What a great time we had here. The room was spectacular and definitely nicer than almost anything you would find in the States. The service is really where this property shines though. Not one request I made was denied (late check out, etc) and everyone we encountered was pleasant and helpful. I will definitely be back.

Hard to be impressed in Dubai, so many beautiful places but my stay at the W was amazing, impressed with a different style, over and beyond service, smart room, cool design, curved wall with built in TV, bar, not mini, real size! And an amazing terrace lounge.. I could have spent all my stay there, room balcony on the comfy lounge enjoying the view over the pool and beach, but there were more things to enjoy, the spa had exceptional massage beds (heated n fluffy) and the bubble at the pool makes it a whole new experience, I am not a fan of cabanas usually but this one is different... great staff as often seen in Dubai, but always appreciated

I dont think it gets all 5 stars rating here.1. We can see hotel is not busy and yet we have been given a room to the parking entrance view2. Since we checked in the door needs to be forced close or it gets stuck, coffee machine and telephone had to be changed3. Breakfast variety is very less than average, and the flavours are not the best. I can do at home tastier food.4. Gym is unsupervised and no cleaning staff at all. There were two guests posing and playing with all machines and no staff to talk to them. I had to interfere because it was annoying and unhygienic. Gym is too small for a massive hotel with 5 machines, 4 treadmills and some extra equipment .. I was there with 1 more.. if it was busier then I wouldnt be able to exercise.5. At the room, hairdryer just noisy and doesnt dry at all... chiller is not chilling with 12 hours everything inside warmer than when we place it in.. the room is colder than inside the chiller. There is no hanging rope to dry clothes. TV has no screen mirroring or apps if you want to play something from phone. The near bed sockets are too high and the adapter keeps coming out.6. At the beach we wanted towel, asked the staff and he was playing on thr phone and said you can take from there without even bothering himself.. pool deck is dirty, sunbeds are all stained and disgusting, there are drink cups, empty cans all over the pool area that keeps falling into the pool. There are no lifesavers at the beach or pool so be careful on that part.ProsThe hotel decorations are nice and thats it.

This is by far the best stay I had in the Palm area. I have checked in almost all the hotels in the Palm but W Hotel is exceptional! We celebrated my cousin’s bday and we were surprised by their surprise goodies. Special thanks to Leila and Mahmoud for a very good service making my cousin extremely happy on her special day! We will surely come back! You guys are SUPER!!! Keep it up!!!

The W Dubai ripped my wife and I off. We had booked 3 nights with Marriott certificates for our honeymoon here in May 2021. We confirmed at check-in. At check out, the certificates were miraculously removed from our reservation. The hotel refused to honor the original reservation terms and charged us 3 nights on our credit card.I do not recommend spending money at a hotel that would stoop this low.

A luxurious resort with outstanding services and very friendly and helpful staff, with an excellent location in the Dubai Palm east crescent. The hotel has a unique design with beautiful lobby area and an astonishing swimming pools zone. Also the hotel has a good size beach area.The rooms are very large in size with very luxurious touches and signature furniture. Views towards the seaside are spectacular. The bathroom is very large and very well articulated. Breakfast is also excellent with many selections and varietiesThe hotel is also demonstrating high standards to protect the guests from COVID-19. The only drawback is the late response from the valet parking staff, where improvement is essential to match the hotel’s high standards.

Didn’t like hotel much, specially smell in the room, our neighbors had party in the room was a bit noisy. Sea is dirty. Wouldn’t go one more time.Buffet was great tho

Our next door neighbor kept playing loud music at late hours, talking loud on the phone on the hallway. We called the front desk 3 times and we were offer to move to another room instead of shutting down the party entirely. I never seen this kind of behavior from the staff. Will never go back and will not reccomend this facility to anyone. This post is being written while on premises at 1:51 a.m.

Absolutely horrible! Booked a weekend staycation for our anniversary and ended up having a sleep deprived weekend! Loud music was played all night till 6 am (one of the rooms next door) and the hotel did absolutely nothing even though many complaints were raised both nights! COVID restrictions were not followed strictly as many of the staff kept putting down their masks at pool and restaurants.

The hotel style is very modern. Lobby is a bit small compared to other 5 star hotels in Dubai. Its good for couples and honeymooners but definitely not for family with kids. The valet service was very crowded and not organised compared to other hotel at same category. The food is good though.

The hotel is soooo disgusting and dirty .... very low standard in term of cleaning.... the bed sheets smell like a skin of a goat 🐐 ... no towels in the room ... the interior is horrible ( purple / blue / black ) it seems like a kid was having fun with painting the walls .... they charge 1,400dhs for a motel standard

W is for Wonderful!Booked the Marvelous Suite with Ocean View as a birthday gift for my wife and it was well worth it!Also its pawtastic that W Dubai is pet friendly so our furry child could enjoy the birthday celebrations!Suggestions for improvement would be to allow pets in more areas of the hotel and housekeeping services.Overall another great stay at the W and highly recommended!

I think this would be my favourite hotel in Dubai by far. I absolutely love the design of the hotel and their staff are the sweetest people ever. It’s beautifully located in the palm next to the sea so there possibly isn’t any better location. Nazmul in the restaurant is the nicest waiter. Hard working and lovely! Can’t wait to be back soon.

Horrible experience!! I was staying for 5 nights & there was an issue with the A/C. I contacted the hotel staff about it in my first night & they said the A/C was working fine.. They ended fixing the A/C my last night there. Hotel facilities are good but very poor management team. No refunds, room changes, not even a complimentary gesture. Very dissatisfied with my stay…

The one is purely because zero isnt an option and it all starts at the Valet parking might be because of my colour but we were ignored and carried in my own bags, no problem, post check in it was pretty much find your own way to your room, but the icing on the cake is being ignored when I went to get my a car. Initially I had been told that it would take 15 minutes, honestly I waited 30 before complaining and everyone else who had come after me had received their car. In the end I went to get my own car after kicking up a fuss (it took less than 5 minutes and this was a car that was on way yet parked with a cold engine in the basement) honestly theres a difference between being overwhelmed and not caring about someone you dont think is a guest because they are black. Im disgusted and wouldnt recommend this luxury hotel to anyone. There are hotels , many hotels in Dubai where people are treated better.

I arrived at night and what captured my eyes was the light that made this hotel exceptional, Getting to check in was smooth and the sea view i payed for worth the price .although you can get better offer .Staff are cool and attentive , the dinner was second to none and the manger in the restaurant made our stay look special , from the reservations to the end .Art of a building , and it looks lively each time we wake up to grace the beautiful sea view.Thanks to annabel mining who referred me here ,I really enjoyed my stay

Everything was fine , except two things:A day before my stay i called them and told them I will check-in at 12pm and they said its fine and they have a room. But when I went there, they made me wait 1 hr and half more before finding an empty room. So they are not punctual with time.Also, with the hot weather in UAE, least they can do for their guests is provide complementary water at the swimming pool, which they dont do.

Our first time to Dubai. From the moment we checked in, to the time we checked out I must say the service was 5 star!!The entire staff was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. So much so we truly did not want to return home!!! The room service was phenomenal, all the restaurants excellent (although the Italian restaurant Torno Subito, we felt was kind of out of context in the aspect that the menu was not too family friendly. Just our opinion!) Otherwise the hotel on a customer service level knocked it out of the park! We cannot highly recommend enough The W-Palm.

Unpleasant stay.1- Me and my partner complain about the room temperature so they sent technician. The technician said the AC is working fine and the AC is blowing 13c air. We were surprised to hear as we were sweating at night. We asked for a fan but we never received a feedback. We had to buy a fan from outside to be able to sleep the night.2- TV volume was too low as it was fixed by the hotel. we had to put caption in our movie and what bothered the most is hotel food advertisement keep popping now and and then while watching the movie that keep ruining the movie and the caption.3- shower water keep switched from cold to hot now and then.4- when we asked for luggage assistance to checkout, it took them half hour to come to our room.Very disappointed by W hotel.

Was a decent hotel amazing breakfast good staff and so on so, the only thing is which is making me write a 2 star review is that we were dressed modestly and in respectful clothing (thobe and abaya) and the rooftop restaurant of this hotel said we were not allowed to enter dressed like this... pretty disgusting we are in a must country in a hotel trying to get food and drink and they said we can not enter because we are covered and clothed like a normal and decent person. this hotel is made for tramps and western people as it doesnt like those whom are clothed, hotel Staff and breakfast was 10/10 for me though amazing people in the hotel and yeah enjoyed myself other than this. staff that were really good and helped us were Michael and Zainab these were the top staff which made our visit an amazing trip !

My husband and I really enjoyed our 5nites stay in this hotel. We received a warm welcome from their management and their receptive receptionists. Their food was amazing and all workers there are very friendly. Technical department and house keeping services was top notch, always readily available. I acknowledge all the waiters and waitresses at all the restaurants especially Anil at LIV restaurant, he was super supportive. we loved the hotel and we are recommending to our family when they visit Dubai in August.

Me and my husband head here on Marriott Bonvoy points every couple of weeks. We find it very nice and relaxing. My only complaint is the decor, which is funky but a bit tacky for my taste. The room is too ‘loud’ in its interior design. But beds are very comfortable, the spa is amazing and the food is excellent

A kaleidoscope of colors and texture at every corner. A heaven for Instagrammers.Service was mediocre at best. They tried to be friendly but could see that the staff are tired. Hotel seems pretty full.Wifi is sufficient at every corner.The restaurants within - Torino Subito and Akira Black is amazing. Highly recommend to set aside some time to try. The morning breakfast buffet is good - there the staff is genuinely welcoming.The fantastic suite is beautiful. Interesting furniture. Loud colors with dark walls. Honestly the lighting could be improved at the bedside. Having 3 extremely high intensity spotlights on BOTH sides of the bed is not reading lamp mode.Parking is easy, especially the self parking option during this pandemic. The valet was a nightmare. Very small physical space for them to operate properly.Beach side faces the internal part of the palm. Guarantees no waves which is safe for swimming but plenty of dead fish along the beach in the morning. Pool side is great for lounging and more photo opportunities but not a serious swim.

Excellent stay with my husband, daughter and the dog!The staff were consistently AMAZING! True service ambassadors from the Concierge, Front Desk, Housekeeping, Engineering and all of the Food and Beverage team. The management (Marcos and Leila) obviously lead by example! Leila “WoW’ed” us when she gifted my stepdaughter with a book to read and Marcos assisted prior to our arrival and throughout our stay.(A special thanks to Alija and Mamood for their continued assistance). I feel we should thank every staff member who engaged us but there are just too many to list!The hotel decor is stylish and fun! Fantastic location on the palm, excellent food and beverage but the Akira Back restaurant is exceptional! A must do when in Dubai!

Its a very nice hotel with amazing modern design, private beach, really good service, comfortable bed and tasty food. But as for me it was little bit not enough noise isolation, because the room was just on top of breakfast area, I still was waking up even with closed balcony.There is no glasses in the room or wineopener, but you can get everything by request. Very clean hotel.Totally recommended!

I am so disappointed, today i visited with my friend here to one of the restaurant, after lunch, we waited 1 whole hour to get our car.People who came after us left but we waited whole hour. It is such a bad service, Every time we ask the staff says 1minute. It is not at all acceptable to wait for 1 hour just to get our car. My friend even went to the parking area, but the car was not there.I did not expected this from them.So disappointed.They should be little responsible.

Loved being there, such a great atmosphere. Although, the food wasnt entirely the best. But the service was, especially Chathu, saved my night by getting us into fully booked restaurants and was so nice and friendly.

This place is heavenly, the rooms are awesome, I just love everything about this place, customer service is top notch too, everything is just perfect.

We are currently staying here and it is one of the worst hotel experiences weve ever had. For a 5 star hotel the service is atrocious (and not worth the cost). There are much better hotels in Dubai that are better value for your money.We arrived at check in time and were told our room wasnt ready. We then waited for over an hour before they could get us in a room. They only got us in after I went up again to the desk (instead of proactively calling like they said they would).There was no availability at any of the restaurants so weve been eating room service the whole time.We called the night before to book a Cabana and were told they have a one of the pods available, only to arrive in the morning and told it wasnt available.We also had to pay extra for special treats for our dog and never received them.There is general confusion and lack of accountability at this hotel. I appreciate its a busy time and the year has been difficult but the places weve stayed since the pandemic have gone out of their way to make the experience better, whereas at the W,they seem to be doing far worse at delivering the service of a 5 star hotel. Definitely will not stay here again and definitely will let others know its not worth it.

We stayed here for 5 days in November 2020 and the service (specifically, surrounding the main restaurant, LIV) was hands down THE. WORST. DINING. EXPERIENCE/SERVICE. WE. HAVE. EVER. EXPERIENCED.EVER.I was in the food/beverage service industry for 7 years, and this was just awful. Most days, after sitting down for our meal... wed be approached for drinks after about 10 minutes. Then itd take another 10 minutes to receive our water/milk/coffee selections (for the 2 of us). And after 20 minutes... were already done eating!And it wasnt just us... we stayed here with a group and everyone experienced the same thing (even though we didnt all eat at the same time). Needless to say, it was VERY VERY VERY bad.So as beautiful as our room was (we had the balcony with the turf, and it was one of the prettiest rooms weve ever stayed in)... and as cool as the vibe was by the pool... the service *completely* overshadowed it all. And to be honest, it made us want to go back to the Hilton Dubai Jumeriah which had OUTSTANDING service.

5/531st January 2021Fancy. Thats the word for this place. Unfortunately I did not stay at the hotel, I just came for the breakfast at Liv. Nice restaurant and hotel had very capture worthy structures.

We didnt stay at the hotel. But we know W from Amsterdam so we figured wed check it out here. Friendly and helpful staff, the hotel itself is beautiful. We stayed at the beach and had some snacks and drinks. All very good.

I enjoyed my stay here overall. Its definitely a grown and sexy hotel. Its does it best to make it family friendly. I will definitely come back again but without the kids lol. The beach was nice and secluded. The wait staff and hostess at the Liv were excellent. The food at the Liv was great. Room service didnt have what I wanted but the pasta was okay. The Wet Deck needs more wait staff especially with me renting a Cabana I thought I would get quicker service. The Wet Deck needs to revamp their receipes. The food isnt fresh and the happy hour drinks are sub-par. But the great vibes, accommodating staff and great service overall will definitely have me coming back. I love the roof top shisha lounge. The chocolate drink is sooo good. Great shisha great music and nice vibes. Overall love this place. I hope the get the Wet Deck together by my next visit. Excellent job to all the employees they provided Excellent customer service

The property is very nice - i have been coming here for years for dinner. Decided to stay here for the first time in feb of 2021. My biggest complaint is the air conditioning is very strong and left me with a few sleepless nights. Other than that the hotel is pretty good. They did mess a up a few room service orders - for example a sandwich i requested fresh onions but they gave grilled onions - although not a big deal totally changes taste of the meal. It does take time to reach this property since it is inside the palm. i do not think i will stay here again though. much better options.

Super hotel - we were celebrating a birthday there, so had booked a day pass to the pool and the beach. The staff were super friendly, helpful and polite, the hotel facilities were very clean and easily accessible, the food was delicious, and the beach side was spacious, clean and peaceful unlike many other 5* hotels. Plus, Covid measures were well-respected - no over-crowding, sanitizers, beach towels. Bravo!To be repeated soon!

Stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. I have stayed in a few W around the world but this one is a bit disappointing. It was suppose to be a new hotel but a lot of furniture in the room are very worn out and in poor quality. A lot of stains and dusts in the room too which made me feel kind of disgusted. The staff are nice but you can see them get tired out from the number of staff that they have to handle. And during the pandemic, I don’t see that they have made extra effort to ensure a safe environment for the guest. All the places are super crowded and not cleaned well right after. And the crazy pool parties and brunches are very terrifying as well as you can see 40-50 people squeezing in one of the small pool getting real drunk. As a hotel guest, it is very uncomfortable to see there is zero social distance allowed in this hotel. The beach is nice, guess that’s the major pro.

We celebrated the birthday..it was great & helpful staff and pool was awesome and staff are very cool at the pool .We just spent 3 nights at the W The Palm and it was awesome!! What really makes this funky hotel even more special is the amazing service by their incredible staff! Attentive, friendly, courteous and genuine are just a few words to describe this W tribe! No request was too much and from checkin to checkout, the experience was consistent! Special mention of some of the wonderful people who we had the pleasure of interacting with: Mr DXB, Simon, Lindi, Amber, Linda, Melissa, Mike & Lionel! There were lots more that we spoke to, but didn’t get their names unfortunately! Please do convey our thanks to all! Was going through the below reviews, and I am surprised and shocked! Felt, they are saying about some other hotel! For us, this was one of the best staycations that we had of late in UAE. Staffs are so polite and friendly and made us feel so comfortable. Attention to every detail and more than anything, the food was awesome!!!!!Highly Recommended! It is by far the worst valet parking service in dubai...so dont go there for a restaurant or lounge....you wiol xait a minimum 20 mns to get back your car when there is no customer... i have never seen this cheap servive anywhere else in dubai or even in europe... this hotel should really change their service provider

Gorgeous property, very swanky as almost Ws are. And I have been to a lot of them around the world. But service was slow. Not sure if it was because they were understaffed. Hotel didn’t seem full. Took 5 attempts to get someone to serve us at the pool. The other issue is that it was really windy. That may be a palm thing. Valet guy was nice.
