What a ambience of this hotel. Amazing hospitality.Amazing place to stay.

A luxurious resort with outstanding services and very friendly and helpful staff, with an excellent location in the lovely city Dubai. The hotel is unique with the beautiful lobby area design and the astonishing swimming pools zone.Although the hotel is bit old, yet it is very well maintained and the newly renovated rooms are very large in size with nice furniture and beautiful decoration. The bathroom is very large and equipped with brand toiletries. Breakfast is outstanding with many selections. Also, the open buffet dinner served in the Market Cafe restaurant is marvelous with many delicious selections. Many other dinning options are also available.I like the TV big size in the rooms and the selected channels, as it includes all the BeIN sports channels, which is rarely to be provided in most of the Dubai’s hotels. The only downside is the housekeeping, as they don’t refill the rooms with used coffee capsules and bathroom toiletries.Special thanks go to all the helpful staff, and particularly Mr. Sherif Ibrahim from the reception and Mrs Victoria from the Market Cafe restaurant for their distinguished attention.

Very nice and huge place, a lot of facilities, and clean place

It is indeed a spacious place with luxury and amenities required for large gatherings whether conferences and socio-economical events. I was there to attend a business conference and I have enjoyed my time there with a small exception. It was hosting two simultaneous events one being a social event where a lot of people were attending some meditation conference and at the same time a business conference was in progress. It created a bit of mismanagement situation otherwise it was a memorable experience. Variety of food, high speed internet and all the modern nuts and bolts for conferences along with exceptional service by staff is there.

One of the best Hotel in Dubai. A landmark of its own. The lobby was fantastic like an amazon rainforest. The food from avatar restaurant was awesome.

Great hotel! Large pool, a variety of restaurants, gym, hair dresser, ATM, a few shops and a drug store available. Some very friendly hotel employees. Spacious room (Grand Deluxe with two king size beds).

Very nice place. The place is clean and the rooms are very clean. They offer free breakfast, lunch, and dinner open buffet. They check on you every while to give you a free fruit! The swimming pools are clean and gigantic and at night, the place is wonderful to walk and look at the decorations and night lights of the place.

The hotel is very nice with spacious rooms. Only downfall is theres no free shuttles from the airport. Also the ones going to Dubai Mall is only once a day with no drop off.
