirates ID as we were not asked for it. By the time that the security came to us and asked for the EID’s we agreed to provide it. It’s as easy as asking the guests in a nice way without feeling harassed and literally being kicked out of the hotel within a few minutes of stay. The front desk staff and manager MR SAMATH is rude. Please make an ACTION. This is a very unpleasant experience for us and will make us leave the hotel in a few days. I hope you’d be able to provide a training for good etiquette and with a very high standard customer service especially for your clients who’ve been staying for a long time in your hotel.We did not ask for any VIP treatment or favor, but atleast your staff could’ve treated us in a nice and better way.

Hotel experience was nice, the location is nice as to where theres 24/7, restaurant nearby however the customer service is not enough for me to rate 5 star. I waited for almost 30 minutes just to check in and unfortunately, for checking out as well. 🤦🤦 and the card key that gave to us was giving us a hard time to open up the door and its kinda irritating since we requested another key in the customer service but its just the same thing. But over all, I love how clean the hotel.

Hotel rooms are spacious, neat and clean. The housekeeping staff is also good and provide very good service. Housekeeping staff Dharmendra used to give good service.

It was surprisingly good.Only one time was the house keeping staff way too slow otherwise its a nice quite , clean and decent place to stay.It is a little more than 500m away from metro though*I visited in winter but the AC system is not good enough*Washrooms are nice and clean but the bedsheets are sometimes torn at an end :(Overall a little more than OK place to be in.

I checked in March 2021. The hotel is near Al Rigga Metro station. The staff is very good and professional. The housekeeping staff is very punctual and one guy Dharmendhar was cleaning my room , he was very good. Overall the stay was pleasant and calm . Good for family no headache and noise . Secure hotel with Tea kettle and tea bags and sugar .Note - one more thing is to provide Tissue box in the room . Rest of all other service was good

Pathetic is the word. Dont even think of booking this hotel. It is deserted now. They charge for breakfast and they serve cold chilled bread omelette. No variety. Beds are made in 3 days. Cleaning is not of there concern. They dont have staff after covid. So think 1000 times before booking.

The worst last stay n manager was acting like she is owner of the hotel when my check in time there was no room available then they upgrad my room when i ask for late checkout they guy at reception say 2pm and next day in morning they call me around 10:30 that i have to leave at 1:30pm thats but when i call back yo ask to extend and what will cost but then so clod manager dont wnat to to extend and wnat me to leave now 1pm then ask is they the way to talk to ur guest she said im manager and i want to leave by 1pm its like she want me to fet out from that hotel and its was my 5stay but in future im not going to saty after this insulting wayI have request to teach there manager some manner how to talk to guets special Michel

Definitely not a 4 stars hotel. The first night we have given a room with broken courtain, and the space where the fridge was supposed to be was empty. After 2/3 calls we finally managed to change room. But they have no organization. At check out they kept us waiting for 10 minutes downstairs to check the room, then asked us to pay (again) for the room... While we already paid online through airbnb for the entire stay before even reaching the hotel for the stay, we had to show a proof of payment (not even a sorry for the inconvenience). We chose the hotel just because we knew the area, and its position is very good. But overall for the price paid you can find much better.
