When I arrived at the hotel everything was fine but unlike other hotels, the don’t provide with hairdryer, toothpaste and other hygiene kits unless it is requested. Moreover, before the last night during my stay at the hotel one portable charger was missing after cleaning was done and when we asked them, they denied taking the charger. Finally, after the checkout the receptionist (Indian guy) he intentionally tried to let me pay additional charges which were not justified as he said there was miscalculation done by his colleague while on the other hand the agreement was done through a phone call and a confirmation email. What I did is to show him the calculations done by me which was correct. Then his face like iced; I think he tried to fool me paying more money,Unfortunately this happened and honestly my first time in a hotel does this to me.

Excellent hotel with exceptional customer service. Initially I was not happy about something due to a misunderstanding but they have corrected it and attended to it professionally. Restaurant staff were amazing. Beautifully maintained rooms and a special thanks to Mr Hany for the cookies.As a diamond member who has spend over 200 nights in Hilton properties worldwide over the last two years, I can say this is one of the best value for money hotels in Dubai. I will definitely be back.

My stay exceeded my expectations! The staff was GREAT and room accommodations were wonderful. Clean and safe and centrally located. Really great spa services and bar area so everything you need is here. The breakfast buffet was amazing! Can’t beat the accommodations and service for the price!!!

We didnt know if this hotel was good, so we just booked it for 3 nights. But once we stayed at the hotel we were blown away by the amazing service and how nice and clean the room looked. Upon arrival, everyone at the reception desk was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Sujata and Samuel our house keepers, made sure we had everything we needed during our stay taking good care of us. These factors lead us to extend our stay at the Double Tree for another two weeks.If you want an amazing stay, with amazing service, in a very good location. Stay at the Double Tree by Hilton - in the Business Bay.

There is Hilton and then there is doubletree…Not all Hiltons were created Equal…Not sure where to start.Amazing stay.Kudos to Hilton : smooth check in,good mask policy and staff politely remind / provide if you forget.Our housekeeping lady was Manju - so helpful.The breakfast was included as Gold Member and what a world class breakfast - Eggs benedict,Royale,Turkish eggs,Shakshouka,all sorts of fresh juices and caffeinated beverages.Smooth check out,24 hour cafe.Not so much Kudos to Hilton : central, quick uber to Dubai Mall,24 hour supermarket for kids’ milk on close vicinity.Costa not far.Can see how the Baysquare bit will be alive from Oct - March.Easy access for taxis and no weirdness around crossing roads etc.Felt rewarded for loyalty - got a room upgrade which is appreciated.Enjoyed spa,pool was simple but nice.Can see how poolside stuff could be there in winters etc and how breakfasts can be outside.All staff very happy to help and very happy at their jobs from the looks of things.Thank you everyone

Did enjoy our stay here. Though nothing really special. We got a nice spacious room. Wanna say thank you to the receptionist who assisted us on check in/ out process. Was not able to get her name but she is the lady with a colored hair. And also the lady from the operator, I think her name is Kumala, she was so accommodating and helpful.Breakfast is nice also, though there are not much variety. Wanna say thank you also to Ms Virginia from the restaurant for being so accommodating.

Marvelous! No words can describe how marvelous this hotel is. We enjoyed our stay so so much I was sad that I had to leave. They treated us like kings and queens. This is a 4 star hotel with a 5 star service. The room was so clean, the bathroom the decor are modern and nice. The staff is also one call away as soon as you call they will get things done for you and solve it. I am so sad I forgot the name of the guy that checked us in but he was extremely nice and helpful. He worked the night of July 2nd and looked Asian if that can help identify him. He truly helped throughout our stay. The staff at breakfast always anticipating our needs. I recommend this hotel and cannot wait for our next stay with them

I didnt actually stay at double tree but visited the hotel. The entrance landscaping is in an appalling state. The palm trees are dried up. The grass beds are totally unattended.even the potted plants were dead. A 5 star hotel of such a repute cannot have such a sad entrance with absolutely no maintenance. The landscaping on the roads is so well maintained and the entrance of a Hilton is in such shabby state. Disappointing. I would never book a room in a hotel which has such horrible maintenance of the entrance.

This hotel is great, nicely equipped with furniture and bathroom equipment or finishes. The elevators are marked with braille signs for blind people yet The levels are not announced by voice, so this makes it difficult to know where you are after you commend a certain level, it might stop at others in between and if you are visually impaired, you would not know the level you’ve reached. The staff is very helpful, always there to help you. The restaurant with porch from level 2 is open until 2 AM and is equipped with air conditioners and a nice cozy swimming pool. Well-placed Hotel near the main points of interest from a tourist perspective. The clients are usually people working or doing business. It has got conference rooms, a cafeteria and other facilities at the main lobby. I would certainly come back, and hopefully I will find the feature of level announcement by voice implemented for the elevators

This is a new lovely hotel at the business bay.All the rooms , reception is super clean . It is near lots of lovely restaurants and a supermarket is 1 minute away which is 24 hours .There is Pizza express in the premises The Dubai mall with the dancing fountain and Burj Khalifa Lake, at the center of the Downtown Dubai is 15 -20 minutes walk and the metro ( underground ) is 12 minutes walk .The treatment is superb and the staff is exceptionally polite .We arrived at 6 am in the airport and when we phoned the hotel they told us we could check in straight away as our room was ready !!! Also the price was very reasonable .We will come back with the family for sure.

You know what I dont even know where to start. I first stayed in this hotel because it was an affordable 4 star hotel in business bay. I can tell you that ever since, Ive gone nowhere else. They deserve 5 stars for how well designed the place is, clean, nice pool area, good food, and the overall readiness of the staff to help and be of service. One criticism is the front desk/check in process tends to be very slow. Other than that if you want a great place to stay in dubai... this is it.

Great Rooms, good supporting staff, good F&B options make this a great to stay hotel in Business Bay. The entrance to this hotel is a bit tricky and confusing as the service road is very next to the roundabout.The hotel team however need to focus on the external furniture cushions in the first floor All day dining area. The seats were too big and not so comfortable but the real issues are that most of the cushion of the chair had stains in them, mostly due to birds and food stains which need much attention for maintaining Hilton standards.The staff were super supportive and they treat us with much care.

I visited a restaurant that is located at the doubletree Hilton for lunch. I had given my car for valet parking and when I got back was made to wait much longer than some of the other car owners to get my car back. I could tell that something was wrong, yet no one from the valet team would give me a straight answer. Eventually, I was told that the driver who went to get my car had put my car key inside the CD player slot of my car and hence my car wont start. I asked to see my car multiple times and was told to wait. Eventually I did get to go and see my car and I was utterly shocked by this occurrence since the other cars parked there were similar in technology and therefore it is expected that they would know how to operate a car has uses a button to start the engine. The whole ordeal took anywhere between 2-3 hours to sort out. Not only had an unacceptable mistake been made but I was very disapointed in the way I was treated by the valet staff. They were evasive and disrespectful. They also failed to inform the hotel staff or manager about this situation. I would also like to add that when I mentioned it to the hotel staff they were very prompt in trying to get to the bottom of the matter. The hotel staff had a much better and appropriate response and treated me well.

It was my birthday so they surprised me with a delicious cake. The suite is clean and nice, the staff are all nice from concierge to management, the breakfast is especially nice with very nice staff. We haven’t had one bad experience. Room 804 :)

Came here during the Malaysia Independence Day. Thanks to Chef Rene, Virginia, and Alllen. Love the Malaysian cuisine. Service was excellent and many delicious buffet selection. Was hoping to have penang Asam Laksa. Would definitely visit again. Thank you my square!

After staying at this property for a little over two months, I have to say that the individualized hospitality along with the smaller size of the DoubleTree by Hilton gave a lovely sense of it being a fresh, clean, and new boutique-style hotel. It is a nice change from larger hotels in Dubai that make profit over scale and large buffets at the expensive of overcrowding and lower quality. Nayla particularly made my experience so lovely with her individual check-ins and genuinely sweet attitude.

We enjoyed every moment there, their Ambience , Live music, happy hours, Pizza’s ,Pastas & ice creams. All moments were turned out as bad memories, a disaster due to staff behaviour and negligence.My Rating - 2 , only because of staffs behaviour.

The front desk boss- Mahmoud, I didn’t meet him when I came in but when we finally met after a couple of days, he was very pleasant to talk to and deal with. A true professional in every sense of the word. He is a true definition of professionalism and customer service. His team members, Abdallah, Khaleed, Hanna and the other lady whose name I’ve forgotten were all very professional and fun to talk to. All in all the front desk team has proven to be the finest customer interface of the doubletree by Hilton hotel at business Bay. Thanks guys, keep it up.

Had our Weekend spent here & had a very relaxing stay...The Staff had been the most welcoming & courteous all the way & a special mention to Miss Aiza for providing us exceptional service...We were welcomed with complimentary Cookies & then checked in to our room that had all the basic facilites equipped...Best & most impressive part for me was the Hotel has installed Water Coolers on each level & guests can refill their bottles during their stay whenever needed.This was an initiative as part of the Water Conservation step..The lobby is beautiful to unwind & the Oud lounge at the same level serves your favourite Starbucks all day. A Centric location with Burj Khalifa, Dubai mall, & supermarkets, eateries around definitely good for someone coming to Dubai on a visit..Other facilities at the hotel included Gym & Swimming pool & they have free shuttle service to Lamer as well.

Excellent stay , if u wanna be close to the city centre and also good public transport access , welcome Cookie was toooo good.. If u wanna stay in a great Luxury hotel with budget, this one is for u... and also luxurious rooms available... Staff were nice and polite... Id recommend to All...

This particular double tree is centrally located near the mall. The staff were very friendly and assisted me with an early checkin, proactively called to see if I needed anything, and left and very nice hand written note with some goodies. I certainly appreciate when the hotel staff go above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay.The pool area is quite nice with a view and bar. The breakfast post covid was also quite good. I’ll add this hotel to my list of future returners.

To be completely honest, I have not used this establishment (was accompanying my friends), however, with the pleasant service that I have seen given to my friends, I am certainly going to try them out. With the warm cookies at check in, spacious rooms and comforting aesthetics, they are definitely worth visiting.

Pros:- Delicious cookies (why are they for sale thru room services? should be free)- Convenient location to get to work and business meetings- Convenient food options internally and externally- Friendly staff in all departmentsCons:- The lobby was always very warm which is uncomfortable given the heat outside- The towels in the bathroom were always worn out (even when changed)- The room AC was not cool enough (probably faulty like the lobby)- The pillows were very thin and uncomfortable

Been here last week, upon arrival Ms. Hanna was very informative and helpful with us checking in, she even upgraded our room to the burj khalifa side so we can see the view 😍😍. When we were having breakfast the next day, the breakfast team (Virginia, Thi Thi, Ruth, Shreedhar) were so accommodating and attentive. They are always checking on us if we need anything. Also kudos to the housekeeping and valet team, we never have to follow up anything that we asked for, and they served it where you can feel that they were really happy to help us with what we need. Very good place to stay. Wonderful service and staff treating us super good. The buffet breakfast is so so good too. Enjoyed the pancake, crepe, noddles, fruits and mostly people around caring about you. Oh also a wonderful vue of burj Khalifa .

Our Go to place for after office hour drinks in My square and bay club plus they have a great Pizza restaurant as well, Oud lounge is our coffee destination with Starbucks being my favorite. always loved the place and the staff i would like to mention is Shilpa such a beautiful smile so full of energy, just love the coffee with the smile..great service always!! Definitely a place to visit !!

Very nice ambiance at the lobby. Clean rooms. Hearty breakfast food choices. Bay club is a good place to unwind and watch football. The pool size was just right. Had the entire gym to myself. Staff were amazing. Service commendable. Worth mentioning outstanding staff like Mr Kaung from FO, Ms Anna from HK, Ms Shilpa, Gladys and Cyrill from F&B, and everyone serving breakfast. Will definitely come back and recommend to friends and family.

Very bad customer service, I have booked one room via booking.com. They have charged the whole amount within two days. I cancelled my booking and for almost two months. I did not get my money back. Now I have hired a lawyer.

The hotel staff are all very friendly and try to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The rooms are spacious and modern. The views are pretty all around. Enjoyed the pool deck and the My Square restaurant. I recommend using the complimentary valet service, and calling ahead for the sleeper couch to be made if you have kids. Finally, using your phone as a room key is a nice touch!

The staff was outstanding, did everything to please the guest ( me), I was alone, but never felt lonley. At the reception Keung, Sarita, Mohammed and Abdulla, helped me all the way from arrival till departure, they were very friendly, attentive and helpful. The dining room staff, let by Ruth, who was very attentive, and wanted to hear my openion of the Boffet, wich was very rich, even to an Kosher eater like me, there were many options, they all took good care of every one. The room service man Dhady kept the room clean, but also decorated it with most beutiful art with the towels. I did not want to destroy it. In general, the Hotel is located in a quiet area, few minutes from the center. To my openion, this a nice Hotel, one to return to.

We go to the lounge often which is next to their pool, it is quiet cozy and nice, the staff are friendly and professional, they play great music also.

The stay in this hotel was top with a very good breakfast and very varied. the hotel is really in the center and very close to the dubai mall, 10 min walk. the staff is very nice. Cozy Hotel. Food was good during our Iftar dinner

My first very disappointing stay with Hilton.I am a  fan of Hilton hotels, member of Honors and i use to stay a lot at Hilton hotels in Dubai specially during covid19 pandemic because they use to take high care of hygiene but i was really shocked with i faced at this hotel unfortunately, since arrival till checkout, my family Eid vacation literally ruined.1. Valet parking dont follow the regulations, dont use plastic covers for the steering and seats and didnt open the car window,  it was just 10% opened, note: self parking is not available.2. My booking was for 2 nights and they didnt clean the room, didnt change the bed sheets, didnt change the towel the 2nd day although i left the cleaning light on.3. To get more water all gusts in the floor need to go the common water dispenser and refill the water bottles.4. After checkin it tooks them around 30 minutes to send the luggage to the room although there was no traffic or crowed at the hotel.5. After all mentioned above i have requested late checkout which they refused although i spoke to their supervisor,  they said the hotel is fully booked, although i did not see many guests at the hotel its was like 20% occupied and most Dubai hotels give very late checkout specially during pandemic period and low tourism traffic.I have never seen similar situation at any Hilton hotel before,  definitely never going to stay again at this hotel.

What a sweet stay at the DoubleTree: From the time of arriving, to exiting a checkout, and everything in between, my weekend was delightful. The valet service is convenient and fast. Check in was smooth (Hany was courteous and welcoming, and offered breakfast at a discounted rate; Oh... and dont forget the welcome cookie : ). The room was very clean and just had an all- around comfortable vibe- felt like home. I liked the circular approach as opposed to the typical square setup. Tbh, the bed/mattress was not as comfortable as I expected (or soft like I read about online i.e. sweet dreams) but that did not affect my sleep. The sheets were of high quality and felt good to my skin. Breakfast in the mornings at My Square was fresh and delicious. Dinesh was very attentive to my requests and extremely courteous. I felt as if I was his only customer. The quality of my stay definitely outweighed the price I paid. Another stay @DT in Business Bay would be automatic for me. #madetherightchoice #morecookiesplease

It was an amazing experience, the room was fabulous with Burj Khalifa view, the staffs are amazing and very professional, the food is perfect, just the drinking water in the room was a little problem as you have to fill up the bottles your self.. but over all it was very nice, i highly recommend it.

Very Bad ambience. The property is dead without lights. There is no enough lighting in the entrance, lobby anywhere the front office people have no life in them. The rooms are good but the hotel Vibe is Bad.

This, in my opinion, is one of the BEST hotels in all of Dubai. Its just amazing from every point of view, I must spend a few nights here everytime I visit Dubai and I dont plan on stopping any time soon.

Second time we have stayed at the hotel and it’s a great place for a Dubai visit. Staff can’t do enough for you. My square breakfast is served with a smile. Right now behind a face cover because of COVID. Rooms are spacious and clean. We will be back!!

I had annissue with water temp during my 2 stays in this hotel, I asked for maintenance several times but nothing happened.. I took a shower with cold water.. also the shattaf didn’t work there’s no water...

When escaping to dubai for a weekend I want three things: great location, great breakfast, and very little contact with children 😊.Location and staff worked out well. Business Bay places you walk in dubai, but because it’s really for business travel there were no kids which means peace at the pool, during breakfast, and even in the lobby.Well worth the money, and of course the cookies are awesome

Clean rooms, great breakfast and dinner, best service Ive ever experienced. Loved the pool but it is alot in the shade because of a next door building, the sand beach is perfect though. I REALLY recommend to ask for the cookies in the lobby. (If theyre still available). The hotel is in a great location with a nice long beachwalk, that leads to a lot of famous food places.
