A decent budget option. Modest, but clean and has all the amendeties. The staff is friendly and helpful. Im very happy, thank you!

Its a good stay at a good location. Its clean and staff are helpful and responsive. Although I think there are better options available for this price. It seemed a bit overpriced to me. And the room was clean but had a shabby smell. They did spray it with room freshener on asking. And even though they werent packed they charged me 50 AED for 2 hrs early check in and then took 1 hr to provide cooking utensils and clothes drying hanger, turn on AC.Overall okay stay.

Mixed feelings about this place.Positives: Some staff is really kind, especially house keeping. Hotel is quiet. Location is quite and walking distance from amenities (shopping mall, etc.). Close to DBX airport. Its cheap, but not even that cheap if you know what I mean.Negatives: The hotel doesnt smell really nice. The corridors smell like food and they could invest in some air freshener in the rooms. No complementary water. The kitchen utensils and the rooms in general are a bit run down. Gym very basic. Pool not the most welcoming.Asked to check out earlier and wasnt offered a refund.

Very poor service. Dont know how to talk to customer. No towels were kept inside the room. Even coffee wasnt there to be served inside the room. There wasnt telephone in the room to call reception. After raising the issue manager started arguing. Would never recommend to any one

The best and cheapest hotel apartment in dubai.last 2month I was staying there.the stuff and the owner of this hotel was very good.

Modest budget hotel/apt accessible to mall and metro stations.Staff are friendly and helpful.Fazil is accomodating and friendly . Place is highly recommended 👌 👍 ✨

So bad!!! A very bad smell in all the hotel and rooms, I changed 2 rooms because of cockroaches!! and the owner tell me its normal! Cooking utensils and small oven so dirty and old, even when they come do the cleaning you still feel its too dirty and no smell of detergent.

My partner is from Saudi and they treat him like a person whose living in Dubai because of there hospitality. we have a good experience with the staff especially room service, receptionist and Mr. Mohammed is very friendly. All I can say is good job guys and keep it up. God bless you all ❤️

Location wise it is near ADCB metro station even alfahidi is walkable, groceries nearby and staff friendly. The rooms are pretty small but then rents are also low.

Nice for monthly room 4 good if you have own car

I stayed there for 6 months at a monthly price of 2500 AED which I feel is the right cost as per their service (not deserve more than this believe me). Everything somehow you can manage except for few things.1) General Manager, OSAMA, seems to be very arrogant, rude and unprofessional. For a very genuine docs also hell upfront ask you bribe, I asked him to provide me proof on letter head that Im staying here to submit in my company he I asked 2000 AED which made me leave the hotel.2) WI-FI will not work at all or properly atleast 1-2 days in a week so work from is nearly impossible.3) owner of the property seems to be a good guy but completely depends on General Manager, OSAMA.4) Second person after GM is Fazil (Account Manager), he either doesnt have any authority or dont want to help, but again always say NO for everything you ask.5) reception lady ( from kerala) is very very rude even shell not talk to you for anything and might yell at you.Suggestions to hotel: save your repo and immediately change the General Manager atleast.PROS: location is good and studio apartments are spacious. Can be a good choice only if management is changed, make sure to check that before your check in.

I made a booking in this hotel for 3 days. The thing is that they only give complimentary water in the 1st day and they charge it for the succeeding days. Haha. Its not a big deal, but the manager who made their hotel rules is funny, 😂🤣 made their hotel a cheap one

They are frauds . They took advance and booked a room. Then after many days they call and say prices increase by 50% leading me to search for other places where prices have gone up. Falling too low to make a quick buck. Dont recoommed as they dont have any ethics and can dupe customer.Anyways police and DED department will look into it further
