Literally the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. I’m have platinum status at the hotel and they treated us like royalty!! The executive lounge was very nice as well. Will stay here anytime I’m in Dubai! Great staff.

One of my best hotel

Spent one night at JW Marriott Marquis. Although the room is at the 5 star Dubai standard, we were still disappointed with the whole thing. The shower and bath equipment did not work very well (hard to get hot water). The room had a balcony but condemned, so no interest. The view was not that great. The room was finally quite dark. No bathrobe. The hotel is very large with its large number of guests. It is therefore an anthill with its share of inconveniences (noise, waiting). The breakfast is quite complete, but in the Kitchen 6 restaurant, it is a bit like the factory. The pool appears to be quite large but for the number of guests, a second one would not be luxury. All the staff are very pleasant and helpful. To conclude, a part of disappointment for a renowned brand and one of the highest hotels in the world.
