Worst hotel experience. The staff were extremely rude and racist. Never going again. Wont recommended anyone to visit the place. Especially if youre not white. The rooms and furniture are old and smells bad. Only nice people i met were the people working at house keeping. Other service staff were so rude and unwelcoming

We travelled to this wonderful hotel (my husband and 2 kids) for our 2 weeks holidays. It has been our second stay at this fantastic hotel. The staff are amazing especially Luh Lia and Ryan who have been so kind. They have greeted us every morning with wonderful smiles and couldn’t do enough for us. This is our home away from home when we come to Dubai.

**The good**1. The food.a. Dinner Buffet: We had the dinner buffet option along with our reservation and it was great! The selection wasnt a a lot but what was offered was excellent! The dishes that mattered! Ex. Meat menu were abundant, Ox Tail, Beef Ribs, Braised Beef T-Bone steaks were my top picks! And you had 4 choices of sauce, namely, BBQ sauce, Pepper Sauce and 2 other things. It was Grill night and additionally, theyll grill small bits of meats that included beef steaks, fish, cuts of chicken breast and lamb kebab. There were plenty of salad selections, less fruits and there were just enough desert selections.b. The breakfast buffet: was good enough with the regular selection like eggs, sausages, salamis, bread and the usual stuff.My suggestions for dinner: add selections of basic seafoods like Shrimps, fish fillet, Japanese foods like sushi and sashimi. Roast and fried chicken and lamb chops or different types of kebabs.My suggestions for breakfast: Id recommend they add like smoked salmon, and more types of sausages and salamis.2. The swimming Pool, it was just the right size for may be maximum of 10 people just dipping about and having fun and may be swimming. Theres a lifeguard continously monitoring for safety. Plenty of seats. It had some sort of water fountain design that we had a lot of fun with my 4 year old.3. The gym was not bad at all. It enough equipments to satisfy my workout requirements.4. The spa. My wife and sisters were so amazed and happy with the experience they had. They were so relaxed and had an incredible time, and cost was reasonable as there was a discount.5. The rooms were good and was up to the mark. I didnt see anything spectacular though. There are modern 5-star hotels now in in AL Barsha areas in Dubai which were cheaper but had way larger rooms and high-tech facitilies which I didnt find in this hotel.If you go to this hotel one good idea is that you can choose to go to the mall and eat food there instead if you dont wanna pay extra for the buffet.Overall, my experience was good. No valet. We were instructed to park behind, in a basement parking mixed with the mall parking. We ended up going to the mall elevator entrance and confused to not find the L floor button on the elevator which we later realized it was only a mall elevator entrance. We werent told that there was a specific elevator area for the hotel. We had to go back to the car and look for the entrance to the Hotel elevator.2. The looong process of checking in. If you have a 5-member family, youll need to wait a minimum of 20-30 minutes to complete the process. According to the attendant, the E. ID process is whats making it long.

Food is a big asset of this hotel. Breakfast is somehow a bit chaotic, but its due to Covid restrictions. Buffet at night is simply amazing. Quality and taste, as well as service are superb. What I only wish is that soon there will be again the possibility for a real self service, as currently the service is being made by the cooks.I also want to mention the fantastic staff, headed by Khaled and his Filipino colleague. Mahmoud is an amazing supervisor. The cooks are all competent and nice. Bravo to all!

- The rooms, bathrooms and beds are clean and neat.- The staff are very very kind and gentle and their service is excellent and fast, they didnt ignore anything weve ordered.- We ordered one extra bed, they brought it immediately when we reached our room.- There were 2 swimming pools, one was under maintenance and the other was open, it was very clear and clean, although it was far from our room, but its really good, but small.- The walls are soundproof.- The rooms are carpeted.- There is no balcony in non-smoking rooms.- The breakfast was limited, it was buffet but you cant make your own plate.But, the staff will do it exactly as you order.- There is no iron in the room.- The room was very hot, we turned on the AC, but it took time to cool the room. But when we complained, they resolved the problem.

Stayed here for 3 weeks in their apartments. I simply cannot fault the team. I was very happy with the service I received from the breakfast waiters especially Rachel and Mostafa. They were so welcoming and you can tell they are dedicated to those jobs. The rooms were very good as well, again the customer service we received from our housekeeper was impeccable, Mr Romeo definitely made our stay more comfortable, he has good cleaning skills...I was very impressed.This is a good hotel, I’ll definitely be coming back and spreading the word.

We have stayed 10 nights in this hotel. We love it. We made some requests and the hotel was always beyond expectations. Our toddler girl really enjoy the swimming pools and the Kids room. Parking is free. There is a Mall under the hotel and many restaurant around.Breakfast is nice (sometimes you need to qeue for 5-10 m so I recommend to arrive early) and the staff were very kind and professional, specially Luh Lia. She even prepared a goodbye surprise for my girl. She is a sweetheart and very attentive.Thank you so much

Bad Experiences. We did not enjoy our stay.. Knowing that this is a 5 Star Hotel. The water that flows in the faucets not good (Color Brown), that is on the Masters Bedroom. The Swiss Service operator, shes (Filipina) very unlikely answering our calls, and throwing back to us the blame of not checking the water flows before check-in (which is not part of our job as customers/ clients. We cannot enjoy our stay. It adds up to our stress..

Horrible hotel, if you are considering staying here please don’t, the service is absolutely horrendous, called the housekeeping 3 times in the space of 3 hours telling to come and they took almost 6 hours only because I had to go down to the reception twice and also to mention ordered some plain toast and tea which took 1 hour and 30 minutes, 100% disappointed with the overall service and A/c. Not to mention when I ordered water and had to call them back 40 minutes to ask what was taking them so long and then soon finding out they have not even recorded my request. But on the bright side the rooms are spacious and lobby is a work of art with the high ceiling and all.

Not so good an experience. First of all the checking is at 3 pm while check out at 12. The registration mand then sanitization took almost another hour. The bathroom smelled like kitchen. It is in an Arabic country yet no hand spray for toilet. We lived in family suite, so the bathroom was big enough but no proper way for water flow out.

The whole stay was great. The breakfast was a full course spread that I enjoyed very much! The service was also great, special mention to Beni, Grace, and manager Khalid. Keep it up!

I came here with my husband for spa for the first time and the service was amazing ! From the reception with Grace to the one who did my massage Jemenisia was really good. We came late so we couldn’t use other facilities on time. We will come back for sure 😊

Very disappointing, apartment dirty furniture dirty also and broken pool not possible to use no social distancing, gym very dirty no cleaning no disinfection of the Gym equipment no towels provided for the Gym so it makes it very dirty and smelling very bad. except from the good space in the apartment and the nice view all the rest was very weak.

Very nice apartment with view of the Burj Khalifa. The Apartment had everything you need, we lived there for about 4 weeks and we had almost everything, from a dishwasher to a microwave and even a wash machine. We had 2 bathrooms and a double Bed. We will come definitely again.

Hotel was marvellous, came very early around 10am, Gokce the room director went out of his way to check us in early after a very long flight from London. Hotel location very convenient one of the hotel exit in on Al Rigga, where a lot a restaurants and shops are, its has a mall where you will find almost everything you need. Breakfast was plentiful and organised, we used to come around 9.30am and enjoy our continental breakfast from eggs, salads, juices, fruits, pancakes and indian curry too. If you get the opportunity to be served by Charles in Dinning he will definitely go extra lengths to make sure you enjoy your dinning.Thanks to Zia in room service who always made sure our rooms were clean and Ezzeldin at reception who happily extended our checkout time.

I don’t know their names, but they deserve congratulations. The sheets were immaculate and the towels In a 5 stars quality. Also thumbs up for Khaled, the operation manager.If you have time, don’t miss the spa. Best Thai massage I had in my life!On the minus side: to fix the temperature of the water in the shower it’s an adventure in itself and most of the time impossible. It goes from boiled to 15 degrees in a millimeter.( I had a room at 11-th floor). I hope this doesn’t put you off, but just to know what to expect. Other than that, and beside the fact that the water in the pool is almost warm in a 45 degrees outside, and you cannot cool yourself in any way, the experience was good. And I will definitely return. Maybe not in May :)))
