We really enjoyed our stay.The positive: spacious rooms, great beds, delicious breakfast, lovely designed restaurants.The negative: the adults only area at the pool requires extra payment even for hotel guests if youd like a bed next to the pool. Pumping house music all night from Barasti comes free with the sea view rooms.Overall: would stay again, lovely team and great restaurant options. Tip - try El Sur for some excellent Spanish Tapas.

The stay was fantastic. The reason I gave a 4/5 stars is due to the cleanliness of the balcony. The hand rails are still very dirty the moment we checked in. Other than that, the service was 5/5 and the responsive time was very very fast.The customer service was amazing.

Visited this magnificent hotel sometime in 2012 for a Conference Event, and it was the host chosen location, The place was fairly new at the time and all the amenities are new, the lawns are well manicured and the food was delectable. Was not able to visit the rooms though as I was booked in another hotel, but I am sure it would have had premium quality. Love the place and would definitely come back soon if given the chance!

Here for a day pass having spent a fortune on entry tickets more than cost of a hotel room. Unfortunately really poor service. Rude and abrupt with the children, such as telling them to put tops on when they are playing in the sand even though it is steps away from the waterpark and beach where countless ppl are (obviously) without tops. BTW They are 2 and 3 years old.

The Westin Residence is a sophisticated area with attractive look of an upcoming girl .visit the area at Jumeirah beach residence marina opposite media city. Money is worthy when its can affords the pleasure u want thats the value of money.

The rooms are wild ,enough space ,the amazing thing I love is the swimming pools plus the kids area, water park super for families 👪 ,breakfast is well arranged different foods and my kids they really enjoyed the kids club ,staff are very friendly the only thing why I didnt give five star is the beach , its close with buildings around and the sand is slippery ,no waves and very hot unfortunately for beach lovers I dont recommend .

Staying at Westin was a pleasurable stay.. The USP is the water park.. V neat and had fun.. Just wanted to add there should be more variety in the buffet breakfast as daily used to have the same cuisine.. Should keep the Indian customers also in mind while deciding the menu..

The hotel is good but it lost it s shinning... pool is not taken care, u can see plastic glasses from the day before roaming around, dirtyness, the staff is very helpfull but the taken care of the facilities is definitively poor and careless.... unfortunately the buffet served in the main restaurant was so poor and so low quality that we had to claim with the manager, ( who has been very kind and very professional) , but the quality was so far away below what you could expect from a Westin ...

Baba restaurant was nice. Hiwever, the food is overpriced and with average taste. Not recommended for meat lovers.

This could possibly be the worst experience I’ve had in my lifetime. I asked for an early Check-in and they said ok. When I called the morning of they said they cannot accommodate until 3pm so we said ok. Then when we got there they said there’s an hour delay and sent us to the pool (mind you it is 40c degrees and I have a 1.5 year old and a pregnant wife) no restaurants were open except one in the adjacent hotel. At 6pm they called us and said the room was ready, 3 hours later!!!!! And when we got to the room they didn’t even give us the crib we requested for our son 5 times before who was way past dinner time and we would be late for bed time. I will never come back and wish this upon nobody. A lot of people had the same experience. Horrific

We’ve been here twice now and all of us think it is up there as one of the best beach resorts in Dubai. It has three pools (one lap-pool, one pool that is built like a river and another baby pool). All of them equally impressive and heated too. The service is excellent, fast and readily available. There are lifeguards everywhere, and a huge beach area with sun loungers on the sand.There are several restaurants (An Italian fine dining restaurant, another fine dining place named BABA and another restaurant named Bounty Beets.A new water park just opened as well (although the prices aren’t cheap).No complaints at all.It’s clean, tidy, not too busy and full of things to do. Would highly recommend!

We always have a great time at the pool area. Suresh was our waiter, very attentive and informative ( some new changes ar the pool area) He got us the correct information regarding this. Checked up on us regularly. Very polite and sweet natured The manager also checked in with us. Gave us a replacement cocktail when our cocktail tasted too sweet. Overall the service was awesome . Thank you for making our day so pleasurable . We most definitely and will come back again .

Visited several hotels in Dubai - this one was a best overall experience. Pools and beach are great - you can choose grass or sand or enjoy in the adults area while very welcoming personal taking care of your kids. Well done to the manager.

The was no attention to detail. It was my wifes 40th and unfortunately, the experience wasnt great to say the least. Despite having told them as much in advance. When checking out, I missed out/forgot my mask briefly. The customer service guy spoke to me in a not so customer friendly manner. NEVER AGAIN THIS HOTEL. I regret reading reviews which in my specific assessment and own judgement, I found misleading! I regret canceling initial booking to take this one.

The hotel was very Good it was an incredible Time! The Vacation was very Good thank you so much. The stuf of the reception was very friendly the hotel was so clean in all conpetiitions and my favourite was the Restaurants (Minas Kirchen / Sui Mui and the Baba Grill) the Stoff was so friendly and the meal was so god)One bad thing ive had it was Italien (Bussola) Restaurant it was nothing Special and the Music on the pool was to loud!Best regards Mr. M. This is a very special property. It is way better than you might expect for a Westin. I’m not saying that Westin’s aren’t great, just that this property felt more like a four seasons. We had dinner at Bussola restaurant which is one of our favorites in dubai, and we visit once a month on an average. The food quality and quantity is great, the options plenty and the staff very friendly. Prem is one of the regular waiters that serves our table. Very calm person, very friendly, and attentive.Highly recommended.

There Brunsh and Iftar is the best. The food is delicious and the service is excellent.

Really wanted to write a review on Asia De Cuba, as it is permanently closed and it was located here in The Westin, i thought i did post my comments here.It was a really great restaurant, vibrant and spacious. Though they have a beautifully designed interiors, we prefered the outdoor seating.The food was delicious and latin- american inspired, really loved the zucchini noodles pad thai.

The place is beautiful, service is great and it has an adult pool. The perfect place to chill on the weekend.

Genuine pleasure to stay: style, ambience, service and especially cuisine. Far cry above the neighbouring Le Meridien

This is a fantastic resort. We had a beach and pool pass for the day and nothing here will disappoint you. Beach and pools are lovely, staff are brilliant. Have no doubts you will enjoy it here

The Westin has been my first choice of hotel in Dubai now for many years. It is in a great location, not too far to walk to the marina and all the shopping & dinning facilities that brings. The hotel offers a number of good facilities for a relaxing vacation, including the all important club/executive lounge. That is important in Dubai because alcohol is very expensive and only available in hotels and beach clubs. The rooms are spacious with high speed internet and a large selection of TV channels to choice from. The added advantage of the club lounge / rooms is that transport to / from the airport is included in the price. There is a good sized beach to relax /walk along and up until a few months ago a view of the palm. This has now changed with the building of the new cruise terminal 1000 yards off the beach, with its constant piling and drilling. Have been to Dubai of over 20 years before the marina was built the Country was peaceful and relaxing, today it is one BIG building site, once one building is up another is knocked down and the merry go round starts all over. There is now an over capacity of hotel rooms, all after your business, do your research as there are some real bargains to be had. Also bear in mind the taxis on and off the palm are expensive as they don’t really like going on it, sometimes it can take over 40 minutes just to get off due to construction traffic. JBR now resembles a bomb site, a lot of the shops are boarded up with works going on every ware you look, One JBR now overshadows the Ritz Carlton hotel, so a hotel to avoid at All costs.To be fair it you are looking for a glitzy break Dubai will tick all the boxes, if you Are looking to relax go to the Caribbean the pace & service are slower but the costs are also a lot better.

Nice hotel but it is a bit old

Very nice hotel with private beach, top service, very good and long swimming pools, its really relaxing here.And totally amazing housekeeper- Sandji, who was cleaning our room in 5th floor, he was so kind and polite, and fixed the room so good, probably the best cleaner in the hotel. The food is good, specially sushi info the lounge. The srevice is 10 out of 10. Totally recommended!

Great stay. The hotel meets high standards of service, from the meeting in front of the entrance to the departure to the airport. The staff is polite and helpful, interested in the needs of the guest. It was very nice to receive assistance in celebrating the birthday of my daughter and my own. Beautiful beach and pools, including for children. Possibility of doing fitness, tennis, there is a station for water entertainment. It would also be interesting to ride a scooter. The hotel building is located in a convenient location, the hotel has its own beach, the external and internal interior of the hotel has an original modern design. The hotels amenities are thought out to the smallest detail, which provides a wonderful environment for relaxation.

Stayed here many times over the years, a stunning hotel that feels like an oasis in the city. Cannot recommend enough for the beautiful view of the city, white sandy beach and extremely attentive staff! If I could put more than 5 stars, I would!

This place has a beautiful, lively, relaxing and comfortable vibe. The buffet brunch is to die for. Every conceivable type of food was on offer. All of it expertly cooked and prepared. Great selection of alcoholic drinks. Friendly, welcoming and professional staff.It was an experience I will never forget and I must return one day soon!

Since we live in Dubai, this wasn’t our first staycation.But it was definitely one of the best ever.All staff was wonderful, warming and helpful.Beach is excellent, not too crowded, food was amazing.Especially would like to give 5* to a member of a beach staff named Oswald, who was very prompt with the orders, always looking out if we need anything else.Also to another member of staff-think his name was Bijon (from the Fish restaurant/Fish taverna).That was THE BEST place we had dinner at.We asked him to give us his food recommendation, which he did, and all was amazing. We love when we have such a good restaurant service and we can try new things by recommendation. All in all, beautiful hotel inside and outside.We’ll sure go back again!

Usually great service and place here. But what’s with the cold coffee?The milk and froth are stone cold. I asked 3 times to have hot milk. After the new coffees were brought to the table the milk was still cold. Waiter just argued the fact that milk should be cold. In fact it should be 55-65C in temperature. Isn’t Marriot Bonvoy brand all about getting it right?Enjoy the pool and beach but maybe grab your coffee before arriving.

From start to finish this was a fabulous trip. It’s the first time we have stayed in a Westin (previously spent time at the Ritz Carlton Dubai and St Regis Abu Dhabi). We were very impressed with the resort facilities, from the gym, to the pool and spotless beach. The pool guys got to know us and our orders (healthy smoothies were delicious). So glad that we also took the opportunity to use the Lounge. I know I can be a tricky guest as I follow a Whole Food, Plant Based diet. But a meeting was arranged on our first day with Lekh, our wonderful, smiling chef and so, in addition to the vegan friendly options on offer, he ensured that a tasty, wfpb compliant meal was prepared for me whenever I asked. Anju and his wonderful colleagues looked after us so well each day making sure this happened. We book this trip to UAE each year as it covers our Wedding Anniversary and this year was extra special as it was our 30th. A beautiful vegan, anniversary dessert was brought to our table on our last day and our room was decorated ‘honeymoon style’ with bubbly on ice. A lovely treat!!!We will definitely be back and will recommend the Westin to our friends.

One of Dubai’s premiere locations to stay when in town. You will not be disappointed in any aspects of this ideally located 5 star Hotel. Right on the beach it gives you access to the Gulfs clear ocean and their wonderful beach side pool with a. Choice of many beach bars and restaurants. Restaurants inside will not disappoint and with so many options you may find it hard to escape outside to eat! Highly recommended to stay or visit for a perfect meal or a fun Friday brunch!

Amazing food#Fish Beach TavernaNice ambience, friendly and kind staffs.

The hotel is perfect, the location, the style, the rooms and the environment as well. The huge garden is perfectly maintained with lots of beautiful flowers and plants. The beach is nice, though there is a construction just on the other side of the bay. The view must have been better before it started, but the beach itself was clean and nice. The room was huge with lots of space also the bathroom was large. The food in Minas Kitchen was excellent, both the breakfast and the dinner. The choice was amazing and the quality of the food was fine. The staff was very attentive, kind and they were ready to help you in every minute. They were amazing! It was my mothers birthday and the hotel paid attention to make this trip unforgettable for her.

This is one hotel you will not regret its mind blowing 5 star and beyond as staff in this hotel go the extra mile to make your stay more enjoyable you feal at home with westin.
