The best and the only Hotel In Dubai deserves to say 5 star as a Hotel services and the facilities as well.Highly recommended.

Amazing experience, very helpful and fun club crew who attends to your every need. Music was a great hip hop and latin selection, made all of us want to dance inside the pool! Food was delicious as well and had a fantastic variety

We had a day’s stay at the property. The rooms are very clean and staff is very friendly. Honestly, it’s the best place to stay in Dubai. The view by the creek is amazing and somehow the climate tends to be cooler around here. It’s a “must recommend” place for anyone visiting or staying in Dubai. Will surely visit again.

Hotel is nice and clean but staff members are not professional. They have valet parking and my car was returned badly damaged however they denied that they did it. I had no insight into the security footage or any other evidence that they did not do so. I am very disappointed in customer service and care for customers belongings.

The architecture here is excellent. Love how they paid attention to every detail in and out of the building. However Im not giving a 5 star because some of their services are poor. In general I was going to rate a 2 star but Vanitas gave me a different impression with their service and my family had the best time there.Management needs to be selective and improve on the quality of staff(well trained and professional) to maintain a higher standard.Dont know how many people work at the kids club but the lady we met (didnt get her name) is excellent and passionate about her job. I cant say same for house keeping.Will give an update if I happen to go back there and I get a better service. By the way, the afternoon tea was great 👍

Don’t come to this hotel anymore. The service is very bad and the staff including their manager lacking the professional training to deal with a 5 star hotel guests. The room without bathroom accessories and minibar was empty. It seems there was shortage of staff as no one will answer the phones or coming to you on time, always delaying. We will not come again to this hotel. We have a lot of alternatives in Dubai with better services and less money.

Love the place, love the food. The pool is not as congested as other hotels. The have 3 pools and the adult pool is looking like a kids pool due to the pink flamingo floaters or lifesaver. Had coffee after a day in the pool its also good. Not as costly as I thought it would. Id say give it a try, head out to versace this summer and enjoy a wonderful time in the pool.

Yesterday we had faced a poor service with valet parking after attending a weeding at the hotel. We had been waiting for 40 minutes to receive our car standing on our feets with no availability of chairs for all the weeding guests. I had went over all previous comments of parking services and most of them are upset. I would like you to take the experience from the valet company at the American Hospital at Dubai becous they have the best valet service at all with available valet manager on site plus they are using wireless phones to manage the requested car for the guests in short time

Went for the brunch which I do recommend. Not the greatest brunch but it is a good one and is child friendly. (avoid if you dont want a brunch with lots of kids around)

I stayed a night for my anniversary, food is delicious staff is great, hotel is also clean…However, I had 2 afternoon tea sets, Arabic coffee and chocolate cake it was good & staff is really great and helpful BUT the Arabic coffee cup was DIRTY it had lipstick stain !!!!!!!!!Dirtiness IS A BIG NO FOR ME.They offered to remove Arabic coffee & cake charge from the bill, they apologized which I really appreciate…. But unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be back again soon.

Room was super cute, and great bathroom. I stayed for celebrating my graduation, and I came back from dinner, the hotel gave me a cake.( that’s written happy birthday lol) But anyway it was amazing stay. At the check out, the guy at the front desk were kinda slow, took like 15min to check us out.

The attention to detail is top notch in terms of the architecture and aesthetics of the hotel. The customer centric approach is visibly noticeable and felt.

I tried the spa and it was amazing as well relaxing, also I tried the afternoon tea with my only friend, the tea was amazing but the food was good. The music in another hand was very loud and it’s really annoying, I really can’t enjoy my afternoon tea because of the music, it cause me headache

I visited this area on the 21st of July for the purpose of boarding a lunch cruise, but did not in fact stay at any hotels in this particular area. The water front is appealing, and like all places in Dubai, clean and well maintained.

Hotel is really nice and great ambience. However security is extremely rude inside the hotel. Despite having my mask up, several security members uselessly tell me to put it higher up and while at the same time their own masks are below their noses. Also, I was draped in a towel and covered my entire body after taking a swim and coming up to my room while a security in lobby told me to wear the t-shirt very disrespectfully. He was not ready to listen to what I was saying and was very ill mannered.

I visited one of their restaurants twice ,once with my sons friend /business partner from Belgium and another with some old friends from America and my baby grandson, they were very helpful with the baby and helped us to decide what to order at this simply amazing Iranian restaurant, this is by far the best restaurant I’ve ever been to and I’m hoping to be able to go one day with my husband ( he is here in search for a job), perhaps we will celebrate his new job at this restaurant. We wish to stay at the hotel (only if they offer us a discount for long staying guest). May Allah (God) bless this lovely place and make it a home away from home for most. Pictures are absolutely stunning. Thank you to the wonderful waiters there.

Just now on Google1/5I am really disappointed in my last stay in Palazzo Versace Dubai . The standard level of services was definitely lower than expected comparing to our previous stays in the same hotel. Starting from the receptionists and their manager on duty that day who were uncooperative, and the room which was not prepared yet for the next guests ( the bathroom was without its basic accessories such as shampoo, body gel, … etc, and the minibar was empty), and ending by the checkout that took more than hour for the concierge to pick up our luggage from the room. I don’t think this level would be accepted by any respected five star hotel.

I had a massage for 45 minutes it was amazing and the facilities it’s very clean

The Room was clean and attractive , Room was small but the bed was super comfy, most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. Breakfast had good options, specially for desserts. They complimented us with a chocolate mousse since it was my birthday. Little far from marina and other active areas.

I stayed one night Aug. 2, 2021 when I had a flight the next day. Kaoutae checked me in and was very quick and friendly. The hotel is gorgeous! I wish I could have stayed more nights! The bellman, Aditya was very professional, helpful and kind too! I hope to stay again, but for a longer time ! (Maryam)

Brunch and pool visitWe spent the day here for brunch and had the most amazing day.Food and beverages were of the highest standard and for a steal of a price.The pool although busy was cool and relaxing. Lots of inflatables, and as its adults only there was always space if your fancied floating around.Staff were very attentive and our glasses never ran dry.The food offered for the brunch was a wide choice to meet all tastes and high quality. We particularly enjoyed the deserts which were clearly crafted by an expert choclatier.Worth a visit and easily convinced us that we would love to stay here next time we visit Dubai.

The service does not meet the price you pay. I have booked their standard room, club room, grand suite, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments. All with creek view. In fact, I stayed at this hotel before its official opening. The higher room categories are matched by a worse level of service from staff. The same is true for staff as well. I starting to doubt they have any hospitality training whatsoever. Valet brought my car back with stains that the car wash couldnt remove. When I talked to valet, they did nothing and eventually remove the stain. No apology and not even a complimentary carwash! We were chocked by the cigarette smoke in grand suite and were delayed from things we had to do in Dubai because of this until the suite was changed. No apology whatsoever until I complained later that night and received a cold apology from a guy who promised to get back to me in the morning and then disappeared. The last day was crowned with my car dusty inside and out, similar stains outside and inside this time. Another lady manager who was in charge did nothing. In fact, she was talking to me as if they did nothing wrong. I will never come back to this hotel. You are better off spending your money somewhere else with a more professional management.

The hotel is amazing. I didn’t stay at the rooms however I go there regularly to enjoy dinning at its various restaurants and sometimes I go tanning by the pool of the lovely La piscina. The food is always top notch and service is professional. The restaurants have different themes and all are so creative and artistic. Love Palazzo Versace Dubai. 100% recommended.

We booked at one of the Suites. The room was lovely, comfortable and cozy! We booked for 6 nights and it was amazing! The food at the Italian Restaurant was absolutely scrumptious! Good job, Chef! The Customer Services are the best, absolutely top class International standard! Amazing ladies day by the pool! The best in town as far as I’m concerned: free entry, 3 complimentary drinks, and a free hairdresser on site. Great food: I had the sushi burger! Yum!

It is surprising that a very huge business hotel in Dubai didnt answer to the requests, the employees in Events department have no creditibality and unprofessional, they read the messages and didnt even reply to it!!!!!!!

PALAZZO VERSACE , is a neat and nice place from resedence to hotel west to east is a golden look . Clean parking , talkless of the inside visit here At Al Jadaf Dubai . If you dont know Palazzo Versace then i been sleeping on a bicycle.

The hotel itself and the room was beautiful. Unfortunately, the service was truly terrible. My fiancé and I waited a minimum of 20 minutes for even a water despite the hotel being almost empty. The waitstaff didnt seem to prioritize good service. This was surprising to me given the high price for everything and the glowing reviews of the Versace. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

We stayed here for one night. It was not as great as the first hotel we stayed in in Dubai. The pool is under maintenance and the other pool that was open was a bit small and with some leaves floating on it. The room is great but not as great as we expected. Foods are totally delicious! We ordered the pizza and their signature club sandwich and it’s totally tasty! 💯 We would definitely be back but not so soon!

Ive been wanting to visit Palazzo Versace Dubai, and curious whats the interior must be like and the ambiance of the restaurants. Like I expected it was amazing especially the logo of Versace at the entrance, the paintings on the wall it gives you different vibe unlike other hotels. Sanie was very helpful guiding me with the all information that I need to know . Massive thanks to her. Breakfast was great, although sausages and hash brown was not that good, I did enjoyed because of the attentive staffs - Roshan did an amazing job and in dinner Heera and Saqlain were super great at what they are doing, very professional. Plus Im not sure if I get their names right Chef Bharat and Chef Jayanti did a marvelous job, I ended up having food coma. :]

Came for the afternoon tea in Mosaico. Lovely surroundings, not surprisingly Versace themed, and a well above average afternoon tea presentation with many very cleverly contrived variations on the sweets and savouries. Relatively good value at dhs300 for two, bearing in mind this is a top-class experience. If I had to think of a criticism it would be the slow valet parking. Apart from that.... Excellent.

It doesn’t get more luxurious and opulent than Palazzo Versace. We’ve stayed here twice over the last few years and it only gets better and better. From the stellar service to the lush robes to the Versace Home adorned rooms, you’ll be in for an unforgettable treat!

Very high end designer hotel unfortunately the middle swimming pool never has any sun and is always in the shade. Sauna also unfortunately not available and only accessible through a spa appointment which is weird considering when I did go inside it was empty and spacious, could be something due to covid. Overall would recommend.

As Ive been a part of the development of this promenade about 4kilometer walk from D1 tower to Manazel and its Marina, beautiful scenic views from footbridge to Art Jameel. Best place for the soul searcher artist & photographer.

We are really disappointed from the attitudes of the receptionists. Instead of welcoming and smiling, they were uncooperative. We have booked a Deluxe city view room, and we have asked for a sea view. They refused and said no available premium room, although when I have checked online the wanted room category is available. The difference is very obvious from the previous Managment when we stayed in the hotel last time. It was far better than the current ones. In addition, the room bathroom basic accessories such as shampoo, body gel … etc, were not available and we have to ask the cleaner to bring it. On the day of check out, we call for the concierge to take the luggage, and we have to wait for an hour to come after several phone calls. Is this the level of 5 star hotel ?

Avoid this hotel at all cost. Noisy, rude staff and rooms not clean (I found a booger on the coffee cups in my room). While it looks like a five star hotel, the service and quality is two stars at best. Im a frequent visitor of Dubai, and this hotel is the worst Ive tried. You can get better quality with same price everywhere else in Dubai. They are also understaffed, which you can clearly see when you try to get your car parked. The group that owns this hotel publicly announced that it isnt doing as well as they hoped, so you can see the cost cutting in the quality of the experience. It all makes sense. But dont take my word for it, spend your money and you see for yourself how bad of an experience you will be getting.

For who’s asking about the hotel the hotel Decor was stunning and the services and the restaurant and the staff were very kind and loving but I wouldn’t come next time they are more a materialist and i was surprised the spa I knew that you had to have a reservation so go there and the supervisor when I tried calling him he said he was busy and he wasn’t free to talk I was surprised about that and the hotel it’s just decor and I wouldn’t recommend coming here again there or more other better choices to go to

A very special birthday to remember. My hubby surprised me on my birthday 3 nights stay in this luxurious hotel. I enjoyed and loved my experience in Palazzo Versace hotel. Weve got a lot of special memories and its one of a kind- I got picked up by versace limousine car, had a romantic dinner with candles, champagne and petals of roses on the table, impressive suite with birthday decors/cake/versace gifts and exclusive signature couples spa with birthday decors. Amazing indoor/outdoor picturesque, lots of versace emblems and an amazing attention to detail and finishing touches were stunning and tasteful. Thank you Vanitas, Giardino, Spa and Executive Lounge staff for an excellent service and friendly demeanour you have shown to us.

Good Afternoon Tea (food wise) in the lobby cafe but service was far less than Id expect from a luxury hotel. Food was interesting and tasty without becoming far removed from a true Afternoon Tea; there were imaginative variations of traditional offerings like salmon and cream cheese, and cucumber sandwiches. Also, very good quality scones. However, unfortunately it was 50mins before we actually received anything and even then it was because we flagged someone down (literally - it was like the staff were looking through you). No choice of teas beyond English Breakfast, but coffees and juices included for those that prefer those options. Difficult to get anyones attention. Disappointing overall

Had iftar at Enigma, it was nice and tasty. We thought we can set outside, but it was bit tough due to heat and humidity.The seating is fantastic and the ambience was amazing.Love it and recommend it.One comment for Iftar, I was hoping to try more main courses other that what was served.

Had the into the jungle brunch with family and friends. It was really great for the kids. Beautiful hotel.

One of the best hotels I have ever been to! Situated nearby to Dubai International Airport (DXB) - 15 minutes drive. City walk is 10 minutes drive away from the hotel. Ambience is royal and luxurious. It has a large and beautiful swimming area with amazing view to the harbour.Staff is very friendly and courteous. Personal experience - one of the staff member made a special request to the Chef to customise Curry dish as per the request made for an Indian flavour.Food quality is amazing. Numerous variety of breads, curries, desserts and much more.Price might seem a bit high but it is totally worth it considering the experience and satisfaction delivered by the hotel. Recommended place!

Staying in Versace Palazzo was amazing and afternoon tea was just acceptable compared to other places but overall the price was a little bit higher.

We visited the hotel on a saturday afternoon. The person at the entrance directed us to a totally wrong place but luckily the lady from the pool tean who helped us was great. The food is average and overpriced. The service is good. The main pool was under construction and the pool where kids can swim was quite small. Luckily the hotel was not too crowded so we enjoyed the day.

It could be amazing. The reputation of Versace is fantastic, the hotel is wonderful, the design, spa and pools are 5 star but the service is not even 1 star worth. In a 5 star hotel a guest should feel welcome and appreciated at all times. You feel welcome when you are willing to overspend on your credit card but once you are coming as a privilee guest you get treat like you are not good enough. What a shame as they dont know who the person is. I got denied entry to the changing room and showers because (that day) I hadnt booked a treatment. That I spent the week before 800 dh in the spa didnt count. In a time like that a hotel should invest in guest relation even more and not treat people selective. And that was order from the management. Maybe the managment should take some course in guest relation and how to treat guests in 5 star hotels. So as consequence we wont want to come back until we get some appology. Also the showers in the pool area are utterly dirty and disgusting. A shame that they dont have the service and class like hotels in Europe have.

I like this hotel for its majestic architecture and the pool area that offers relaxing days under the hot Dubai sun. La Piscina is also fun to hang out with ur girlfriends on the floating water mats and also to enjoy sipping ur beverage or alcoholic drink while listening to soft music on the background.

It is really nice place but hotel rooms are facing maintains issues. Smell, bathtub cleaning. The TV system is not working properly as well. There is nothing particularly interested around. Swimming pools are very nice. The bed mattress is absolutely amazing.
