Good hotel, clean and spacious rooms, excellent location given its proximity to Dubai Mall. The pool was quite dirty however, and the bigger pool is apparently only for apartment residents and not hotel guests. The hotel also did not accommodate additional requests such as placing a microwave in the room, which is something pretty basic for a 5-star. Within the room, the bathroom and bathtub are quite small. Also, you cannot cast to the TV if you have an iPhone (we’re in 2021 and no one watches TV channels!)

This hotel was unique, with kind staff, great location and beautiful pool.My husband had left his mobile phone in a taxi, and the hotel staff, especially Mr. Behrooz, worked hard and returned the mobile phone to us.Thanks for all the good moments Mr Oscar and others made for us

Just stayed here for 1 night for our convention before pandemic. The place is located near the Dubai Mall. The hotel is clean and elegant. The staff are friend and what I truly like is their selections of breakfast. Although I spent most of the time outside of the hotel I hope I can enjoy soon the amenities of this beautiful place .

The Hotel looks a little bit 90 retro style, but the service made it up. If the Hotel deserves a 4 star rating, Monica from the front desk and Purity from the executive lounge deserve a 6 star rating. Therefore we end up at 5 stars. Simple Maths.

A wonderful first ever hospitality indeed. I was so very impressed with the exceptional care and cordiality of the staff. I must say that I was accorded a kingly treatment by Purity and Mahdi at the lounge. Fantastic value for money for sure. Ill certainly recommend this property to my friends and colleagues

Very nice place to relax, Oscar was extremely helpful and easy to work with. As were the rest of the staff. The security team there are amazing and really do have the best interested for your comfort. Would definitely stay there next time.

One of the best hotels i have stayed in! Fabulous service, great room and staff, great location, everyone was so great and welcoming! Specially the guest service Monica and Razani! They were awesome, and even they did not miss giving me the welcome treat 🍩😍, clean rooms; I also was lucky to get the room with a private jacuzzi! The pool is also clean and temperature-controlled. I would rate my stay 10/10 and i would definitely come back again and again! I highly recommend staying in the hotel

BE WARNED!!! THE PICTURES ARENT TRUE TO WHAT THE HOTEL SHOWS!!! the hotel is good, but they advertise showing the whole complex but dont tell you that its not the whole complex! So you can only use the 1 pool! And it isnt even that big! Gets really busy after about 25 loungers are out. Its a shame we booked thinking theres multiple pools but there isnt and you wont know this until you get there. The pool at the hotel isnt that big either the otherside of the resort which they have sold of have multiple pools the hotel doesnt. Dont expect to get a picture with the waterfall feature as its not part of the hotel but part of the resort that has been sold off! The location is good as its near Dubai mall. Just a shame they arent honest about the pool arrangements!

Stunning property with beautiful views of the city..just opposite dubai mall and burj khalifa...good pool and greenery all around with free parking...their 3bedroom suite is so spacious

I booked 3 bedroom apartment for 2 nights and overall rating I can give is 4 star out of 5 star.Overall Staff Rating from the scale of 1 to 10 is 9.5 for me, as they are the asset of this hotel. Most of them are attentive, helpful and accommodating (except the house keeping).My special thanks to amazing Anna (rating her 10 out of 10), the manager of Sale & Marketing Dept. who finalized and made my booking possible, to awesome Monica (rating her 10 out of 10) who made my stay a memorable one, to the Indian guy in the apartment reception counter who assisted us on our check in and patiently searched for the room with balcony (per my request), to the very accommodating Nhilda (operator) and the bellboy who assisted us when we checked in and checked out (apologies, forgot their names). I would like to thank as well the pool security guard (very accommodating black guy) on duty, who made out of his way to assist and guide us to get to the apartment bldg. the easiest way (we were on the pool between 9 am to 10:30 am on Wednesday, 21/07/21)Would think of booking the same hotel again because of the staff.Hotel location is accessible. The apartment building needs some refurbishment and thorough cleaning specially the balconies, some furniture are outdated and the bed in my room was not comfortable anymore as the mattress was no longer firm, pillows needs to be replaced as well. The lightings are too dim specially to the corridor. The house keeping are not that much attentive. Has called them more than 4x just to remind them about our request to provide the missing utensils and some stuff in the kitchen.Again, I would recommend this hotel because of their staff.

A 5 star hotel that need renovation badly, the Five star service I got from the professional and helpful staff are front desk officer (Mr Edricks) who checked in and went extra mile to make it special. In Pergolas Restaurent for sea food night and morning breakfasts (Mr Brian) was on his toes and we enjoyed every bit at Pergolas. Indeed they both deserve to be Employee of the year! Some bad experiences I faced but these guy’s covered them with their professionalism. Great job and I enjoyed my time!

Super clean, outstanding service and relaxing hotel to stay in.Every single person we met was well spoken, kind and couldnt have done enough to make our stay the best it could possibly be.The pool area was well maintained with strict safety in place.Breakfast was excellent quality and most days the egg queue was cleared quickly and effectively.The room was very clean, dark but we had a side balcony with a view if both sides of the city which made up for the dark room. Air conditioning worked very well and water and tea was replenished daily.The concierge were very helpful, the hotel limo was comfortable and affordable.We would definitely recommend and stay again.

I stayed 7 nights in this hotel, it was terrible stay and one of my worse stay in Dubai!! Very bad luck. See some points below:- small insects in toilets- breakfast hall is full and overloaded with very limited breakfast options compared to a 5 stars hotel.- very old hotel- old furniture- bad smell in room- doesnt have the 5 stars standards, not sure how it is rated as 5 stars.- very noisy, not suitable place for relaxation in 5 stars hotel.- some employees work per mode. Not sure if there is a manger or if they follow clear system.- most of signal lights of the room such as not disturb is not working. You will be amazed when you see room boy in top of your head.- I was about to lose my car card after delivering to hotel due to poor handover between crew. The in charge person was swaring they received nothing whereas I have confirmation and call that it was delivered to hotel. Luckily it was kept by other crew member.- I was asked to stop by someone in charge when I was about to get in to my car after final checkout to ask me why I will not rate them 10 of 10???? I simply told him you are very late and dont waste my time.- I forgot to take photo for the small black insects in toilet. I ended up itchy skin.In general I will never ever book again in this hotel.

So far this is my favorite hotel ever i cant seem to find a flaw in all my visits. Swissotel Al Murooj has become my first thought when coming to Dubai i just love how its designed to feel comfortable and fancy at the same time. Our bags got lost on arrival. Rooms are very dated and bathrooms are not in a good state of repair. 3 star experience, not 5. However, beds are very comfy and staff do everything that they can to help.

We didn’t stay at the hotel but dined in Pergola restaurant. I’ve been in many seafood buffets in Dubai. But this one was spectacular with its variety and the staff. Esp. Sri and Bryan were excellent in their jobs with friendliness, attentiveness and professionalism. Definitely recommend it.

Hummm.....what can I say let me start by saying: remember the saying that dont judge a book by its cover this absolutely applies here. This should be a 4start hotel but no way it can even compete with some three or two stars in terms of cleanliness.I cant seem to remember the last time someone in this hotel decided to remove the drapes for washing, or properly clean the window areas or even some corners of the bathtubs. The smell that welcomes you when you enter your room is not pleasant at all, I even forgot about the torn curtains. However I must say what they lack in those areas they make up for in staffs. The services provided by their staffs are amazing, they are very patient people and very respectful, am sure this and the location is the reason people still frequent here. I hope the management reads this and improve on maintenance and housekeeping.Do visit and let me know when things change so I can visit again at least to fully enjoy value for money.* Attached picture is the lobby.

This is my very first visit to Dubai, and I am happy to have chosen this hotel!Thanks to the amazing staff at Swissotel Al Murooj, I felt the most welcome and taken care of since day one and during the whole stay.I can say thats one of the places youd be sad about leaving.Additionally, I would like to thank my friend, Razani! If you ever get lucky to meet that lady, believe me, you will be in good hands! You rarely meet people, who genuinely love their job and are great at it!

It’s our first time to stay in Swissotel Murooj and it was a great experience! My kids enjoyed the pool area and the play area , this place is excellent for family. It’s an oasis within the city. Very near to Dubai Mall and The main road access as well as taxi and metro. The staff in the concierge Mr Bilal is very helpful and his manager Ms Monica are both providing highest customer service . I highly recommend Swissotel Murooj, very affordable , clean , big rooms , facilities are well maintained.

Good customer service and great response from Mr.Mina till I got a proper apartment with good level.The apartments have different levels. I had to change it couple of times.Some of them have old furniture and the toilets needs major maintenance.The Iftar food was really good and delicious. A lot of varieties and great services.I have enjoyed it and recommending it.

It was the best living in Dubai. The hotel is real 5 stars place with the great city view especially at night. The restaurant served the delicious food every day. Every Tuesday and Thursday there is the great seafood dinner with barbecue outside. Two swimming pools, gyms and sauna made our staying more comfortable. I want to say: “Thank’s a lot” to a girl Sri in the restaurant from my son Daniel. She was very kind and spoke to us every time we came. My son liked her a lot 👍🏻💯
